I am currently living and working full-time in an admin job in Brisbane. I am due to commence Uni February next year at USC studying Nursing. I would like to have arranged my living arrangements before then so I can be settled for my year ahead. I am looking to find a cheap place to live - preferably with other students or like minded individuals, A place close to the beach and the Uni would be ideal. I am interested in health and fitness, yoga, surfing, meditation and nature. I just bought a bike and I'm excited to bike around the coast - or to uni as much as I can. I'm not much of a party girl, I'm always keen to socialise and meet new people, however I'd take a hiking up a beautiful mountain or visiting a waterfall over the party or nightclub scene any day. I'm hoping to spend my time studying, working and anywhere outdoors around nature during my free time. After a few years vegetarian I've recently gone vegan and I enjoy living in a clean and tidy environment. I've previously lived on a cruise ship sharing a very small room with others and I currently live with close friends in Brisbane, I am very respectful of roommates and their space and enjoy getting to know new people. I am very easy going and get own well with most personality types. A room available around January would be ideal for me. ( I'm currently looking for a casual job around the Sunshine Coast area, and will be working full time In Brisbane till January ) Feel free to contact me via phone or email or if I sound like the right fit for you. Mish
Hello:) I am 43, enjoy meditation, surfing, yoga and humour. I recently completed a Vipassana 10 day silent meditation retreat in Pomona. I practice meditation daily and i like to live in the moment. I don't really do tv but love to watch a movie. I am house proud and clean up after myself. I am currently on hols and return to work in the new year. Thank you for considering my expression of interest re/ renting a room
I have moved to Brisbane and looking for a team- up, room/ house/flat to rent. I have 160 rent week but willing to pay extra for the right room. Ideally I would like my own bathroom and bedroom. Looking for either guys or girls between the ages of 25-35. I am fairly quiet (until you get to know me), easygoing, like alone time and also up for a chat and a social drink. I have shared houses with people before and still remain very good friends with them. I am respectful of other people's things and I would like the same. I don't drink much or go out much, just out here and there for outings etc. with friends for coffee, brekky dates, dinner and others. I'm also keen on a backyard barbie and a few drinks with some music. I am clean but not a clean freak but like it if we help each other out and I am understanding if you need a break. I'd like a place to call home and feel comfortable living. I work in education and I won't be working over the Christmas holidays and have an income over the holidays. I also am into fitness and looking for someone to either workout too or show me some areas. I am happy to help out around the house and buy my own food and so forth. I will have my own bed.
Clean and tidy. Always clean up after myself. Work part time. Easy to get along with. Have benn told i have a pleasant disposition. I like to go to the beach and surf or play video games. Go walking in the bush. Climb mountains. Played soccer for 11 years. Always wanted a dog so no trouble with them either.
Hi there, Im Dakota! I'm looking to rent a room for me and my little matlese, i work part time and begin studying at USC in February, I'm tidy, respectful and enjoy my quite time just as much as I enjoy socialising

We enjoy meeting new people and also like to travel a fair bit.. We like to respect other people and there own privacy and give them there own space. Dave works full time as a Carpenter and Sara part time as a child care teacher.. We have references from our previous people that we have stayed with. Look forward to meeting our new Hommies. 😊 Kind regards. Dave and Sara
I ve just returned from working on super yachts overseas for the past 2 years. Im home now for a break for a few months and looking to find a place to rent for a few months so i dont have to bother family. Im originally from the sunny coast and love it here. Im a easy going person who keeps to himself most times. However i em looking to meet new friends, trade stories and have a good time well back at home. I love most watersports and riding dirtbikes. All of which i havent done for awhile and looking to do to refresh befor going away again early next year.
27 year old female, that loves the outdoors. Very bubbly personality but does like her own privacy also. Works late night Thursdays and weekends also. Shift worker would be perfect but not essential.
I'm a pretty easy going person. I really appreciate a clean kitchen, but can guarantee that my floor and/or furniture will be covered in clothing 90% of the time. I started working in Mooloolaba in November as a newbie solicitor and have been feeling quite sorry for myself having to commute from Brisbane most days. Living on the coast will be wonderful, I think. I enjoy being active. That being said, I probably enjoy red wine/a beer (depending on the weather), good food and quality company slightly more. I'm South African born, but been in Aus since 2004, so I'm basically Australian now. I have no concerns with/problems/issues with anyone else's sexuality/religion/diet/lifestyle. I have no allergies. I love animals - all of them. I enjoy backpacking to places where I don't understand the language and getting lost in new cities. I'd like a home where I get along with my housemates. Where, at the end of the day, we can complain about our first world problems and recommend good restaurants and bars to each other. I'm social half the time, but after a long day I do sometimes prefer to just chill by myself.
Hi, I'm Gemini. I'm starting full-time study at the Griffith College in Gold Coast and need to find accommodation before February 2017. This will be my first time away from home, but I am excited about the new experience and independence. Originally from New Zealand, I currently live in regional Brisbane with my parents but am needing to move out to study (As I have pointed out previously). I am friendly, quiet and have the ability to get on with anyone, after the initial awkwardness has died down, of course. I'm easy-going, can clean up after myself (That's always important, yeah?) love making new friends and am serious about my college work. I do Outrigging competitively and for fun. Being away from home, I hope to still have that connection with the waka and water.
Hey Guys! We are Chez & Harriet, Chez is from north Queensland and Harriet from England. We are very open minded, relaxed people who enjoy life as much as we possibly can. We are well travelled and have decided to nest somewhere in the Sunshine Coast Region for our next chapter. We love the quite life but occasionally enjoy a drop of wine. We love to live wholesome lives, eating good food and spending time in nature. Our next challenge is to learn how to surf. Chez is studying holistic studies at the moment and looking for a lovely space to grow and learn in so this is an important factor to us. We are both very respectful, tidy people, who are pretty easy going and social.
Hey, I'm a 23 year old guy, moving to the Sunshine Coast from Townsville to work at the hospital. Can't wait to be moving to the beach, as I love the sun, surf and getting out and about. Enjoy being social, and get on great with pets. Non-smoker

