Hi! I'm Cynthia, a 25-year-old Dutchie. I'm urgently looking for a room around the Northern Beaches area. I work full time in Manly. I'm not a big partygoer, but I like having friends over for a beer (or two), some wine and music. I love to read and like my privacy, but am also very social and love to have dinner, wines, cheeses, brekkies, coffees and whatever else together! I like to think I like to exercise and I attempt to do some pilates/yoga/barre classes every now and then. Sharing houses is not new for me as I've shared houses with friends before and therefore I know how nice it is to keep mutual areas clean. Please contact me if you have a room available and/or if you want to know more about me :)
I'm a very respectful person, who is very social and funny but at the same time like to have my own space and like to respect other spaces as well. In my free time I'm driving around with my car Udo mostly to the beaches to improve my "surf skills" :D I'm a very big food and music fan, learning guitar in the moment :)
Easy, social person when I'm free. I work in a bar so you will rarely see me if you're a day worker. I like to have a drink! New to Sydney!
Friendly, trustworthy, non smoker, clean and tidy, reliable with paying rent/bills on time Enjoy going riding, kayaking, love being outdoors, camping, sport, music, theatre. Simply NOT interested in sharing a room. I can not move in prior to 12 February, as I fly back from Darwin the day before. Prefer to be staying near a beach or along a river (eg. Parramatta river). Basically close enough to either be near, bike/walking paths or go swimming. I need to be able to store my Mountain Bike someone safe. Parking available, but not essential if regular services of public transport to City. If room unfurnished: Need to be able to fit a queen bed. Cheers
My wife and I are both here on a year long holiday working visa. I am a primary school teacher and Isabel is a physiotherapist. We have just spent the year in NZ and now plan on being in Sydney for another year. We are extremely easy going and enjoy meeting new people. We are mainly used to snow sports but are keen to improve our surfing skills while in the city.
I'm worldly, mature, fun, and I am looking for another female to share a 2 bedroom apartment with me. Previously a make-up artist however I now work full time in office administration in the CBD, whilst doing an evening degree at the design centre. I am not set on any location as long as its near the city, i enjoy reading, a great film, a great soundtrack, a glass of wine, and the water. Looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers, S. Xo
I'm 27 and originally from London. I moved to Sydney in October last year on a working visa and have been working full time. Big believer in balance in terms of healthy living and having a good time (being easily persuaded by a glass of wine in the sun can lead to it swaying to the latter..!) Clean and tidy but not aggressively so! And lover of flowers and candles in the house :) Looking to live with people who have a similar outlook - love a house that all gets on really well and enjoys the occasional family meal/drink but everyone has the space to do their own thing too.
I am a 28 year old Portuguese girl on her gap year (with a working holiday visa). Back home I used to work in big consulting firm in the strategy and operations division for the financial sector. I am friendly and tidy. Always up for a chat. I enjoy cooking a nice meal and watching a movie, as well as practicing sports and going out once a week.
Heya I'm Josie, a recent graduate making the move to Sydney from Newcastle for a job with Deloitte, in the Rocks. I'm super easygoing, considerate, really tidy and like to think I've got a pretty good grasp on the balance between sociability, open mindedness, personal space and cleanliness needed in sharehouse life. I love the outdoors, going to the beach, playing board games and reading. I will be spending a fair few weekends in Newcastle and working full time so will be around mostly on weeknights. Feel free to PM me for any other info! I am planning to move to Sydney around the 5th of March but can be flexible with the move in date :)
Hi there! I'm from New York, but have lived around Australia and Bali for 2 years. I have just moved back to Manly and am looking to stay for minimum 3 months, but most likely for the foreseeable future. I own an activewear brand that I just launched, and I work on that full time from co-working spaces and cafes. I also am a yoga teacher, so will look to teach yoga in Sydney again. I'm very active and am always up early doing yoga or surfing. I'm chilled out and just want a place with good vibes and good people that feels like home :).
We are an Italian professional couple (Architect and Engineer) both 30 years old. We love animals and outdoor sport. We hope to have a long time in Sydney. We can't wait to meet new people, any kind of people is ok for us to share a house and have a great time together.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to read something about me... I've landed my dream job after many years of work and building my reputation in the industry and moved to Sydney. However, I moved to Double Bay (about 6 months ago) and it's a little posh for my taste and not really my cultural scene. I get along well with my housemates and they don't want me to leave however I want to live near the coast. I'm flexible with move time and looking for 1 year minimum and longer term if term if it's the ideal house and flatmate. I will be away from home on a regular basis as my job involves travel. I'm healthy, grounded, relaxed, respectful and easy going. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle keeping a clean room/home. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and love a good conversation and a laugh, and known to be able to get along with people from all walks of life. I love animals and kids, however, I have none of my own. I practice (love) yoga and meditation for the past 10 years, I also a regular at the gym. I love hiking and skiing and I'm away each year on ski/hike trips as well. I work with people in leadership development full time. I also facilitate a personal development retreat that is run in 26 countries for the past 21 years. I enjoy a very full and rich life of my own. I don't smoke and rarely drink, happy to have a glass of wine and a chat though. If you're looking for an easy going, stress-free, no hassle guy who pays his way and is friendly and open. Then I'm your flatmate! Look forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Peter P.S. I need a home that offers either off-street parking or at least easily accessible parking nearby.
Hi, My name is Poppy and I'm from Brighton in the UK. I'm currently on a working holiday visa and looking to move out of hostels and into a more permenant residence. I am very clean and tidy and would ensure your property was well loved and looked after. In my spare time I love socialising with friends, wether that be a BBQ on the beach or a few drinks after work. Look forward to finding a new home :)
We are easy going would much rather be doing something outdoors rather than partying, love to cook and in our spare time play guitar and ukulele or go for walks and explore new cafes and restaurants. We have a Labrador called Chilli who usually comes everywhere with us when she is not spending time with her grandma in the southern highlands. We love the beach and going hiking so we are generally out most of the weekend.
