Hi, My name is Sam, I'm 27 and have recently moved back home to Melbourne after playing professional baseball in the US for the last 10 years. Now working as an account manager for a printing company and looking to enjoy the inner-city lifestyle Melbourne has to offer. I have a pretty busy schedule through the week between training and working, but am always keen to be social as well. I like to keep things neat, be active and am easy going. I also have plenty of experience living with new people.
I currently live in Sydney but am looking to move to Melbourne to begin post-graduate studies in the new year. I love to travel and as well a combo of red wine and cheese board! I go to yoga quite regularly and am a vegetarian. I love to cook and prefer a nice neat house rather than mess and clutter. I am looking to move end of June - mid July!
36 year old female, full time working, quiet, clean, friendly, respect others privacy
Hello future flatmate, I am looking for a place that I can call home, to share with some nice and friendly people. Recently completed my engineering studies from Monash, now working full-time. In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music (love EDM), going to the gym, and playing field hockey at the Monash University Hockey Club. Like to get out and about on weekends where possible, but also like to be a homebody sometimes and have some me-time. Would prefer to live in the suburbs close to CBD. Pretty flexible with the number of housemates. Open to teaming up as well. My preferred lease term is 6 months, however, open to shorter lease term. Will be happy to extend if I like the place. Would like to move in at the earliest (latest by 16 Feb). My budget is $250 per week (cheaper the better). If you found me interesting/have any questions, hit me up. Thanks for your time! 🙂
Hi there, My name is Lauren, I'm on the hunt for a new sharehouse after a long stint of travelling. I work fulltime+ for myself as a creative, doing mainly graphic design, web design and more recently photography (although my main focus is to push myself into being a full time photographer). I'm a pretty positive person leading an active lifestyle, when I'm not working I'm catching up with mates or heading out to see some art or whatever other great things Melbourne has on offer. I love music, art, cinema, making things, people, coffee, yummy food, learning, and exercise-wise I'm really getting into yoga and cycling lately. Looking for a place to call home and bonus if we get to become good mates! That's the dream right? But yeah, I'm pretty chill and very flexible to come meet anytime that suits if I sound like I might be a good fit. Feel free to hit me up with any questions :) Cheers! Lauren
hello! I’m Josie, almost 19 and work at Crown as well as receptioning part-time in Toorak. From mid year I’ll be studying full time in the CBD (keeping both jobs dw) so looking to move around June - but can be flexible! I live pretty healthily and love to cook, actually like to clean and generally keep spaces tidy. During the week I’m out most the day and crash hard at night, vice versa on weekends :) Feel free to message me if you’re interested in chatting more! Happy to hear from anyone of a similar age and lifestyle
Hey there, I've just moved to Melbourne from Queensland and yes it's cold. Looking to share a house with mindful people who see a house as sanctuary to come home to after work. Open to all age groups and all personalities. My previous two housemates were in their twenties and we all got along really well. Not into busy households with people coming over and staying. No families, couples, kids or pets please. Non smoker, clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. Yoga is my thing accompanied by a nice hot sauna for winter. I've got some kitchen bits and pieces including a nice coffee machine so a little space for that would be appreciated. I had to leave my plants behind so I hope you won't mind me buying some. Any questions please ask. Thanks
Hi there! My name is Anna. I'm 28 and I have been living in Melbourne for few months now and I am looking for a new place to settle for a while. I'm keen to get to know the city better and meet new people! I'm open-minded and easy-going person, open to get to know my future flatmates. I am very easy to get on with and I enjoy a clean and cosy home. I hope to find roommates who enjoy comfy movie nights and share a cup of tea or a glass of wine or two on the weekend! I am a non-smoker and I respect other's space, belongings and privacy. My interests also include binge watching series, cooking, travelling and getting to know new cultures. I work in veterinary hospital. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Currently living in Perth, WA, we will soon be relocating to Melbourne for work. We have a 1.5 y/o female Border Collie and are looking for a place we can stay to get our bearings in a new city with the potential to stay long term if it is the right fit for everyone. We both love to get outdoors and we will be spending our weekends exploring the city and state.
Very clean and tidy, responsible and shared my home in Bendigo on flatmates several times. Looking to live closer to friends and work in the Coburg area. Love gardening and cooking as well as walking and yoga. May just sit in room online a lot as I blog and think of ways to save the planet.
I'm a friendly and considerate housemate, looking for a clean and quiet place. I work in admin in a hospital and on my days off, I like to read, watch Netflix or catch up with friends. I generally keep to myself but happy to socialise over meals/drinks.
I'm a 21 year old student from the UK and studying at La Trobe Uni! Fun, friendly, considerate and looking for similar people to flatshare with. Looking to live with students or people around my age. Unfortunately my time at my current address is coming to an unexpected end, so preferably need somewhere which would accept me for 4 months. Looking around Reservoir and the north but happily consider the right place in a different location. Willing to move ASAP. All messages appreciated :)
Hello! I’m hoping to find a place to rent in Essendon, Docklands, Southbank, and South Yarra. I’m a full time working flight attendant and enjoy company, but also my alone time. I’m clean, tidy and friendly. I may also be away some nights on work trips.
18 year old male from North Tassie studying Cybersecurity at Swinburne (Richmond). Easy, outgoing & loves a good chat & the occasional bev. - I spend my time socializing, working on IT-related projects, producing music and reading. I need to move asap so I'm keen to find almost anywhere really soon as time is imperative. - Main things I care about house wise are: a) Distance to Swinburne. b) Price. - Fine with pretty much anything as long as there's no black mold x. I'm very happy to pay up to 3 months of rent in advance ;) Feel free to flick me a message with any offers or questions :)
I'm a 26-year-old Turkish Materials Engineer who is clean, responsible, and experienced with living in shared accommodations. I’m very respectful of others' privacy but also friendly and fun to get along with. I love a quality beer/glass of wine, a good chat, listening to any kind of music, reading, learning new things and science.
Hello future to-be-flatmates! :) I am a Korean-kiwi in the land of roos! Full-time worker based in the CBD so I would prefer any places in relative close proximity to the city (and close to public transport to the city is preferable). Parking space is a must as my job requires a bit of driving. Other than that, I can be quite flexible! I believe clicking well with flatmates is the number one importance in a sharehouse. I have flatted before in Australia and in New Zealand. That means, I will tidy up after myself and will pull my own weight when it comes to sharing chores around the house. I'd like to think I have graduated/retired from my party-every-weekend days. I can be a bit of a room hermit but not cos I'm unfriendly or anti-social. I will always be up to chill with anyone and everyone if people are keen! Would love to get back into an active lifestyle, so would be a bonus if flatmates are active! :)
A student of Monash, all the way from India, pursuing engineering, 23 years old. A novice cook, loves the outdoor and exploring new places, I consider myself well organised and always trying to create a calm and easy going environment. Looking for a neat place which has a good atmosphere to study, relax and chill.
