I’m a 47yr old female working full time in the city. On the weekends I love to catch up with friends for a wine or go browsing the various markets. I’m very quiet through the week due to work, so early to bed. There is a cat (inherited from my daughter) and the cat is no trouble at all. Unfortunately I am a smoker, but I never smoke inside or in my car. Yes I know it’s disgusting but I’m still trying to break this nasty habit! Looking for a quiet place with at least a year long lease commencing in June. References available.
Hi. I need somewhere to sleep as Mum is kicking me out. I don't go out much and stay in my room so you will barely notice me - no one notices me. I won't make kitchen mess and take up no cupboard space as I literally order all my food. My hobbies consist of gaming, being goth, blazing up and streaming myself gaming. I am working on becoming a professional gamer and making it my full time job. I also have a large katana and tanto collection, this won't be a problem as I am trained in the ways of the Ron in. I also have a pet ferret called scumbo. Just don't touch my waifu and we will get along just fine. Hope to hear from you soon.
I've lived in a few different states and in the U.S., but I'm from Adelaide originally. I do Admin and Modelling work. When I'm not hanging out with friends or family, I basically like to chill, sleep, go to the beach, write, do art or listen to music. Would give you solid competition at board games and card games. Will happily binge watch Netflix with you.
Hey! My name's Tim, 23 year old labourer currently working part time. I'm very easy going, friendly and laid back. Happy to have a chat and chill out with housemate/s around the house but also love hanging out with friends/girlfriend. I tidy up after myself and am respectful of other people's space and belongings. I have a medium size dog Jax, a German Koolie x Kelpie who is friendly, loving and obedient. Happy to chat further with anyone who might be interested.
Hey guys I am a 25, I work as an Emergency Nurse at Flinders Medical Centre. I consider myself quite clean and tidy, used to help manage a property for the previous landlord (lived there for 4yrs). I do like to socialise with my fellow housemates, but do acknowledge the need for personal space and privacy, I am quite respectful of that. During my downtime I enjoy watching and playing sport (run/swim/basketball). I do also enjoy the odd surf session. I love to travel, so I would take spontaneous trips and backpack somewhere for a few weeks at a time every month or two. Also enjoy the occasional binge, watching Netflix. I don't smoke, I drink only on social occasions. I have no pets but I am a definitely dog person. I am currently looking for somewhere to move in for 6 months with high possibility of extending it to a year.
I'm easy to get along with and give flat mates privacy and I'm quite
Hi I'm Ryan, I' am 26 and have just returned to study at Flinders University (Batchelor of Paramedic Science). I am looking to start a share house with other students with 5 - 6 occupants in a large house to make it as cheap as possible when splitting utilities. Looking for clean, considerate and fun people to share with! I love the beach and outdoor activities. I have a two year old Kelpie x Husky and your interest in the opportunity will be subject to her overall decision on you (yes she will judge you). I like a quite drink and a chat not much of a town fan. Send me a message if interested. Looking to either arrange this for the mid-year break or later in the year!
Im 28 who works fulltime in sales. I am social, love to travel, enjoy going to the beach and respectful. Looking for friendly, clean place to call home.
My name is Ash and I'm a student studying in my first year at Flinders University. I recently moved to Adelaide from the Northern Territory so I'm just looking for a place to settle into, so I can figure out how to do this uni thing. I'm mostly quiet and I usually keep to myself, but I'm also always up for a chat; I'm always up for meeting someone new. I enjoy going out to have fun almost as much as staying in to binge watch TV shows.
Originally from Adelaide currently living in Melbourne. Looking to return home to beautiful SA. I'm clean and tidy. I have a full-time job. I'm not a party animal. I'm happy to socialise with housemates and chip in for spring clean Sundays etc. Only requirement I need is a garage or secure parking to park a vehicle. Although I keep to myself alot I like to live in a bit more of a homely environment with housemates I can communicate and hang out with but also know when to respect eachothers space Look forward to hearing from future housemates Cheers
I'm honest, down to earth, relaxed, respectful and paying bills is my number 1 priority.

Self-employed with an online fashion business, and full-time employed as a fashion retail store manager on jetty road in Glenelg. I run live workshops in Adelaide for a social movement also. Not lots of free time and keep myself quite busy. Ideally looking for somewhere with space for a home office set-up or some storage. Preferably wish to rent my own place and find some housemates to team up as I have a lot of my own stuff already. Close to glenelg for work is a preference. 28 years old. Recently moved back to Adelaide after 7 years overseas, I do want a space where friends from afar can come and stay from time to time. Enjoy socialising in free time but also need somewhere quiet to be able to work. I’m a bit of a neat freak so living with others who appreciate cleanliness is important to me. I have a real passion for wine and have studied wine so definitely enjoy a few wines when I can but also pretty healthy, into personal development and would be great to live with like minded, positive, people. Definite non-smoker. If anyone’s interested in starting up a share property let me know as this is definitely my preference. Ideally a 3 bedroom home with a seperate living area or study that can be utilised as an office and guest room.
I’m a chef so I’m always cooking, I’m fun out going clean and tidy and always respectful to others and privacy. Love a wine or two, luv to go walking to stay fit. I’ve only been living in Adelaide 6 months I’m originally from Renmark so a country girl at heart.
Hi there! My name is Brooke and I'm 23 years old. I've lived in Adelaide for 12 months working full time and now looking to move in with some groovy housemates as I transition back into studying (animal studies) and working part time. I have my best pal Oscar the border collie with me who is 4 years old, and despite his breed, spends 85% of his time sleeping and the other 15% at the beach. He is an inside/outside dog and gets along well with other animals and humans, toilet trained and has completed obedience training as well as being an awesome foster brother in the past so he is very patient 🤗 I am vegan, so ideally would like to live in a house with other vego/vegan individuals. I am LGBTQ+ friendly. I enjoy hanging out with friends, beach days, writing, reading and a bit of Netflix! I am pretty easy going and happy to do my own thing, but also hang out together every now and then. I'm down for a chat but also happy to live with someone who just wants their own space :) Not into partying or substances but love a casual dance down at the bay and catching up with friends for a drink or two at home! Hoping to find some easy going, groovy gals or guys to live with for a couple of months before I move to Melbourne. My lease is up July 7th so would like to have somewhere lined up that's available around that time, open to suburbs along the west coast from Sheidow Park, Seacliff, Marion up to Grange or even Thebarton - ideally with utilities included in rent!
I am after two rooms one for myself from 24/4/2018 long term and the other from 2/5/2018 to 12/5/2018 for my parents who will be in Australia for my graduation. The rooms do not have to be in the same house. I am flexible on location provided there's a bus stop no more than 5 minutes from the house and the location is no more than 20 minutes into the city. The house owners will be friendly and be willing to have conversations from time to time. Ideally this would be a new property. No pets.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hello! I am Italian, 30 yo and I have just moved to Adelaide to work full-time as a Business Development Manager. I am looking for a long term accommodation in a clean, quiet house/flat. Thank you! Jody
I work 3 jobs, i spend a lot of the time at the gym, I have all furnishings that’d be needed for a new place. I’m very clean, love cooking, love gardening. I have 2 cats both indoor. My lease finishes in August, looking to find a new place to share with a few people or one person to help split up some of the bill costs.
I'm quiet and home bodied person but doesn't mind to hangout and have fun. Very neat and tidy in the house. Respect other people's privacy and very professional. I will be working full time and studying part time. So most of the time, I will be resting and studying when at home :)
Coming over from France for a 3 month internship. I intend to spend as much time as possible sailing, climbing, diving and exploring australia during my stay !
