Hi guys, I have been working in London for the past 3 years. I am a paramedic, I have a full time job lined up at South Brisbane Ambulance station. Yes I am old :/ I have 10 years on all my housemates in London.... didn’t stop us seeing Rufus last Thursday when he played in Camden! I would love to do more hiking and camping under the stars in my spare time, things I have missed since living in London! Also enjoy a tipple down at the pub.... is The Charming Squire still open in Southbank?? As a previous homeowner I am tidy and respectful of all areas of the house. I arrive back in Australia on October 2nd, so I am looking to move into a place some time in October. If you’d like to chat over FB then we can get the ball rolling. Good luck with your search!
Very easy going. I am used to living and renting on my own, so I know how to look after myself. I’m quiet and keep to myself though always happy for a chat 🙂 I work full time and study disability support. Anywhere in Logan or Ipswich is fine as I drive.
Hi, I’m a first year student doing psych degree at UQ. I'm easy-going and respectful. Not a party animal but I’m sociable. Living a healthy life; love arts, films and all kinds of music.
Hi, I’m Craig, I served in the military for 12 years in catering and military police. I like to think I’m a decent cook especially as I currently teach it to secondary students. I’ve been teaching in remote Qld for last 3 years and now on my way into the city. I’ve been looking at rentals and have discovered the ability to get a stunning unit with all the facilities in the areas enabling a lifestyle taking advantage of the river, Southbank, cafes etc is far greater if I combine with another as once you get over the 500 mark you get the storage, double bathroom, views etc. I obviously work ft, active so I’ll be out walking, cycling etc but also love movie nights and AFL, and whilst privacy is a given, the ability to communicate, get on, and enjoy being at home is vital. Arriving in Brisbane late September but this may change as transferring to vacancy. I have some furniture inc 2 great new lounge chairs, a 65cm 3d 4K tv, a spare dbl bed if you’d like to use or I’ll sell, kitchen gear. It seems these units come with washing machine/dryer and sometimes fridge. What we don’t have, will put my bargain hunting to a challenge lol.
Ciao everyone, I'm Salvatore, 25yo and I'm originally from Milano but I also lived on the Amalfi Coast for several years so I'm a mix of north and south Italy. I work in hospitality, mostly in restaurants so I'm not really a homie person, but when I'm home I like to stay in bedroom listening to some music or relax reading a book. I like a lot to cook and experiment different recipes I found on web, so I always leave something for my flatmates to taste and try. My others hobbies are photography, social networks, and go out to try new food in new restaurants (and why not maybe all those three combined). I like to bike and do a lot of outdoor activities in my day off, I like to go to the beach and play volleyball o just work on my tan. I'm gonna start this new part of my life in Melbourne and I hope to meet lots of interesting new people.
My current lease doesnt end till end of january 2019 but just thought i would get a head start!!) I'm a full time student from a beachy town in North Queensland wanting a share house or apartment close to the city. I'm open to living with guys and girls around my age and would ideally love to start our own sharehouse! I'm super clean (bit a neat freak actually) and very reliable & respectful of personal space and keeping noise down etc.. Also super friendly and outgoing and would ideally want to be good friends with my housemates- i'm keen on fam dinners and movie nights!! I can be a bit of a party animal on weekends but also love trips to the coast/weekend adventures and just quiet nights in. Would prefer my own bathroom but willing to share if you're tidy. Bonus if you have a cat or dog you're bringing with you or open to getting one!! Aircon also essential & would prefer furnished but not required. Looking for people who are respectful and dependable but also lots of fun and social. Contact me if you're keen :)
Really easy going, provide excellent banter, clean and tidy. Respectful of others space. I love photography, art exhibitions, docos, would like to live with people that are creative or social and wouldn't mind having a drink occasionally.
Hi! My name is Bianca. I am expecting my Filipino family to come and visit me in Brisbane (cos I graduated!) in September - total family number: 8. I would like to be able to find them a place to stay for 3-4 weeks as other options are more expensive and I only currently work part-time (helping out with their expenses). About my family: They are beautiful and very 'Filipino'. They will cook (for them and their guest -- who might just be you), share some laughs and be a silly mob reminiscing 'old days' and creating new ones in this trip. They plan on exploring Brisbane and Sydney so they will not always be home -- they honestly just need a bed and roof over their heads on this holiday. They are absolutely clean (if you know my mum and aunties, a dirty house is never an option). They are all mature adults so no late night drinking or any party hassles. No one smokes. They will be at their absolute best and according to house rules provided. You will not look after them, no baby-sitting involved, no extra effort -- just need an honest place to stay. I hope I can hear back from you (or anyone :)). Someone willing to take on an extraordinary month to shelter a bunch of Filipinos that value family, pets (we have 6 in the PH), experiences (road trips and getting lost are the best) and a good time. RENT BUDGET (above): is for the collective group. It can be split i.e. 2 available rooms ($160 pw for each room). Just message me is your keen on helping out :) (btw, thank you.) PS -- they are also respectful to privacy and any all needs of the household -- if I haven't said if before, they are a pretty good bunch of people. :) PPS -- date of move-in is tentative to when they actually fly in -- but it will be sometime in the 3rd week of September. :)
I am an administration and events assistant who has recently returned to Australia after living in London for 2 years. I'm a fun and social person who enjoys live music, sports and running, and binge-watching TV shows. I'm looking a friendly and sociable group of house mates who are up for exploring the best of Brisbane, but are also clean and independent. I'm looking for a short let as soon as possible, but would be open to something more long term as well.
I’m Lara I’m 25 I work part time and have 2 old cats I’ve had almost my whole life - Gingers 18 yo male who just follows the sun all day and Flys a 15 yo girl who is crazy for affection. I’m sociable but enjoy my own time too. I drink on occasion and like to go dancing. I’m looking for a sharehouse where there’s some life and fun but not a crazy party house. Own bathroom would be preferred but beggars can’t be choosers. Large-ish bedroom required so I can have my own space and somewhere the cats can be out of other peoples hair. Yard space required preferreably secure or secure-able.
Currently living by myself but my lease runs out in 4 weeks. Looking to move closer to the city. I work full time (night shifts) and study part time. I have a dog named rusty (husky X Rottweiler) who is 2 years old. I’m looking for people to team up with to rent out a share house and make new friends. I like to drink here and there but I would prefer a movie night over going out anyday! Weekends I like to go on little adventures even if it’s just going down to the shops. Feel free to message me if you’re keen on renting with me!
Emily and I are both from the UK and are looking forward to moving to Brisbane from Sydney. We are always up for an adventure when were not working and will be making the most of our time in Brisbane. We are very easy going, clean and tidy housemates who mostly love to cook, socialise, exercise and have the odd drink or two!

Hi! I'm Connie, a 25-year-old journalist from Chile on her first Working holiday Visa in Australia. I'm pretty easy to get around, love a good laugh and chat but also really enjoy having some alone time. I love cooking, read a good book, pet dogs and sip a Pina Colada while watching horror movies and bloody TV shows (If you loved Sons of Anarchy and Jurassic Park we will be best friends).
I'm a working professional who's quite busy through the week and on weekends though I'm more than happy to socialise when I have time. I prefer a clean and maintained house so I'm reliable when it comes to washing and tidying up. I'm essentially looking for chilled out roommates who are up for a beer here and there but respect each others privacy and clean up after themselves.
