Top Reasons why I should be your housemate: - I'm a pome. - I've been at this traveling game for a long while, I left England in March 2015. - I've spent over 10months in Australia already split between Cairns, Perth and Melbourne. - I work hard in the week as a removalist normally out the house from 6am-5pm so won't be making the place untidy during the day. - To unwind after work I hit the gym then enjoy a little relaxing. - Over the weekend in the day if the sun is shining I'll be by the beach topping up my tan, kicking back to some music, or just simply having a beer and a barbie. - At night I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not your typical non-stop drinking pome. I'm up for the occasional night out or chilled few drinks with good company. I like going to music/live events and festivals etc.. Going out to the movies and having dinner. I Also enjoy staying in, cooking and chilling; I'm pretty laid back and easy with anything. I'm currently staying a ten minute walk from Central train station. I recently flew into Sydney (12th October) for my second year holiday working and unpacking my bags and calling Sydney home till at least May 2017. As stated earlier I already have a job and working full time so paying the rent will be a piece of cake. Ideally I'm after a houseshare with a chilled set of people who I can just hang out with after work, chill together some weekends and have a good time. Looking to move in ASAP. Thank you.
Hey Guys, A well travelled Aussie born Asian, Im a professional who works normal business hours in the city. Clean, respectful and tidy, im a non smoker who respects personal space but also can offer a great ear or company for those who want to social. I pitch in as a team around the house but I also enjoy mountain biking, good food, gym, travelling and socials. Im quite handy fixing things or building ikea, even having a crack with the kitchen tools to create a delicious meal. You may be getting your monies worth here! Looking for like minded individuals. Not in a hurry to move but looking for the right place/people as I'd like to be friends with my housemates and be able to feel at home and comfortable when walking through the door.
Hi, my name is Wojtek I am 28yo Polish guy, running small home improvement business. I am coming back to Sydney on the 2nd of November, after 3 months of holiday in Europe. I am interested in private room for 6 months but if necessary I am willing to rent for shorter period. I was living in Sydney already for 6 years. I have been already renting rooms and I know the rules. I am easy going, clean, tidy and respectful. Non smoker, drinking occasionally. Cheers
Hey! I'm (potentially) interested in the room in your sharehouse. I am 24, just finishing off an arts/ science degree at Sydney Uni and I also work part time (so I’m financially stable). I am pretty busy at times, being involved with activism a lot, and uni work and working part time but I will be home in the evenings, most days. I'd like home to be a place where I can relax, and also chat with others over a meal or a drink. I am pretty easy going, but I also don’t mind doing a bit of house duty if I’m required to them. My hobbies are mostly quiet things, such as listening to music, playing tennis, discussing politics, books and movies. But I like the occasional party here and there. I'm looking for a long term stay and would preferably like to move in before the 7th of November but I'm reasonably flexible. I look forward to meeting you all, Steven

Hey, My name is Tanika, I'm Australian and I'm currently looking for a room in Bondi! I've lived here for the past six months and plan to be here long term as I absolutely adore it. I'm an actor and I also work in retail. I'm an avid cook, respectful, clean, and love making the place I live into a home. I tend to be out and about a fair bit socialising and hanging at the beach, but I also love cooking a nice dinner and watching Netflix! Tanika
I'm a 24 year old French engineer looking for a private and furnished room for at least 6 monhs. I’ll be working in importation and distribution of wine and spirits in Paddington. I have just ended a flat sharing in Paris. I’m a quiet, non-smoker and easy going person. On my free time I like to practice watersports, watching series and hang out with housemates. I also want to discover Sydney! If you're interested we can schedule a visit. Vincent
My name's Hannah, I'm 32 and work full-time in the health industry. I'm an easygoing, clean, friendly and respectful person. I enjoy socialising with my flatmate but also appreciate time to myself. On week nights I'm usually at a yoga class and on the weekends I love going to the beach and spending time with friends.
