Hi There, I'm 28 and I work full-time for a high end Italian design company. I'm really quite and clean, and I would expect the same from the flatmate. I like cooking and sharing a meal with a glass of wine/beer with flatmate. I think this little moments makes you feel home. But I do like having my personal space, as I will respect yours. During the week end I usually go to the beach and catch up with friends for dinner and drinks somewhere. Love travelling, when I have the chance I just jump on the car for a road trip or an plane to explore Australia.
Im spanish working full time and studying Im living in sydney for a year and 4 months. I'm easy going, tidy and funny.I'm looking for a private room to move around the end of February.I'm looking for a house to call home .Thanks
We are a French couple looking for a new share house asap ! We are currently living in Ashfield but our room mate wants to move out so we need a new place we can call home. We are clean, tidy and easy going people. We are both working in construction around Sydney. We are quiet people who like time to time to rest in their room but also share and talk with nice house mates ;) If you're interested to meet please let us know. Claire & Antoine
I am looking for a place to call home in a share house/apartment. I am very easy going, clean and quite busy with work. I'm not looking for a party house although I do enjoy to have a wine after work. I have been overseas for the past 2 years traveling and living in Sweden, although I am an Aussie originally from North QLD. I am planning on traveling again later in the year although nothing is set in stone so would ideally be looking for a room for 6 months or so. Let me know if this would suit :)
Hi there, I'm moving from London to Sydney for a six month job offer in the TV industry. Originally from Italy, I'm clean, respectful, very easy-going, nice and chilled.
An intelligent, well-presented and enthusiastic individual with multi-cultural background who is devoted for finding an accommodation. I am a well mannered student who dedicates his time to both education and social activities.
Hi! I am Dana, a 21-year-old Dutch girl moving to Sydney this February to do an internship in fashion. I'm looking for a furnished room in a shared house for about 5 months. Really looking for a place to call home. I would love to have dinners/wine together after work or on weekends. Also I'm very excited to explore Sydney and meet new people! I'm a social and easy-going person and a really clean and considerate housemate. Oh and I love cats:)
Hey Moving up to Sydney from Melbourne for work. I'm easy going and friendly. As I don't know many people in Sydney looking for some room mates to go out to brunch or for a drink with.
Hi there, I am a positive and easy-going 31-year old Dutchy who will be in Sydney from Feb 11 - May 24, 2017 to attend a full-time graphic design course in Sydney CBD. I have arranged a short stay from Feb 11 - Feb 18, so I need to move in latest on Feb 18. If you feel you have the need to meet me before in person, that would be possible during this week. A little bit about myself: I love the sun, sharing meals (and cooking them), yoga, exploring and many other things that are too much to list here. If you want to know more, please feel free to ask any time! :-) As I will be studying occasionally when I am home, I am looking for a private room in a sharehouse with easy-going and respectful flatmates, who keep the noise down and keep the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom clean. I like socialising, but also like my privacy. I suppose it is a matter of finding the right balance with your flatmate(s). I will not bring any furniture, so the room needs to at least have a bed, a wardrobe and preferably a desk as well. Don't mind to share a bathroom. I love pets and don't mind sharing the space with them. So, if you are clean, know how to have a good chat and live close to the city, you have the place I am looking for! Please contact me! Cheers, Noor
💻📱🖥⌨⌚️💾🛰 IT Professional (I can legit fix all of your tech woes in a heartbeat) - fresh IT Graduate. 🎓 Quiet, very clean, keeps to himself, studious/analytical type :) but isn't afraid to strike up a casual chat if we can relate and get on well, even if it's just about the weather I suppose. :) I take great and constant steps to ensure my health is top-notch. I love to go for walks while listening to my best tunes/music to exercise when I can, or bike rides / tennis / indoor soccer, but don't play sports too often. 🌠⚽️🎾🏓🚴🍓🍒🍉 I also drink a lot of water regularly because it's important to maintaining great health and I highly value my sleep and getting in at least 8 hours a night at around the same time although this can sometimes be offset by stress. I am an IT Professional and have just graduated, looking at working full-time early this year (2017) (I have been through several interviews at top tier companies). I need an ensuite bathroom so we NEVER have to worry about conflicting toilet times or always doubting cleanliness among each other. :) Hmm, so... what I do for fun, is there even any more time for that any more? I enjoy taking photos of landscapes/buildings/nature and Progressive/House/Deep/Trance music to relax. Mostly just get my kicks from browsing the web, being productive and always learning something new, either professionally or through personal web searches / reading historical tech events / recount books of how companies were founded and documentaries too! :D I don't like uncertainty, it makes me feel extremely anxious, so I am more of a dedicated long-term trooper, but if I don't like something I find a way to better it or change it completely until it's better for me or everyone involved. Best of all, I try and find the right solution right from the get go before ever committing to something big. Overall, I am a very knowledgeable and versatile guy intellectually (always have been the meticulous/thorough type, but I try not let that get too much in the way and sometimes it's just best to go with the flow, but other times in ain't). 