Hey guys, looking for a place to move into asap. Somewhere where I can relax and feel comfortable and safe, chat with the other house mates and get along really well. I'm a fun and bubbly person, I'm definitely no party animal however I do enjoy to be social here and there. I'm very clean and tidy, respectable, mature, super friendly and easy to get along with.
Hey! I'm a really positive, active and social girl from Sweden. I'm a very easy going person that love to travel, hike, exercise, hang out with friends and surf (but Im not really good at it.. yet!) I'm looking for a place walking distance to the ocean, with a few chill rooimies where I could have my own furnished room. That's pretty much it. Very tidy, respectful, non-smoker and pet free (love all kinds of animals though). Looking forward hearing from yooooooou!
I'm easy going and respect others space. I start uni in feb so once I gain a job between that and uni I'll be in and out all the time. I do own a cat but I love him very dearly and he is very well trained, and I take very good care of him. Just moved from Gympie, looking for a place and a job.
For my exchange semester at the USC I am looking for a furnished room from February to June. I am Swiss, 23 years old and a easy going and very uncomplicated person. Probably my boyfriend is coming to visit me for a few weeks, so you should be okay with that. Living with pets is okay for me, if you have any :) I really would like the share a house with other students :) Looking forward to hearing from you :D
We are reliable and trustworthy. We are very easy to get along with. Will always make the environment we live in is clean. Would you like to contact me on Thank you.
Hey, I'm Matt. I am looking for a place on the Sunny Coast that is walking distance to the beach and also Ideally close to public transport and a supermarket. A 6 month lease or more would be great. I will be working full-time. I am very easy going, friendly and trustworthy. I'm not much for partying anymore, just the occasional beer after work and weekends. I'm not someone who will be having people over all the time, being loud and annoying you. I tend to just do my own thing and know to respect each others space. I like too cook and am reasonably tidy but not a clean freak. Someone trustworthy and similar to this would be great. I pretty much only have a my bedroom furniture, and some kitchen basics, so would be looking for someone who has the main stuff like fridge, washing machine, loungroom furniture, etc. Any questions/ideas, feel free to message me, thanks.
Hi guys I moved up here from Tassie in March however I am from Bronte NSW so don't judge me....ha ha. I like the finer things in life and I like to cook, I am a very clean and tidy person, so I like to keep the house clean at all times. Like to socialize every now and then and also like my quiet time.. I work at the Marriott resort and spa. I do work odd hours the latest I will be home is 7.30 pm. I have a 21 year old son whom lives in Melbourne and might come and stay every now and then. (if that's ok) I do require my own bathroom as I am anal with cleanliness, also air conditioned house. Its important to me that we live an open and honest household, as I respect those I live with and expect the same from my flatemates, I am fun to be around.....life is too short to not enjoy it x
I'm a Canadian girl doing the work and holiday visa and currently looking for work and accommodation in the Gold Coast (money is not an issue even if I don't find work right away). I am clean and easy to live with, plus I can cook! Looking for a flat mate and also a friend to go on adventures with!
I'm moving to the Sunshine Coast for a new job. I'm a 46 year old non-smoker. I like to start and end my day being active. That usually means cycling, running or swimming. I'll have to include surfing once I learn how. I also enjoy cooking and eating real food. This is usually accompanied by a glass of wine or a craft beer. I don't watch TV unless it's the news or a sporting event but I do enjoy watching a great movie or some quality on-demand documentaries or drama. Reading has also been a life-long pleasure so I'll always have a good book on the go. At the moment it's "The Brothers Karamazov". I'm clean and respectful and always up for good conversation. I've lived and travelled overseas for lengthy periods of time so I'm very tolerant and easy to get along with. I love dogs and most animals but don't have any pets myself but I'm ok if you do. I need a secure space or garage to store a bicycle. Also, it'd be great if there was a spare room where friends (single or couple) could stay if they visited on the weekend. If you think I might be a suitable housemate then please get in touch.
Hey there future housemate/s! My name is Luke and I'm a laid back, friendly 22 year old dude studying a Bachelor of Nursing Science at USC and working part time at The Athlete's Foot at the Sunshine Plaza. I'm a gelled combination of both ambitious, motivatedness and chilled out placidness. So when I'm not working or studying, I'll be a happy go lucky, sociable flat mate, hoping to have a beverage or two with you and chill out. Looking to move closer to the coast for uni and work. I love to cook and do Jamie Oliver impersonations while doing so. I keep fit playing sport, working out and swimming at the beach so I do like to get out of the house. I'm a clean and organised bloke and am always happy to chip in around the household and do my part. I have a fair bit of experience in trade work and have some of my own tools, so when there's ever something broken, I often turn into Mr. Fix It. And what's the fun in sharing a house if you can't make some new friends?! I get along with everyone, no matter the age. Looking for either an established house hold who are looking for an extra person, or awesome individuals, guy and gals (including couples), who'd like to start their own flat mate family. Swing me a message! :) Hope to hear from you!
Hi, I'm Karen and I'm currently looking for a place on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. Between Caloundra and Maroochydore would be great, and I'd be more than keen to team up for a new place with the right person. I'm 37, non-smoker, never married, no kids, originally from Brisbane, work full time & study part time. I do have a super friendly 18mo puppy, so it's quite important for me that whoever I live with is genuinely fond of dogs, especially big dogs. She's crate trained, so sleeps indoors at night. I enjoy a clean house, and I'm a respectful & considerate housemate. Im pretty relaxed, don't drink much, but love to cook and be social over the occasional meal. I spend a lot of time either at the beach or gym or just reading a book, so clearly not much of a party animal :) I'm hoping to move anytime after exams, so from 17 December onwards.
Hi, My lease is running out on the 11th of Dec and I would like to find a new home :) I'm very friendly, easy going, clean and tidy! Studying business at USC. I'm hoping to find people to live with that are likewise. Room has to be furnished. Please contact me if you have a lovely home to offer :) Kind regards Mariela
Hi all! Just finishing up my studies in a diploma in specialised and theatrical makeup. I moved up from Victoria 7 months ago. I'm a clean and tidy person with a quiet lifestyle. I have a indoor ragdoll cat who I have had for 5 years. I'm looking for someone in the same position as me as I'm looking for a friendship.
I am quiet, keep to myself mostly (but I enjoy hanging out here and there), I'm very neat, studying (fashion) 3 days a week at Tafe and a couple of days a week at home.. I love animals; cats, dogs, birds, snakes. I don't party, I drink maybe 2-3 times a year and enjoy an active lifestyle. I try to eat organic where I can, meditate when I'm able and would love to take up yoga. I've lived on the coast for 11 years now!

