Hi, my name's Adam! I'm 23 and originally from Queensland. I'm working as an Engineer starting a new job in Hawthorn in February, so looking to move into a place around early Feb. I'm pretty chill and sociable but also clean. I'm into sports (basketball), music, cars and always keen for a beer! Looking for similar roommates.
Hello there! I'm Alex from Munich, Germany and on a working holiday visa in Australia. I'm rather quiet but once I get to know somebody I can be bubbly. I'm clean and tidy and appreciate a clean house! I want to stay in Melbourne for a while and maybe find a job. I enjoy cooking and also from time to time a nice glass of wine. I will respect your privacy but it would be great to live with somebody who also likes to get together occasionally!
I'm a student from Vietnam and currently studying at RMIT! I love watching movies, taking photos and reading books as well when I have time. I'm friendly, very tidy and respect others' personal space. Usually pretty quiet but I don't mind having some good conversations over a cup of tea or wine.
I’m currently looking for a private bedroom, located within the city, or, preferably the surrounding suburbs (Malvern, St. Kilda, South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor, Coburg). My budget is between $180-$200/week. I’m also open to teaming up! Here are a few things about me: I’m a full time post graduate student studying marketing at RMIT University. Born and raised in Thailand, working part time in retail, very clean, organized and respectful of personal space. During my free time I like to go out exploring, I enjoy drawing, painting, reading, writing, yoga and meditation. I love plants, flowers and animals (especially doggos, sharks and polar bears) aaand there’s so much more to me that we can discuss if we become housemates! 😊😊 Feel free to get in touch with this potato, if you’d like to add her to your snuggly patch of organic vegetables! 🙋🏽♀️
Hi! I'm Jean (22), and am moving from Sydney to work part time and study full time at Monash Uni in a post-graduate psychology degree. An easy going, bubbly op-shop enthusiast, who's marginally addicted to exploring food joints and making conversation with strangers and their dogs. I'm a regular at-home meal girl, so I know how to use a kitchen and keep it clean. Strangely enough, I relish in tidying, so an unkept house won't be an issue with me. Often found galavanting on a mountain or beach, but always down for the casual night out or in (cheap wine and decent humour highly regarded). I also enjoy my productive alone time, so I know how to respect that if you do too. I'm flexible with the moving date. I start uni on the 4th of March, so ideally I would like to be settled before then. Please throw me as many questions as needed! I look forward to hearing from you.
I've lived in many share houses before (renting, Air BnB, hostels, and I'm the oldest of 7 siblings!) and am quite used to it - sharing bills and common areas and respectful of other housemates space and privacy. I run my own business in Finance and work partly from home, although when I am home I'm fairly quiet doing paperwork or making brief phone calls to clients. Half the week I'm out meeting clients or at events and so on. I visit my nan every Wednesday night and I'm away (in country Victoria) every second or third weekend to visit my partner. I always pay my rent and bills on time and clean up after myself. I will help keep the common areas clean and tidy and am happy to have a chat or share a meal or two. I've travelled heaps overseas, love the sunshine and beach, and I do some exercise every day. I don't smoke and want to share a place with other non-smokers, and am happy to have a dog around, but not cats (allergies).
Irish/Australian student! Studying fine arts at RMIT. Into art, gigs, bands, bevs with cool people, vegetarian cooking, yoga, cycling and opp shopping. Looking for easy-going people to share a house with 💖
Hi, My name is Ram Babu and I'm 19yo. I'm originally from Darwin but currently in my second semester at RMIT. I'm a very friendly person that understands privacy and I love soccer and music. I'm just looking for a nice room to move into that's fairly close to the RMIT building in the city or fairly easy to get to from.
Hey (hopefully) new housemates! I’m a 20-something year-old friendly guy with a steady paycheck and great experiences in some great sharehouses. I’m moving out of home (again) after (finally) finishing my final year of university - looking to make new friends as well as housemates. Benefits of living with me - quality cook, very domesticated, clean guy but not a cleanliness crackpot, keen on big chats over wines/tea and big fan of the occasional boogie/karaoke/trivia session. Ask me around for a chat any time!