🤓 But I never feel TOO nerdy, I feel more hip with a social factor to myself :) Please drop me a message if you think I am a good fit, here are my property requirements: - Looking for 1 bedroom with an OWN bathroom /ENSUITE which the bathroom has a WINDOW to breathe fresh air and rid potential mould fast. - 2-3 flatmates max. - I have my own room furniture: Spacious King Single bed, 180cm X 80cm long desk (I am looking to downsize the desk though), 43" 4K LG Smart TV (which can go in my room) and small filing cabinet (fits under desk) and small bookshelf (64cm L x 34cm Depth) although I am in the process of selling some of that. - Please send me your room dimensions so I can calculate how everything will fit if it all does and also send me when you would be available for inspection / which date you're looking for someone to move in. 📅🏡🏠🏢 - Has to be close (10-15 min max walk) to a train station since I rely on public transport, and buses don't seem all that too reliable or on-time from my past residency and experience on this Earth. :) - No loud or overbearing pets (I'm mild asthmatic, and like my sleep :) ), no smokers please. - Quiet location and neighbours - Bright sunny filled place. - Aircon preferred but not essential. - Constantly well ventilated place (through window drafts) is a MUST! (No stuffy or dark feeling places). - Gas cooking. - No long / tall trail of stairs. - Quiet, not near any main roads. Thank you! Kind Regards Stefan IT Professional and recent Graduate
Cameron and I have just finished 2 and halfish year stint in the UK and looking to settle back into everyday lifestyle. Always up for a beer and chat, especially at a pub. I'm originally from Melbourne and Cameron from Sydney/NSW. Both working in hospitality
Hi, there My name is Laura, I am a student in UNSW doing my master degree in finance. I am a quit girl, non-smoking, and easy going! I'm a Chinese girl, and i lived in Australia for about 3yrs. And my hobby is baking, I would like to share my homemade cake with you, it's really amazing! By the way, I want to buy a car in the next semester so I hope there is a car park available. Ps. Hey guys! I'm arriving in Sydney on 1st February for working holiday and looking for an accommodation in Sydney. I am a sociable person. I don't smoke. I like to drink sometimes but I don't get too drunk and crazy. I'd like if my housemates can be friends to hang out with as well. I am an Indonesian Chinese female on WHV. Initially, I think on most days I will go out to explore the city and find a job. I am usually a night owl but I'm trying to change a bit, wake up in the morning to exercise. I don't cook many kinds of food, just simple things like grilled salmon, pasta, salad, ramen. And I'd be happy to share if you like :) I speak English well, and also Mandarin Chinese. I mostly like to live in a clean house so I don't mind cleaning the common rooms whenever I have time. But, I'd also like people to take responsibility in taking care of the house.
Hi All, Im 24 male master student in UNSW.. and also working as sales guy in bakery.. Im not the the guy who can say how perfect housamate I am.. but i can say im easy going, chill, tidy, quiet and respectful person who respects other housemates. Searching for 2 or 3 bedroom house(Single room).. Have my eyes on apartment in randwick, coogee, maroubra regions.. Good luck for searching everyone..
I secured an apartment in Oct (2016), Spring St - Rosebery, & now have 1 room available (unfurnished & with own bathroom) in an open plan layout apartment with free-flowing living area. Bedroom 1 (master) = 3.7mx3m - Small balcony, ensuite bathroom = $345 ($350 with parking). Bedroom 2 = 4.1mx3m - seperate bathroom = $325. Due to most of the contents in the kitchen & lounge belonging to my housemate who is leaving, the apartment will require some refurnishing. Ideally this place will suit someone who already has furnishing & is looking for something new (preference given for the master room in that regards) or someone who is willing to contribute to furnishing the apartment. I will however endeavour to have items replaced prior to the move in date (starting with the Kitchen). Please see add for further info: https://flatmates.com.au/P486906 **no couples (tenancy agreement).** If contacting by phone during work hours, and I don't answer, please leave a msg for me to get back to. About myself: I'm a 31yr old Male and work full time as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, in Mascot. Occasionally studying or catching up on paperwork (nature of the industry). Quite focused on work, more so than I should be at times. However I still enjoy mixing in the social side as to distance myself from a long day/week/ etc. I get involved with going to the gym, & sports when I can make the time. As well time watching movies or sitting around playing on the PS4. Looking for the same qualities in people: clean, responsible, respectful, independent, & easy to be around.
