Hi I'm Ed, I'm a qualified electrician from Echuca and I've just started a new full time job in Melbourne, I'm currently staying at a mates temporarily until I can find somewhere to call home, and would defs be keen to start a super awesome new share house with others . I am a happy person with a sense of humour (I think..). I'm a fairly casual lad, neat, thoughtful of others and wouldn't have a problem with a social living environment(men and/or women). I've also come to Melbourne for the culture and music etc. Happy to share more if needed 😄 thanks
I am a 27 years old PhD student at RMIT from Egypt. Usually I am busy on week days with my work at the university and go out with my friends on the weekend. I am quite and like to socialize but I respect privacy as well. I am tidy and organized and happy to share house chores. Prefer to live with a female.
My name is Bel. I'm 23 years old and work in hospitality full time. The restaurant I work at is situated in Windsor and is a groovy Vietnamese fusion place. I enjoy a good giggle, I love to be social and I can be super spontaneous. At the same time I also enjoy alone time. I have a super rad collection of tea and am obsessed with tiki bars and summer fruits. I have a beautiful, fat cat named Russia who loves cuddles and affection. I'm originally from Tasmania but love it here so much that I've been living in Melbourne for 5 years. I'm a clean person especially in common areas, and love to buy flowers for the house every once in a while.
Hi, my name is Michael. I'm an international student from germany that studies at Swinburne University. Looking for a room with nice flatmates for this semester :) I love playing computer games and other geeky stuff, but also like to go out and meet new people or hang out with friends. Always open for a chat, but can also keep to myself. I'm very relaxed to live with :) Also cleaning should be no issue. Other hobbies are, swimming, hiking, drawing and having a good time :)
I just moved to Melbourne a few days ago and am looking for something long term. A little more about myself- I'm a 21 yr old female from India. I'm here in Melbourne doing Masters in Communications at Monash University, Caufield. I am a fun, very adaptable and an easy going person. I love to read, have a soft corner for songs from the 80s, love running. I'm a really friendly and social person however I equally love my own space. My favourite thing to do is to laze around and watch Netflix. I love to travel and I'm always up for a new adventure. I've never lived in a share house before but I was in boarding school for 8 years of my life so trust me I know how to keep everything around me clean and live with different kinds of people. I'm flexible with move in dates but am looking to move in as soon as possible. If there is anything else you'd like to know about me feel free to contact meLet me know when I could come to see the house and meet the people at the house too! Thanks and hope to hear from you soon! Have a great day😊
Hi my name is Omar working full-time in glen waverley. I am closing in on my 30's, love sports food and alcohol. 420 friendly, but not a party animal weekdays are consumed by PS4 and binge watching shows. I am easy going and very flexible. i would like to be in a place with like minded people. i have furniture for my room. i am extremely interested in starting a new share-house too. i do have an existing lease which is running out mid-march. i have it listed on flatmates as well if you want to get in on the lease. https://flatmates.com.au/P491941
Lawyer from Israel. working holiday for one year in oz, want to live in melbs for few months. locking to live with one or two people, each has its own room. Gets along easily with people, like to do and watch sport and to go out.
I love trying out new things, impromptu stuff are always fun, i love my own company meaning i will not be in your face all the times. I know how to mind my business
Easy going Brit, usual stuff: 1. Tidy (but not anal) 2. Respectful (I won't eat your cheese out the fridge) 3. Sociable (loves to chat, drink and sometimes cook with housemates, and other friends too) I've been in Melbourne only 6 weeks (I have residency here so I'm staying here indefinitely). I have a Monday to Friday office job so weeknights are very chilled but on the weekend I'll be out & about and usually up for a party. I'm not big into sports, I'm a meat eater but also really like veggie food, love everything to do with food in fact, love beer and going to the pub or beach, love to travel, love trying new things, definitely not racist and don't care if you're gay or straight, not one to stay in my room all day (unless I have a hellish hangover that is!) Anything else you want to know, just ask!
I'm 20 and currently studying bcom at monash. I'm tidy, responsible but pretty sociable. Having said that, I appreciate quietness around the house when I need to hit the books but looking for a friendly housemate who can try different restaurants with me and have a good chat :)
I am independent and clean. I am quiet and keep to myself mostly while I'm studying and often go to visit friends when I have the time so won't be around 24/7. I am reliable and organised.
