Hello all, I am Thea, 19, and from Germany. Now behold, I do have a sense of humour (I think so, at least) and I don't have anything against Jews (or any decent human being, at that.) I am an online student so a lot of the time you will find me in my bedroom crying about how much I have to do while watching Netflix. I'm looking for a place to rent for about 2 months aas soon as possible. I love cooking, and I'd say I'm pretty good at it (if you like anything vegetable pasta stuff I'm your gal). I do enjoy going out when I'm not currently having a mental breakdown about how much work I have to do (and continuing to not do any of it), so it'd be awesome if my future flatmates share my love for beer and good music. Having said that, I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Thea x
Hey guys, soon to be moving up to the Gold Coast with my girlfriend, Jess. We're both 24, Australian, working full time in hospitality. We've spent the past year living in Queenstown, NZ & the winter in Falls Creek, Victoria working in the hotel industry. A really laid back couple just looking to live the Gold Coast summer life, Ideally near a beach with like minded people who share common interests!
Hi, I am a Spanish girl who seeks to share a room with a foreign girl to practice my English. I would like to change within a month for the surfers paradise area. If you are interested, contact me and we are looking for something.

Hello beautiful people! We are couple from Estonia who just moved here from Melbourne. One of us is studying here and we both have jobs. We are looking for a longer term accommodation that we can call home for a year or so as we're going to stay at this beautiful part of the world. We are both non-smokers and extremely tidy people. We enjoy interacting with our housemates, but we also know to respect peoples boundaries and their personal space. We have lived in Australia for over 3 years and are otherwise well-travelled. Even though we are both busy most of the time with work and studies, we wouldn't mind having an occasional game/movie night with our housemate(s) or maybe even a day-trip sometimes. An occasional adventure to the great outdoors with good company is something we both greatly enjoy. We re NOT looking for a party house or a house that is too crowded. PS. We are huge animal lovers so a pet in the house would only be a bonus for us :) Tiit and Marion
Hi. My name is Leilane and I'm from Brazil. I've just arrived in Gold Coast to study english and I'm going to stay for 6 months (maybe more). I'm looking for a place with nice people to call home, because the house is not only the place you go to sleep but also a place to share experience and make new friends. I'm a easy going person with a good sence of humor. i like netflix, drinks, pets (but I dont have any here in Australia), walk and sunbathing at the beach and all the good things of life. And I definetly a not lazy person to fulfill my responsibilities

I work full time and spend my spare time at the gym. I'm easy going and generally just do my own thing. I have a small Maltese dog who is basically like a cat. Looking for a queen size room, unfurnished as I have my own and must have built-in. Also, would prefer if car accomodation was available.
Hi my name's Jess, I am a 19 year old female Australian that will be studying either at Griffith Uni or Southern Cross Uni for a bachelor in Secondary Education. I am looking at moving back down to the Gold Coast area (hopefully near the beach) in January. I will be working casual or part time as well. I'm a quiet person that is very clean, respectable and humble. I do enjoy and appreciate having my own privacy and am able to respect others privacy as well. I love the outdoors, sports, travelling/camping and keeping myself healthy as well, also I'm not really into partying or going out too much, so I won't be staying out late or coming home late either. Also I love photography and art so often I'll be out and about taking photo's and editing them or getting into some small art projects in my spare time. I have a really laid back and pretty rad dog, his name is Finn and he is a Kelpie cross Border Collie. He is very well behaved/trained and a sook (loves cuddles from anyone that will give them) , also he doesn't bark and I can promise he doesn't chew or dig or do anything destructive like that. Also I am a very clean person so I can guarantee that his bed area and his business would be cleaned up at all times. Oh and we both absolutely love the beach and water Would love to hear back from anyone who would be interested in having me become apart of their home. If you have any questions or queries then feel free to ask. Thank you Jess
I really like to meet new people, become friends, spend time together and have a great time! I'm a very easy going, sociable, openmindet, tidy person :) I'm going to study here at Griffith until the end of February and looking for a room for that time. In Germany i live in a Shared flat for more than 3 years so I'm really used to it! I'm looking forward to find a flat with awesom people and spend a great time together :):)
I'm 20 years old and work full time as a fitter and turner, I work 6 day weeks (most weeks) and love to go to the gym in my spare time. I'm tidy and very easy to get along with. I love to have a laugh and will ensure you have a laugh as well :)
Hey my Name is Kevin, I´m a 25 yo german guy on a working holiday Visa. My interests include outdoor activities, beach & sports. I'm an easy going guy with an open personality.
