Student. MA graduate. studying interpreting at the moment. Friendly, tend to be quiet and respectful. I enjoy cooking, going to gigs&exhibitions, trying new restaurants and cafes, and I listen to music a lot. I workout sometimes, love beaches.
From South Australia - love good food + wine, swimming and yoga. Non-smoker, super clean and friendly! Have been living in Sydney for the past year, now looking for a new place closer to work.
I'm an easy-going Kiwi working in Sydney for the last 2 years. Enjoy being social and exploring Sydney when I can as I'm still getting familiar with the area but also like a little time to myself. > Working full-time in Operations at a tech company in Darlinghurst. > Like to stay active and keep fit outside of work. > Using the weekends to explore and meet new people. > Looking for genuine people who are up for hanging out rather than people just looking to fill a room. > Up for grabbing a beer/dinner/coffee/brunch/movie, but also respects other peoples space > Likes living in a clean environment and happy to help out > Wants to feel like the apartment is just as much THEIRS as it is your housemates > Looking for somewhere to stay for at least a year
My name is Richard, 27 years old, I'm a PhD student in the neurosciences at Humboldt University of Berlin. For two months, starting in October 2017, I will visit a colleague's lab at Western Sydney University, and I am therefore currently looking for a place to stay. Having lived in shared apartments for the most of my adult life, I guess I can say that I am a social person, responsible with house duties, and generally easy to share a flat with. Aside from being a passionate researcher, I love to relax, read, hike, play music, and travel and see things. Having studied abroad a lot, I am always curious to get to know new people, foreign countries, and cultures. I will be at work during the day, but will be there in the evenings, when I'd be happy to cook or go out. Looking forward to meeting you!
I'm a self-employed photographer and work from home most week days (about 25hrs a week during business hours), and shoot weddings every second weekend or so. I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I enjoy mountain biking, the beach, gym, being outdoors and being active, though I love having a bbq and having one or two friends over for a drink. I've been sharing for 5 years and respect others space, but would like to share with likeminded people that I can enjoy spending time with when I'm at home. How awkward is writing a bio like this? I'm pretty great. You'll see.
We are a young couple from the UK who are excited to explore Sydney. Peter is studying Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Sydney and Rosanna is visiting the city in her Christmas break. We enjoy nights in watching some tv, cooking nice food, and the odd night out. When living in share houses we are very clean and tidy. Looking for somewhere to stay over Summer before doing some travelling. During this time we will be doing a lot of day trips and enjoying what the city has to offer while we have the opportunity to be on this side of the world.
Hi, I'm a student and a part time sales assistant. I'm out going and a neat freak. I respect people's privacy. I'm looking for a private room below $250 with all bills included.
I am an international student working part time, I like to socialize, have fun but at the same time I am aware of the responsibility and respect privacy. I can adjust with anything except for one thing, which is very common, a dirty washroom !! I would like to have flatmates who share same thoughts as mine.
Hi, I'm Laura! I'm a 23 year old studying Education and working part time. I'm a Sydney local hoping to move into the Inner West early into next year (2018). I play netball and have started learning to play the glockenspiel. Not very good at either - but I still have fun! When I can, I love binging TV shows (recently finished Big Little Lies - definitely recommend even thought it's quite intense) and singing along to the radio in my car. I'm very friendly and do love meeting new people and socialising; whether that be out about or by chilling out at home. If I had to pick I'd say I'm slightly more of a homebody. I enjoy baking (my home made jam is pretty fab too) and I'm always down for communal dinners, a sneaky 5pm drink or a good ole late night D&M. I'm a good listener who knows how to clean up after herself and maybe only sometimes sings loudly in the shower. Honestly, I would like to be friends (or at least on friendly terms) with the people I live with, but I understand that this doesn't always happen. I would like to live within 10 minutes of a station as at this time I don't have a car. Let's roll the dice and live together?!
31 year old professional working in the city in advice tech. I am respectful, neat, easy going person to live, been doing share house thing for a few years now. Usually out and about on the weekends or down in Wollongong to visit family. I enjoy socialising, beach, travel, movies and brunches.