My name is Jean and I'm a 24 year old marketing coordinator. I love baking, keeping fit and healthy, and going on nature walks. I'm easy-going, bubbly personality and love a quiet night in to binge watch TV series. I'm also clean and tidy and definitely happy to do my fair share of house work.
Hey there, studying my Bachelor's in Audio Engineering. Just moved to Melbourne. A little something about me, Laid back and easy to live with.
We are an extremely respectful couple. I am here doing a Masters of IT at Swinburne and my wife is working for his clients abroad though the Internet. Unlimited internet connection is key to us. A good space for studying is also highly appreciated.
Hey! I'm a student at Monash, Clayton! Studying Computer Science, so I'm your everyday geek! (Free tech support for a coffee or a laugh haha.) I'm a fairly organised, clean, keeping my shit together kinda guy. Respect everyone's privacy and have fun at the same time. More like a friend before a flatmate. Big on every kind of TV series & movies. Occasionally make good jokes and puns. Geek game is strong with some quality banter haha. I also work as a part time tutor and an IT Consultant. Would love to hear from anyone who's interested in getting a place or taking me in! Cheers!
Hello I need a lovely home ASAP! I'm looking for a place around 30 minute drive to Dandenong as I will be starting an internship there and also near a train station so I can get to uni. I'm in my Masters of Engineering at Melbourne Uni. I have no preference in your age, work or gender or anything for that matter... I'm from Melbourne and I am very easy to get along with, very social especially for an engineer, very laid back, my humor is pretty immature and although my writing skills are very plain and crappy, I am anything but! I've lived away from home before so I'm independent and respectful of others. I'm upfront and co-operative... so I like to think I am overall a pretty dam good roomate haha. For fun I like to hang out, play video games, drink and party when uni is not too hectic (but I have a feeling it will be most of the time). Basketball is my passion so I gym and eat pretty healthy for it and I also travel and backpack a lot.
Hey guys! we have just been accepted to a beautiful 4-5 bedroom two storey house located in wheelers hill there are 3 of us..2 girls myself and liz, and one guy billy, all super friendly down to earth people. we are on the hunt for some one to fill the 4th room :) I love music and adventure and my sports and fitness. I respect others space and but also to hang outs and would never say no to a trip to the surf. We are all super clean and wanting to treat this place like a home. If you think you would be a good fit into our little fam hit me up ASAP Thankyou!
25 years old, working full time in marketing. Pretty chill dude, don't have any weird dietary requirements or political views. Would be great to find some peeps that enjoy a beer, but also respect a bit of privacy. Give me a buzz and let's have a chat!
Hey guys! I'm just an easy going, fun gal looking for a house that is nice and chill. I'm going into my third year at Monash (performing arts- like acting and music and junk) after a gap year last year. I play the piano (aka my terrible second hand electric keyboard- with headphones, don't worry, you don't have to listen to me jam out to Mozart and Bach) and I sing, and I'm a painter and a writer. So basically anything that is creative and guaranteed to NEVER make you money, I'm totally into. Yeah so I pay my rent on time, I'm pretty clean, I'm a veggo, and I'm pretty relaxed. I like to have a nice wine (or ten) every now and then and my hobbies include chugging back a lil fat lamb before a derro house party. Would love to find some housemates who are lovely and respectful and fun! Hit me up xx
Friendly couple that are moving to Melbourne from NZ in mid Feb, Hannah works in QA in the food industry and Aaron is a Chemical Process Engineer. We are looking forward to exploring Melbourne and the surrounding area on weekends and going out for dinner and drinks. Aaron plays hockey and Hannah is looking to play netball in Melbourne. We're looking for a professional household where we can share a glass of wine or beer and a conversation in the evenings but we also like our own space and respect other people's. Aaron and Hannah

I´m looking for a room in a shared flat or in a share house and mates who want to explore the city with me. :) I´m interested in almost every kind of sports and I would enjoy having a meal or drink with my housemates. I´m open-minded and easy going. I like to live clean and keep things fairly tidy. If you would like to know more, feel free to ask. ;)
Hello, i am Naveen doing Masters in Monash univ, clayton with my frnd Manuel. We are looking for some shared accommodation. We are quite and decent guys from India and we will work part time . we dont smoke or drink. Jus came here to finish our masters degree successfully.