My name is Michelle, I'm 25 andI just moved to the Gold Coast on a working holiday visa. I'm easy going and tidy. I keep to myself quite a bit but I also enjoy socializing. I am not looking for a party house just some good company. I enjoy eating healthy and staying active and getting outdoors when I can.
Hey! I'm looking for a place to live closer to work. I run IT ops at a Telecom company in Miami. I'm a computer programmer / app developer but I definitely don't fit the stereotype (thank god). When i'm not working i'm at the gym, out on the beach chilling out or having a surf, spending time with friends and family, burning some rubber on my R1 (moto), watching shows and movies, going for a skate or bike ride along the beach walks, finding new restaurants, food trucks, markets, listening to JJJ, reading auto-biographies, scuba-diving, travelling, trading crypto / forex or building whatever app comes into my head that week. Pretty keen on getting my skydiving license so i'll probably be doing that soon, feel free to join! When i'm not doing any of that i'm usually relaxing and eating something. I've got a pretty heavy addiction for yum cha. Mmmm dumplings! So I'm looking to spend up to $300 p/w on somewhere nice, hopefully walking distance from the surf so i can grab my board and go for a wave in the mornings. I'm in my early 30's so i'm not heavily into partying any more, i enjoy waking up fresh but I also enjoy digging into a case of beers with friends. It's a constant battle because whenever one of my mates says "let's go for a beer" i'm usually half way i'm out the door before they finish the sentence lol i've learnt moderation is key! Swing me a message me if you're looking for a room mate who's clean, respectful, chilled out, somewhat entertaining, fit, fun, can pay rent in advance and not on drugs lol Looking to move into somewhere with someone / people who are the same. Talk soon!
I have just finished my university studies and decided to move to Australia looking for a different way of living. I consider myself to be a frienly organized person. I love animals and nature. I enjoy going hiking, reading, playing the guitar. I like sports, I practice climbing, boxing and football and I am going to learn here how to surf. I love traveling, and meeting people form other cultures, learning from them.
I'm into personal growth, personal development, health, fitness. Best for a person who values people different from them and on path of their own personal growth, which is a lifetime commitment. I'm into self correction and do not need to be told how to live and what to do unless I ask for help. (many advertisers are used to having students who are happy to be told 'that's their culture and as a visitor to our country they put up with that.'). I don't live out of a suitcase, so please read my whole ad before contacting me. "Seeking a real home, not just a share-house" You also need to be on your personal growth path to value what I seek or nothing will make sense. This is about compatibility, not just a roof over my head. Maybe better suited a team-up with a person who is also not seeking a furnished room with imposed house rules. I'm selective of who I spend time with and not into small talk. If you like this as foundation then please read more about me and know that I desire to have a better world in my home space. I value private time, self motivated, focused. Seeking inclusive home environment. My ideal housemate values their own space yet appreciate regular family meals (perhaps once a week when time permits), appreciate that I love to be useful around the house and include me in decisions that affect our home environment and have strong home ethics in having each other's backs. House needs to be my home to not just be treated as a tenant. Rent $180 - $230 depending on inclusions. "To share with one person only or granny flat." What you want to know about my lifestyle- IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT ME - then there is no point. We are both humans who want to be treated with respect, it's a two way street when sharing. # Be sure to read all my profile # and read it with care and attention not just with your agenda if you intend to contact me. Basics about me * I'm an early riser * Mornings; martial arts exercises outdoors and or morning time on beach when time permits. * Not chatty in mornings because it's private time between me and my day. * Breakfast, prepare for work; often on computer. * Head off to work * When