Hiya! Just relocated back to oz from living overseas for a decade. I work full time in fashion/film/media industries. I'm also a 'foodie' (I took an extended sabbatical and trained as a chef & chocolatier in Paris) so ideally would prefer a kitchen that works. I've got loads of nice cooking equipment and stuff. I'm social but also like my own privacy and respect others. I'm reasonably Zen (studied yoga/ mediation in India) I tell pretty dismal jokes.. but I'm working on that. In a nut shell I'm seeking to share with fun, mature, tidy people that occasionally likes to share a meal/case of wine/laugh etc
I am open minded, respectful and tidy. In my free time I like to go to the beach, cooking/baking and yoga. I am about to finish my studies in International business and will look for a full-time job, at the moment I'm working part-time. Looking for someone who wants a place to relax, no party house ;)
Hello! I've recently moved to Australia from Scotland and I am currently in Coogee. I have two jobs, one in hospitality and one in events. I'm 24, very bubbly and fun to be around. I love to cook too so will happily experiment new recipes with my flatmates. I like to socialise with friends but I do also love a chilled night in. If you've got any other questions, let me know :)
Hey I'm Anna, illustrator and 3D artist from Germany, about to move to Sydney. Since I'm looking to get a full time position in Sydney, I probably won't be home a lot. I've lived in shared apartments for nearly 6 years and always liked hanging out together with a glass of wine, going out or just having a conversation but if you need your own time I will stay out of your way, sometimes I need time to myself as well. I'm looking forward to see what it's like to live in Sydney for a longer period of time and I am quite open to the place's area. A private room would be great, everything else shared is perfect though. I'm tidy, outgoing and I naturally am a very happy person. In my free time I like to draw a lot, work out, cook, enjoy Australia's nature and travel. To meet lots of new people is something I am so excited about, so if you feel like you'd enjoy living with me or if you have any questions please let me know, I'd be very pleased to hear from you!
Hey! I'm James- I work in the city during the week as a Category Manager. I'm a pretty easy going social guy- love catching up with friends, heading out for after work drinks and heading to the gym! I'm looking for roommates to be social with who don't mind the odd dinner or drink together. Looking to live with people aged around 22-35 Let me know if you have a place for me :)!
Hello! I'm a super friendly and relaxed London girl, heading over to Sydney in November. I'm so excited for the move, and whilst I've already got some friends over there, I'm hoping to find a nice friendly house to be a part of as I explore all that Sydney has to offer. I'm definitely looking for a home, not just a place to crash in. I'll be working full time in Surry Hills as a market research consultant, so hoping to move somewhere a bit nearer to the beach-although not too far! I love running and yoga and anything outdoors in general, as well as cooking (I LOVE to bake!), music, movies, wine, reading, travel and generally having a good time- I'm just as happy with a chilled night in as a few down the pub. I'd consider myself to be laid back and really easy to get on with, and very respectful of other people. Hoping to find some like minded people to make my first few months in Oz awesome :)
So I'm making the move from Christchurch, New Zealand to Sydney for a job opportunity with the bank I work with. I'll be working full time in the city Mon-Fri. Likely to work late a few nights a week I'm really easy going and like to socialise in my free time. I try to stay fit when I'm motivated enough to get it done otherwise I'll just chill out on Netflix or play video games. Not looking for a place that's smashing out a slab a night and blasting tunes till 3 am, but don't want to end up somewhere with flatmates that lock themselves in their room the second they come home either. Girlfriend lives in Sydney too, so will be bouncing between each others places a bit. Other than her though I'll be looking to meet new people and make new friends as much as possible so finding the right place with a good mix of people is really important to me. I'm tidy, polite and have a good sense of humour, so if I sound like your type please get in touch ---Not looking for more than an hour commute into work each day -- Moving to Sydney around 22/11/16
Hi I’m Cherie, 33 yrs old female working professional. I’m easy going, clean and tidy, respectful, and try to be as fit and healthy as I can. I’m sociable but not a party animal, I’m mindful of other people’s space. I tend to socialise on weekends outside the house.

Preferably want to be nearer the beaches so I can properly learn to surf!
