Hello future housemate! My name is Dian, I am currently completing my Masters of Dietetics at Deakin University. After living in West Melbourne for the past year, I decided that I would like to move closer to university (and potentially my clinical placement site) to save myself the travel at the West Gate bridge (ugh). I am generally out on most days, either at uni/placement, hanging out with friends or working. When I am home, I love to cook (although I am claiming to be good at it) and chilling to destress from uni/life. I am not a party person and lover of clean space, so hoping my future housemate will be the share these same values. I am looking for a place to call home, not just a house so looking forward to hear from you if you want the same thing!
I am a clean, tidy, and respectful individual looking for a place in Melbourne's South East. I currently work as a secondary school teacher beginning full-time work in January 2019. I am interested in meeting new people and always friendly. My hobbies include: hiking, beach going, and cycling. Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks!
Hey, I'm Callum, 23 I work in the Agribusiness industry and I'm moving back to Melbourne after being in Albury for a year with work. I'm looking forward to moving back and catching up with mates, I enjoy having a beer on weekends and getting out. I spend my spare time at the gym & cooking during the week. I also travel down to the coast a fair bit on weekends to see family and go surfing and fishing I'm a clean person who enjoys a tidy house, up for a chat, beer or meal together but also respectful of privacy
My name is Beth I am from Scotland and I have been travelling around Australia on a working holiday visa and I now want to settle in Melbourne for a while. I love anything creative, doing yoga, going swimming, being outdoors and going out or staying in for drinks. I am a laid back friendly person who will clean up after myself. At the moment I am still looking for a job in Melbourne but I am hoping I will find one very soon.
Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old professional wrapping up my PhD and moving to Melbourne from Adelaide for new full-time permanent position on St. Kilda road. I'm currently looking for a sunny bright room with enough space for a double bed, desk and chair, preferably furnished and preferably with an ensuite, nearby St. Kilda road or close to public transport. I'd also prefer bills to be included in the rent. I'm tidy, hardworking and determined but also friendly and easy getting oing. I've grown up and lived in five countries and I enjoy exploring new places and experiences. I enjoy jogging, swimming, camping, soccer and cycling. I also love cats. While I'll be focused on a new job, that won't stop me from being a social flatmate who is keen to chill out and relax. Always respectful of space and privacy, clean and willing to help out and listen when it's required. I enjoy having a place with the right atmosphere where we eagerly look forward to coming back to at the end of a long day Looking forward to meeting you and checking out the place! :)
Hi guys, I'm originally from NZ, spent a few years living in the UK before moving to Melbourne late last year. I'm very relaxed, easy going and respectful of other housemates. Like to live in a clean and tidy home. I'm a professional working in the city full-time Mon-Fri and keep very busy outside of work. You'll find me at the gym or cricket training most evenings. Am very independent and prep my own meals etc but love to have a catch up and a chat most evenings. Definitely partial to watching a bit of sport and a few drinks. Enjoy the odd night out on the weekend but also happy having a night in making food and watching TV. Spend a bit of time at my girlfriends place most weekends. Would prefer another working professional around the same age with similar interests and also is clean and tidy. Ideal house/apartment would be a two bedroom place with two bathrooms and a car space in or around one of the suburbs I've listed. Move date is around mid December. Feel free to ask if there's anything else.
Hello , I am clean and tidy, respectful, sociable and I respect other peoples space and property, thats the important stuff. I am returning from spending a year in the UK and I am really looking forward to getting back to melbourne. I will be training to be a draftsmen with autoCAD and working on writing projects while working. Its fair to say that i would prefer not to get into afull on party house due to my study commitments but thats not to say I am a crusty old twonk. #lifeintheolddogyet. I love my sport, movies, music and books but the majority of tv passes me by. I am willing to share with anybody so long as your not a strong advocate of Mr Trump. I am from Liverpool originaly (scouser) and i still have most of the accent, which you will get the hang of in a very short time, or we can communicate with hand gestures and interpretive dance. I will be arriving in Melbourne on dec 7th which would be the ideal time to move in but i am flexable, airbnb may be a short term option. My studies have a flexable time frame so I expect to be working full time also, i am experienced in a number of fields with numerous contacts, however i will be arriving with extensive funds so as to get a head start on my studies. By the way, I am flexable on the stay length. All the best Mark
We are a friendly chill late twenties Mexican couple looking for a place where to live for the next months, I have already finished my studies and my boyfriend is still studying, we enjoy a good conversation and sharing time with flatmates but also we are really respectful about privacy and personal space. No smokers, no pets, we both enjoy outdoor activities
Im a kind person, I dont party ofen (really at all) so you wont have to worry about me coming home late. I’m very passionate about writing and reading and filmaking. I am from Perth, but I am moving to Melbourne in 2019 for university. For fun I like going out into the city and just exploring, I like collecting books, and learning about the universe, as well as jam out to music and watch movies with mates. I am a transgender guy, although I dont see how that would affect me as an individual. I like to keep to myself sometimes but most of the time I like to hang out and do stuff with others. I like to cook and garden and would like to grow my own veggies if there’s room!
