Looking in areas between Drummoyne and Burwood. From Bowral (rural town), now working full time as an Dispensing Optician in the city, so need somewhere that is closer and convenience. Tidy, easy going, super chilled, fun and very friendly. Respectful and considerate of others and common area and overall a great company!! Enjoy eating out and cooking in. Very active during my down time, like to do my own things but always up for a nice long chat about everything and whatever. Willing to binge on TV, Netflix with a bucket full of ice-cream and nice beverages anytime! Looking for housemates who are chilled and considerate of each others work life/balance, but still happy to socialize over drinks.
I am a 25 year-old, working full-time in IT. I mostly keep to myself at home but enjoy a conversation every now and then. I would be home most nights and probably every second weekend. I also cook almost every day. I am a tidy person and would keep the place clean (especially common areas). I have been renting/housesharing for the past 3 years and have never been late with payment (can provide references if wanted). A place with a garage would be ideal, for both my car and storage. If considering a team-up with me: I own a fridge, washing machine, BBQ, portable Aircon and other various furniture (I can store these if not required).
Heeey! I'm Nikolaj from Denmark. I am a student at Copenhagen Business School, and now on exchange at UTS for one semester, wanting to travel east coast/NZ/asia after, and rest of aus and islands during the stay. I am an open and outgoing person, who has a big interest in people, nature, sports etc. I further take great pleasure from the creative industries. I have lived with roomates for a couple of years now, both single and shared bedrooms. I am a tidy person to live with, and I enjoy doing things together as well as respecting privacy when needed. I am very flexible and enjoy many things. Dont be afraid to message me :) Looking for a single room, rather close to the beach so I can go surfing on the reg ;)
Hey, I'm Tom and I'm 23 from the Sunshine State, looking for a room to rent from the 13th of August to mid Feb. I'm a big sports fan, loving all things rugby, cricket, basketball and in between. I'll be working full time in the CBD at Suncorp from 8 - 5:30 Mon - Fri. Then out exploring Sydney for most of the weekend with my girlfriend, who is working in Australia and living in the Northern Beaches. I'm a very friendly and approachable person, who loves to have a chat over meals as well as lounging out with room mates watching telly or spending time together over the weekend. But I also love time to myself, reading or binging tv shows and watching basketball. I'm tidy, both common areas and my room, organised and easy going. I'm a pretty average cook so it all evens out in the end!
We clean up after ourselves and have respect for other people’s privacy and space! Ben is a qualified musician and I’m a student of the Psychological Sciences so there’s definitely potential for some interesting conversations. We’re looking for more long-term stay as well as a room big enough for Ben’s music equipment. Pets are always a bonus for sure! We’re not much of the rowdy/party people type so a calm and chill place is preferred. We are currently both working as baristas under a cafe branch that’s very popular in America (can you take a guess?) ;) We’re chill, friendly and open minded individuals whose fun activity time consists of staying in, watching movies, music music music, and snacking (discreetly in the depths of the night...) :D
Hey there, I'm looking for LONG TERM, please don't message me if ur room available for few weeks or rush to find someone fit in I am a pastry chef, 30 yo, work in freshwater, been in Sydney around 2.5 years, and moved to manly since June last year. My working hours generally is quite long from 3am to 5pm, thus, I don't spend too much time at home, unless my day off, two days per week. Bases on that, party house is not my thing or your neighbours party a lot, one of reasons that I want to move out this time. I guess I am looking for a place more like home with some priacy and respectful, not just a place to put my stuffs, would like to hang out together if our time match sometimes. Oh and don't mind that I use kitchen and lots kitchen tools. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, out for brunch, trying to do some yoga, and sometimes staying at home just for relaxing. No couple anymore (sorry, currently live with couple) I'm not rush to move plus need to give one month leaving notice. If that sounds like what you are looking for, please leave me a message. Free to ask more thanks
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move in as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
I am looking for a place to live, with a nice environment and friendly people. I work full time job. I'm very respect and tidy. I'm laid back and outgoing, always down for a chat. In my spare time I enjoy the beach, art and playing music and singing Message me and we can go from there :)
I’m a recent graduate from the United States and moving to Australia for a working holiday. I’m a former Army veteran, very respectful, clean, and kind. I’m excited to embark on a new chapter and embrace a new community. I will be working full time and am looking for a furnished place in Sydney. I love to be outdoors and exercising. Only interested in private rooms not shared.
2 male friends through sport who are really relaxed and respectful of others in a house share. I'm from the UK and Miguel is from Portugal. I've lived in Sydney for 6 months and have a visa for 4 yrs. Miguel is a PR. Both into the beach life, sports, music gigs and a glass of wine at the weekend. Both have professional jobs so during the week it would be fairly low key but weekends like to get out and enjoy the Aussie weather. We are looking for either a current home that needs 2 bedrooms filled, or other people that want to join together to get a place. Looking at Bondi as moving now is the perfect time to get ready for the summer. We are willing to go to $450 each per week for the right place. In Summary we are two normal guys who are easy going and clean. We both have a great set of mates who we would love to get others involved with and vice versa. If you are interested drop me a message. Thanks, Patrick :)

My name is Michael , I am a 27 year old French man born in Paris. I have been living in Australia for two years, I moved from Melbourne to Sydney a few months ago and I am looking for a single room where I'll find the privacy I need. I am a very social person who likes to share good times , I am used to having people around me and really enjoy to learn about different cultures or meet new people. I like to cook and have quiet nights at home watching movies or study as much as I like to go out social dancing as I am passionate of music and latin dance. I am used to living in community and to respect each one's privacy in the house, it is also an important point for me to live in a clean and tidy space. possibly the best housemate ever ! ;) cheers !

Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around early August.
