hey guys, My name is josh, I'm an 2nd year apprentice landscaper, I work 7-3/4 Monday to Friday. During the week after work I'm generally relaxing watching movies or kicking back flicking through YouTube or occasionally playing PS4 however I'm always down for a chat. Weekends I sometimes have drinks and/or catch up with friends. Around every third weekend I head to my hometown for the weekend to see family and friends. I occasionally like to skate and excericse at the gym. I'm great to live with because I'm respectful, always pay bills and rent on time and tidy and clean. I'm ready to move in sometime after June 25th and before July 4th. Feel free to message me to ask any further questions. Thanks
Hi! My name is Richard, I am 25 years old and originate from England. My partners name is Ciara, she is 23 years old from Ireland. For the past four years we have called Darwin our home where we have been lucky enough to gain permanent residency. We decided that it was time for us to move on from Darwin and start a new chapter in Melbourne. We are currently living with family about an hour out of Melbourne city and are looking to move into shared accommodation with like minded people. We are friendly people who enjoy socializing and keeping active. We are currently looking for full time employment, I am a fully qualified horticulturist and Ciara works in office administration. We also have a small puppy, she is 2 years old and her name is teddy. I am sure she could use a doggy pal!
I am a proud Kiwi (don't mind the accent) and I work full time in the city for a renewable energy company. I came over to Aussie in April 2011 starting out in Sydney and moved to Melbourne to be close to Family. I am a respectful, happy, honest individual who likes to keep a positive outlook on life. I am often with friends and Family or running around on the go. I have just started working for uber which is fun too. I have 2 foster fur babies. The older of the 2 is extremely Sassy in nature, friendly but will happily spend majority of her time outside unless its cooler weather and she will be found on my bed. The younger one is a little softie, hand raised and affectionate on his terms. He likes to be around people keeping an eye on everything that's going on. I try to lead a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym and am interested in all things beneficial to our health. I enjoy baking (mostly GF) and can whip up a great weekend brunch. I am respectful, house proud and look forward to moving into a great home with fab housemates.
Looking for long term stay. Easy going, respectful and friendly. Prefer a clean space to live in and will contribute. Lived in Melbourne, northern suburbs, my entire life. 6 years in share house's. Looking for work at the moment, receiving government payment, very conscious with paying rent and bills on time. I hope to be employed asap. Spend my time studying online, playing computer games, and visiting family. Occasionally ride my motorbike so a garage would be a bonus. Looking for a social household that also respects time to themselves. Pet friendly. Social drinker. Non smoker.

Hey guys, I'm Mick. I'm 28. I just started a new full time retail job in South Melb. I'm pretty laid back and like to think I can get along with pretty much anyone. I play bass in a band, but noise won't be in an issue. I clean up after myself and am happy to help out with cooking and general house duties. Not a massive 'partier' - my social outings these days usually revolve around going to catch live music/bands. If there's any other questions, feel free to get in touch. Cheers!
Hi, ben my name Is Gerald & I'm extremely interested in rent the room you have advertised on on flatmates. I figure there's so much you can say in an application so I might aswell introduce myself. I'm a really relaxed guy who enjoys a quiet night in with a glass of wine when I'm not out at work or at Melbourne art centre studio where I intern as an Audio Engineer. Currently I am living in cranborne at my brother's house where I help out with bills/rent which is about $200/week. My income from working casual at the TIC in maribynong as a laborer under stuff Australian urgency, I currently have the bond as well as one months rent ready for payment. Currently I'm looking to find a stable long term room for myself closer to the city as that's where most of my daily going-ones are. I also have to ask if it's possible we can organised a time tomorrow or any time soon when you are free, where I can come and have a look at the room and meet in person Looking forward to hearing back from you. Regards, Gerald
Hi there! I'm a postgraduate student at Unimelb, and I'm looking for a private room. Looking for something that's close to public transport - this is pretty important to me. A furnished room is preferred, as I haven't got furniture with me. Move-in date is flexible. I do have to study a lot, so I'll need a quiet place because I'm one of those people who just can't study with noise :( but in my downtime I'd love to chat and have a laugh with my flatmates! I'm looking to make friends and not just to fill a room :) I'm a very positive and friendly person. I love a good laugh and enjoy dad jokes/puns/memes :P I keep my stuff (and the house) neat and clean. When I'm not studying (which is hardly ever) I'm reading, or watching TV shows or movies. Huge cricket fan, and will watch and enjoy pretty much any sport :D I'm new to the city so I'd also like to explore the place but haven't really got round to it yet haha! I hope I've covered everything (these things are hard to write!). Please message me if there's anything you'd like to know :) Cheers, Ally
Been happily living in my current share house for a bit over 6 months, however as the original tenant (On the lease) wants their room back, I have been ultimately forced to move on. Looking for another wonderful place with friendly people who want or don't mind a clean, fairly quiet and super easygoing flatmate. Pretty content with anything that presents itself, but as I am a student and a massive nerd, decent internet is effectively the closest thing I have to a requirement. Even though fairly young still, I have had no problems in my current share house over the last 6 months. Whether it's paying bills at least three days before they are due, cleaning schedules or generally not being a loud, messy or rude person. I have no desire to put anyone out or make anything stressful for anyone just trying to live in their own home. I am able to afford around 200 a week including bills, I can potentially go a little bit over depending on the situation, so don't write me off if you'd prefer something like 210, but it'd certainly be case by case. If you have any questions about me don't feel afraid to just ask. Now, quickly some random facts about me, I'm a student studying at Victoria University, but I plan on potentially transferring in the future, or even changing degrees. I'm currently studying for a bachelors of Engineering. I drink a lot of Pepsi max, and I find normal coke vile. I am a nerd who spends a lot of time at my computer (Always with headphones on), I love board games, and books, and TV shows and anything in that vain. I recently discovered I have O- blood, and have gotten into the habit of donating it as often as possible, because apparently it's pretty useful for people to, you know, not die.
