I am an Engineer taking some time off my work in Sweden to continue studying webbdevelopment and UX together with my american boyfriend that works in development. I love outdoor stuff, especially surfing. As persons we are easy going, love to hang and would really enjoy having flatmates around. Non-smokers, happy people and very keen on doing stuff. I am arriving on 11/12-17 and would need a place for 2 weeks to start off. If you think this could be a good fit for you, just give me a hola!

Hi, my name is Jess. I'm looking for a room in Sydney - preferably near the water or a train station. I require parking. A built in wardrobe would be ideal. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. I'd like to pay a maximum of $260 per week - including most utilities (wifi, water, gas and electricity). Preferably, I'd like to live with 2-3 people. I do not have a preference regarding gender, but would like to live with others in the 27-35 year old age bracket. A bit about me: I'm 27 years old. I am a student studying a Master of Clinical Psychology at UTS and work part time as psychologist in Sutherland. In my spare time, I like to run, keep fit, catch up with friends, and enjoy a good glass of red. I've lived in share accommodation for about 3 years now, so I'm well accustomed to living with others. I currently live in Cronulla but would like to live closer to uni. I also have many friends in this area. If I sound like a good fit, send me an email and I'd be happy to check out your place if it meets my needs. Cheers, Jess
We are an easy going couple working hard to live this country as much as possible, enjoying surfing, playing beach volleyball as well as cooking and have a couple of beers with friends, always looking for new experiences!

Hi I'm Remi, I'm currently living in Wollongong but spend 7 days a week in Sydney, I am looking to move out after the Christmas period. I am very private, but I also love a good chat and like to socialise. I'm also very respective and like to live in a clean and humble environment. I normally make an instant rapport with people that I meet, I am a full time student studying Entertainment Management as I own a small recording and events bussiness located in the Illawarra and I also work part-time at Sydney Aquarium. When Im not working or at uni I will be studying, making music and working on my business. So I wont be home very much out of the day so no one will get sick of me :) I always enjoy a great laugh and love live music, I also love animals of all types I currently have a 7 year old English staffy who is absolutely lovely and kind I would like to find a place where he can live with me but I am able to try to have family take him to there home if this is too difficult.
Hey! My name's Krystal, and I'm looking to move somewhere in Sydney soon! I've been out of home since 18 and this won't be my first share-house in my life. I'm good with the sharing of responsibilities, tidy and reliable. I'm currently studying Entertainment Management and hoping to weasel my way into the event management/music/media scene. I'm a low key nerd (I used to study Archaeology), massive makeup fanatic and spend a bit too much than I wanna admit on clothes. I'm after the kind of friendly environment where you know and get along with the people you live with. I'm down for meeting new people and making new friends. I'm always up for a great night but also love nights in in front of the TV and just generally lounging around and being lazy. I love cooking so anyone that's up for helping with some DIY experimental meals that could be potentially disastrous, hit me up!
We are a really relaxed friendly couple. We like a little socialising on the weekends cooking watching movies doing sports. We'll both be working hard so we wount be around too much in the week. We like to have a good friendship with the people we live with so its nice to able to all sit down to eat together time to time. We're looking for somewhere for around 2-3 months
Hi, I'm Teresa. I'm from Indonesia, 32 years old, studying Accounting and doing part time work. People say I am quiet. I've been eyeing properties in Bondi to rent, and I am looking for flatmates to join me. Got to be honest with you, it's going to be quite modest. My plan is to get 4 people sharing one studio apartment, like they usually do in the city. If you can not stand sleeping in a shared room with other people, we might not get along well. Please consider this before we move together. Seeking long term flatmates. One to two years. If you need to go before the designated time, please find your replacement prior to leaving. Plan to move in as soon as possible, 21 December. It seems like we will need to buy bunk beds since properties in Bondi usually do not provide them. Furnished properties usually only include a single or double bed. This is why I am looking for an unfurnished studio unit. (In order to move there with 3 more flatmates and get bunkbeds to accommodate all of us). Often times laundry facility is present in the building, so we will not have to buy washing machine and dryer. As for other stuff, if you want you can bring your own wardrobes, tables etc. We can discuss about this. This way we will pay around $100 + bills per week per person. Bills might cost us $20 per week per person. Depends on how we use them. Bunkbeds and mattresses will cost approximately $200 per person, but we only buy them once and we can sell it when we don't want them anymore. One-off payment of bond $400 per person, which is refundable upon the completion of contract. Look forward to hearing from you. Contact me if interested. Cheers, Teresa
Hey! I'm Rachael, 25, working full time in the CBD. I have lived in coogee for nearly 2 years and sadly it's time to say goodbye to my little beach home! I'm looking to stay by the seaside but move into a newer place. I love hanging out after work and having a chat in the lounge room, I try to get to the gym most evenings so I'm always down for lazing around and watching tv. I'm pretty social but I'm not looking for a party house! I'm looking for a house to call home for at least 6 months and hopefully meet some people that will quickly become good friends! I am away over new year but I'm hoping to move into my new home around the 5th of Jan =)
Hi! My name is Louise and I'm 22 years old. Me and my boyfriend Christoffer (24 year) are looking for a room to stay in for a at least 3 month. Looking for a social house as we're still fairly new to Australia and will be new to Sydney! Let us know if you think you have something that could suit us :) John and Aimee!

