Hey everyone :) I'm starting postgrad study at Macquarie this year. I'm friendly, hardworking, clean, responsible, quiet and respect others need for space. I'm not a party animal and I'm really looking for a quiet place where I can just get on with studying my degree. I'm originally from the Gold Coast and have lived out of home for the past 4 years in Brisbane. I don't smoke and seldom ever drink. As a person I'm easy-going, outdoorsy and love animals, hiking, art and playing the piano. I also come with a coffee machine :) . Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, I love getting to know people and look forward to hopefully sorting something out with you. What I'm looking for (fingers crossed): - a responsible, easy going flatmate (or two) who's more or less in a similar boat - preferably someone who respects everyone's need for a bit of space when studying, and also ideally in their 20's just because I think we might have more common ground - accommodation relatively close to Macquarie Uni, or easy access by public transport/walking/car - if possible, would prefer private bathroom and parking space (but I'm happy to keep an open mind on this and understand this may be overly optimistic on my budget) I'm really open to suggestions and other options, if you have a place you think might suit I'm happy to hear you out. I look forward to hearing from you!

I am a 24 year old female that is making the move to Sydney from the country! I am an easy-going person who enjoys socialising, cooking, and going to the gym, I also enjoy my own personal space, so I understand when people like to be alone, or have their own time. I am a tidy person, who can clean up after themselves and like to maintain a clean and drama-free household, with preference on a female-only household. I am a full-time working professional and will be out for most of the day. I am seeking a private bedroom, bills included on rent would be an added bonus. I am looking for mid-long term accommodation. If this sounds like a good fit for yourself, and your household feel free to send me a message.
Hey my name's Shaun & I'm an Actor living and working here in Sydney. I've recently been housesitting the family home in Wahroonga whilst my parents have been in Europe. They're back next week so it's time for me to move out haha ! I'm kinda quiet & keep to myself although I do love a drink or seven on the weekend !! Work comes and goes but I do have a busy 2018 ahead (which I am stoked about !) Would be great to check out your place x
I am a professional working during office hours (often longer as I work in Education/Entrepreneurship) and when I am home it's usually to chillax or be creative. I dance in a studio twice a week and am a swimmer. During weekends, you'll find me outside as I love outdoors, exhibitions, or any kind of entertainment! I like going out, enjoy trying out new places and getting out and about in Sydney. Also keen on travels, arts and people. I am outgoing and sociable but like some down time or me time too. I am organised, tidy and clean. Am told I'm a good cook and like to share meals and experiences with people! I respect others' well-being, personal space/privacy and interests. I am reliable with rent, bills and netflix :) I am also a dog and cat lover and very friendly with pets! I am french and have been here for 5+ years, and am committed to stay for another good while. Re language, I know a bit of AUSLAN and understand Spanish but too shy/rusty to speak it and I am keen on learning other languages as well. I work in the city and I am currently living in Surry Hills, and looking around this area but have a previous affinity with the North shore... I know there's a big difference with both spots but I am motorised :) Flexible so long as I find good peeps and a great place to live in! Oh, and also... I clearly like to write!
Recently moved to Sydney for work Love my sport, playing and watching Enjoy nights out with friends but do enjoy quiet time at home
Hey there I'm a travel enthusiast (well who isn't these days!), laid back easy going 30 y/o kiwi male, commencing full time work in Macquarie Park from 29th Jan 2018. I can adapt to most scenarios pretty easily and would be extremely easy to live with. I'm a tidy respectful person without being a clean freak and will look after common use areas. Possibly flexible with getting foxtel as I love my sport but otherwise i'll stream it haha. I'll be working 8am-430pm for the first couple of months but then I will switch to a floating roster with 7x12 hour shifts/fortnight, 4 weeks of day shift 8-8 and 2 weeks of the reverse on nightshifts, so am ideally looking for somewhere quiet during the day. Cheers Chris

Your dream tenant! A mature, responsible, non-smoking, quiet, tidy professional lady with a full-time job and healthy habits. Things I do for fun: adventure travel, rockabilly dancing and astrophotography. I am looking for shared accommodation in Northern Beaches / Lower North Shore / Chatswood rail line (with good public transport to CBD) for a few months as a transition to a possible move interstate, pending a promotion. I prefer to share with a single person or a couple only, with a bathroom for my exclusive use. A lock-up garage would be ideal, as I have some furniture and boxes that I will need to store (plus my bicycle, which I use regularly). I have a small car and I don't mind keeping it on the street, as long as there is unrestricted parking generally available close by. If you have a room that fits this description, I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. Work changing TBA. I do some work on my home PC. I'm very considerate of people sleeping and looking for the same. I'm looking for peace and quiet, some privacy (but also some social times). A quiet location not on or close to a major road or under a flightpath (sadly that rules out most of the inner west) The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/fairly empty. For housemates, I'm looking for Australians/UK/Canadian people (not other languages/cultures) aged around 25-40. I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise. I cannot live with anyone that smokes. Also someone interested in at least 1 of the following: sci-fi tv/movies video games board games (mostly short and fun not long and boring) hiking tennis/badminton/table tennis and I'm open to housemate's interests. I would like 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male. My budget is including bills and internet. I want to live in the Shire, North Shore or Eastern suburbs.
20 year old female professional, relocating closer to the city for work. Friendly, easy to get along with enjoy going to the beach, being outdoors, gym, reading, relaxing. Not interested in partying, respectful to everyone’s living space- clean and hygienic!
I have recently moved to Sydney. I am an very social, talkative and creative. I like to cook and try new things. I like to speak with my flatmates and know what happened in their day but if my flatmates like to keep to themselves thats cool too. I am pretty easy going and keep to myself if needed. I am also a clean freak.
I'm easygoing. I'm friendly. I get along with almost everyone. I'm also a busy young professional. I'm a health care professional. I'm originally from Melbourne. For fun I like personal development, spirituality and fun stuff like board games.
I am a cool guy currently staying along with my friend in Tamworth. I am trying to find a job in Sydney and I am getting enough responses now. So thought of moving close to Sydney since Tamworth is too far. I would prefer locations close to train stations - walkable distance. I have sufficient funds to keep me going till I get a Job. I am neat, social, adaptive, and have experience in share homes while I was in UK. Needless to say, I respect personal space as well. Looking for a second home where I can enjoy my stay. Please note that I am looking for an immediate move, within 1 or 2 weeks.
21 years old Malaysian studying in Macquarie for degree. Currently in Malaysia for holiday, I will be back to Sydney at the end of February so I'm hoping I'm able to find a nice and friendly place to stay nearby there. It will be best if its fully furnished with bills included in rent. I like to watch Korean drama which is why wifi is a must for me hahah and I go for a jog sometimes. I like to keep my things clean and tidy. I'm a lazy person when it comes to cooking, so I always make something easy like pasta, congee or maybe bake once in awhile only. I super adore dogs! <3