Easy going , friendly , always on time with rent, extremly keen polite mature , parents raised me with manners , respectful and quite like time to my self and privacy but do have a very kind heart easy to warm to personality
I'm a very neat, responsible and respectful person, though I'm also a people person and love to have a chat or a meal and get to know those who I'd be living with. I currently work in childcare, have taken 6 months off uni but am going to resume the end of July. I like to go out occasionally otherwise I would usually be at home relaxing. I'm a friendly and open person looking for somewhere short-term to live while I wait to start uni and then figure out future plans from there :)
Clean and tidy. Just need a place to stay for 1 month. Happy to pay in advance. I work all day and get home in evening. I love fishing. Im Australian born with middle eastern background
Hi there! Im Karoline, I'm from Norway but have lived in Melbourne for 4 years. I'm looking for a place close to work (Highpoint SC). I'm currently doing a couple of online courses from Norway which I will have to go and finish over there in November. I'm also working full time as a retail manager, so I'll be pretty busy during the week! I'm laid back and easygoing (however I do enjoy a few drinks every now and then). I'm positive and social, enjoy a good movie/TV show in the afternoon with a mate or by myself. Love cooking (and sharing). I prefer vegetarian/plant based food but not extreme. Enjoy keeping active through gym, dancing, cycling etc. Love going to markets, opshops etc. also interested in music and crafts. Absolutely no problem with animals, have lived with dogs and cats all my life. I can move in straight away and pay bond and rent up front. All the best Karoline
Hey there, I'm looking for a room in a share house around Footscray, inner south or inner east suburbs. Ideally looking to share with others who are also easy to live with and well housetrained- clean/tidy and prefer a home to be a place to chill out, enjoy and relax at the end of the day. About me-I am female, 28 years old and studying Exercise Science full time at Victoria University. I still have 1.5 years left then I am looking to do a masters degree. I also have two pet dogs (a boxer and border collie, 8 year olds) who I would much prefer live with me, so a secure backyard with verandah is ideal. Previous housemates really enjoy their company as they are great dogs and I walk/exercise them regularly! Therefore looking for long term (1 year+) if this is available. In any spare time from study/work I train in Crossfit, some yoga, some cooking. My rent per week range is around $180 or up to $220 for a place with a yard. I'm currently overseas in Japan so I am looking to move into a place when I get back to Melbourne from the 4th of July. Look forward to hearing from prospective housemates!
Guy- 3 years in Nigeria(Lagos) for business. 2 years in Cairo. Experiences from various cultures and societies. Have been an active member of AIESEC in college days . Currently live in Delhi (hometown)- capital of India. Enrolled at MBS for Master of Finance. Girl - Graduated from LSE in International Employment Relations, is well travelled and currently working with McKinsey & Company. She is a powerhouse - the driving source of energy in the couple and someone who loves socialising.
About me My name is Amy. I'm 24 years old currently living in Perth. I am moving to Melbourne in July and will be looking for a place to live as soon as I get there. Ideally my own bathroom would be great but not essential. I will need a place for my car also, does not need to be a garage as such but at least off the street would be preferable. I won't have a bed so if one is available (queen) that would be ideal. Although if I need to get a bed I can. I also don't have wardrobes so built ins would be handy to. (i'm not moving over with much!) I am clean, respectful and wouldn't mind an house mate or two who would be potential friends as well as I will be new to Melbourne. I enjoy going out to social events and anything music related (I am a huge fan of house music and love going to live bands) I like to keep fit also, so if you know of a good crossfit gym in the area let me know! I am a bit of an old soul so prefer to live with older people, however age doesn't matter as long as you are easy going and chilled. Cleanliness is important to me so hoping to live with someone/people who can appreciate a tidy living area.. so if you are looking for a clean housemate I am perfect for you :) I am looking for a place not too far from the city, no more than 15/20ish minutes from the CBD. Flexible with location as the suburbs I have chosen are just a rough idea.
26 year old guy who works full time. I'm a massive animal lover and Vegan. I have a toy poodle who is 3 years old. I am environmentally friendly and do my best to save power, water, waste ect. I am gay so would be really good to have a flatmate who doesn't have anything against that. I'm very accepting and considerate of others. Any questions hit me up :)
I am an easy-going and cheerful guy. I love going out for a run. Most of the times, I am into my laptop studying something or the other.I respect personal space of others though I love interacting with people.
