Hello, we are moving to Australia from the US. I will be starting a PhD program in marine science at UNSW. Elijah will be working in Sydney full time. I am currently looking for a room to rent (private bathroom a plus) for 3 months to 6 months and accepting couples. We would love a place in Coogee, South Coogee, or Maroubra for access to the beach, but will consider Randwick and Bondi if the place looks like a good fit. I'll be starting off without transportation so proximity to UNSW, grocery stores, shops, and the beach is important. We will hopefully get a car asap to get out and explore the country! We are also interested in a teamup to find a house or apartment together with a longer lease, up to a year, if location is good. My partner and I are very clean and respectful housemates. We like cooking and entertaining as hosts, but also enjoy nights out in the city or weekends away camping. We are also looking to make friends who can show us around and help us feel welcome in the area. We are always up for anything related to the ocean and the outdoors if anyone is looking for travel buddies! Thanks, Melissa and Elijah.
Heyyy my name’s Barbara I am from Brazil, my boyfriend is spanish and we are looking for a good place to live and share good moments. To be honest we are trying to find a house with very easy going and lively flatmates :) who work and have few drinks as us!
Honest hard working tradesmen looking for a place! Don't care if it has furniture got my own! have 18 year old daughter who lives with her mum but does visit for dinner or coffee a couple of times a week but doesn't stay overnight!
I am a 23 years old med student from Bern, Switzerland doing a study abroad year in Sydney. I am flexible when it comes to new situations as well as housing. I am happy to live with someone who prefers to not have too much social interaction, but in fact would love to have that social interaction with eating together at some times and so on. A little about me: I am sociable and easy going, but can also be pretty stubborn. But as a Swissie, I love compromises of any kind and am definitely the guy you can talk with about the dirty bathroom or whatever "issue" may come up. I enjoy music a lot. Listening but also playing. I play drums, guitar, bass and piano and will try to get into the band of a church to play a bit. Church? Yeah I'm a christian dude and love Jesus, but no worries I won't try to convert you:D I am not a sports ace at all but love football and would love to join a group that plays together weekly. Where I live I take my bycicle to get anywhere in thr city. In Sydney I'll need something bigger I guess. My third big hobby is eating. I love good food and my cooking skills aren't horrible.
I pay my bills on time. I am a very balance and friendly person. I am not judgemental and I am very understanding. I am organised and love to cook so I’ll make sure I’ll leave the kitchen clean and tidy. I am not a party animal but I do go out with my friends and I love to have my social life active..
Hi there! Looking for a place for me and my cousin. We're from Pakistan. I'm a software engineer and he's an MBBS doctor. We're both starting at UNSW in our respective programs from this July. We're both clean and fun people to live with. We would ideally be living together in a room or a separate unit, but we're open to teaming up too. My hobbies include reading, going out on road trips and gaming. ( I have a PS4 too.)
I am looking for a single bedroom in a place that I really can feel like my home...so, long term preferably in a house that people have been living for a long time as well. I am a very easy going, respectful of others, organised and a tidy person. It will be very good sharing a place with people from different nationalities. I love talking about different subjects, beer, music, movies, wine, adventure sports, nature, spending time with friends and, of course, a bbq! I am not looking for a party house, but it will be good sharing moments with the flatmates and friends! If you have that place, I will be very happy to do an inspection! Cheers! :)
i work full time and sometimes on the weekend don't mind having a chat, very sociable I'm very sporty and very big about health
I'm moving up from Wollongong to work full time in Matraville as a set builder. I'm a clean, quiet and respectful housemate, having lived in several sharehouses previously. I spend most of my spare time outdoors and going on climbing trips most weekends. I'm looking to live with maybe one or two other people who enjoy a bit of a chat and the occasional meal together. Would be great to live with climbers or people with creative hobbies.

Hi, I've been back in Australia 4 years having spent the last 12 years living and working in London. I work full-time in the film industry, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I don't need much space to work, and am very considerate of other's space. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study - I'm pretty quiet with my work - computer and phone mostly). I'm out a few nights a week. I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I really like cooking, and am pretty relaxed about things generally and I think pretty good to live with, pet's are no problem. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
Hi Friends I am looking for friendly, clean and easygoing people to share a place in Sydney. I am an IT professional. I will be in Sydney from mid June and needing a short/long term accommodation around City or East. I am in astrology, movies, cooking and few more things. I hope to stay with easy going and friendly people. I am a vegetarian, non-drinking and non-smoking guy - very laid back. I do socialize and like to meet or have friends around on weekends.
I am a 25 year-old female deciding to move out of home now. Born and raised in Sydney. Interested in the city/eastern suburbs/inner west. The cheaper, the better, as I am keen on travelling in the future. I am working full-time in Mascot Monday-Friday 11am-7pm (so you may hardly see me) and studying Design part-time. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person. I am a very friendly person with a sense of humour. I may always be watching Netflix in my room at times and love my personal time. I do like to have a drink and go out occasionally here and there (only on the weekends). During the week I just work, study and go to the gym. Ideally, I don't mind who I live with. As long as you're friendly, clean, respect privacy and just not a weirdo. :)
Hi there! I am a 33 yr old full time professional looking for a new place to move in along with my dog Snoopy. My ex-partner and I broke up so I need to find a place for myself and my adorable kelpie crossed greyhound friend. I am looking to find a place to share ideally with 1 to 2 people and with a backyard (although not essential as Snoopy is toilet trained and used to be indoors). Snoopy is really well behaved and such a loving creature who gets along with anyone and I am an easy-going, tidy and clean person easy to live with. If there is anyone out there with an extra room willing to take me and Snoopy in, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks
I’ve recently moved from London currently living in Sydney, my flatmate moves back so need to move! Looking for housemates who wanna going out and are keen for good times Would like to live with people around my age or ideally studnets
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around early August.