Hi there. My wife and me are looking for a place to share with another couple. We are 34/35 years old, married since 2010, we are formed in advertising and we are living here in Sydney to improve our English skills until the end of this year 2017. We are rather respectful and quiet people. But we are friendly as well and like to chat and make new friends. We also enjoy to have our own privacy wich is important. We are extremelly organized and we like to keep the house we live clean and tidy and a good athmosphere. So we would like to find with people with similar thoughts who are looking not only for someone to share the bills but also to have a good environment to call home. Cheers
Hi, I am Rosemary a Dutch (with Spanish roots) financial analysis master student. I shall be interning in Sydney for at least 6 months. I love eating, cooking healthy and being outdoors. Ideally I would love to live with someone with I can share a good laugh, food and perhaps a drink or two. But I also respect other people's privacy. I have lived in 4 share flats before in three different countries so I used to being responsible (paying on time), able to live with others and clean (like really!).
Hello! I'm a 28 years old PhD student at UNSW. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, non-smoker and with no pets. I live a very healthy lifestyle and enjoy swimming, yoga and traveling. I will be studying and working full time (so no worries about rent and bills payments from my side) and looking for a cozy place to call home. I have a lot of experience sharing flats with people and know how to respect your privacy when needed, but will also be happy to have an occasional dinner together and share some laughs. I will be arriving to Sydney in late January and prefer to move in by the beginning or mid of February. My flatmate should be friendly, considerate, quiet when needed (I might have to study in the apartment), clean, tidy and a non-smoker. If you like to travel and into going out and grabbing a drink every once in a while that would be a bonus ;) If you think we can be a good match and have a spare room please feel free to send me a message. Cheers :)

Hi, I'm Laura, and I'm in my mid-20s. I currently work for the State Government, love plants and the beach, and am studying my MBA part time. I'm very easy going and friendly - love a quiet drink out with friends, and spending time by the beach in summer. I'm no masterchef, but love cooking and baking, and try and stay active at the gym (but definitely go through phases!) I'm clean and tidy, enjoy a chat at the end of the day, but also my own space to unwind.

Hello. My name is Daniel and I am a 24 year old law student in my final year of studies. I am a big fan of chilling out and would ideally like to develop a friendship with my new housemates. At the same time, I completely respect other people’s space and privacy. I consider myself to be pretty easy going so I’m very willing to accommodate any sort of house rules and any pets would just be an added bonus for me. P.S. I also come with a coffee machine and TV if they’re needed. Just a little added bonus to sweeten the deal.
We're a travel-loving, international couple (Aussie/French) who'll be moving from Munich-Sydney in March. Kellie is doing a PhD in physics and Emilie is a translator. We're both from massive families (we each have a parent with 10 siblings!) and have lived in sharehouses of all sizes. We're neat, love cooking, and enjoy having housemates with whom we can interact on a less-awkward level than scuttling around in the kitchen and avoiding in the hallway. We're travelling from Europe-Australia by ship, so will be a bit hard to contact in in February. So, the earlier we find a place the better!
Hey world, I'm a 25yo British-born, Australian-grown professional, working full-time and looking for a place to live in the Inner West. I actually spend most of the time out of the house, working crazy hours or going out in the evenings. When I'm home, I actually like cooking... And occasionally mixing drinks. I like to keep things tidy though, especially shared spaces. I also come with an espresso machine ☕ Cheers
Hi there, my name is Alex. I'm a 25-year-old guy who is focused but fun, wanting to contribute to a homely and respectful household. I'm very tidy, clean and quiet. I love a good chat and friendly housemates. I'm originally from Melbourne, studying postgraduate law at Sydney University. Don't hesitate to ask me anything you'd like to know.

As well as going out for drinks and am getting back into fitness again! I've just moved over from Yorkshire, England and my old flat mate says I am a breath of fresh air in a morning! She's happy to be my reference ha!
