Hi! I am a study abroad student looking for a place to live for the spring semester. I am originally from Finland but I have been living in the United States for the last four years. I am an easy going, former athlete who can either socialize or keep to myself. I love going out and having a good time as much as I like hanging out with friends, cooking and watching netflix. I am a big fan of sports as well. This will be my first time in Australia but I am excited to see what the Aussies have to offer!
Hey guys, Im a guy who has been living abroad my whole life. I have lived in Mainland China and Hong Kong before this. I am fluent in Mandarin, Hindi and English. I am extremely international and liberal. I will come to Australia in July for my postgraduation in International Relations and Journalism. I love to hang out and have a drink or two on the weekends. I can also cook well.
I'm a student from Denmark going to study for 1 semester at Monash University. I study biotechnology on my masters and I really enjoy that. I'm a very calm, "down-to-earth", and friendly person. I am clean and tidy and I like to have my things in order. In my spare time I like to go for a run or do a workout in the gym. I also like some good danish "hygge", where I relax with friends, make some nice food, and maybe watch a good movie. I hope to live in a sharehouse in the area between Melbourne CBD and Monash (Clayton), and I hope to be living with other people wanting to socialize and maybe drink a glass of wine and make a nice dinner once in a while.
Hey! I'm Mitchell. I'm currently work full-time. I play basketball and mixed netball. I'm the kind of person who like to go out and explore. I'm easy going and easy to get along with. Looking to move closer to work.
Hello everybody, I'm currently living in SA and have just about had enough of this place frankly, I just cannot get work here to save my life. I live in a nice house that my parents spent all their money rebuilding, but I need to move out for my own good. I've talked to a few people and they recommended Melbourne as a good place to start. I'm pretty quiet overall, but have a better sense of humour than many and enjoy travelling and photography. I tend to prefer staying at home, I never have been and never will be of the "party type", its not for me. I'm an online gamer too and thus my only prerequisite is an immediate wired internet connection. I am ready to move at any moment's notice. Currently not working at the present moment but feel a change in scenery is exactly what I need to find something. Thanks, Anthony.
Hi, i'm Nicholas and i'm from Malaysia. I'll be going on an exchange to Monash Caulfield on July till the end of the year. As such, i'm looking for people to share accommodation with. I am a friendly, kind and thoughtful person. I like the outdoors and love sports, especially basketball. I wouldn't consider myself a difficult person to live with and i can be very funny when you get to know me. Feel free to contact me for more info :)
Hello! I'm Lucy. I am originally from Melbourne and work full time in Armadale. I'm 34 and into fitness/ yoga. I'm tidy, outgoing and independent.I have lived in the UK and also in Switzerland. I've recently returned from Sydney where I spent 12 months in the Eastern suburbs. I'm a non-smoker and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy people who are honest, fun and independant types. I get on well with all kinds of people, but usually like living with others who are motivated, friendly and committed to their goals. Cheers :)
Hi guys! My name is Vivek Vyas. I'm from India. I moved to Melbourne two months ago. I did my high school and bachelors in Perth. I'm currently doing Professional Year in Engineering at Monash College. I'm a social and outgoing person who loves to talk to people. I've lived in Australia for about 7 years now so I've lived with different housemates and I never had any issues with anyone so far. I like to maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the house so none of you would face that problem (I know everyone hates that lazy guy). I like to play squash and travel to places around for weekend hikes. I enjoy a drink or two sometimes when I hang out with friends but I'm not a party animal. I'm not a smoker either. If you happen to have a pet, I'm pet friendly. I have a dog back home and I just love him. Just looking for housemates who are easy going, friendly and respect each other's privacy. Thank you!
Happy, social, empathetic and considerate. I love to live sustainably but am the mind of each to their own. I love a clean house! And I believe less is more but now have unintentionally acquired enough white goods to set up a new house which includes 2 furry, golden oldies of the canine variety. My schedule is full so I am only home in the evenings and Sundays and keep fairly regular hours. I work and study in people orientated fields and love to meet new people.
My name is Ebony and I'm looking for a place to live close to Box Hill Hospital as I've just been offered a job there! I've just returned from living and working in Canada for the past 18 months, working at a ski resort for two seasons and working with Bears in the summer. I start my new job in Pathology on the 29th of May so would be available to move in after then as I'm out of town at the moment and I'll be working Monday to Friday at different times. I love the snow so will hopefully head up to Mt Buller as much as I can on the weekends to snowboard. I currently live in Pearcedale which is just too far of a drive so I'm looking to live closer to the city. I'm very neat and tidy, I enjoy staying fit, cooking and going out for drinks every now and then!
I'm an easy-going third year Monash psychology student who loves sharing a meal and a drink or two with fellow flatmates. I do have a couple of well-received dishes which I love to cook for people. I'm also quite enthusiastic about movie nights. I come with a hard drive full of TV shows. What makes me a truly good flatmate is that I went to boarding school so I've been living communally for like 5 years now and am very considerate of other people's space and things. I'm also very good at cleaning and very much willing to do chores. I do come with a car and I am happy to use it in the name of food/ take-out. One of my requirements is that I prefer to be with people who aren't excessively loud on school nights. But I really would like to live in a social household.
