A friendly, clean, quiet and busy investment advisor is seeking a medium to large size room in a unit or apartment, sharing with 1 or 2 person. A room without balcony, ideally has a single bed with good mattress and a decent desk, or unfurnished. Willing to pay up to $280 per week including utilities and internet. Generally speaking, l would like to stay for at least 6-12 months. The suburbs I am interested in are: Eastlakes, Mascot, Botany, Matraville, Maroubra, Kingsford, Daceyville, Randwick, Waverley, Kensington, Rosebery, Beaconfield, Waterloo. Please note that I am not interested in short-term accommodation or accommodation in suburbs other than the above.
I will move to Sydney in July (on the 15th or so) to take over an academic position. I have worked in an international environment for almost a decade now and had international links from a very young age. I am used to work and/or share my free time with people from all over the world, belonging to various cultures. I have lived in the UK since 2011, but I am from an Eastern European country. Happy to team up with someone who is comfortable sharing the flat/house in an equal, balanced, and respectful way. I prefer to live in a quiet and tidy place, where everything is in good order. Yet, I enjoy having a cheerful chat, listening to music or just guitar playing. I am a social scientist. My professional life has always been very demanding and busy. I often work at home (in addition to the time spent at the office). I am willing to pay up to A$500 per week for an en-suite furnished room, in a shared, executive-style, 2-bedroom flat/house, in Sydney area, if the right person is found.
Hi, My name is Calum, I’m moving from Scotland to Sydney for a year long working visa. I work as a self employed musician and barista in the Glasgow at the moment and I’m looking for a job in either field when I’m in Australia. I arrive in Australia on August 20th so would only be able to view properties after this date. In my spare time I like to play drums, socialise with friends, listen to music, go to the gym and read. I’m looking for a room in a flat with people that are easy going and could possibly show me around Sydney.
Hey!! I'm Ziggi, and I'm looking for potentially long-term accomodation in the eastern suburbs area. I'm currently working two part time jobs, and am starting a Medical Science degree at UNSW in 2020. I love making friends, and will ALWAYS be up for a movie night, with popcorn, of course. What I'm looking for is pretty open-ended; I need a room of my own, but am happy to share a bathroom, and I'm not too fussed about how many roommates I have. I would prefer my flatmates to be female, but that's not a dealbreaker. I do have a 6-month-old little pup, Toby, who is a black schnoodle and is an absolute sweetheart. He's toilet trained and pretty quiet, but falls in love with everyone he meets - I'd be surprised if you didn't fall in love with him too. Let me know if we'd be a good fit!!
I am down to earth, laid back, fit, non-smoker who is very quiet and extremely tidy at home. I am relocating to Sydney with work - digital marketing and e-commerce for an international sportswear brand. Interests include photography, hiking, swimming, and keeping fit. I am looking for a place to relax and definitely not a party house. Not looking to share a bathroom.
Work in the city in a professional role, I also work some w/e’s. Surf so keen to be around the beach. Easy to live with. Can’t do a messy or untidy place. I can be content in my own space but also would be happy to have a bit of fun with the flat mates, whether that’s surfing, sports, beers or bbqing. I cook a mean spag bowl.
Hey! So me and my friend Kate are in our final year of school and looking to move out at the end of the year close by to Uni! (UNSW/UTS) We tend to keep to ourselves during the week to work and study but don’t mind the occasional conversation and meet new people :) Always keen to go out on weekends and make friends though. Shoot a message if you think we’re the right fit for you!
Gday! I'm Tim, I'm a 29 year old Sydney local working full time in public health. My hobbies include riding motorbikes, attempting to learn guitar, fitness/sports and looking for more hobbies. I'm easy going and extroverted and so I'm looking for a social house where people enjoy hanging out and having a laugh.
Hi, I'm an easy going person to live with and enjoy time with others and also on my own. I'm neat and respectful of other peoples' space. I'm taking a break from the corporate world and am looking at some ventures to get involved in. I'm also starting my own NFP venture. I love photography and travel. I'm looking for someone who is easy-going and flexible.
Hi I'm Jonathan A friendly and young at heart Sydney-raised Jewish 38yr old professional working in the jewellery industry. Looking for a long-term flatmate/flatshare in the inner-west or East. Leaving my beautiful apt in Lewisham by the end of July latest (although can move anytime with 2 weeks notice) and I have an almost full suite of apt furnishings and appliances if needed. I love to cook, get out and explore and into a bit of gardening. I have an active social life often out and bring with me a beautiful, gentle, quiet, friendly and very clean pedigree indoor only cat (pure breed Birman) who also needs a safe environment. Very clean and not at all a party-animal I appreciate sharing a meal and glass of wine with fellow independent and mature young professionals or mature-age students.