WE ARE LESBIANS!!! If you don't like that click away! Hello! My name is Millie! I need to move out of home ASAP! I originally wanted to move out with my beautiful girlfriend Shane but she needs to get a job first while we both study music at JMC Academy. About me: I am a quiet, non smoker, not really at all drinker and drug proud. I am studying music at JMC Academy in Ultimo and will need to be 1/2 a hour away by public transport. I am quiet and polite but enjoy some silly lighthearted fun. I will be no stranger in your house! I am a singer/actor/teacher and coach of these. About Shane: until she gets a jobs mostly likely either at a bar or a nursing home as an ain nurse she will stay at home in Campbelltown. But I hope where ever I move into first we can agree that she can follow closely behind. Shane is primarily musician/singer but is on her way learning guitar, drum kit, piano etc etc. (p.s she smokes but is trying to quit with my help for vocal hygiene). She is polite and handy in an acident where medical help is needed. Any way all I want is a single room under $250 including all bills until Shane gets a job and can move in. I'm guessing the most we can spend depending on what works like is abour 350. I AM HAPPY TO EXTEND SEARCH AREA AS LING AS WE BITH CAN GET TO ULTIMO IN 30 MINS!!! Thank you! Looking forward to hearing from you all!
Have been on exchange in Milan for 8 months and am moving back to Sydney on the first of March to complete my Masters in Architecture at UNSW. Am happy to pay deposit etc before and meet on skype so I can move in straight away. I will be working part time at an architecture firm and gymnastics coaching on the side this year so am busy but always ready for a laugh and some wines. Don't worry I'm clean and friendly. I'd prefer an unfurnished room. Originally from NZ don't hold it against me but have been living in Sydney for 5 years. Look forward to meeting you!
WE HAVE A DOG - ONLY MESSAGE IF YOU ARE OK WITH! My husband and I are looking for a share house preferably with only one other person or a couple. As mentioned we have a 2.5 year old border collie who is house trained and very cuddly. He gets along well with other dogs but not cats. He is VERY active so please only message us if you are okay with a very active and over friendly dog! (He also sheds). We both work (Daniel full time, Stephanie (me) part time). We are very easy going and like to enjoy life. We have a lot of hobbies including cycling and video/board games. We would like to live with someone who we could be friends with while still respecting our own space. We are clean, non-smokers, and don't party but aren't averse to having friends over and some drinks or a bbq. We also prefer someone who is looking for at least a six month stay, preferably someone who is looking for even more long term.
Hi, We are two 23yr old girls looking to move into a share house. We are both working/studying, tidy, easy going and social. We are always up for a home-cooked dinner, some board games and are sporty and musical. We have both lived in share houses outside of Sydney and are keen to get to know the city and some new folk. Please drop us a line if you have two spare rooms available :) Rose and Georgi x
I'm Suzi...i'm in my early 30s, easy-going, open-minded and pretty social. I'm out and about a fair bit, either keeping fit or catching up with friends but I enjoy having some good wine, good chat and some great food at home too. I have a reputation for making epic salads that sometimes even taste good. I work full time in the television industry so that's an obvious interest of mine, mostly the good stuff but there's always a time and a place for trash tv. I’m also clean and tidy but not fanatically so and looking for the same in my new home and housemates.
My name is Jose (27 years old ) a Pilot for the Chilean Air Force, looking for a private room in a friendly and clean environment. I work and study during the week .... flying and playing sports at the weekend .. but there are always time or a couple of beers, I am easy going and sociable. Some positive aspects about been military for 9 years, its I am fully house trained, clean, tidy, reliable and respectful. If you have some knowledge about aeronautics better .( not necessary) I would prefer the room to be furnished but I'm open to unfurnished options too. Ideally I would like to live within walking distance to the beach and close to public transport
My name is Jason (29), I will be moving to Sydney (from Adelaide) on the 5th February 2017 and looking for share accommodation. I am a risk and compliance manager working for Westpac. I work a lot and will be travelling back to Adelaide every fortnight.
Hello future friends! I'm a respectful, social and active person who thrives on laughter and happiness. I work full time as a network technician in Watson's Bay the hope of moving closer to the east as wasting 2 hours of my day driving is not okay. I am required to travel throughout the year, which will be to your advantage of course. I try to be as active as possible and in general just love being outdoors, especially in the summer. I'm always up for trying something new (anything is fun in good company). Although I cant cook yet, coming from a family of cooks its hidden deep down i'm sure. Until that time comes, i'll always help out as best as I can. Ideally I would like to live in an environment where we could hang out on occasions and enjoy a glass of wine or beer and play board games or just chat about life or share travel stories. If you have any other questions please ask. Thanks for reading. Giancarlo
Gday, I'm just about to graduate UNSW and am looking for somewhere to chill and relax in now / once I start full-time work. I keep pretty busy with all sorts of things (beach, barbecues, beer, friends etc) but also have my fair share of weekends just taking it easy. I've lived on campus for 4 years at university, which was amazing, but now I'm looking for something a little bit more removed from that lifestyle. I'm really easy going and not too fussed about housemates - as long as they're tidy and similar minded I've found that's all I really need to get along well with. I've made some great friends at uni and through living on campus and wouldn't mind continuing the trend in the next place I go! Thanks for reading
Hi I am an actor, writer and sometimes film maker. I keep active, eat healthy and am passionate about health and having fun! I'm pretty relaxed and enjoy time with people and also by myself. I like to live in quiet places close to nature, with people who are clean, considerate, easy going, kind and into taking life a bit slower. I love dogs, dancing, singing and making lots of cool stuff - painting, weaving and cooking!