I love the beach and love to go walking every morning and swimming at the beach. I'm also a fully qualified hairdresser and continue to keep my cottage industry business thriving wherever I go. I also have a diploma of business and moved from central west Queensland. I am looking to move sooner than the 1st of January and happy to rent up to a year or more with the right person/people and have a budget from $150 - $200 per week for rent including all bills and Internet.

Hi :) Im relocating to the Sunshine Coast, I will have a permanent full-time job and am a tidy, friendly, chilled out, reliable person. I would ideally love a place close to the beach and don't have an issue with pets. I am doing some travelling between leaving home and relocating so if you have a place becoming available around March 2017 let me know and we can catch up for a beer or a chat closer! Thanks, Hannah
I am easy going and always up for some fun. I like to go out, be active and would enjoy to hang with my flatmates aswell but I also like some quite time on my own. It is not the first flatshare I would live in so I know how to respect others privacy and clean up after myself :-).
I'm down to earth, respectful and clean. I enjoy doing my own thing and also like to socialise. Healthy lifestyle. Enjoy playing guitar, skating, beach. I have a 2 year old dog who's a kelpie cross boardie collie who is very cute and well behaved.

We are open-minded, love to meet new people and like to be out and about. If there is any nice and clean aparment with two available rooms, we would be happy to hear from you. Cheers, Johanna & Conny
Hi, I'm an easy-going, tidy, clean English 18 year old that is looking for a room. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, going to the gym, yoga or running. I enjoy socialising and a few, occasional drinks, however.
My names Lauren and I currently work at North Lakes. I am looking to move out within the next month or two. I am pretty easy going and keep to myself a lot of the time. I am looking to move in with a group of girls similar.

Move in date is very flexible (any time mid January to mid March). If you have a cat I'm keen as a bean. Maximum budget $160 inclusive of bills. Preferably at least one female at the property and have a bed in the room already. Minimum 4-6 months (until semester finishes) but likely longer. I'm 21, studying and working at USC (so Sippy Downs location would be perfect). Clean and tidy etc etc. Don't mind a few beverages now and then but not a party animal. Hit me up if you've got a place I can call home for a few months :)
