I like to keep active, travel, go to beach, try new bars and restaurants. I am a considerate and clean housemate that always pays bills on time, like to cook and happy to sit around over a glass of wine.
I am a 22 year old newly graduated university student who is currently living at home, working part-time (around 4-6 days a week) in fashion retail. My home lifestyle is simple and quiet, if I am not out. Usually my parents are relatively preoccupied with outside engagements so I try to find as much time as possible to contribute with home chores such as the cleaning and cooking. With a healthy amount of balance in my life that I juggle between social activities / relaxation time / work, I do a routine daily inspection around the home and can always be trusted to immediately stock up on groceries or home utilities / necessities if it is running low for all members of the household to use. Cleanliness and general consideration for all others in the home are qualities I consistently manage to maintain. As a relatively busy, social, and out-going working young person, I like to keep my schedule filled with a variation of leisure activities, or social engagements. My interests are in fashion, films, music, literature and cooking. If I am not reading, writing, or watching films in my room, I have a love for spontaneous outdoor walks, day trips, or mini driving explorations and adventures. Please take into consideration of my several mini talents which could be of use from time-to-time in a shared-home living condition: I make rather good guacamole. I scrub bathroom tiles very meticulously. I am generous with contributions to groceries for the kitchen. I keep immensely quiet during late hours, and very early mornings. Rent will be paid consistently, never late. I have a helpful nature around the home. I am friendly, and polite.
I am a quiet female who enjoys my own space and also likes to socialize with others. I am clean and respectful and am well organized and take pride in my surroundings. I will be working full time and will be away from the place for the majority of the day when my full time work starts. I am from Ireland and moved to Australia 5 years ago. I also have my own bedroom furniture so looking for an unfurnished room
Hi, My name is Jourdon and I am currently working at the investment bank Rothschild. I am looking for housing for the next 6 months near the city or a train line to facilitate easy access to work. I am a neat person with minimal personal items and am simply looking for a private room with enough space to hang my clothes and fit a king single or double bed. I've lived overseas for last 6 months in America on University Exchange in shared housing so I am house trained and work well with people of all demographics and age groups.
I am a musician, but not hipster. I am a comedian but not really funny (dad jokes). I like computers, movies and sports. I'm looking for somewhere to stay long term, with people who are sociable and friendly.
Hi, I'm Yoni. I'm a patisserie student and keen cook so there will usually be something yummy in the fridge. I work part time in hospitality. I'm pretty quiet and calm, and I like to keep my space clean and tidy. I enjoy making music as a hobby (usually with headphones on) and evenings usually involve pyjamas and Netflix, maybe the odd video game. I'm very approachable and respect people's personal boundaries and privacy. I need to move by Jan 24th so time is pressing. If I sound at all appealing, please do get in touch.

Looking for somewhere quiet and clean that allows me to study (long term preferably). My current lease ends the first week of feb :) - I'm a non smoker but don't care if you smoke (would prefer not an indoor smoker though). - Very clean and tidy - Quite laid back and quiet, friendly but also like my alone time. - Love animals so i don't care if you have pets. - Would prefer an unfurnished bedroom, that'd fit double bed, desk, shelves (but i need a wardrobe). - Public transport and internet access. - Looking to move the weekend of the 5th of Feb when my lease ends (9th feb) but can move sooner if right place comes along. - Looking for longer term stay. - Would prefer more mature types (age doesn't matter). No drugs/parties please. And people that can keep the common areas clean :)