I'm a non smoker and non drinker. I'm considerate to live with , always tidy. I work full time and study part time so I'm out a lot . I am kind, friendly and easygoing
I'm a pretty easy going level headed guy, who is very sociable but also very busy so I don't get the chance to go out too much but love a chat! Working full time in construction and studying part time at Monash uni.
Hi there! My name is Della. I'm a new student to Monash University in 2017 and require a place for a short stay (up to 2 months) while an apartment I am renting is being built. I am friendly, clean and can keep to myself and not make much noise. I'm from Orange which is Central West NSW so it's a big move to Melbourne. I love listening to music, reading and exploring new places!
Hi guys I work full time in IT and recently moved to Melbourne from Perth. I'm easygoing, very quite, respectful, clean, sociable and well versed in share house living. I can offer several references from past housemates I previously lived with in Perth. I have a car so I am looking for some kind of parking. I am looking for a LGBT friendly place.
Hi I'm Laurence! I'm great at repairing things. But only if prompted to. My friends would tell you I'm friendly, kind and easy to get along with. They might also tell you to avoid my cooking, but I'm getting better everyday. I've lived around the south east for years and most of my work is around here. I'm an electrician and occasionally do further study at night. For fun I read alot, go to the gym, play piano, watch films, play stocks and hit golf balls. Hope to meet you soon Laurence
Hi I moved from Perth to Melbourne on the 17th of February. I got a job persueing an advancement in my career. I'm a kind and considerate person and in general a happy person that smiles a lot and makes quirky little jokes. I'm very accomodating to others and have respect for their belongings. Looking for some outgoing people, yet people that can value some quiet time as well. I'll be working hard, and will also be looking at studying business managment and marketing. I love my live music, and a beer to go with it (it's good thing I moved to Melb's) Hoping Melbourne's comedy and improve scene will have something to offer as I can be a bit of a movie buff, although I don't get much time these days. As I settle in, most likely will be looking at playing some sports and/or joining a gym. For the most part, I like exploring new things, places and having a drink whilst doing so. I have no prefrance to males or females. I have a pretty laid back approach when it comes to my social life, a spontaneous happy go lucky outlook really. I do the chores and keep things tidy as I go. I've lived with a couple previously, then lived on my own. So to sum it up, just some fun, friendly people that will make my Melbourne experience a welcome one 😊
Hey! I'm Sweta (23). I'm a student at Monash. I am extremely social and look forward to having a nice chat. I spend a lot of time watching movies and love reading. Looking forward to see you. If you have something for me, please send me a message and I'll come by for a viewing.
Hey lovelies! I'm a part-time exercise science student and I work in South Melbourne in a centre for lower back pain rehabilitation. I'm clean and I love cooking healthy meals. I like to work hard, study hard and most importantly play hard 😉 A few cheeky bevs every so often are a must! I'm looking to live with 2 or 3 other people in a social house where we hang out, cook together from time to time and go on crazy adventures! I'd love for everyone to be involved in sport in some way but that's not a necessity! Also my parents breed dogs so once a year I can take you to visit a swarm of puppies!!!
I have recently moved back to Melbourne after working non-stop for the past few months, and am looking for a sharehouse in Melb. I spent 8 months here last year payin between $600-$1200 per week for serviced accomodation, so am looking at something different this year to enjoy financial freedom. I would love an apartment building that has a gym, and pool/tennis court as I love swimming and tennis. Alternatively, somewhere with a beach would be great too. I always clean up after myself straight after using the kitchen, and am friendly and easy going. I am starting my second university degree in March after completing my bachelor of accounting already.
