$250/week35 year old female

SEEING WHO'S OUT THERE :) Hi there! We are Casey (human) and Marty (little dog dude) looking for one or two people (or possibly a couple) to teamup with to get a townhouse or house with a courtyard or yard. About us: I work full-time in IT in the city (currently working from home) and I'm starting a Bach of Arts (Pyschology) in July. My hobbies are drawing, crafting, playing PS4, Netflix and chill, and telling Marty how much I love him. I am mature, friendly and social, but also value my own personal space :) I have a boyfriend who stays over most weekends, maybe two or three nights a week. Marty is an 8 year old desexed male Pug x Chihuahua aka a Chug. He is a full time cutie/gangsta who loves scratches, sleeping, treats, going for walks and generally being a cool dude. His is extremely well behaved, completely house trained and is just a delight to have around. He is dog and cat (when he realizes that he can't chase them) friendly, so if you have a dog and a meet and greet goes well, we'd love to have you and he'd love the company. He does suffer from separation anxiety and can howl sadly, so you need to be understanding and ok with that :) What we are looking for: Housemate/s: We are looking for someone who is clean and friendly, who likes a chat but also appreciates personal space. If you have a friendly dog, that's a bonus! You must either have full-time work, or be able to easily pay rent and bills, as I will most likely be in charge of rent and bills and will have an aneurysm if they are not paid on time. Students are welcome :) The house: We are looking for ideally a townhouse or house with a courtyard/yard for Marty, 2 or 3 bedrooms and at least two bathrooms that is close to public transport (preferably a train station). I need my own bathroom. A dishwasher would be a bonus. I have a near new washer and fridge, kitchen stuff, and a ridiculously comfy lounge chair, so all you need is your own bedroom furniture. If you have whitegoods and furniture though, we can work something out. If you have any question, please feel free to message me!!

$300/week30 year old female

Hi my name is Emma, I like to think of myself as an easy going, clean, super fun and respectful person to live with. I am 30 years old and employed full time in the aviation industry. I enjoy having casual drinks and have been cooking a lot lately and testing out new recipes. I do try to be a funny bugger however I think I come across as a dork to most. I am an active person- I love going to the mountains to snowboard in winter and going to the beach to surf in summer (although I haven’t quite gotten the hang of it yet). I have recently bought a new mountain bike and I am keen to take it out on some trails (I always welcome riding buddies). I also like to go on day hikes and hikes over a few days, any excuse to have the fun of putting up the tent. I am looking to live in a place preferably a (house) that I can call home that I can contribute to, and feel comfortable in. I would like to be friends with the people I live with, however I understand everyone’s need for personal space. My family live in Brisbane so I travel back and forth from there sometimes however they have closed the boarder on me so no family time for me for a while. I am looking for nice housemates to either move in with or could be serious enough to snap up a nice house to start up a lease together. I have all my references on board and my fingers are ready to submit an application at any moment of time also. Areas I am interested in is; Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda, Elwood, Albert Park, Middle Park, Malvern, Armadale, Richmond, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, South Yarra. Please send me a message if interested, I would love to hear from you.