home I prepare healthy meals that would include juices and smoothies, therefore friendly sharing of kitchen space and great attitude is essential. * I do great deal of research on internet in health and personal development (and incorporate updated results where required into my life to test them out) therefore attitude of tolerance to some changes in my schedule. * Many people are rather entrenched in their habits (therefore your willingness to embrace changes in my daily routine is essential.) * "I'm like a child who is constantly growing, not a rigid adult stuck in their ways" * If you want same old same old from me - this would not work. (However, "I'm happy for you to be predictable in your habits if that is your preference.".) * (no drugs, alcoholics or smoking although "I don't mind if you have a few drinks a few times a week" provided it's not the first thing you reach for when you get home [not interested in living with an alcoholic] * I remain curious about life and enjoy adventure and exploring best of opportunities in nature and healthy friendships especially in a place that is to be my home. About the house; Best if you own the property or have long lease and good relations with landlord so we are not constantly having inspections and to have freedom to negotiate (between us) our preferences as well as long term security in having a stable home. Drama-free environment essential. ============================================== "Why I am taking this approach!!!" ***so I'm not running around for chats only with people who have nothing better to do (life's too precious to waste). More about me - so you know how to share about you before we meet. PHOTO IS OF MY BEDROOM (insert is of dining table) so you can see how I love to live. I'm into (not just interested in, but really doing all I have listed below - not just empty talk of interests that never get explored) - Martial arts trained in Aikido and Aikido Ki principals Philosophy and application - Personal development - Cooking - Well Traveled - Culture including spiritual culture - Love Indigenous cultures - have participated in their spirit connection rituals. - Worked on million Dollar Projects and treat each encounter as invaluably as any million dollar project. Never take any moment for granted. Many people are very dismissive of each other (sadly missing every moment of being present) - Respect and Regard Business Principals - Studied Classical Piano at Music Academy & backed performers - Dance - Have my own relationship coaching business, therefore I live what I teach. - Appreciate entrepreneurial spirit in people. - Love generous attitude to life. - I'm focused on maintaining momentum and completing things that need to be done therefore I need a safe place to do that. Creating healthy home Healthy communication, healthy emotional and living environment are essential. Preferred FEATURES; # Share in Large home or a granny flat. - Generous attitude towards life essential. - Professional and cooperative attitude - Easy Friendly Atmosphere - Internet essential - Clean Spacious Bedroom (with en-suite or own bathroom) - Generous wardrobe. - WI-Fi essential - Space for my things in Kitchen (top of the range juicer and blenders) as I prepare fresh food daily - no frozen, pre-packaged food. - OR SPACE FOR EXTRA CUPBOARD IN LIVING ROOM TO HOUSE MY THINGS. - I have some furniture and fridge for my fresh produce, and I love my books. These are essential for my health and wellness particularly since I'll be going into my own place in 12months time. Some things that have been in storage I'd love to unpack so I feel I really belong - A real home long term, not just a place to crash. - I have a car, car space is essential. - prefer an en-suite (or own bathroom) and I could use my own juicer, blender as I eat mainly fresh food. I am comfortable being in my own space, enjoy occasional socializing and am seeking to share with easy-going person who loves their life and works full-time. To begin communication If you love your life as I do mine, I shall send you a video of my lifestyle and work environment, followed by a meeting. These things you would ask me when we meet, remember it takes a lot of my personal time to run around meeting people who are happy to just talk - the talk that can often be a total waste of time for me. For this reason I put together a video of how I live and work. and I'll send it to you when I know you genuinely like what you have read. BE SURE TO LEAVE your PHONE NUMBER
