A little a bout me; I work full time as an early childhood educator so I am busy and just like to relax and unwind when I get home. I consider myself clean and tidy. I quite like to cook/bake so more then happy to share cooking duties with my lovely new housemates. I am quiet and respectful and spend most of my free time out with friends or enjoying a Netflix binge. I'm looking for somewhere close to work, a decent sized room to rent including utilities, Internet is preferred. My move out date is around the end of September. Don't hesitate to message if you're interested teaming up or have the perfect place for me to call home :)
I am quiet, keep to myself and have chosen to have no friends (so there will be no visitors!!) I work in aged care, and volunteer at the local pound. I am outgoing and have a great sense of humour!
Hi I'm Bec, a 17 year old girl currently living on government benefits. I've been living out of home since November 2016, I'm currently living in an all women's refuge, though my time is nearly up! I'm looking for a place with people that I can call home and finish school (Gosford High School) at, hopefully with clean, funny and kindhearted people. I enjoy memes, video games, cosplay, nerd stuff, exploring cleaning, sleeping and hanging out with friends!
Just returned from living four years overseas, and will be moving to Gosford mid July in order to go back to school. I'm easy going, respectful, clean, and quiet. Non smoker. No pets but ok with other's. I usually spend my spare time reading or catching up on my TV shows, art, walking, and (attempting) exercising. I'd prefer a place close to the TAFE campus but will consider anywhere close to transport.
I'm a 25 year old female, who works full-time in the health industry on the Central Coast. I'm friendly, clean and respectful. I'm normally quite busy during the week and on the weekend I like to cook, exercise, relax and binge watch something. I'm looking for a relaxed, positive and friendly house.
Hi, I am on the hunt for a like minded person to share a home not just rent a room, with a male or female.. looking to be settled in before or around sept 17th 2017. I am 29, female, who is moving to the area for work. I work full time for the NSW government and I am a shift worker. I own my own home in Albury NSW and have shared homes several times prior so I know how important caring and respecting others personal belongings and property is. Due to having my own home i do need room for my bed, bedside tables, desk, tv and lounge, treadmill - i also have a fridge and washing machine though this can be put into storage. In relation to tidiness and cleanliness, this is a must for me. I am someone who needs to live in a clean and tidy place and where everyone pulls their weight equally. I have a passion for fitness, being healthy and currently train for triathlons.. Therefore I do have fitness gear such as a bike, treadmill and a surfboard. Being active also has me out of the house more often than not. Generally between my shifts and training i keep to myself to relax, as i love my down time. That's not to say I don't love a good laugh along with a few bevies and a yarn now and then. I'm really am interested in a party house, just looking for someone like minded , pretty chilled to share a little house with. I have a female cat who is fully house trained, vaccinated and desexed. I also have a beautiful outside dog, who unfortunately depending on circumstances can be relocated with family. If you're like minded and keen and have any questions pop me a message.
New to the area from Brisbane (originally Byron. I'm pretty social and easy going, hopefully finding like minded people. Lots of interests ranging from sport to music and everything in between. Working full time at Gosford hospital.
We are a young couple looking to move out together, we both play ice hockey at a national level so we head to the gym a bit and like to eat healthy, both non smokers and would prefer a non smoking household We enjoy eating out and happy to chill out for a bbq and a drink or two. We are both tidy but not over the top about it Terrigal is our favourite spot on the coast but we would be happy living in the surrounding suburbs We will not be able to move in until late August/ early September, and would prefer a 6 month lease/contract

I am a 19 year old female student. I am easy going, and love to spend time with friends, however I am also very hardworking and dedicated to my studies. My aim is to get into Masters, or perhaps a Doctorate in my course. Cleanliness and tidiness are high priorities for me, and I always pay my rent on time. I am a non-smoking, non-drinking, non-partying individual, and I also have great rental references which can be provided on request. I am currently looking for a place to call home, preferably long term and on the Coast, as I love the laid-back atmosphere :) Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Good ole bloke, 67 going on 47, easy going, clean, tidy, vary handy around the house, sociable, loves animals and toddlers Originally from Sydney, now trying to return to near environs to be closer to daughter and grandchildren. Ideally looking at southern end of Central Coast ( Ettalong, Wagstaffe, Upper Pittwater, so I can easily get to northern beaches. A new start up joint lease would be preferable so I can use some of my furniture. So a two to three bedroom house with gas cooking, perhaps a slow combustion fire, maybe two bathrooms and adequate parking in a modern but simple designed open style unfurnished house $300 to $600 total cost. If you are like minded, would be a good start
