Hi! First off, no the birds in my picture do not live with me so no, I don't have any pets that I need to bring with me. I grew up on the Central Coast, just under 2 hours north of Sydney, so I am generally pretty relaxed by nature. I have lived in a share house previously, so I know what it is like. I am looking for a new place as my roommate is moving interstate. I have all my own furniture, and a fair amount of it, so I'm after an unfurnished room. I'm looking for a place I can call home, stay a while, and become good friends with anyone I live with. I understand the importance of privacy, valuing both my own privacy, and the privacy of others. I also like to be able to chill on the couch, binge watching Netflix with my roommate(s). As for me, I study Science at UNSW and I also work part-time at the Eastgardens Westfield. In terms of personality, I'm never quite sure how to describe it so feel free to ask me. Also my hobbies/interests list is ever changing but sports, reading and movies are always on there.
Hiya! I'm Ela from the UK . I'm currently working as a receptionist in Rozelle. I travelled to Australia from London in February and completed the east coast in 4/5 weeks and had the best time. I love to keep fit and my evenings consist of either going to the gym or cooking. I do love going out but also treasure those chilled nights at home binging on a Netflix series. I'm looking for somewhere with good transport with likeminded people. I'm really easy to get along with and tidy which is always a bonus! If you want to ask any questions just shoot me a message :)
I'm a brazilian girl moving to Sydney for a postgraduation at UTS. I'm entending to work as much as possible, so probably won't be spending much time at the house. I'm a very clean and organized person, so you won't see my stuff all over the place. I love to cook, netflix and travel. I won't have any pets at Australia, but am an animal lover, so it won't be a problem if you have one :)
American female looking for a new home! I'm currently renting in Rose Bay but the 1 year lease ends June 30. I'm wanting to find a private room in a shared house or apartment, preferably with a car spot or street parking. I'm open to living with females and males! Preferably a mix of both. I'm on the 457 Sponsorship Visa and work full-time. I'm very clean/organised, respectful and outgoing! Love the cheeky glass of wine and having flat-family dinners. FYI- I can't cook to save my life but I'd try or just give up and order us pizza. Let me know if you have a room that may suit! Xx
We are a couple of French people. My girlfriend Coline 27 is starting working at InterContinental Sydney in the beginning of June for at least six months and I am Hugo 29 and I am will search a job over there. That's why we are looking for a flat to move in asap. We are easy going people, who love spending time with our friends or practicing sport and we also like having relaxing time at home. We d like to make the most of the bondi lifestyle and so that live in Bondi close to the beach . Looking forward to hearing from our new flatmates. Hugo and Coline
Hi! I'm Bianca. I'm 34 and work in marketing. Looking for a place to live that is close to the beach. I consider myself a respectful house mate who is clean and considerate. I work 9-5 in the CBD and often catch up with friends on weeknights/weekends or head to a pilates class. I'd love to have a flat mate who is keen to catch up over a glass of wine every now and then, but I also value personal space especially after a long day in the office. I have a car so ideally need a car space. I have my own bedroom furniture.
I'm a very easy-going, clean and tidy person. I'm a full time vet nurse, currently working mostly nights. I'm pretty social and often up for a chat but also like my own space and am respectful of others. In my free time I like traveling, scuba diving, relaxing on the beach and binge watching netflix. I'm looking to move in with like-minded people. I come with a big, beautiful, very lazy K9 so I need to move in with people who have a mutual love for dogs and have a property that is dog friendly with a decent sized yard.
I'm currently a college student in China and I'm going to study in UNSW for master degree.I'm an easygoing guy who like to socialize while respect other's personal space and time. I like music, outdoor activities and fit in gym... I cook Chinese food from time to time and I LOVE BBQ and most of the western foods. I will arrive in Sydney on 19/Jun/2017, Sydney is a strange land for me since it's my first time to be there. Accommodations near UNSW are desirable and I prefer to live with students or young professionals.