Looking for a vibrant place to live and hopefully meet some new friends along the way! I'm into guitar, sports and anything outdoors. My girlfriend enjoys cooking, photography and outdoors. Hey! I'm Kelly, 24, full time hairdresser from England and will be returning to Sydney on the 25th of this month and need a private room in a share house (or apartment or whatever!) ASAP. I am open to the location as long as it is easy to commute into the city centre. I'm fun, friendly, easy-going, clean, sociable but respectful of privacy. Looking for like-minded flat buds to share with. Please message me so we can chat if you're interested :) Need room to be available the day I arrive back in Sydney so happy to Skype and Face-time!
So it's kinda awfully difficult to just jump into telling somebody why you're fun, or like are you supposed to tell them that you're not fun so that they're more likely to give you a place cause you don't party? #justsharehousethings I'm Toby, I'm a professional musician/tutor and I love a house that smells like Jazz first thing in the morning. My hobbies include listening to hip-hop and wondering how somebody as ethnically ambiguous as myself could have turned out so white, looking at memes and trying to understand the whole "why" behind wine. I'm not the sort of guy who really throws party (legitimately have like 5-10 friends max and I work a lot, but most of them are really good looking and if not, they definitely have nice hair) but I really like going to them so am totally fine if you ever have them going on :) I do also have dope speakers for if a party is ever to be thrown Mostly spend my time at home listening to music/practicing but I can do all of that with headphones on so it won't disturb anybody. I'm a big fan of most animals and totally LGBTQI+ supportive so lowkey please don't ask me to live with you if you're hella transphobic/homophobic/sexist etc. because I'd like to live somewhere I feel comfortable taking my friends back to. No tea no shade, it's just really not my vibe. Kind of a prerequisite that the place has parking available; musicians have an awful lot of gear D: Pretty strictly limited at $300 a week so if your place costs more than this, please only message me if you wanna barter music lessons for discounts in rent. Kinda joking but mostly not really. But yaass, hit me up <3 xoxo Gossip Toby

Well where do I start!?' I'm the one on the right. Apparently I have no photos of just myself?? I'm from a farm about 4 hrs west of Sydney. I'm really laid back and always up for a beer, a surf or adventure somewhere! I'm very musical and my guitar is one of my most loved past times. I work 8-5 Monday to Friday in the city. Each day I have either rugby or gym so I won't be back home till roughly 8:30 each night. Saturday nights I like to definitely let off some steam but in saying that I'm always respectful of the people I'm living with. Nonetheless I'm super chill and easy to get along with :) Looking for a long term setup either renting a room or teaming up and getting a place. If you want to know more, just shoot me a message :)
I'm friendly and outgoing. Like to be quiet at times and keep to myself but I also like to be social and have my friends around occasionally. I am very flexible in terms of living arrangements just that I need to be near transport to get to work in the City. I love baking and enjoy playing netball. Im looking for something long term Let me know if this sounds appealing to you.

Hi there!! I am a hard working, fun loving, down to earth Personal Trainer looking for the right home to share with someone like minded :) I work full time at F45 in North Sydney which means early rises (4:30am - don't worry I'm quiet as a mouse) and sometimes late finishes (8:30pm) although i do have a nice balanced schedule. This lifestyle means i am a bit of a home body during the week enjoying down time when i am home and in my free time i like to spend with family and friends (of which hopefully you will become one). I am very active and always up for an adventure (i am about to set off to do an 88km hike in Tasmania) but also love to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and good food with good company :) I am neat and appreciate that the home is a place that is stress free and an enjoyable environment to be in and would like to find someone that shares that view and respects their home. There is lots more to me, so looking forward to finding my next home and sharing that with you! Jess :)