Hi I'm a friendly, easy going, reliable NZer. Looking for a large room that can accomodate a queen bed and bedside cabinets etc, and has a built-in wardrobe. Would consider a room with ensuite. Work full time during normal business days/hours for a small software company. In my spare time I like to surf, gym, or get out of the city for hikes or weekends away. Respectful of others, and enjoy being healthy. Non-smoker. The soonest I can move in is 2 weeks, as I'd like to give my current flatmate a decent notice period. I'm looking for a peaceful place on a quiet street away from the noise of traffic. Preferably away from any main or busy roads. A dishwashing machine would be ideal. Need space for my bicycle and surfboard. Bonus if there is a garage
I'm a Venezuela professional living and working in Sydney. I'm on a 457 Visa planning to call Sydney home for 4 years. I'm outgoing, organised, and I'm looking for a house with a family vibe. I'm a 23 y/o female from the UK looking for a fun and friendly, chilled house to move into. I'm currently working full time in the CBD but looking for somewhere a bit out of the hustle and bustle. I'm a clean and considerate housemate, and get on easily with others. In the evenings I'm keen to just chill out and cook up some delish meals. At the weekends I love to socialise, do anything outdoorsy and hit the beach. If I sound like a match please get in touch!
Very easy going roomie for the summer! 24, Working in Darlinghurst doing medical research. Originally from the country. I like board games, netball, and watching netflix. Will pitch in to keep the place clean, won't have parties or blast music at weird hours :) Would like to have friends over occasionally. Happy to have a chat over dinner, watch bad TV and hang with my housemates- or if i need space will just chill out in my room. Looking for a spot in early Nov- would prefer a place close to public transport & a semi or fully furnished room as I am trying to own less stuff before I move to the UK in mid-Feb. Would prefer to buy/cook my own food. Best qualities in a roomate would be friendly, neat and relaxed. Would love no drama/nonsense roomates- prefer to be honest and upfront about any pet peeves, or let me know if there are any issues.
I'm chill and fun to live with. Just finished job in Singapore in October and ready to move to Australia to get myself some fresh air and beach view. This time I am on my working holiday visa unlike in Singapore were working full time. This means I have more chances discovering the city, hopefully:) I don't smoke. But I drink, eat, dance:) Prefer house with fully equipped kitchen since I love making food at home (usually party outside but if allow party at home would be nice, can make small food for ppl) To let me choose in between private room and tidy kitchen, probably go for later one. Read till here sounds like this girl is a kitchen freak:p Not to disappint you, I do have life outside kitchen. Always love meeting new friends, hanging out in the city, participating in different types of events or somewhere else together:) Yet like-minded friends gather in the house would be the best thing ever. I am quite relax even if we are different type. We will figure out a way living together :) Do message me if you have a similar item like what is written here. Cheers.
31 yo, Canadian, permanent resident in Australia, living in Bondi Beach for 1.5 years. Have a retired assistance dog. I teach math, lived most of my life in Toronto and did my Master degree in Switzerland. I speak English and French. I exercise daily and am very active. I'm fast-thinking and solve problems. I have my things in storage, so I won't need much storage space in my new place. I have a retired service dog who is very well-behaved and has his government-stamped assistance dog papers. He's friendly and relaxed, and very clean. FYI, service dogs are allowed everywhere, even if the tenancy agreement says no dogs! I am super tidy, agreeable and calm. I play harp and can either play in your absence or for your pleasure. I'm very social and am often out of the house. I rinse dishes really well. I make really, really good oat bars and am very serious about dieting and fitness.
My wife and I have been based on the Gold Coast for the past year and are moving to Sydney on 8 November. Keziah has just accepted a full time job offer at Bondi junction (commences on 14 Nov). We plan to stay at a shared apartment for a couple of weeks while we look for a permanent place to stay in the Randwick/Bondi area (I'm doing my postgrad at UNSW in 2017). We're easy going and tidy people and will look after the place we stay at.
I'm italian and my girlfriend is english, we are looking for somewhere to call home where we can relax and cook in the evenings. Both pretty easy going, like to relax and watch a film or go out for drinks at the weekend. Please get in touch if you have a double room in the city or somewhere we can easily get into the city - pretty flexible on location as long as good transport links! We are looking to live in Sydney long term so for the right place and people would be happy to stay long term! Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm easy going and very open minded. bot much of a petty animal but do enjoy to go out from time to time. Love cooking, health and fitness and also chilled nights in watching a movie. I don't take myself to seriously and enjoy a good laugh and having fun:)

Hey there! I'm from the US. I came earlier this year for 2 months and loved it so I came back. I work in the CBD 5-6 days a week and start pretty early. When I'm not working, I like to go out dancing, hang out with friends, go for a bike ride, or just binge on Netflix on occasion. I've lived in New York City for 7 years with different roommates. I never had any issues with them. I'm clean, laid back, organized and respectful. I'm social but also respect your space. I always keep common areas clean. I rarely cook so other than taking up some space in the fridge, the kitchen is all yours. However, I love to contribute and always have snacks to share.