Hey all! Im luke, a 27 year old landscape gardener with a passion for what i do. Originally from adelaide, i have called melbourne home for abit over a year now- enjoying every minute of it. I work fulltime hours with the occasional saturday- hope to study further next yr if work/study balance allows. When not in the garden i tend to keep fairly active outside on my bike, in the gym, down the beach..also love nights in with movies, music. Very relaxed personality with comfort in simple pleasures- easy to live with. Enjoy a few beers on a weekend, some live music or a show with friends. Look forward to meeting with you :)

Hi, I'm Ellie. I am 21 and currently finishing my nutrition science degree with the intention doing my masters in dietetics next year. I'm quite a social person, love to cook, more than happy with pets and have quite a few plants. I'd love to be able to move into a fun social house and make some new friends!
Hi, I'm Eleonora and looking for a place to call home. I currently work in science research and am passionate about food, coffee and having a good discussion over a film or book. I'm looking for a clean place with a great vibe - not a party house but definitely one where housemates are okay to socialise and be respectful of one another. I keep pretty busy with work and hobbies during the week but am always up for a chat and a debrief if the opportunity presents itself :) Looking forward to meeting you!
I am a bright and bubbly individual, I like to have a laugh, but I keep to myself also! I love my bed and watching tv, I want to start studying next year, so will be working and studying and trying to spend time with friends in my spare time. I am a big animal lover :) especially doggies. I like to cook when I have time. I go out for dinner with friends 1-2 times a week. And just looking for a new place to call home.
I'm a clean and tidy person, looking for a quiet place. I'd to live in a central located place, meet new people and explore a bit of the culture
Hey! We're Jess and Jason, moving from the Mornington Peninsula to be closer to our jobs. Jason is an electrician and Jess is an engineer, so we can work some pretty big hours. We're both pretty active and like to get outdoors as much as we can. Our biggest love is snowboarding but we enjoy pretty much anything. We are quite social people and would love to have house mates we can share drinks and meals with when we can :) We will be traveling from December 2018 - February 2019, so we are looking to move in late Feb / early March 2019.
Hey I’m a 31 year old pretty chilled out guy. Have been working for the Department of Justice full time for around 7 years now. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, easy going and easy to get along with. Looking for a room to rent for from around February onwards! Enjoy keeping fit and healthy, travelling and having a good time. Let me know if this suits and hopefully work something out!
I'm looking for a place for me and my friend Ross, we're moving from London. Ross and I will both be working for Rapha in Melbourne, a Cycling apparel company. We are both very active interms of sports activities and social and culture activities. We're both very tidy and enjoy socialising but we do undertsand everyone needs their own space sometimes. Ross is staying in Melbourne for 3 months and I'm hoping to stay for 12months. Ross is a part time stand up comedian, mainly because his only funny 2 out of every 3 shows he performs. He has a repertoire of accents & voices which amaze and scares me sometimes . Ross has lived in Melbourne before and studied there so he will be accustome to the life style. He is also very active in sports stuff. He also knows a lot of facts about a lot of random things which really helps when theres an awkward silence. I am a professionally trained chef so I do enjoy cooking most days. It's my first time in Australia so I will most likely be exploring the town and hoping to meet like minded people. I do enjoy the occasional social drink with friends but not really planning to get wasted everyweek. I will be doing a lot of cycling and hoping to find a cool place to do some bouldering , ultimate frisbee and footy(uk rules).
Hi, I'm Pietra, I'm a medical student who will be placed in hospitals in and around Melbourne next year. In my spare time I play the harp, bake, and love to garden. So why should you want me as a housemate: - I don't smoke or do drugs - I play the harp which is 10/10 relaxing - I come with a potted lemon tree that has grown 4 lemons to date so yay free food? - If you don't have a dishwasher I have a portable mini one - I have been known to stress-clean What I'm looking for: - Non-smoking and non-drug using housemates - Housemates who respect communal cleanliness - I don't care how messy your own room is, as long as you tidy the kitchen after you use it! - I'm bi, so as long as you're cool with that I'm cool :D
Hey, i'm Kate. I'm moving to Melbourne for work on December 1st. I'm looking for something longer term but am also open to short term stays while I find something permanent. I work full time office hours in the disability sector and am transferring within my organisation, so I have established and reliable income! I've shared places a bunch so i'm well trained in sharehouse living and not being a rubbish housemate. I tidy up after myself, buy household items and contribute to cleaning. It would be great to find a social house to occasionally have a wine or share a meal or something , but I also respect privacy and the need for alone time. In my spare time I like going for breakfast, shopping for houseplants or doing something active like cycling or rock climbing. Also not opposed to netflix or a night out, but not looking for a party house. I'm flexible with the move date and location, so if you think I would be a good fit in your house then shoot me a message!
