Looking for a place preferably with own bathroom. I work long hours in the health sector. Do not smoke or drink. A tidy person and very respectful of others. Born in the. Cook Islands. Enjoy cooking and gardening.
I am very easy going, clean, work full time and will usually only be home during night time. I am looking for a room with an ensuite bathroom and would be perfect if there is also a walk in wardrobe. I am looking for place to stay for 3 months - 1 year or more depending on what is available.
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $140 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Salisbury and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. (Written References of this are available for verification purposes, if required.) When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I would also need to connect my own home phone (if not already connected or included) that offers unlimited local, national and mobile calls as part of my work - I can take care of that myself if the phone line is present in the house, or I can plug it into the modem as part of those package internet deals. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am a smoker but have always smoked outside. I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. Cheers!
Hi! How are you? A little about us. My partner (Sean 30 years old) is a traffic controller ( level2) in stable work and has worked with his company TCI now for 4 years. I (Stacey 25 years old) am currently doing study from home and receiving centre link benefits as such. We are expecting our first child who is due in November ( a little miss!) Our combined fortnightly income is $1600 ( although this can sometimes be higher when Sean gets away from home work) We do not have any previous rental history as we have only lived with family but with starting our own little family we would like to be more independent. We are ideally looking to move in ASAP and are happy to do a 6 month lease to begin with to make sure you are happy with us as tenants but would ideally like to rent from you long term ( so our family has stability) If we sound like what you would be looking at for tenants please feel free to message me back or give me a call so we can get the ball rolling. Looking forward to hopefully hearing from you. Kind regards
I'm a 22 year old female who works in the construction industry as a painter and decorator. I work 6 days a week. Then spend my day off on my dirtbike. I go Camping alot. Usually every second weekend and i can take my dog most of the time. I like to have a few beers after work. But not a smoker. I do like to have friends around for a drinker but am not a rowdy person or have rowdy friends. I have a 12 month old male American Staffy - the only down side to him is he will chew things if they are left laying around. So need a break yard where belongings can be locked away and a backyard where he will not get out. He is usually friendly with other dogs - if you have a dog, we can do a meet and greet and see how they go. I will be getting him Desexed eventually. I just need a place to stay for a little while until i can get my own place, I'm finishing up on my time as an Apprentice. Anything else you would like to know just send me a message. Thanks
LOCATION: Anywhere Brisbane - preferably west/south side | WANTING: Modern townhouse only | Oh hey there future housemate! I'm going to try and keep it short and sweet. - I work full time as admin Monday to Friday - Love an occasional drink (or two). - Flexible with moving dates (this will be influenced by how well we get along). I’ve just come out of a relationship and currently own the house I live in, so will need time to sell that and tie off loose ends. - Own a car so would like a car space (garaged or car port) - I keep to myself but love a good chat! I'm definitely a nanny but don't mind if you like to go out and partay. - Love my makeup, playing video games, and watching Youtube, TV and movies I also come with a super duper awesome and handsome 3yo Maine Coon. His name is Cheshire, and he gives the best cuddles. I’m fun, easy going, and reliable. Regardless of what happens, I'm also looking to make some friends so feel free to send a message!
We are a friendly, laid back couple in our early 20's who study and work in Brisbane. I (Kate) work at the Brisbane Markets and an electronics store and study Graphic Design and Levi works for Telstra in sales and customer support. We are relatively neat and organised, but also like to have a good time and we are more than happy to chill with a few drinks and some good mates after a long day. Definitely not party animals at all but more than willing to join in if you are. We have no pets and most places we have looked at are no pets. Both are non-smokers but if you are that is fine with us. LGBT+ friendly and not religious at all, but very interested in learning about other cultures and religions. Can cook a mean spaghetti bolognese and happy to experiment in the kitchen. Looking for someone to come and help out with rent for a bedroom and their own bathroom and car space for up to $150/week in Calamvale.

I spend a lot of time out and about helping a friend with his business when I'm not working during the week and I'm pretty easy to get along with. I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 yrs
I'm down-to-earth, have a good personality and an awesome sense of humour. I respect privacy (I spend some evenings cooped in my room keeping to myself), but enjoy being social and hanging out when the time permits. I work part-time Mon-Fri (stable income), but won't always be spending my spare time at home. I am extremely reliable when it comes to paying rent & bills on time (if not, earlier). I'm keen to either find a place (own room) with existing co-tenants, or happy to meet up with others and look at applying for a place. Not too fussed on who - male/female, singles/couples, straight/LGTB - as long as we can get along. Hit me up :)
My puppy Hannah and I are looking for a place to stay. Hannah is quite social and loves pats. I am happy to have a chat after work on or weekends when I'm home. We clean up after ourselves and are generally well behaved. I am not into party scenes so much any more so won't be bringing large groups of guests home unexpectedly. Hannah is 3 and a half and is used to being inside when I am home and would ideally like this with wherever we move to. She is fully house trained. I lived with our last housemates for almost four years, bringing Hannah into our home to join their puppy. We visit regularly for puppy play dates and catch ups.