Hi, I'm Joel. I'm in my final semester of uni currently working part time as a civil engineer, but will be transitioning to full time in in a couple of weeks when the semester's over. I'm looking for a place fairly close to the city with easy access to the Monash Freeway and somewhere to park my car, ideally with people who keep a pretty normal schedule. I consider myself to be someone who is well mannered and relatively tidy, and I wouldn't say no to a glass of wine or a bit of a yarn after work. With that being said, I am definitely the kind of person who also needs a bit of alone time, usually with a book. In my spare time I enjoy going to gigs or just to the pub. Feel free to get in contact.
Hey There! I'm Tirrell, 23 year old Monash Uni Student studying Geology and Human geography. I'm big into swimming, cooking, trecking, books and videogames. I have been living out of home for the past year so yes I am capable of cleaning up after myself. Uni and work tend to keep me pretty busy. Not a huge partier at the moment but have been know to enjoy a few bevs an am 420 friendly. Would love to find a place with easy and relatively timely public transport to Monash Uni Clayton and some laid back housemates. I should let you know im a vegetarian but am really not phased by what anyone else eats just means if you are looking to share groceries it may be a little inconvenient... Sorry for the stream of consciousness ^^^ but drop me a line if you think I fit the bill for a potential housemate and we can go from there.
I am a fun guy to live with, love to go out, socialise, hang out over a couple of beers. I love to travel. I will be studying at Monash University! I love to read books, bake, sing, dance. I am a clean and organised guy. I am from India. I love to get together with friends and try out new eateries and cafes and pubs. I don't smoke actively or passively.
Hi, I'm Aidz, 30 y/o, from the Philippines! I'll be taking Masters in Design full-time at Monash (Caulfield) this coming July and I'll be arriving in Melbourne on June 26. I'm a photographer and a graphic designer so that makes me an artistic person, I'm very much into music as well, I play the guitar (but I'm not bringing one, unfortunately) and can sing decently, I like searching and listening to new indie artists/bands, but the majority on my playlist are very old school. I also love playing video games, NBA 2K or FIFA anyone?? I'm a bit of a geek and I quite know my way around techy stuff. I also love to cook so I can make some meals whenever I have time. I'm usually content being a homebody, but I sure love to go outside once in a while! So, show me around when I get there? Since it's my first time to live alone and in a different country, I'm not just looking for roommates but also (hopefully) lifelong friends that I can treat and also treat me as "family". My mom is an OC when it comes to cleanliness, hygiene and keeping things in their proper place, so somehow I picked that up from her, but don't worry, I'm not very imposing like her haha! I highly value my privacy and takes care very well of my possessions, so you can expect me to do the same for you. I drink, but not too much (those days are over haha!) I'm fun to be around and can get loud and crazy at times, but I intend to do very well on my studies so I can assure you that I'll be quiet most of the time. Anyway, if you think we get along very well, I'd really appreciate hearing from you!
I'm a friendly and easy going professional who works 9-5 and also will begin studies part-time in the near future. I enjoy a social drink here and there but my partying days are almost over, which means that you don't have to worry about coming home to a raging house party with randoms foraging through your house! :D I have two mature indoor/outdoor toilet trained cats that are pretty reserved and like to keep to themselves. I love to cook and I'm conscious of maintaining a clean and tidy space for myself and those that I live with.
Trust in God, faith is what makes me as a good gentleman. Crave for movies, love to visit Hoyts Cinema. Interested in Teaming-Up, would love to find someone moves in a new house together. Call me or message, see you then 😊
I'm Indonesian Commercial Cookery Student Currently working at MCG , Studying at Dandenong. I respect others privacy , love to hang out , easy - going . Place that have parking, modern house , and clean would be preferable. I don't mind places that have dogs as i love dogs. I would prefer housemate that's sociable but respect my quiet time as well. I would bring my friend home once in a while and i hope my housemate doesn't mind.
Hey there I'm Victor. Recently moved to Melbourne from NZ. Love going out and having a good time but also love my chilled down time. Working full time as a physiotherapist in Ashwood. Have recently been living in london for 2 years. Love travel, food and music.
I'm a 25 year old working professional looking for a place to live! I think the people make the house and would love somewhere where I can feel comfortable sharing a bottle of wine (or pepsi, alcohol not required!) or lying on the couch reading a book.
I'm a 24 yr old male who is studying part time at rmit and working part time in south wharf. I am a friendly guy who is happy to be social and go out for a meal or drinks and enjoy other people's company but i still enjoy time on my own as well. I've lived in a few share houses before so i always put in around the house to keep things clean and tidy and i always pay rent and bills on time. I am respectful of other people too, i wont be partying at 2am on a tuesday when everyone has work the next day as i have lived with people like that before and i know how annoying that can be! since i am studying and working in the city i'd like to find a room close to public transport, preferably a train station. Shoot me a message if you want to know more!
Originally from the UK, but have lived in Melbourne for 10 years. I work full-time in the city as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at a law firm. Pretty active with sports - running, badminton, swimming, gym, pilates, yoga and barre, which I usually do after work (or in the morning if I am awake early). I currently live on Chapel Street so I am keen to stay within the area. Brunching, hiking, reading and binge watching TV are also regularly on my agenda. Always up for a glass of wine. Also - clean and tidy because that's a thing.
