I'm clean, quiet, tidy and responsible Japanese female. I'm working in the fashion industry. The room I'm after must have timber floor (or tile, I mean not carpet), big built in wardrobe, a bed with mattress, a proper study desk and a chair. The house need to be within walk distance from train station and less than 4 people live in. I'm planning to stay for at least 6 months.
I am a Danish girl taking up an internship in Baulkham Hills as part of my studies at Copenhagen Business School. You should choose me as flatmate because I'm caring and always in a good mood. For fun I can spend a whole day on a cafe talking and eating delicious food. I arrive to Sydney with the greatest excitement and look forward to explore the city.
Currently a research masters student (Geoscience) at Macquarie University. Though been at the uni since 2011. Enrolled until January also in receipt of a scholarship (so a guaranteed income till then). Also technically employed at Bunnings (Casual). ( Due to my scholarship I have not needed to work since Feb though I could resume my role if need be) Outdoors sciencey kinda guy. Though I spend most of my time at Uni.
My wife and I will be looking for an affordable accommodation starting 10th of August anywhere in Sydney. We are non smoking, non drinking, quiet, vegetarian couple and easy to get along. We are from Hyderabad, India and immigrated here in April.
Hey all, 21 year old male, apprentice boilermaker finishing the last year of my apprenticeship. Enjoy gym , fishing, 4wding, and drinking on the weekend, smoker aswell. Cook for myself. My work schedule can either be 6 days on 1 day off, or 13 days on 1 day off. Depends on the work load, 10 hour days so im usally pretty spent. Looking for somewhere around Epping, pennant hills, thornleigh, carlingford or surrounding suburbs . Ideally am chasing 1 or 2 people to team up and find a house but room is fine, closer to pennant hills the better as i work at one of the northconnex sites. Similar interests is a bonus as stated before i like working on my patrol because im rough as fuck on the gear and wouldnt mind a hand sometimes😂 note* ill watch trashy tv shows. Nice bloke, respectful of ones privacy and always down for a drink and good times. Happy to have a beer to get to know each other better
I'm a full time high school teacher. I don't do much during the week. On weekends I spend most of my time drinking coffee and meeting up with mates. I can cook, I can clean, and don't complain about doing either. I am in the process of quitting smoking, and have at most 3 cigarettes a day. I am very particular about ensuring that smoke doesn't end up inside the house and that any cigarette buts go into an ash tray and subsequently a bin.
Working in Management consulting in Sydney CBD. I'm friendly, respectful and clean - what else could you ask for in a flatmate? ;) I'd like to find someone I get along well with. Huge basketball/NBA fan and also into a lot of pop culture stuff so there's that. May occasionally be traveling for work (not at home during the week). Would like to find a place which is modern and clean, and close to a train station. I require my own room, unless it's very (incredibly) big (Built-ins also highly rated). Ideally North Shore or around CBD area. Would like to find at least one flatmate to share costs - friendly and responsible (clean), and as long as we get along well, the rest I'm not too fussed about! Moving all my stuff is a hassle so I'd prefer a longer term rental haha! PS. I have a dog (which I will most likely leave at my parent's house), but if you have a dog yourself and are happy to have another dog at your place PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I would love to keep him with me if possible!
Hi I'm Liv, I'm 26 and work full time Monday - Friday as an Executive Assistant. I attend events most weeknights and love to keep busy. I am looking for a new/ modern and quiet apartment to live (must have own bathroom) and street parking. Ideally sharing with just 1 other person. I enjoy time to myself and like my privacy. In my spare time I love to attend gym classes, shop, go for walks and eat out. I am friendly, clean, patient, reliable and easy to get along with. Preferably, I do not wish to live with any animals.
Hey my name is Jan (25) from Germany. I am an exchange student at Macquarie University, arriving at the 19 of July in Sydney. Unfortunately I have not found any room so far and I ll be in Australia for 6 months. I like cooking, wine and relaxed evenings with a good movie or series. I am very chilled and like to be outside to do sports or do anything thats nice. I used to play handball a lot, as well as Krav Maga or Slackline. I d also love to try out new things like sailing, surfing or anything fun :) And I am basically looking for nice people to join in a great flat. Many thanks from Hamburg. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Jan
Hi i am Pallavi from India and a student of Macquarie university. Would be coming to Sydney on 23rd July 2017. I am a post graduation student and i need a decent accommodation for myself. I am social, easy going, friendly and approachable, that's why it's easy for me to make friends. Love exploring new cultures and meet new people. I am clean, hygienic and extremely organised. I am looking for a quite place near Macquarie university and i am willing to share this place with a female only.
I'm extremely clean and tidy, respectful of others and their space, leave very early for work and return home late, I'm like living with a ghost/never there from Monday-Friday, full time personal trainer for the past 10 years which could be educational for flatmates. If I'm not working I'm eating, training or sleeping. I'd perfer living with a female as there is more chance of them also being clean and tidy.
We are very organised and clean. We work majority of the time so we only are there for some sleep and a place to rest. We are very accommodating but knows how to mind our own business.
By way of introduction, my name is Ahsan, I am single, 32 year old male, an Electronics engineer, graduated from Australian Nation University (ANU).I am extremely clean, easy going and a friendly person. I have been working with one of the Australian FMCG as a lead technical consultant but unfortunately just been made redundant due to economic crunch. I am currently working part time and also looking for full time opportunities, and considering the attention I am receiving from recruiters, I believe that I will find something very soon.
