"The meaning of life is to give life meaning.” Viktor E. Frankl. Looking for like-minded environment. Genuine offers please. I'm a long term Gold Coast resident who found herself in a home that's owned by a person who suffers from mental blocks (dementia) and depression, this was a precarious situation as he burst into my bedroom one last night in a rage. And I've walked in on him looking through my personal things (I love stability with no drama) for this reason I need a place ASAP. I'm currently in emergency accommodation. However I do not wish to be treated as a tenant but a valuable member of the household, it's to weird to live as landlord and tenant situation. I've been looking for a while for right attitude from the person offering accommodation, not willing to settle for less than absolute regard for one another. "Please share with me your situation, perhaps we can help each other, don't be embarrassed, things happen to good people, with right communication situation does not need to remain permanent. I'm seeking to improve my life not just park it." When life has meaning home becomes Piece of Heaven. Looking for a safe place anywhere with people who have meaning in their life. I'm currently in emergency accommodation while here I'm seeking a real home. Length of stay for short term is open (preferably not to be restricted by time if possible) sometimes it takes time to find the right situation that that is nurturing to body, mind and soul. Long term option would be a great. If you love what you read please contact me ASAP. Most advertisers are seeking students or travelers, not real share; therefore I leave it up to you to contact me. "Short term is great beginning 'This can be foundation for long term sharing'. " I'm respectful of people's belongings and appreciate same in return. Though the is unique situation for me, I'm very mindful of environment, last place I stayed overnight in view of moving in was full of mold and I ended up sick for 10 days. So please - a clean place is essential. In my search some advertisers have taken my money and would not return it despite discovery of flees and other matter as I was about to move in (I did not move in but they kept my money), due to the state of the place it was not healthy. Another offer by a person who's wife left yet still paying the phone bill and other bills; she rang me wanting to know the reason for multiple texts that came up on his phone - seriously no-one wants to be caught up in that in their home. (not all advertisers can be trusted it's a mix of people as is the world) Please contact me ASAP for long or short term stay When emailing be sure to include your phone number so I know you are sincere even though I am upgraded and have access to your #. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's my full profile so you know more about me and what I seek long term - but this applies to long term arrangement Long term; My search is for the right environment not just a room to rent. Moving in with someone for me needs to be trusting because that is foundation of our entire life. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL THIS BEFORE CONTACTING ME. For the right person - meaningful life in the home begins with trust of the people sharing the home environment. The energy we share, the way we listen to each other; not just talk. True communication that matters. Then all that is left to do is live the best life ever. Choosing the right people that would be closest to me (as a housemate would be) is one of the most important decision I need to make because that is my entire life that is affected. I seek to connect with someone who shares this view. When we become aware of that and choose wisely, then life gives us what we ask for. For this reason I need you to read my content fully as much as I would want to know about you. This is no different to trusting someone in representing your business. People treat you in response to how people around you care about you. When we get that right life is great for everyone. I love my own space at the same time, I feel it essential to have a sense of community in the house I live in. Sharing genuine quality time as well as chores around the house is vital to me. My furniture is in storage, would love to have that with me. Happy to have a trial overnight to ensure the arrangement is great for us both. Long Term 6 - 12 months or longer so I do not need to move again till I am in my own home that I own. I believe that PEOPLE WE SPEND TIME WITH - AFFECT OUR LIFE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE WAYS, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE SHARE COMMON AREAS. I BELIEVE YOUR HOME IS YOUR CASTLE and wherever I live I LOVE TO FEEL IT'S MY HOME and MY CASTLE TOO, not just a boarder paying rent. To be fair to both of us it's vital you know about me and my lifestyle preferences so I attract the person with similar values. I'm very considerate and generous and love to be around people with similar mindset. Would suit a person who is not just looking for a tenant for the rent but would treat me as a valid member of the household they can trust. I do not smoke or drink, although it is OK if you do that Outside, indoors smoking makes everything smell of smoke, most people prefer to keep their home smelling pleasant. Do you have; • Large Bedroom with en-suite or own bathroom • Perhaps a generous Granny flat • Undercover parking better still LU garage • Generous kitchen space with room for my equipment such as juicer processor (I make my own vitamin drink, you're welcome to have some with me) and my own fridge that I fill completely with fresh food. • Internet connection essential as I do most of my work on line uploading and downloading files and videos that I create for my clients. • Extra space for some of my furniture. “When a person can't find a deep sense of meaning, they distract themselves with pleasure.” Viktor E. Frankl I look forward to sharing with a person with similar values with their own lifestyle preferences. I appreciate your uniqueness as much as your core values.* You need to be working, no retirees or people on benefits. “Being jobless is equated with being useless, and being useless is equated with having a meaningless life.” ― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning Someone who believes that being friends with people you live with is essential, so sharing in maintenance and occasional meal to maintain connection so I don't feel it's just about the money. Clearly we have our own lives and that involves people who are around us in our most private area of our life; our home environment. I have my own furniture including my home office. I live a healthy lifestyle, including health exercise and personal development. I am a life coach and relationship coach to executives and entrepreneurs supporting them in their personal growth personal relationships and business success and well-being. I want to assure you that I won't be offering you advice unless asked (just in case you're wondering) Love to take up snorkelling again kayaking. To me; new horizons are essential for fulfilling life, beats just sitting and talking about everyone else's life. I work 12hours per day at times, looking to reduce that soon. so my days are filled at the moment *I'm happy to be social on occasion but I believe we need to lead our own lives. I'd love to hear from you. *Please email of text me about you and I'll call you back. If emailing be sure to include your telephone number. Thank you for reading I'm really looking forward to meeting with you. Oceana PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT YOU. it's not just about the real estate - we are human beings first. Suit honest fun loving drama free person who is emotionally stable. Preferred area between Surfers Paradise and Tugun, within 10 minutes to the Beach. If what you have meets 80% of my needs please contact me. Share with just one person (no couples) Most things can be agreed upon when communication is open. Let's talk about how we can ensure we all have the outcome we seek and possibly more - without compromise.
I'm a 21 year old scientist from Brisbane who works full time at the Gold Coast University Hospital. Driving back and forth is getting super tiring, so I'm looking to move to the coast! I'm super easy going; I love the beach, dogs, Netflix and wine.

