HI there! My name is Lucy and I just recently moved down to Melbourne to pursue postgraduate studies in Humanitarian Assistance. My passion lies in human rights and English literature. I'm a quiet but very friendly person. I will get along with anyone as long as everyone is treated respectfully and cleanliness is maintained.
Heyhey 🙂 I previously lived in Melbourne for a year and am now moving back on the 8th of march to study here after about a year and a half of traveling. I'm swedish, almost 22 and I'll be working in hospitality(barista) as well as studying. On my free time I play guitar, sketch and paint, make crystal pendants and a bunch of good stuff. I like to laugh and I also make jokes sometimes. I'm a very social person and am also used to living with other people, meaning I love a good chat and bev but also respect other peoples space and will of course be respectful of shared living areas. I enjoy going out for drinks and a boogie but can also spend a full night watching stupid shows in bed. I'm pet free, neat and will be staying in Melbourne for at least two years. I'm looking for a place to call home, meaning I'd love to live with like minded people who don't mind hanging out now and then. Please feel free to shoot me a message if I sound like a person you'd like to live with. ✌
Self employed girl geak engineer and electronic music lover. I am looking for a new home with people who have a life outside of the house but also like to chill and share a wine and chat from time to time. I don't smoke but I don't mind if you do, not fussed on what others eat or sexuality as its all relative, each to their own. Mutual respect is where it's at. Flexible with move dates, ideally mid to late March. If you have a garden, that would be awesome. Again, not a deal breaker though. I love animals but don't have any. It would be cool to live with someone who has a dog, happy to help out walking it sometimes even. 6 months minimum is preferred because it's a bit of a mission changing homes. :)
Hey I'm Dan, 22, full time employed in financial services, laid back, gay, pretty extraverted. I'm relatively new to Melbourne and looking to move near the CBD. Would love to find one or more cool housmates. I like Great food, beer, wine & whisky and I'm told I'm excellent company to binge watch nextflix and drink cheap wine with. If your a fan of Doctor Who, Game of Thrones or South Park that's already a great start. I'm pretty chilled out, like to keep a clean place. I don't have any gender or cultural preferences on who I live with, as long as your friendly and good company I'm we will get along great. Also somewhere with a car park would be great.

From Edinburgh, Scotland. Working within events, and also the health and fitness industry. Working full-time, so not looking for a party house, but love a social atmosphere where I can come back from work and have a good chat and maybe a drink or two with housemates. A keen yogi, love going hiking and camping and just generally being outside. Very chilled and laid back, not into drama. Keep everything tidy and clean in general, and have always shared cleaning duties around previous share houses. Please send me a message if you have a vacancy in a house that you think I would be a good addition to.
My name is Kay, male, from West Africa. I'm currently a graduate student at CSU melbourne campus, studying for a Masters in Business Administration. I'm a very friendly person, and easy to get along with. I like to read, i also like to sketch sometimes. I love music and I like to cook. I don't smoke, but occassionally, i like to have a few beers wit my friends. I am very tidy, homely and quiet. I try to respect other people's space as well as their lifestyle, sexual orientation, religion and culture, but I'm also good for a chit chat every now and then. Uhhh... I'm loyal, dependable and nice. and I'm open to sharing a house with either male, female or both And yeah! I've got no pets.
I'm currently studying sound production/music industries at RMIT full time, have had previous experience in shared living environments, and there will most probably always be a supply of hommus if I am around! As a housemate, I would consider myself a considerate, tidy (and by tidy, I mean capable of cleaning up mess beyond my own space), open-minded/socially conscious, financially secure person, who is looking for a long-term, stable living environment to settle into. A creative environment would be really neat, and I'd also love to be friendly with my housemates too, instead of just occupying the same space! In my spare time I like to make soft vocal music (don't worry about noise though, this is all done through headphones!), watch films, go on aberrantly long walks and sometimes go to gigs/events on the weekends.

I work full-time as a nurse and in my spare time I love going to music festivals, watching Netlfix, chilling with friends and eating. I have two lovable beagles so you must love dogs! I come with a everything you need in a home (washing machine/dyer, sofa, dining set and most importantly the fridge!), which is why I'm looking to team up with somebody to find a home with.

