Hi, I'm Melissa. I'm an education student at Flinders Uni and 21. I am currently finishing up a semester abroad overseas and now doing some travelling before I return back to Adelaide early July, so I'm just looking around at the moment to see what's available. I am friendly and easy-going, non-smoker and like to keep common areas tidy (especially the kitchen - I am a total kitchen neat-freak but hate when it's not left clean by others). I also have my own furniture for the room. I found the last room I rented on here which turned out to be a great match, so hoping I have the same success. Looking for something for at least 9 months with a possibility of extending to a year. Bonus points if you have a dog Room needs to have a decent sized built in robe to house all my stuff :P
I am Alexia. I'm 27 years old and from France. I am living at the moment around Mount Barker but would like to move closest to the city within 3 to 4 weeks. I am currently studying Leadership and Management and working part-time in hospitallity. I am pretty pretty easy going quiet and tidy. Always happy to meet new people but I also like having time on my own. I enjoy going to the gym, have a wine, outdoors, stroll at the beach, discover surroundings... Trying to enjoy life as much as I can :) I would prefer live with 1 or 2 other people not more but I could change my mind if I come across nice places. I like pets but I am not a huge fan of cat :D Feel free to contact me if my profile sounds like we could get along ;)
Hi there, I'm a Chinese nursing student at flinders uni. I am very easy going and spontaneous, not a smoker. I love animals but don't own any, also love outdoors and healthy living style. I hope to find someone to share an apt with, where not too far from uni. Don't wish to share the bathroom with more than 2 people though, since I could too clean and neat sometimes. Hope to find someone sociable but also respect personal space. None smoker, please. I am interested in a team up or to become a roommate of someone who has a place.
We're Jasper and Kai. We're both nonbinary and queer students and activists. Kai is a writer/freelancer part-time. Although we both have limited energy, we're kind and considerate humans who really value creating a queer family/chosen family environment, communicating openly, and being there for one another. Jasper's specialties are sound advice and being hilariously cynical, and Kai's are empathy and baking things (wheat free, but still). We're looking to start a sharehouse in the area surrounding Flinders Uni, as that's where Jasper attends uni (Kai's program is online). We'd also be open to joining a pre-existing sharehouse. We need to apply places quickly since our lease ends at the beginning of June. (We are able to stay at our current sharehouse a few more weeks, but need to move ASAP.) Since we're both chronically ill and introverted, our ideal housemate would also lead a low-key lifestyle. We also can't live with a cat, unfortunately, since we're both allergic, but other animals are great! Another thing to know is that we own a couch, coffee table, washing machine, fridge, bed, and our own bedroom furniture. If you have any questions and/or think we might work well as housemates, please reach out. We're not saying to find us on Facebook or the Queer Housing Adelaide page, either. We're just saying, if you tried, you probably could.
Hello my name is Jade and I'm studying to be an Aged Care Personal Carer. I love my course and I'm looking forward to making a difference in people's lives by giving people assistance to support their independence in life which is totally close to my heart. Currently I work casual/part time as an Admin contractor however this will be changing once I graduate from my course in July and I begin my new career as a Carer. As a housemate, I'm kind, responsible, respectful and I'm wonderfully housetrained lol. I pay my rent and bills on time and I live a quiet lifestyle. I'm happy to chat to my housemates when we catch up and I'm happy going about my day independently fulfilling what I need to do to make a positive difference in life. My hobbies include, reading, Netflix, gardening, walking, Apple puzzle games and many more hobbies. Ideally I'm looking for a home with housemates who genuinely love life and have past the partying stage of their life. People who have followed their heart or want to make a difference in life. For example in their career or hobby or in their dreams in life or are in the beginning stages of bringing about this type of change in their life. For example, a person who followed their heart to become a singer so they could one day create a choir for people who have a disability to bring enjoyment to their lives or a person who dreamed of becoming lawyer so he could change the legal system to help those who are less fortunate have an equal voice/opportunity as those who are greatly fortunate for example or those who love their job in a Charity Store doing all from their heart to find new ways of selling donated goods so that more and more people will have the funds to prevent them living on the streets for example and many, many more examples a person has chosen to create or change or make a difference in life.
