Hi all, The lease at my current place runs out at the end of July so I'm looking for somewhere new! I'm a 25 year old Perth girl who moved to Sydney a few months ago. I work in marketing and usually pretty busy during the week, so pretty chilled Monday - Friday. Still pretty new so would love to share with some friendly, chilled people of a similar age. Pretty flexible on location as long as it takes less than an hour to get in to the city for work! Somewhere with easy parking is preferable as I come with a car :) Any questions just pop me a message :) No shared rooms please! Thanks, Melanie
Hey! I'm moving to Sydney in July as an exchange student from the UK and I'm looking for somewhere to live for the semester 2 period (July-Nov). I'll be studying psychology at UNSW so I'm hoping to find accommodation with other students or young people around that area that's in walking distance. I'm a 21-year-old female from the UK, I'm very sociable and hope to make some really good friendships while I'm living in Sydney. I've been living in student houses for the past 2 years so I'm used to living with big groups of people and understand the responsibilities of sharing a house together (i.e I clean up after myself, don't avoid taking the bins out, respect others privacy etc.) Hoping to find flatmates who are fun and sociable and wouldn't mind showing me around Sydney and helping me settle in for my first few months.
Hello there I know it's probably out of the question but no harm in putting it out there I suppose. I just need somewhere to stay from now until July. All details about me are in my profile To summarise: - I can pay up front if it helps. - I'm 52 and young at heart. Mature responsible, clean, tidy. - Ready to move now. In fact by Sunday. - I'm lesbian, single, and looking for a place to settle just till July then I move back into my own apartment in Surry Hills. - I bring with me my 5 year old little Cavoodle named Lulu who means everything to me. I just adore her as does anyone who meets her. She's a good girl. Extremely friendly, clean, doesn't shed, non-allergenic and perfectly house trained. - I need a wardrobe and bed - I can provide many references including one from my current landlord - Can pay bond if formerly exchanged. I really hope you will consider my application so I can come and meet you asap. You are more than welcome to give me a call and leave a message. I’ll call back. Warm Regards Louise
Hey guys, me and my mate George are looking to move out into a new share house, either existing or getting a new lease. George is from Wagga and I'm from Newcastle. We are clean, tidy and respectul but also like to have a laugh. Ideally looking for people we can become pretty good friends with or at the least get along well with. We are really into music, funny videos, drinking beers and being active. We live in a share house together but our lease is running out in August so we need to find a new place pretty soon. We have lived with guys and girls before and would be happy to do the same again. If this sounds like you, then send us a message!
Hey there! My name is Johanna and I've just been offered a job down in Sydney, based in Darlinghurst. I'm looking to move early June, ideally somewhere that isn't too far away from work! I'm really neat, respectful, and love animals (if you have a pet that is a big plus for me!) :) I want to live with people that are pretty down-to-earth and that wouldn't mind watching some trashy reality TV with me every now and then :) I would need a car space (on street parking is okay if it is fairly easy), and ideally would have my own bathroom but I'm happy to share for the right place!
So we are Nat and Matt - a professional couple looking to move close to the beach for the lifestyle. We are very easy going and open minded and also extremely clean people. We keep active most mornings and work pretty hard during the week. We tend to relax and recover on weekends but we also love to try new things when we can - comedy shows, outdoor yoga classes, hikes and meeting new people. Our budget is $500 including our own bathroom and a car space. We're open to finding a car space separately as long as it's within the total budget. We're open to sharing with anyone like minded including a household with children. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Nat & Matt
Hi, I've moved to Sydney recently from Perth and looking to find a place to share with another person. I work at a commercial litigation law firm. I would like to gain more friends to explore Sydney with.
We are three students from Norway, exchanging to the University of Sydney for the second semester 2017. Our flight lands on the 18th of July. We are polite, social and tidy girls, looking for a nice apartment to live in. We enjoy working out, cooking and having a glass of wine on the weekends.
Hi My fiancee and I are emigrating from the UK in June and are looking for a temp three months living space till we get sorted in Australia. We need to find which suburb actually suits us before we start renting our own pad. We are tidy, polite, friendly and mature, however we do like a beer and a glass of wine. I'm not 100% sure this is the path we will be going down however I wanted to check it out on here to see if it was a possibility. One of us is sponsored in a full time role the other part-time till fully set up. We don't have many belongings as that is being shipped over after 3 months, so we will be actively looking for our own pad during the 3 months temp stay. Thank you
Hi there, I just moved to Sydney for a year (or more) mid-May and I am looking to find a nice base with good people from which to explore Australia. I like to make the place I live my home. I am up for getting a coffee or drinks, having a movie night with the flatmates, but also like my own space and respect that of others. More about me I've worked as a project manager in sustainable development until now, but looking to change jobs soon (most likely going into comms). Love cooking, reading, getting to know new people, sci-fi movies, exploring new local places, running, or in general being outdoors. Would have a preference for a shared house with friendly professionals or students in a similar age group (25 and up).
I am originally from Spain and came to for in the Social Innovation sector to Australia. I have been living in Adelaide for a year and now I am moving to Sydney for work. I am a big traveling fan, love good food and good beer/wine. I enjoy swing dancing, skiing and lately I have started practicing yoga. At home I enjoy cooking once in a while with housemates and having a glass of wine to discuss about life and our days.
I'm from Sydney but I've moved around a lot in the last 5 years -- living in San Francisco, Madrid and Brisbane. I've moved back this year to study at UNSW so ideally I'd be living in a social house where eating or having a drink together is equally as important as respect each other's space.
I'm a mental health nurse coming over to Sydney at the end of October 2017! Looking to find a place for my own room & ensuite, would love to share with other nurses! I'm clean & tidy and respect others. As nurses we work shifts so I understand the need for peace & quiet. I'm sociable when I have my days off work, would love to meet a great group to live & socialise with!
We are a social, easy going couple who enjoy cooking dinner with a bottle of wine or going out for a lovely meal! We are great to live with as we have a balance between staying in and going out... also love to socialise with housemates whenever suits. We are very tidy and like to clean frequently and would like to live with people who are similar and ready to muck in when needed. :-)
Super tidy design student working in cosmetic retail. Ideally looking for a pet-friendly place, end of June 2017 until early January 2018.
Recent film grad working full-time in marketing as a video editor - I'm a clean non-smoker who enjoys being social, but I like my downtime to pursue creative projects!