Hello! I'm a happy, friendly, mature and considerate house mate -I'm also clean, tidy and quiet. I'm a professional working full time, in my early 30s. My partying days are done! I work fairly long hours as a marketing manager in Bondi Junction for an innovation consulting company. I'm into healthy living...but like the odd glass of wine and chat with my house mate! I'm often out and about, I have lots of friends locally. I'm a non smoker. Some of my interests are: art, reading, writing, yoga, meditation, and the beach! I'm willing to pay close to $500 for a really nice roomy place with my own bathroom. Otherwise a nice quiet simple clean place in the right location for $300-$400 or so. I'm fairly particular in what I want from a living situation, but think it's good to be clear on what I want : - I'm looking for a place in between Bondi beach and Bondi Junction (south Bondi, Bondi Junction or Bellevue Hill) - Ideally only sharing with one other person (or couple) - I'd like my own bathroom, or if sharing, with one other who isn't always in, whose schedule fits mine (I don't spend long in the bathroom) - Top floor flat or house - I've had issues with noisy neighbours above twice now and I'm a light sleeper so would only consider middle floor if it's a super modern quiet block - A quiet street away from road noise - A cool, happy friendly housemate who's similar to me
Clean & quiet, I love my space but also enjoy socialising over a glass of red and dinner. I have a cat named Panda who is house trained. I am moving from Melbourne and will continue working in Real Estate once I move.
Extremely clean, I am a personal trainer and also contract events manager so I am very busy with work. I have a beautiful Australian bulldog that comes to work with me most days, inside she sleeps outside she plays. Fully toilet trained and a pleasure to be around.
Im still friends with all my past flatmates so I would think that means I'm pretty amazing flatmate! I'm a 25 year old physiotherapist, who is also studying a post grad is sports physio part-time. I love dancing, traveling, sport having a couple of wines, and am currently learning spanish I'm new to Australia so would love flatmates who are social, happy to have a few drinks, or just chill out. As I am busy with work, studying etc I'm wanting private room. I work near the UNSW so am looking between there and the city, near a beach would be grand. I'm laid back, tidy, reliable and friendly. If you have any other questions just ask!
*Moving to Sydney in January next year - Can not move any sooner due to work and travel commitments* Quiet and tidy 27 year-old who is also down to party and play! Seeking other similar age and stage life-lovers! Partial to wine, chocolate and TV nights, mini adventures to the national parks/beaches, nights out in the city or local hubs, dressing up, and also dressing like I'm homeless. Also happy chilling in my room on my own. Aiming to move to the Eastern Subs/airport area for a job change towards the end of the year!
I'm Colin, a 26 year old Canadian working full time as an Account Manager. I arrived in Australia 1.5 years ago. Before that I was travelling through South America and Asia. I'm clean and live a pretty active lifestyle. My weekends are usually spent cooking, travelling, surfing, or by the beach with a few beers. Looking for a private room in a shared house or apartment. Preferably with people who are laid back but still get shit done. Cheers,
Hello, I'm Chris, 23 years old from the United States. I've been living in Australia for just over a year and I've recently been approved for sponsorship by my employer, hence my recent move to Sydney and search for a new flat. A little bit about me, I work as a greenkeeper on a golf course. I will be working full time 40-50 hours a week, so I will be out of the house for the most part. I enjoy watching and participating in sports, love food, music and enjoy the occasional after work adult beverage. Looking for a place with down to earth flatmates who are kind and open-minded. As far as my length of rental, I'm looking for something that's month to month, most likely 2 months, but could be longer depending on the situation. If you have any question/concerns feel free to message me and I'll get back to you at my earliest convenience. Cheers, Chris
Looking for 6 to 12 months depending on the space, ideally unfurnished room as I have my own bed and furniture. Looking for a homely environment with a clean living space. If sharing I hope my flat mate respects our personal space but also enjoys laughter over a quality glass of wine.