Urgently looking for another place, as the one I recently moved into is ripping me off. I'm on youth allowance so I only get around $400 a fortnight. Can only afford at lest $120 a wk no higher. I'm currently looking for work. I'm very tidy and polite person.

I always pay my rent on time as my pay check is fortnightly. I love any pets I'm clean quiet but like the occasional catch up drinks I also have Foxtel which I would like to bring with me and willing to share it if would like to watch it and also would like somewhere that has internet so I can use to send my work emails for but not a great issue anymore question or enquiries ur welcome to contact me via email or text as calls I may not be able to pick up during work thanks for looking hope to meet some great people cheers, Lisa
Just moved back to Adelaide to be closer to my family. Looking to share a house with people for both company and to save some dollars. Free of the obligations I am responsible for overall for the next 6-8 months and being as highly motivated and energetic as i am would like to keep distracted during this time Looking for someone who could use some help around the house and with any general assistance they might require. Or just good company!! I do not know many people in Adelaide and due to circumstances need to remain here for the foreseeable future. I am lonely and going bonkers even though I study online and am part of a group that requires me to do a stand up comedy routine once a month at retirement villages around Adelaide and help a good friend occasionally with her small buisness i am still with too much spare time. For the moment I have no real purpose until my situation finalises around December. So if your a busy or just lonely person who could use a hand or company as well as a reliable friendly house trained tenant to share your home and / or life with no strings attached for the next 6-9 months give me a call or p.m @ natty borrett on f.b.
Hi :) As a person I'm easy-going, grounded and accepting of others. I am studying a bachelor of health science and hope to pursue a career in nutrition & dietetics. As a tenant I am considerate, respectful and will happily contribute to the cleaning and up keep of a household. Having been raised as an only child I naturally like having my own space and time to myself. I truly love the outdoors, fashion and having a laugh. I am the kind of girl who will keep her room clean, stop to say hello and always be happy to lend a hand. I'd like to share with a stable person(s) with a similar positive attitude and genuine nature.
Resonably quiet, easy going person. I enjoy my own space but also enjoy other peoples company. I work a lot, with early starts so I'm looking for someone who doesn't stay up all night on weeknights. I sometimes get sent to site for lengths of time too.
Law Student at Adelaide Uni and work at a cafe in Glenelg, looking for a place until the end of the year and possibly ongoing. Easygoing, friendly, fun and a reliable person who loves hanging out but also enjoys doing my own thing every now and again. Feel free to contact me!
I'm friendly, clean. Have shared with a friend before but she moved away. I love to socialise but also love alone time. Love cooking & also love health & fitness. I am a qualified nurse currently working as a receptionist at an Orthodontist surgery in town. I have to travel with work sometimes.
Hi y'all, I'm a full time employee, doing sponsorship work for a Swedish company. Keen on drinks and easy to deal with. Mainly focused on work. Hit me up if you have a spare room to share for up coming months. cheeeeerz
Im quiet but friendly, I understand personal space and boundries, I'm clean and tidy. My very creative love to cook, sing, draw, write and read :) I am currently volunteering at the RSPCA thrift shop Blackwood and at the RSPCA office in Stepney but looking for paid work but im on centrelink payment so I can pay rent and bills on time. I am also currently living at my parents place and I need to move because I am being continiously abused and harassed by my mother and in the past has also physically hurt me. I need to leave asap
Hi, I'm a full time, first year student studying Arts at Flinders, and I moved from Tasmania three months ago. I'm easy going, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. I'd be keen to hang out sometimes but I also respect people's self time and boundaries. I am passionate about art, human rights , music, travel, learning and am keen to meet new people!
Currently studying at Flinders University and working part time. Looking for accommodation that is a little cheaper than what I'm in at the moment. I'd prefer somewhere that is 3 bedrooms or less. I'm a quiet nerd who is clean, neat and respectful but always up for a chat.