I enjoy the outdoors including anything from handy work around the house to photography to fishing. I love to cook and take pride in wherever it is I might be living. Always up for an arvo beer or cafe breakfast on weekends. I also enjoy socialising and going out to see live music. Ideally I'm looking for something with at least some sort of backyard as gardening and physical work is my happy place. I'm easy going but very respectful and all I ask is the same in return. Cheers

I’m from Barcelona, yet I’ve been on the Gold Coast for more than three years, so I’m pretty settle here, I’m not a backpacker. I work in hospitality and I also study full time. I’m quite sporty, I like to go to the beach, surf sometimes, I go to the gym and also train bjj, I’m trying to get into yoga too. I have a pretty clean diet most of the time, but I don’t mind what other people eat. I haven’t owned a tv in years, so if you want to keep full custody of the couch, it won’t be an issue with me. I’m not really into party, but I don’t mind a drink and a good chat from time to time. I’m really easy to live with, I’m respectful and easy going. I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I’ve been sharing houses for years, so references can be provided upon request

Hi, my name is Irene, I am a 23-year-old audiovisual designer and I am from Barcelona, Spain. I'm moving to Gold Coast next January with the intention of studying English and working part-time. I have been living in Byron Bay since September and now I want a change. I consider myself a sociable and fun person who likes to take advantage of the moment and the opportunities that appear. In addition, I am a very responsible and independent person so I would not generate any conflict in the home. I'm in love with animals so I don't have any problem living with them, just like I do not mind sharing house with smokers. About my hobbies, I live in love with the sea so I love surfing, although I'm starting in this sport. The truth that the sea has helped me in bad times and enjoy it, is my greatest satisfaction. I also love music so you'll probably hear me singing in the shower or see me dancing. Another hobby I have is writing. I like to reflect my thoughts somewhere and that's why I also co-author of a book in Spain. I want a private room and if it's possible with my own bathroom. I have my own car so I don't care living a little far from the center. For my part nothing more to say, only if you give me a chance you will not regret. Cheers!
My name is Gary, I am 30 years old, I was born in the Carribean and lived in the UK for 24 years. I have recently immigrated to Australia on a permanent visa and I am a Professional Management Accountant. I am looking for a place to stay on the Gold Coast as I like being near the beach. I am friendly and outgoing and very sociable.
Happy, loving Swedish couple in Australia for work and studies. As a couple we are outgoing, fun and tidy. Britta successfully runs a small online business and will be taking a few courses on the side while Anton just finished his Masters and will be working when he is not surfing or playing golf. We are foodies and really enjoy to hang out over a glas of wine and some good food in a clean and tidy living space. We are learning how to play tennis, although not successfully. We love pets, we just don't have any of our own. Sincerely, A&B
I'm a 23 year old from Ireland coming to Gold Coast in March on a working holiday visa. I'm ideally hoping to rent a room in a shared house for around three months. I've lived with roommates before and got on well; I'm pretty easy going and respectful of other people's space and would be looking to share with people who are up for socialising and getting to know each other.
Hey! my name is Tom and I've been living on the coast for 3 years now. I moved up from Sydney to study medicine, and I'll be in my final year next year. I've been doing the share house thing for over 10 years and know the ins and outs of the balance between respecting personal space and being social. I'm also good at helping out to keep the house looking nice and feeling like a home. I try to keep busy during the week with pretty much full-time hours at the hospital, with a shift or two of work on the weekends and I also play social water polo. I currently have pretty much all the household furniture/utensils that is required for a house, which I was planning on getting rid of if not required. I also have a half decent espresso machine which I will be bringing with me if there is space. I'm looking for a share house which has a nice environment to kick back and relax during the week but also the option of being social. Ideally my new housemates are people who enjoy having the occasional household meal/drink and don't mind a chat. I have been known to whip up cocktails when the mood is right.
I am a fun and bubbly American about to pursue my Masters at UQ in February. I would definitely say I'm an extrovert, as I love meeting new people and exploring new places. While I will need my space once in a while, I love to chit chat, listen to music, watch movies, have a beer, etc. I am hoping to find flatmates who are social but will also respect the importance of studying, work obligations, etc. I've been living with roommates for quite a few years now so I definitely understand the importance of keeping the place clean and respecting the space of others. Looking for location that balances out UQ and the city center!
Hi there! We are a friendly, social couple from the Netherlands and we will arrive in Brisbane the 21th December. I (Wendy) will work on a research project at the AIBN (UQ) from January till July and KJ will find a job during this time. We are looking for an furnished accommodation with own bathroom. We don't have pets, but we don't mind it if there are pets in the house (we love animals, also have a cat of our own, but we can't bring her... ). If you would like to know more about us, feel free to contact us.