Hello! I'm a Full time student in their final semester, working full time simultaneously, looking to potentially team up with someone to find a great place! House trained, clean and tidy, and willing to have a few drinks every now and then, whilst giving people the space they need. Come with all the essentials to start a place (fridge, couch, washer, etc) - so a team up would definitely be ideal. If this sounds like something you could potentially deal with, shoot me a message!
We are all working or have a regular source of income we are clean tidy people and in our spare time we like to have a quiet drink, but mainly to relax. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house/unit/ apartment.
I'm 23yo and from Scotland and I have just arrived here on a working holiday visa. Looking for a room (ideally my own but open to shared rooms) to rent that is comfortable and affordable! I'm friendly, easy-going and like to keep things clean and tidy. I like socialising, going for a drink or to the beach, exercising or just chilling out! Will be working full-time and looking to move into a room anytime after the 25th of January. Looking to stay for a few months before moving on to travel for a while :)
I interpret data during the day, and enjoy a run in the evening, followed by a beer or whiskey to end the day. Home cooking most of the time (trying to save more in this expensive city), always clean up after using common areas, and I love exchanging travelling stories!
I pay rent on time. I am clean and tidy. Respectful. Chilled and easy to get along with. I love a good laugh and can hold a conversation. Social but not a party animal, still love my quiet time.
Just finished my university degree in Brisbane and have been lucky enough to find a Job in Sydney. I'm a very easy going person and would fit into almost any house hold. I like to think of myself as a social person and am always up for anything if i have the time. I am very considerate when it comes to cleaning and looking after the house and always down to hang out or give you space if you need it. Excited to explore Sydney and meet new people! Move date is also very flexible.
I'm Brazilian, I'm a teacher and I'm moving to Sydney on Feb 13th to study at Macquarie University. I'm looking for a single room with private bathroom (if possible) close to the uni. I'm a very respectfull, organized and tidy pearson. I'm calm, quiet and easygoing. I'm a backpacker and I'm passionate about traveling.
I'm a 25 year old looking for a new place to call home. I work full time for an education technology company based in Mosman - I work long hours and when I'm not working I'm generally catching up with friends. I'm looking for a nice quiet, clean home I can relaxing in. I love having 'family dinners' and a glass of wine with flat mates when it works, but very happy to do my own thing. I travel a bit for work and to see my family, so come and go a bit. Usually only away for a couple of days at a time. I have a car, so a parking space or reliable street parking is a must.
I am very easy going person .. Being clean and tidy is very important for me .. I am full time working and don't spend much time at home but I sometime like to watch movie and chill at home .. Quiet and nice ..
We're easy going and easy to get along with. Happy to have a glass of wine after work with some new flatmate friends. Clean and tidy. Have furniture to furnish a room or living space if needed. We work full time so we're pretty busy in the week and won't get in your hair but would love flatmates that are keen to have bbqs and a few drinks occassionally over weekends or on the occasional week night after a long day at work. P.s. Brolin is a chef ;)
We are a professional couple from Newcastle (Luke an Engineer and Lauren a Dental Nurse) who start work 06/02/17 in North Sydney and would like to live somewhere that is within a one hour commute via public transport to North Sydney. We are a fairly chilled out couple who enjoy going to the beach, watching movies/.tv shows and travelling. We currently have a small cat that we would love to be able to bring to Sydney with us, but can make other arrangements for her if required. We would like to have somewhere to park our car (street is fine). We have most of our own furniture/appliances (bed, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances). Our preferred budget is less than $500 per week and we are looking to share for 6-12 months.
Returning to Sydney after a year of living off the land out in country NSW... maybe not that extreme, but coming back to the city and starting the search for roof over my head :) I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, can be fairly quiet and focused on either work or study, but if I'm in a bit of an energetic mood it's either out scuba diving or catching up with friends (so not making any big ruckus at home) Can be a decent cook when the mood strikes, enjoy a quiet catch-up amongst friends and have been known to binge on Netflix from time to time. I'm not really locked into looking for anything too specific - I'm pretty open to options, though I do have some ideals/preferences in what I'm looking for: * A self-contained studio/apartment/granny flat - I do enjoy my own space, but maybe wishful thinking * Close to public transport - as long as there is an easy route to get to Central, I don't mind a longer train trip * Close to the water - I tend to dive a lot around Cronulla and Botany, so this is a bit of a nice-to-have * Own bathroom - would definitely be a perk There are only 2 points that a critical for me: * Private room * The ability for friends to visit and hang out - I'm not a party-person, but I have noticed some listings that indicate visitors are not welcome at all - I'd like to be part of a home, not a ward. All that said, I'm pretty open to all possibilities :) I'm interested in a long-term home more than a short-term stay, but I'm open to options.