I'm a 23 year old research scientist originally from Sydney, but moving to Melbourne for a full time position at the University of Melbourne. I am an easy, outgoing person who loves to both be social with my flatmates but also values time alone (probably binge watching Netflix with a bag of chips and some beer). I also value living with people who don't mind sharing a bottle of wine or some beers over dinner, or heading out to a nearby bar after work. I like to be active and out meeting up with friends, so being in an area with a lot going on is ideal. Although, I can often be found being quiet at home after a busy day at work or on a weekend. I've lived in a number of share houses over the years, so I completely understand people's need for space as well as the need to be neat and clean especially in the common areas. I am also very organised so rent and bills will always be on time.
From Luxembourg, I just finished my studies in Global Health and coming to Melbourne to work for 3 to 4 months. I enjoy travelling, having a drink and going to the movies. I am a very clean and sociable person, and have a lot of respect for other people's belongings. Am also able to pay all what needs to be payed in advance. Move in date is not fixed, I will be in Melbourne from the 22nd of February onwards - looking for a place to move in from that date onwards (preferably before the 15th of March)
Hello! Im a bright, bubbly 23 year old looking for a new share house to move to! I'm a tidy, considerate housemate who is quiet mid-week around my full time work hours. I've lived by myself for 6months and in a share house for 10months (most recently) and I'm looking to move to pursue a career promotion to somewhere close enough to Southland Shopping centre - bus or train access (i don't drive at the moment). I come with a fully kitted out bedroom so un-furnished would be preferable! I could store some of the furniture but at a minimum would prefer my own bed... I also work for a candle and homewares company so the house will smell amazing! I cook, clean regularly and take pride in my home so I'd love to do some decorating! About me: Im definitely keen on the Netflix binge... probably a bit too much! I spend all day talking to people so some mind-numbing tv is definitely nice/needed! I read a lot - try to go to a park and read to get some vitamin D when i can. I love going to the movies (mostly for cinema popcorn) and out for brunch. I have a lot of friends in the Carnegie/Malvern area so I like to go out and about, catch up with people and have dinner out on my weekends off. I always loved cooking but i have been enjoying it even more since i moved out - i do enjoy trying new recipes and putting on some music, dancing around the kitchen while i cook! I visit my family a lot because i have 2 baby bros under the age of 5 and i stay with my nans once every 2-3weeks to keep her company. Plus my mum lives in Country Victoria, about 3hrs out of Melbourne, so if i get a long weekend off, I'm usually up visiting her! I also study Human Rights with my Arts degree so between full time work and study I'm pretty busy!! I usually work from 8:30am - 6pm with one day off mid week, and then every second weekend so I'm a hermit mid-week and on my working weekend but i don't mind a casual wine or two after work to wind down with dinner and a movie. Please get in touch if you think i would be a good fit! Hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm looking for a cool place with friendly people who are up for a drink, are friendly and have a wide range of interests. I love reading, movies, drinking and just doing fun stuff around the city.
Hello, I am a 32 year old male from India. I am a graduate student at Monash University. I am mature, clean, tidy, and easy going. I don't smoke or drink but I don't mind hanging around with people who do. My partying days are over and I am more focused on my career. I am looking for other clean and like-minded people to share an apartment.
I am respsectful of other people's personal space but also like to be social. Currently studying, so ideally looking for a place that feels like home with housemates who enjoy a glass of wine and a cheeseboard.

We are medical students from Indonesia who will be enrolling Monash University to do our research program for 8 months around the Clayton campus. We are looking for a place to stay where we can just rest after a hard days work in the lab, and perhaps find new lovely people who will accept us in their homes, share to us about their interests, and are generally kind, friendly, and fun people to spend time with. We're pretty easy-going and welcoming. Although, not extremely outgoing but will warm up to people once we get to know them more. We occasionally like things to be clean and tidy, so we will certainly help out around the place and share the responsibility on housework. For hobbies, we enjoy simple things like watching movies, cartoons, and tv series with our friends, playing video games and card games. We enjoy taking photos and are looking forward to explore Melbourne more.
Hey everyone! I'm Todd, I recently enrolled to study linguistics at Monash Clayton and would love to move somewhere close by. I live in Gippsland and have been working as a bartender for the last 15 months. As a housemate I'm very tidy and easy-going, and ideally would be sharing with people who are the same way. Friendly and social but not a party animal by any means. Will cook for myself, pay bills on time and do my share of the household chores. Please don't hesitate to contact me!
