Hi! I’m a chill and lay back guy. I was born in Colombia and been in Melbourne for over 10 years now. Enjoy doing a variety of activities from exercise, cooking, camping and going out dancing from time to time (funky tunes are the best) As I am leaving my current home, I would love to find another that is healthy, relaxed, easy, inviting, clean and organised ( not freakishly clean and organised). I’m happy doing my own thing as well as sharing a meal and having a good conversation. I recently accepted a new job so am looking to move a little closer to work, you know Melbourne traffic... Non smoker. Enjoy the occasional drink but not a big drinker. Very calm, not easily triggered. Flexible with move in dates. Look forward to hear from you.
Hi I am studying at Monash University. I am a non-smoker and dont have any pets. I am a very tidy person, quiet and non-party person. I am also open for teaming up with other students and people to look or move into a new house. Also flexible with the duration of stay as well.
I'm a new postgraduate student at Monash University from indonesia, looking for a place at my arrival at July the 1st. Peoples say I'm tidy, calm, friendly, don't like to bother other people business. most of my time will be spent at campus, and maybe i will looking for part time job also.
I've just moved down from Cairns for a new job in wholesale travel. Looking for a place that feels like home and to meet some friendly new faces. I love food and wine, adore animals and having a good laugh. Need to get something sorted by 3 June at the latest as I’m going interstate for training on the 4th.
Hi I'm B, almost 30 and working full time as a before and after school care co-ordinator. I have been around Melbourne housesittng for the past 2 years, but am now wanting somewhere with some space to call my own. I am an incredibly tidy and conscientious person who loves nothing more than a good book and lame dad jokes. I dont consider myself a party animal, but love a good chat and a drink with friends. I'm looking for a happy and positive person to move in with. Someone who doesn't mind being social - sharing a meal or drink and who will take pride in our home. I'm a great communicator (prefer to solve issues then and there rather than letting them stew) and am very respectful of others space. Ideally looking for a team-up as I have 90% of the things needed to furnish an apartment (couch, fridge, washing machine, all kitchen things etc)
I'm looking for a whole property to rent. I rented out my own apartment and would like to rent a property with 2 bathrooms (or 2 toilets and 1 shower), and at least 1 parking spot. I'm a happy, reliable and tidy person. I don't have children and pets. Looking for a whole property for myself, also don't mind to share a property which I will be getting with other females or males. Please send me a message or SMS if you would like to team-up/share a property I will be getting, or if you would like to share my own apartment which is located on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne (2 bedroom apartmetn, 1 furnished room is available). I'm friendly and get along well with everyone. Australia has been home for me for the last 20 years. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and I don't host parties. Move-in date: Any day between now and late August 2018 is fine. I will provide the relevant ownership documents/Body Corporate bills of my own property and driver licence/passport if requested.
My name is Kristy, I'm 38 and a designer, moving to Melbourne for a fantastic new job. I'm a quiet, considerate and tidy person, who has TWO PETS. a super affectionate 9yo Alaskan Malamute, named Kaiser and a 13yo cat called Toby. Kaiser needs a grassed secure backyard, but other than that I'm pretty flexible with a shared bathroom, and suburb as long as it's close to a train that leads to Southern Cross Train Station, and a decent area. I like to take my dog out on weekends and I study part time so I tend to keep busy. I just want to live with an animal lover foremost and a easy going friendly person. I would be happy living with a female or a couple.
Hello ! I will be pursuing Master of Accounting at Monash University from 1rd July at the Caulfield Campus. Ping me up I respect privacy and like to keep the place neat and tidy. Please feel free to contact me anytime. I am from Mumbai, India.
I'm a pretty neat, quiet Australian guy studying engineering on-line while looking for a job. I have a degree in applied science (chem), and 11+ yrs experience as an electronics tech. I'm a bit handy with computers, and fixing some stuff around the house. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine/beer, a chat about politics/economics/technology/society..., video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening, but largely keeping to myself. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I'm fine with pets. - Sam
I'm a very humble, kind and friendly person. I value people's private space and I try conform and keep a good relationship with my flatmate. I'm a very cheerful person so I love using my weekends going to different places and trying out new things! I'm currently living in South Africa with 3 flatmates for two years now and we have gotten along very well. I plan to move to Melbourne, Australia as of July 2018 hence I'm in desperate need of a place to stay!
