Imagine living with a recently arrived Mexican and have a house full of delicious quesadillas all day. Sounds good, right?. I've recently moved to Melb to start my PhD at Monash and I'm looking for a room in a nice relaxed house with great flatmates. I have a regular Mon to Fri working schedule at the Uni either working at my project or doing some teaching assistantship, so I keep myself busy. I have shared flats with all kinds of personalities, so I can asure you I have experience sharing flats and I'm very easy-going. You can be sure I'm very clean, tidy, respectful of your time and space, but I'd also love to go out and explore Melb with you if you are keen. Expect good musical taste, always a clean bathroom and good dinner cooked at home to share after work or during weekends. I'm looking accommodation for the middle to long term, say from 4 to 6 months up to 1 year.
I’m very easy going and easy to get along with, I will be working full time during the week which means I won’t be home during the day. I would love to be around people who would hang out every now and then (like a drink or meal) and have a good laugh.
Hi there, my name is Danisa, I’m 29 and I’m from Argentina. I’ve been in Melbourne for about 4 years now, I study music and work full-time in hospitality. I’m friendly, positive minded, pretty clean and respectful. I usually do my own thing but I can also enjoy spending some time with housemates every now and then :)

Hi housemate hunters! I'm looking to rent a room in a sharehouse. I'm a friendly, responsible guy and have lived in sharehouses around Melbourne for many years. I work as a researcher at Melb Uni and also a telephone crisis counsellor. I'm pretty busy with my interests (Brazilian jiu jitsu, acting in short films, hitting the bars, weekends away). But I do enjoy being able to come home to a relaxed house. I enjoy getting to know my housemates, and it's also important to take care of the place, be flexible, and respect each other's privacy and space. I'm ok with pets too.
Hey! Looking for something more affordable than my current place. I work full-time in corporate so am out of the house from 7-5 throughout the week - looking for another young professional(s) who lives a similar lifestyle (and also loves wine. V important.) I'm friendly and sociable, love a chat after work, and dinner/drinks over the weekend. I do also appreciate time to myself and am very respectful of others' space and privacy. I've lived in several share house/communal settings over 4 years so I'm not unfamiliar with it. :) I am trustworthy, reliable, considerate and super tidy - being conscious of energy consumption from a cost perspective is really important too - so please only reach out if you share the same priorities! I have 2 beautiful ragdoll cats: a 3yo female and male kitten. They’re 100% housetrained and indoor-only, and so clingy and affectionate! They have co-existed with dogs in the past with no issues. ALSO -- Looking for a longer-term stay only (12 months+); hoping to be settled as soon as I find the right place and company! Ideally - I'd have my own bathroom and somewhere off-street to park my car. More than happy to team up if our budgets, lifestyles and move-in dates were around the same. Flick me a message if you're interested in catching up and chatting more. Cheers! :)
I'm returning to Melbourne from overseas in August and need to find a new place to live. I've spent 3 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and de-stress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
Hi there! My name is Caitlin, I'm a 20 years old and studying full time media and communications at Monash University. First I would love to tell you a bit about myself - I am from Wagga Wagga, NSW and have been living in Melbourne since March. After finishing high school in 2015, I lived and worked in England for 18 months, travelling around different parts of Europe in my spare time! Following this, I spent 3 months in Mexico before coming home this year to begin my university studies! I am a pretty chill person who loves to have their own space, but I do enjoy a bit of company and having a gossip over a cuppa or a glass of wine. I also love musical theatre and have a habit of singing all the time - but I do shut up if I'm told! I am looking to rent a room from the 20th of July til whenever, so if I sound like I'd fit in with you and your housemates, please send me a message!
Hi there ! My name is Shou and I am 29 years old. I am pretty chilled, easy going and respectful and I don't smoke. I work full time in a Melbourne based furniture design/ manufacturing brand, from Monday to Friday. At home, I am the kind of person that who is up to keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean after using it. On weekends, I tend to hang out with friends on occasion. At the moment I really need a place to call home for the next 12 months or longer if things goes well. What I am looking to is to become not just housemates with my housemates but friends. Looking forward to hearing from you ;) Shou
I am a french student doing a research project at Monash uni (clayton), so I need to be close to a train station. I like travelling, sharing with people, watching and practicing sports, chilling, discovering more each day about our amazing world ! As a flatmate, I am super cool, clean and tidy. Cheers
I am a student, I'm moving for study. I'm from Adelaide where I've lived in a bunch of lovely places - I'm not a share house novice! Non-smoker, tidy. I love buying flowers even though I can't afford them. I can cook.
I'm a full-time mechanical engineer and looking for a long-term rent. I'm a social, energetic, outgoing person. I'm very organized, tidy, clean after myself and respect others privacy. I would enjoy a chit chat, hanging out, having a drink and sharing a meal.
I am female PhD student at Monash. I am tidy and responsible. Have a healthy lifestyle (eat healthy, going swimming and yoga regularly). I am looking for a flat with maximum 2 flatmates and somewhere walking distance to Caulfield Monash campus. I would love to live in a quiet area.
Hi there, I'm a 31-year-old male who is in the search for a new home. After previously living with other people I have learned the balance of sharing a place with someone else. I am considerate of people's space and belongings. I'm friendly, quiet, easy going and no stranger to cleaning. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment (doesn't need to be spotless) and willing to share all household tasks. I'm accommodating to any personality type and really just looking for nice people to get along with. I pay my rent and bills on time and happy to help out with household items. I work full time as a warehouse manager and while I'm not doing that I like to play and coach ice hockey, mountain bike ride, partake in some archery and hit the gym occasionally. While I'm at home I like to relax, catch up on the news of the world, watch some tv/movie, chat over a meal or drink and listening to tunes.