Hi! We are looking for a 2 month flatshare whilst we explore and work in the city. Amy is a paralegal and Richard is a designer and we are both from England. We are both friendly, relaxed and sociable people who love the outdoors and exploring new places. In the evenings we like to chill and chat or go out for some drinks - we are not full time partiers and whilst we do like a good night out, a party house would not suit us. To live with we are considerate, clean people and would like to live with flat mates of a similar sharing ethic. Amy loves to cook and will happily whip up dinner for everyone :). Any questions, let us know! Amy and Rick :)

I am a fun loving hard working and super easy going 31 year old business owner that currently runs two fashion labels and an online store, I also work in real estate plus have a few other little business ventures going on. I am from the South Coast, where I also have my own house, so I travel home a lot of weekends, just need a Sydney pad again. I also travel to Bali for up to a month at a time sometimes for my business. I am extremely respectable and house proud, neat and tidy always, and highly respect others privacy and need for space. I enjoy a glass of wine or a cold cider most afternoons to wind down from the day but other than that I work a lot from my laptop so all in all pretty quiet and chilled in my room when I am at home. I love my quiet week nights but always up for a social bevvy or a dinner! I spend most of my spare time at the beach. And on weekends if I am in Sydney, I am usually out doing photo shoots for my labels, hitting the beach, out dining with friends, enjoying a BBQ at home, or chilling out to Netflix. Flexible with move date and length of stay, happy to discuss what suits. Thanks, and hopefully chat soon! x

I'm currently living alone and like it, but am interested in getting a better place by sharing! I've got two beds, an 8 seater dining table, bookshelf, fridge, & washing machine. No TV, couch or microwave. I like a home that is a peaceful retreat. I'd choose painting or reading over Foxtel. I work full time in the CBD, in marketing communications. I'm into yoga, meditation, cooking, reading, and hanging at the beach. I'm Australian (Sydney born, Byron-raised) speak French, Japanese and Spanish (and English...) so if you do too that would be a bonus. I'm considerate of others' space, pay bills on time and, apart from the occasional social binge drink, I live clean - don't take drugs. I'd prefer to live with easy-going, like-minded people - keeping the communal areas tidy and communicating openly about house-related stuff.

My partner will be visiting when she can from Melbourne throughout the year and likely on school holidays as she is a teacher.
I am a very clean person and am very easy to get along with. I am a part time musican so I do play guitar from time to time but I aim to do this while there is no one home as much as possible. I am originally from QLD but have been living in Sydney for 3 years now and love it! I'm not much of a drinker but don't mind one or two with some mates on occasion, and I don't smoke. I'm looking for roommates who I can get along with and potentially become friends with so it is important for me to meet you ahead of time and make sure we click to avoid any potential awkwardness in future :)
Hi potential housemates, I am a 24 year old Dutchie that has found her place in Sydney. I came to Sydney as an exchange student and have decided to stay for another half a year. Therefore I already know a lot about the city, but would love to explore some more hidden treasures. I will be working full-time, so won't be around during the day but I love to have a drink and socialize after work. My weekends are sacred and love to spend that with friends outdoors. I love to cook, watch funny tv series, and cycle (what to expect as a Dutch person). There is so much more to know about me, so if this sounds interesting, don't hesitate sending me a message. Cheers, Bibi
Hi! We are two Northern European girls who got sick off living in the cold and decided to move to sunny Sydney half a year ago. Our new year's resolution is to find a place to live near the beach! We are both studying at UTS, so we would be able to help you out on the matters of law or international marketing for a small remuneration of chocolate or a cold beer. We believe that everyday day should be a barbie day, if you think the same, we should team up! We are looking for either 2 bedrooms or easy going, friendly individuals who are looking for a place to live in from the end of January. Feel free to drop us a message, if you are interested!