Hi guys, I'm looking for a place that's a bit closer to the city with some awesome people (a furnished room would be ideal :) I'm a PhD student (perception/attention/ consciousness kinda stuff) at Monash uni. I'm super easy going, pretty quiet through the week (though I do love a chat over a beer or wine and cheese), enjoy relaxing with a Netflix binge (crime docos, ridiculous reality TV shows and anything funny). Most weekends I'm out trying new food/places. I'm flexible on moving dates but am preferably looking to move at the end of May. Let me know if I sound like I'd be a good fit :) Cheers!
Hi there, I'm Larisa! I'm currently doing a Masters degree in publishing and am also working part-time in hospitality. I'm looking for a new home that's a little bit closer to the city, as I'm there for uni a few days a week. I'd love to move into a place with some flatmates who are tidy and respectful, but also keen to have a wine (or two) or watch some Netflix! When I'm not studying or working, I love to binge watch tv shows, read, dance, and bake (and yes, I do share food!).
Female 45 years old with own business working from home (online). looking for quite accommodation either on own or with one other person. 6 months or more, preferred. A small secure yard is preferable as I have a mature miniature (toy) poodle that does not shed and is house trained. I keep to myself mostly but when appropriate am happy to have conversation and a quiet drink. I am flexible with peoples work hours and am accustomed to shift worker's schedules.
self-professed nerd and lover of all things electronics who also works full-time as an Engineer and happens to refer to himself in third person in awkward self intros....I could go on about my many fascinating qualities to show that I'm the best roommate but here's the important bit, I'm an easy going quite dude ,I clean up after using common areas and like to keep things tidy and most importantly I pay my bills on time. Contact me if you are interested. Live long and prosper :)
Hi! A little bit about me: I'm 20 and studying teaching at Deakin. I keep to myself most of the time but love a good chat too! I love quiet nights in with a good movie and I'm super into live music and try to go to concerts as much as I can. I know I'm young which can be a bit of a red flag for some people but I'm really looking for a mature, stable household with peaceful housemates rather than a party house. I'm a tidy person by nature and very considerate of other people, especially the ones I live with. I'm always reliable and on time when it comes to paying bills and rent so there'll never be any issues with that kind of stuff. I'm more than happy to pay one months rent in advance as well as bond if needed and if the house is in need of a new fridge/washing machine/microwave/etc I'd be happy to buy a new one when I move in. Hoping to hear from you soon!
I'm clean, easygoing, adjustable and can easily cope with others in no time. My friend and I will be studying at Monash University, Caulfield campus(Course MIT).
I am a recent uni graduate, working full-time for the year before heading back for postgrad next year. I have a cute little rescue cat called Max (she is strictly an indoor cat). It will take her some time to warm up to you, but you'll love it when she does. I have been living in sharehouses for five years, have loved it and made lots of good friends and had great experiences. I would also be happy living with one or two others, upon meeting the right people. Or preferably a place of my own, whether this is a partially private living situation (e.g. private kitchen/bathroom with shared living space), granny flat or privately rented apartment. I have an exemplary tenancy record, which I can provide many references for (including for Max). My strengths as a tenant/flatmate are my habits of being very clean, love of gardening and handiness, and clear communication. I currently work in operating theatres at St Vincent Private, and plan on studying paramedicine beginning next year. In my spare time, I see a lot of local live music with my friends, and visit bars on the weekend. I also volunteer with the SES and will sometimes be out at weird hours with that, but it means I am super handy and can fix the roof on the cheap if need be (it's happened before!)
I'm a very fun and social person to be around. I'm clean and tidy and always respectful and considerate of people's time schedules. I like to cook for people and enjoy a drink or 10 every now and then. I'm working at a restaurant on chapel and I'm studying psychology. I think you should pick me because I'm funny, caring, love to socialise and cook a mean spag bowl - yes I'm Italian!
Hi there, my name is Danni and I'm a 27 year old, full time bartender. As such I work mostly nights so that would need to not be an issue for you! I've been in mostly share houses since the age of 18 so I'm well versed in sharing spaces with others, I'm friendly, outgoing, clean and respectful. In my downtime I usually keep to myself and read or have Netflix binges but I don't mind a good chat and a drink with housemates either. If I sound like a good fit for your place, hit me up. x P.S - Bonus points if your house has pets of any sort, happy to contribute all the pats.
I’m a considerate quiet housemate who works full time and generally spends my weekends out & about doing fun things / adventures / bar hopping / dinners / sight seeing . I love to cook and stay in with a glass of red so I live a balanced lifestyle , I gym, run and love to be outdoors .