Hello, I arrived from the Gold Coast on the 19th of Jan and now looking for a new home. Looking around Richmond/ Prahran/ South Yarra/ Hawthorn areas. I will be working full-time as an engineer for a construction company, so I won't always be at the house using utilities. I am a social bloke that is always down for a chat, although I enjoy my downtime and respect everyones privacy. I've done the share house gig for many years, I am clean, tidy and very easy-going. I like going to the beach, don't mind the occasional beer now and then with some live music, I go to the gym most days for a sweat up and love some smashed avo on toast with poached eggs and a coffee. If there is anything you want to know feel free to swing me a message, Cheers!
I am a medical doctor from India going through my licensing process , looking for an accommodation for 2 months. Easy going in nature and more importantly I DO CLEAN UP AFTER MYSELF. cheers
We’re a friendly and easy going young couple from rural NSW seeking accommodation for our move to Melbourne for university. We will both be studying full time, are quiet and respectful and enjoy meeting new people. On the weekends you can usually find us binge watching some new Netflix show or out spending money on food that we certainly don't need. We would love to find flatmates who are equally as chill as we are, are up for a laugh and who can help introduce us to Melbourne.
My names Declan. I'm 18 years old, fun loving and easy going. I love gardening, art, spending time with my friends and having new expirences. I work in the city part time and am also studying in Prahran. I enjoy living with open minded people who respect eachother, the household and one another's space whilst also being able to have a good laugh, chat or a communal meal every once and a while.
Mature natureloving quiet single mum working 4 days a week as garden teacher at local primary schools. Need safe quiet private home with small garden access where we can play with our caged rabbit and 2 Guineapigs
Hey all, I recently moved down to Melbourne from Byron Bay mid last year and am now looking for a new place to call home. I am very considerate, love a communal dinner and enjoy playing records and vintage shopping :) If there's anyone out there that feels like I'd fit in to your little abode then let me know! Isha
Hi I’m Kat. I am a Primary School Teacher. I am 29 years old currently living in Camberwell. I am an easy going person. I usually work during the week and catch up with friends over the weekend. I live a pretty healthy active lifestyle. I like to walk, run, hike and spend sometime at the beach.
Starting work for Carlton and United Breweries. I am a laid back and easy going bloke that is always up for a chat but respects others wishes for privacy. I love going to gigs and festivals, easily my favourite past time other than catching up with mates over some drinks. Spent 16 of the last 24 months overseas doing a combination of work, study, travel and socialising. I would love a housemate/s that I can chat to after work when winding down and wouldn't mind the occasional yarn on weekends too.
Recently moved to Melbz (from NZ). Working as a software Engineer (i.e. I'll be able to afford all the rent and bills easily). I'm relatively tidy (doesn't leave dishes in the sink etc), friendly (enjoy a drink and a laugh) but also lead a busy life, etc, all the usual stuff. I'm looking to find a new place because the place I'm currently in seems a bit suspect legally - so ideally I'm looking for is something where things are done properly (e.g. written agreements, not paying rent in cash, etc.) Other than that I guess living with nice people (if applicable), and being close enough to work (I work roughly at the intersection of St Kilda road and Moubray Street, and trying to keep the commute time (by tram) under 40 minutes each way)
Hi I’m Candice, I’m a 25F full-time professional in the hospital sector, 8-5. I’m looking for a place with a super vibe near to my work. A little bit about me - I like to go running, play tennis and cook up an epic pasta dish outside of work. I also love the odd bit of yoga, camping and pottery. I’m into all types of good food - especially cheese!! I’m looking for like-minded housemates who are up for a great chat, dinner & movie on the couch and happy to go out for a wine and boogie. I like having family or friends over every so often so I'd love a homely, relaxed house. I like to do food-prep for work during the week, and I have no dietary needs. I come with my own bed and furniture and several books. I’m easy-going, respectful and more than happy to do my share of cleaning etc. I like keeping a shared living space generally clean and tidy. I am looking for a house instead of an apartment (love me a bit of garden!!). I don't have pets but I love them. I have a car so looking for street or off-street parking.
I am going to be studying at Swinburne University and working casually also. I am looking for a room in a share house preferably with non-smokers. Otherwise pretty flexible. I am a chilled person, love socialising, binge watching netflix and cooking yummy food!
