I am looking for a modern townhouse/apartment bubbly house mate, keen to become friends but also understand needing alone time. G'day potential new housemates! A bit about me. I'm 28 and I work in financial planning in the CBD. I'm a maccas chicken nuggets connerseiour, enjoy an alcoholic beverage, tend to OD on chilli sauce, play soccer, bit of a nerd, plays PS4 and loves a Netflix kick back. I've lived with both male and female housemates before so I know the drill. I like keeping things neat and tidy but I don't have OCD. Always respectful of the people I live with. Currently living alone but landlord selling the house so keen to live with housemates again. Always down to hang out with my housemates for some trash tv, Netflix or an alcoholic beverage. I come with my stuff but also a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, conventional oven and air fryer (which makes the best potato gems) which everyone can use. Looking forward to finding some awesome housemates to live with!
Hi I'm Daniel. I am a civil engineer and work for a design consultancy in the city. Apart from work I do go to the gym, play soccer and enjoy the Melbourne nightlife. I am open to any gender and pets are welcome. I am looking for somewhere close to the city. I have been the cleaner housemate in all the houses I lived in (fun fact) so you won't have any problems about the cleanliness of the place. Please shoot me a message and we'll go from there.
I am 31 and work full time in Real Estate. I am easy going, friendly and clean. I like to cook occasionally and have a cat that stays indoors for majority of the time. I am single and a non smoker but require a car space.
Hi I am a young at heart 60 year old QA Manager with a local food manufacturer. Originally from England, I have lived the last 5 years in Melbourne, after spending 20 yrs in NZ. I am house trained, can even cook. I enjoy most sport, quiz shows, British TV dramas, reading , music , a few beers with friends at the weekend. I am looking for a room as I have just gone through an amicable separation from my partner, we have decided she should stay at our current house & I would move out. Well that's my pitch hope to hear from you.
Hello! My name is Rory. I'm looking for a private room to rent in a sharehouse for 2019. In 2019, I'll be completing my final year of my Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, with double majors in history and philosophy. As a person, I am conscientious, respectful and tidy, but also love great discussions and having fun (responsibly). My interests are broadly in the humanities, particularly - as my studies suggest - in history and philosophy, but also including politics, literature and other topics. I also really enjoy nature, and love to take long walks to reflect on things and appreciate natural beauty. I'd love to hear from you if I sound like the type of housemate suitable for your sharehouse.
Hi guys, I'm very quiet and laid back, and while I do pretty much keep to myself I do enjoy a good chat with a rum&dry in my hand. I work full time in the city and I tend to spend my weekends home unwinding watching soccer on my laptop, or heading out for a bike ride with mates. **Not really fussed with moving dates, I just had to enter a date in my listing. **Not really fussed with length of stay but I know It'll be a minimum 6 months & most likely longer.
Hey guys! Country girl, living in the city the past couple of years. Working in health care, own my own car. I dont mind a cheeky wine and a good taco, but don't ask me where to go out, because I don't go out to the clubs haha. I am social, but definitely like my own space too, so ideally looking for people who are similar. I am currently renting a one bedroom unit independently in Aberfeldie (Yes! Expensive) I am looking for something cheaper so I can save, meet new people and have more of a life *Yay*. I am looking for a unfurnished bedroom. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I come with a fridge, washing machine, couch, side table, and coffee table. My lease finishes Mid Jan, ideally would like to find someone or a place to move in around that time as I don't want to be doubling on rent. *I wont be putting in for internet, as I have a huge data pool that I pay for independently. * Happy to share utilities by the number of people living in the house
Hey, my name is Ajay (30, born & raised in Melbourne). Working full time in hospitality. Looking for a place in cbd or outer city (any side-N.E.W.S.) as I work in the city. I am very sociable but also know people need their privacy. I enjoy to the gym, cooking and enjoying outdoors activities. With work and hobbies, I won’t be home often unless I have a day off (rarely) but would make time to spend with my housos (dinner, drinks, grocery shopping, cleaning etc). I like a clean and tidy place (not a clean freak though). If you have any further questions, just ask. Also, have no problem going on the lease (would prefer it) but flexible considering circumstance. Thanks, Ajay.

Hi my name is Katie, I'm an early childhood educator looking to relocate to Melbourne at the beginning of 2019! I've lived in share houses in Melbourne before and really enjoyed the experience. I'm from the Macedon Ranges where I'm currently living with my family. I love bushwalking, animals, swimming, cooking, eating, reading, art, music, sewing, watching movies and picnics. I'd love to be in a house with a couple of people who would be happy to hang out sometimes, watch a movie, have dinner together or a few drinks. I'm tidy and respectful of other people's space.

Hi There, We are a couple (James & Shenayde) from New Zealand who have been living in Melbourne for about 5 and a half years now. We have been living down in Geelong for the past 6 months as Shenayde was involved in an accident and had to attend the rehabilitation centre down there to learn how to walk & run all over again. We are moving back up to Melbourne in February (very early notice I know, but early bird catch the worm - and all that jazz). A little bit about us: James - 29 year old IT Tech who works for a Software and Website company in Spotswood (near Yarraville). I am an above knee amputee, but this does not hold be back, just means I fall over a couple more times than your average bloke after a few too many drinks. In New Zealand most of my friends call me Peg Leg or Peg, so no embarrassment on that front. Enjoy a good laugh and cooking up a feast. Shenayde - 26 year old awesome lass. Shy at first, but loves a good yarn after a couple of wines. Molly - A sassy 2 year+ old kitty. Please note we are both outside smokers and are not big drinkers but do enjoy a few wines on the weekend or after a hard day at work. As I say, we are not looking to move until February but would like to put the feelers out there now for any other interested people/couples looking for a place, or may already have one secured.
Hi guys I’m looking for an amazing room and house mate to share with. I’m originally from England and have lived in Australia for 5 years now. I’m looking to share with someone who could potentially be a friend as well as a housemate.