We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud. We need a private apartment with a private bathroom.
I'm a relaxed fun loving person who enjoys meeting new friends and being social. I enjoy my own time as well but I'm looking to live with people who also enjoy a chat and a drink sometimes. Week to week I'm not a huge party person, more of a relaxed get together type guy, but I won't shy away from a big night either. I live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle, love the beach and will jump at any opportunity to try something new or go on an adventure. I work full-time in emergency services but when i'm not at work I try not to take things to seriously. My background is in design and I'm still a creative person at heart. I live for good food and coffee and enjoy cooking. Cleaning is no issue and I'm a tidy person. I'm a non smoker and strictly no drugs by me or anyone I live with. I don't have any pets but I love dogs and I'm generally ok with animals as long as they don't destroy the house. At the moment I live in St Peters with my female housemate who is unfortunately moving out due to pug commitments. I'm looking for a change of scenery in a stable living arrangement long term.
Clean and tidy with lots of experience in house sharing! Moving to Sydney for Uni, whilst working part time. Easy-going and always up for a good time. I'm respectful of your privacy & space, however I'm new to the city so I wouldn't mind making a few friends :) I'm Australian/Vietnamese and I've lived overseas most of my life so I'm very open minded. This year I'll be studying at the Australian Film Television and Radio School, so my interests aren't very difficult to guess. :)
I'm a clean considerate roommate looking to live in inner Sydney. I'm starting work with Westpac bank in the CBD and looking for some cool people to share a house with. I enjoy others company on weekends and happy to do things together but also like my own space and understand the needs for someone else's downtime. Appreciate a quiet space to retreat to after work and like to come home to a tidy and peaceful environment. Love sports and getting involved with club and community events so on weekends my committments will keep me out of the house mostly. Send me a message if youre looking to team up Thanks
Hey guys! My partner and I are looking for a room/master bedroom and preferably own bathroom with bills included in rent. The place will need to be close walking distance to the train station. Must have parking as we have 1 car. We are both working full time, easy going, and clean people who love a good chat. Message me if you have something suitable
Hey! I'm a 22 year old Aussie who's been living in France for 6 years. I just landed a full-time job in account management in Sydney so here I am back again! I cook up a storm (but always clean up afterwards) and love to have the occasional wine/beer at the end of the day with flatmates but other than that I'm generally not intrusive, and I'm very well organised and clean. In my down time I'm usually out exploring the town and taking photos, cooking/eating, watching movies/TV series or reading. I've recently (very recently) taken up running and wouldn't mind a gym partner! I also love meeting new people and just hanging out. Though I'll always respect your privacy, I'm really keen to make some friends, and I'm not just looking for a place to crash at night. As I'll be working full-time I'm not looking for a place that's loud during the week but the occasional weekend party/chill would suit me! I love animals, if you have a pet that's a bonus!
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney next year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
I am a 24 year old law student soon to graduate, working full time in a law firm in the city. I am looking for an easy-going and friendly household with people who are respectful and take pride in their home. I am pretty quiet during the week and enjoy cooking at home, but like to enjoy myself on the weekend, especially if the sun is shining! While I enjoy some alone time, I'm keen to have housemates who want to share a meal, a couple of drinks or a night out. I'm not one to stay shut away in my bedroom!
Hi, I am a very Easy going bloke and very flexible, I love going to music gigs and festivals, going out for a beer and right now in my life I am studying to be a nurse. Looking to team up with 1 or 2 more others to get a house with myself and a friend. Thanks Marco
I’m 31, I’ve owned and run my own Entertainment Management business for 12 years in the music industry and my offices are in Newtown. I can work fairly late, attend a lot of shows and travel a lot interstate and internationally for work, so I like to have a good vibe house to come home to, where I can relax and unwind but also have a few social drinks or help cook dinner. Outside of work I enjoy playing soccer and squash with friends fairly often, over the weekend I like to go see live music and generally just catching up with friends out and about.
I'm friendly, previous rent experience, professional and hardworking, down to earth, work and study full-time, love film and surfing and meeting new people. Looking for a place by Feb 112th.