Hi there! I'm an American currently living and working in Bondi Beach but looking to move away from the hustle and bustle (and also for a place where I can have my own room as I currently share a room with two other girls). I'm very active and love the outdoors, I go to yoga, run multiple times a week, and love playing in the ocean! I'm a very tidy person (as that has been very important living with so many people lately!) and am excited to make new friends in the process of moving! x
I am from the UK. I am a sociable person who likes to keep themselves busy and currently working full time (5/6 days a week) but still enjoy going out for dinner or drinks with friends in the evening. My hobbies include watching and participating in sports and generally keeping fit. I have been travelling/working in Australia since January as well as travelling New Zealand. I am a very laid back but tidy person and get along with pretty much anyone.
Hi, I'm from France and just arrived last week. I'm a 22 yo ex-student who enjoys going out and being social. I like video-making, cinema, music and good food. I'm looking to stay at least 3 months (or more) in Sydney and would be happy to meet a lot of new friends :). I am friendly, easy to live with, respectful and used to share a flat when i lived in Paris, I had 2 room-mates.
I'm clean, tidy and sociable but respect your personal space. I'm not one to invite a group of friends round for a party, but wouldn't mind if we had a shin dig on the occasional weekend. I work early full-time so would prefer somewhere with good links via train to the city centre and I'm not interested in a share room, private rooms only. Look forward to meeting you, Michael

Gday! I'm Tim, a 27 year old Exercise Physiologist (a fancy personal trainer) who loves playing team sports, travelling and wearing and talking about my growing collection of party shirts. I love living with other people, always good for a chat or to have casual drinks. I'm a big fan of exploring, socialising, sports, movies, being outdoors and being active, and good banter! I'm looking for a social house to be with housemates who enjoy hanging out and having a few evening beverages, not just renting a room. I'm also clean, cheerful, a non-smoker, work normal hours and am always keen for adventures. What more could you want!
Hi! I'm a 20yo medical student looking for accomodation around UNSW/Sydney Children's Hospital/Prince of Wales Hospital. I've lived in college and share houses before and loved the opportunity to meet new people and be social! I am clean and tidy and generally like to stay pretty busy. I love cooking, dogs, binging on trashy tv series and really value a fit lifestyle. I'm pretty easy going and looking to move in with people who will become good friends.
Hello Future Roomies! Toilet trained. Know how to use a vacuum. Capable cook. Animals love me. Blooming gardener. Property Manager working in Woollahra. Also moonlight as an Uber driver for some extra money. Working weird hours, but always respectable of being quiet when needed. Would love to find a house that I can call my own, become good friends with my house mates. I do have a girlfriend who may stay over a couple most nights per week. She is possibly the cleanest and quietest person you will meet. She is in child care and trying to get into Personal Training. 110% respectful of all boundaries, privacy and requests. No I am not a party animal so you won't see me drunk (a glass of wine and cheese is another story). Or getting angry with the TV as the dragons have lost yet another game. Matthew
I just arrived from Europe and I'm looking for a room. I'm Alex, 26 yo, I'm planning to stay in Sydney at least 7-8 months. I'm a young 61yr old woman looking for temporary accommodation until an over 55s unit becomes available. Not sure when this will be, but imagine there'll be nothing coming up in the next 3 months or so. I'm fairly quiet around the house and am clean and respectful of the household members. Currently I'm semi-retired but would like to work 2-3 days per week. I'm from the eastern suburbs and most of my friends are from the area.
Myself and James are 2 British backpackers that are now starting our second working holiday visa in Australia! We are both working full time and want to work our butts off all summer and over Christmas so that we can save lots of $$$ and continue our travels next year! We are super chilled and friendly people, always up for socialising and having a laugh. We're not massive party people but will be up for a beer after a long week for sure! Please feel free to give me a message or a call if you have anything suitable for us :) :) :)