I'm looking for a room in Sunshine, Deer Park and surrounding suburbs. This is an ideal location for where I work (Footscray) as a computer and phone repair technician. I have a very busy life almost everyday of the week except few hours of sleep during the night which I really like to sleep in a quiet environment. I'm not planning to rent any kind of room but a place where I can call home, a place which has to be quiet and clean all the time. I don't smoke, nor drink, I respect privacy of others. I never interested listing music at all, so you don't have to worry about load music in the house. my hobbies are anything to do with technology, computers, smartphones and GYM.
I am a respectful person and I'm always up for a good chat at appropriate times. I always clean after myself and I like to live in a place with a positive vibe. I am a freelance translator so I work online mostly from home, at libraries or at cafes. I have travelled quite a bit and I feel like I'm a quite open minded person when it comes to culture, food, and music. I enjoy cooking at home when I have time, and I'm always looking to improve my cooking (it's not quite there yet!). In my free time I like to read, skate, listen to music, dance, and learn new things.
I am a 22 year old male, originally from Western Australia and only recently moved to Melbourne (10 months ago) after I graduated with an Environmental Science degree and gained employment as a Contaminated Land Consultant in South Melbourne. My preferred length of stay states 4 months, however I am open to settling in for much longer depending on other circumstances which I am happy to discuss in detail. I am very relaxed, stress-free and prefer to live in a tidy environment. I am very active, attend the gym in South Melbourne after work everyday and also play Football (AFL) in the winter. As I maintain a healthy diet, I enjoy cooking my own meals and always happy to cook for other housemates whilst i'm at it. Always up for a good chat about anything and everything. Please consider me as your potential housemate!

*Not looking to move until End of April/Early May* Hi, Im a friendly, social being who likes a tidy house. I've lived in all sorts of share situations - sharing food, going it alone, cleaning as needed and keeping to a strict roster. I'm reliable and organised - hopefully this doesn't mean I'm not fun! I like to think I am and love a good bonding/gossip sesh and a laugh. Like to share teas/wines/beers as they happen and have no problems grabbing washing off the line before rain, watering pot plants when others are away and picking this up from the shops on the way home. I'm an urban planner working for state gov full time, a country girl at heart I'm a fan of a bit of gardening. My current house has chickens which I love and am sad to be leaving. I have a super affectionate cat and an entire house of furniture to contribute (although I'd happily discuss letting some of it go if needed). Looking to move by May 15 either into a great existing sharehouse or start a new one. My location preference is super-free, I'm only in need of a train within 10mins walk or a 1/2 hr easy bike ride to the cbd.
My name is Abdullah, 19 years old. I am an international student from Bangladesh, studying in the University of Melbourne doing the 2nd year of the Bachelors of Commerce cource. I am an organized and clean person who is quiet but friendly and easy going. I like sports, reading and movies.
I am funny and used to live in other people's homes. I am quiet and not home all that much since I like to go on adventures. I am tidy and respectful and have no pets, kids or nightly visitors. I work full time and love to hang out when I don't! I am interested in reading, training, nature, politics and food. I don't drink or smoke. I have a car so parking on or off steet is very important to me. I am willing to live anywhere, not just the suburbs mentioned.

I'm looking to live with 2 or 3 other people in a social house where we hang out, cook together from time to time and go on crazy adventures! I'd love for everyone to be involved in sport in some way but that's not a necessity! Also my parents breed dogs so once a year I can take you to visit a swarm of puppies!!!