My Story... I have not been able to work for the last couple of years until recently as I was diagnosed with Lymphoma in 2013 and have been receiving treatment. I am now on the mend but have been unable to find anywhere suitable to live within my price range. I also just recently separatd after a 10 year marriage. I have two beautiful daughters aged 2 & 6 which stay with me at least two nights a fortnight. I can stay with them at my parents on these nights if it's not suitable. I also have a 7 year old King Charles Cavalier dog named Ella who is house trained and a very clean inside dog. I am very useful around the house with cleaning, washing, cooking, garden maintenance, lawns, renovating and mechanics. I can offer a work resume, and can supply references. I'm honest, reliable, hard working, easy to get along with, clean, tidy, and respectful of other peoples property and space. Just looking for someone to let me in to show how good a housemate i am :) Kind Regards Mark
Hi, I am Chantelle, a 20yo student looking for an awesome place to live! i find myself to be creative and a bit artistic, i love to read, write and have a knack for sketching and drawing, currently keen on the anime genre! i am often quiet at first but when i get to know people more, feel more comfortable i open up like a book (specifically, a horror book - my favourite genre). I am also considerate, bubbly, enjoy a good conversation and good company while being respectful of others privacy and space. i am currently studying a Cert III in Hospitality full time and am currently applying for work, so if you know of any places hiring, give me a dial! i am focused on looking for quiet, friendly, easy going housemates, preferably less than 30, who share a mutual respect for home but also enjoy a drink and friendly chat and shared meals occasionally as well. If you think your somewhere could be our somewhere, then drop me a line! I look forward to hearing from you, Chantelle
Hi, I am currently looking for a room in a house with one or two housemates. I am respectful of others, and am looking for the same in my future housemates. I catch public transport so somewhere close to a railway station would be ideal. I am currently working in retail, which I enjoy. Ideally my future housemates will be fun and up for the occasional drink or two but still happy to do their own thing. If this sounds like you, let me know!
HELLO!! Your looking for an AMAZING housemate right? Keep reading!! Born in Adelaide and actively looking for a awesome house mate/s to live with. I have recently completed a Child, Youth and Family Intervention Support Work Certificate at TafeSA, working part-time at a Record/Music store and doing volunteer work with HYPA (Helping Young People Achieve) teaching students, to get their SACE certificates so they can finish their schooling. I have a positive "CAN DO" attitude towards life, fun, friendly, happy, clean, trustworthy, respectful and helpful. I love cooking delicious food (usually lol), reading, most music, comedy, fringe shows, having a few social drinks occasionally, keeping reasonably fit, the beach for a swim, sports, animals, and most importantly living life!! I own a pet turtle who I've had for about 5 years and he's always hungry... so watch your fingers :) I also have legitimate reference/contact details from my landlord/business owner for your peace of mind. I always pay bills/rent on time and looking for minimum stay of six months or more depending on how things work out. I have been offered plenty of other housing options, but am looking for what best suits me (and YOU), and I'm in no rush to move in with just anybody. I have house shared before and not new to "washing dishes, putting out bins and vacuuming floors" :) I would prefer good friendly housemate/s who can get along, socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, but also respect space and privacy. I will do my best to reply asap to any questions etc, good luck.. :)
Hi my name's T-Jai! I'm currently in a shared house with 3 other students and looking for somewhere new for when my lease runs out in August. I'm currently a full time student at Flinders Uni and work part time in Rundle Mall at Nike, which is a job I love! I'm looking for a place that I can come home to and feel at home. I always get told I'm a very sociable person so having a house where everyone loves a good chat, cooks dinner, enjoys hanging out and watching a movie and becoming good mates is a high priority. I'm a pretty active person and I love a good time at the beach or anything outdoorsy. I also play guitar, play basketball and a few odd hobbies here and there. So like-minded people would be awesome! I'm primarily looking for people around my age and students but I'd be happy with winning personalities! I'm very clean and respectful. I look after all my stuff and treat others property like it's my own. I do put my studies at a pretty high priority as well, so having that quiet time and space is important so having respectful house mates is a must. I'm pretty sweet living with guys and girls. My current house mates are two girls and a guy so I'm not fussed. I'm looking for somewhere that's already established, furnished and preferably where utilities are included. But if something comes along that's good I won't turn it down. If you're looking for someone and you're interested, let me know what you think! I'd love to have a chat and catch-up for a coffee to discuss things further! Cheers 😁
Hey! I'm a 21 year old female looking for long term house share. I work full time so I spend a lot of time out of the house but enjoy relaxing at home too. I love to cook, and am tidy & easy going :) I I am moving with my 3 year old kelpie Narla, she loves a cuddle so somebody who likes dogs is perfect for us to live with!