I’m Jano, 28 years old from Germany. At the moment, I’m doing Work and Travel, planning to stay 3 to 5 months in Melbourne. I have a job in Braybrook. I would describe myself as relaxed and open-minded, but still willing to get stuff done when needed. When not working, I enjoy surfing, cooking and playing guitar. I'm looking for flat mates who want to spend time with each other like cooking or having a beer or wine together. I hope with this I can improve my English. 😊 I’m experienced in co-living, as I spent several years sharing places with different people.
Hey Guys, A little about me: I have my own business making a chai concentrate. If you've been to some of the local businesses in Seddon you'd see my product being stocked. Or if you were at the Yarraville Festival, I was one of the stall holders. Life is pretty hectic with weekends doing markets and Monday as production day. During the week, I'm busy meeting clients, working from home or at a cafe, and Friday is generally getting myself organised for the weekend markets. I take 1 day off during the week to catch up w friends for a few drinks. Originally from Brisbane, I've lived in Melbourne for almost 15 years with a 2 year and 1 year stint in London and Hong Kong, respectively. I'm prompt with paying bills on time and respect peoples spaces. I enjoy yoga and riding my bike everywhere. If you've got any questions, hit a girl up :) Thanks, Chloe
Hello future housemates! My name is Matthew I am 22 currently trying to find a place to live long term as I have just moved down from Brisbane. I work full time for a finance company called Loan Market I am busy most days as I do long hours and when I am not working I try to make the most of my free time by going to the gym, walks, drive to new places as i'm new to the area. I am a very laid back guy very easy to get along with and hoping to grow some friendships with people I live with! I have past experience with share accommodation, I am clean and tidy, pay bills on time and enjoy spending time with my room mates but in saying that giving space and privacy when needed. I hope to hear from you soon :)
I moved to Melbourne from Adelaide over a year ago, and have felt at home in this city every day since. Currently I study full-time in the CBD, and work in retail a few days a week. That may sound like I'm not around a lot, but I enjoy time at home, too. Balance is key: love the outdoors, getting artsy, and going for a good boogie. I'm a social gal for sure, but foremost I respect people in their spaces. Although I'm 20, I have spent the last few years independent. I know what it takes to be considerate of others and responsible for myself, and I'm always willing to discuss household logistics. I have specified that I'm looking to stay for 1 year or more, however I'm happy with 6-9 months if a superb opportunity calls for it.
I'm tidy, clean, used to live by myself and in share houses. I love pets, don't like party houses (but I love to have some few friends around sometimes). Like my privacy but need human contact as well. I lived in Latin America and Europe, where I learned a lot about different cultures and habits.
Hey there! I'm Erin, I'm 29 and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm employed full time, working as the Design Manager for Marshall White Real Estate. I'm a yoga addict, but when I'm not at work or in the studio I spend most nights out exploring Melbourne's incredible food scene or trying a new class or workout. I love nature, the beach, festivals, breakfast adventures, dogs, sunshine, yoga and a good cup of coffee. I also love exploring Melbourne by bike and travelling the world. I'm looking to move in with some relaxed, positive and respectful housemates that have their own thing going on but don't mind a catch up over a glass of wine, a movie or a house dinner. Although I do like going out from time to time, I'm not looking for a party house, but rather a clean and tidy place to kick back and unwind after a busy day. I'm an open minded, big hearted, glass half full kinda person and it is essential that you are the same!
I'm very friendly, respectful, responsible, easy going person, and also clean and tidy. I am a music student at Vic Uni, and thats why looking for a nice place around my university to call it home. And also I work part time at Coles Supermarket Cheers 😊😊😊
Hi, I'm Kathryn. I'm looking for a place around Moonee Ponds/Maribynong as I've just got a new job based there. I work in social work, but for a few months I'll also be working casually at Crown Casino. I graduated uni in 2014 after studying Criminology, focussing on policy. I've recently returned from an extended 'gap year/s' in Germany, where I mostly worked with refugee aid and English/German translation. I'm pretty keen on Netflix binges, group meals, political discussions, casual dinner parties and baking. I'm clean but not obsessive, not a huge partier, respectful of people's space and very organised. I'm a non-smoker and a seldom drinker. I'm not a vegetarian nor vegan, but I rarely eat meat and am more than happy to live in a vegetarian house. I will mostly be working from mid afternoon through to 10/11pm, so will be coming and going at off times. Every Tuesday I'll be staying over at work, so won't be around that night. I don't like houses that aren't social with one another, crazy party houses, or housies that don't clean up after themselves. I am looking for somewhere that has good public transport access to the CBD and Moonee Ponds, has off-street car-parking, and is non-smoking. I've lived in share houses before, including a year in Carnegie, a year in Caulfield and 2 years on campus at Monash in Clayton. I also managed to successfully couch-surf my way through Germany for close to a year, so I've very familiar with what makes a good house-guest. If I sound like a good fit into your house, please get in contact :) Kathryn :)

I am moving to Melbourne from Townsville to find work and hopefully start a degree. I am a very easy-going and neat person who loves to cook. Bonus if you have pets! I only know a handful of people in Melbourne and will have to start from scratch where furniture is concerned. I am a very sociable person and will most likely spend my spare time exploring the city or hanging out. I understand its hard to offer a room to someone on the other side of Australia, but would be more than happy to Skype and answer any questions you have. I am gay, so would definitely prefer an LGBT friendly household - although I have a feeling that won't be much of an issue in Melbourne. My idea of an awesome Friday is a big feed, a few beers and a movie, would prefer a chilled household on similar vibes. :) plus if you're a foodie! If you think I'd be a good fit, please let me know and we can have a chat :)
Will be working majority of the time. I have a 10 year old boy who would stay with me on my days off. I respect others privacy. Would like to team up in looking for a rental property.
Hi people! My name is Nicole, 28 yo, very reliable with a full time job and full time hobby! I'm really outgoing, easy going, loves to have fun, love a bit of wine here and there and definitely sociable. I love to cook, so I would offer to cook here and there when I have time. Always up for a night out and chats over dinner. Yeah, that's about me. P.S Rent will be paid on time, because I have a deal with the parents.