Hey potential roomie, Here's a little about me! I moved to Sydney about a year ago, looking for somewhere new to explore! I like the beach as our home town is coastal and so love beachside adventures, coffee and reading books and espresso martinis. Would love to be close to transport as I don't have a car. Looking forward to meeting you!
Very easy going, relaxed and accountable. I work a lot and travel around the country every couple of months. New to Sydney (originally from Darwin, NT) and looking to move in with people around the same age to start to build a life in Sydney around my new job.
I am very easy going and fully house trained as is my gorgeous 6year old staffie cross. A bit about Ava (my dog). She is super friendly and good natured. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her. She is quiet and rarely barks unless she sees a cat or it’s play time. She has white hair so hair can be a problem, but I come fully equipped with a Romba which gets set to clean everyday. A bit about me: I work full time as a project estimator and leave pretty early in the morning, so weekdays generally consists of dinner at home or out with friends, a few drinks, Netflix and bed. I am a smoker, but only ever outside. I am a very relaxed, friendly guy and can get on with most people. I am very sociable person and would like to think I would bring a bit of humour to the house. I also like my own time, so would have a nice balance between being around and being out. I am clean and tidy but not ocd by any means. I wouldn’t often have people over but obviously would like the freedom to be able to do that. I am originally from England but have lived here for nearly 10 years. If you want to know anymore feel free to ask.....
I have a stable income so you'll never have trouble with rent being paid. I am a social guy who can fit into just about any household dynamic. I like meeting new people. I study most afternoons so am generally out of the way. I clean up after myself and am well house-trained in general.
I am easy going, respectful of privacy but also love to sit down for a chat. I like to keep my space clean and I hope you do too. I grew up in rural victoria but moved to Sydney to build a career in something that I am passionate about. Flash forward one year and everything is on track, I just need a place to stay! Please message me if you would like to get to know me better.
Hi I'm Duncan. I work in Corporate Telco sales in the city and sell costumes online. I'm a young 36yr old that still enjoys the nightlife, Salsa dancing and Single Malt Whiskey. I can cook quite well, and will show you some of the best pork ribs you'll ever have in your life! That said, prefer gas cooking. I have a 10 month old border collie puppy. He's really something special and loves to play with balls of all types. He's house trained. And can high five you! Near a park would be a big advantage. I have all kitchen stuff, LED TV, own bed and study table/chair. Willing to downsize if we work out. I drive, so own parking would be favourable but not a deal breaker as on-street parking is still okay. Looking to move around the 27th October - 6th November. Prefer long stay, but up to 6 months is still okay. I'm open to any location around the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West but of course, preference nearer to the city is favourable. Please contact me if you have anything in mind. Vegans shall not contact me (again!)
Hi my name is Brendan, I work in civil construction and I've just stared a job in St. Peter's. I'm looking for a place close to that area to minimise my daily commute. I work 5-6 days a week 10+ hours a day. I'm clean, friendly, kind, courteous, easy going and always pay my bills on time.
Hello :) I'm a Fashion Business Student who also works full time in retail so I'm super busy and looking for a relaxed and friendly place to live. I'm finding it really hard traveling from Western Sydney so early in the morning for work in the CBD so I'm looking for somewhere with easy access to the city by public transport. I'm passionate about my studies and love to meet up with friends on my day off. I'm a lil creative person who likes keeping healthy and enjoys eating all the vegan food. I'm pretty mature for my age, you won't find me partying and going out every night. I'm more of a pyjamas and binge watching TV shows type of girl, especially as I start work at 7 in the morning. I'm a friendly, considerate and quiet roommate. I'm quite independent and value some alone time but also love to have a good chat and watch a movie, it would be great to meet some new friends. I'm looking for somewhere for a minimum of 4 months but will most likely stay longer term, although flexible on length of stay. I would really like a private room. Happy to answer anymore questions about myself, just give me a message.
Hi, I'm looking for a room with my girlfriend Beatrice. At the moment we are in Coffs Habour working in a farm to get our 2nd year Visa. We'll be back in Sydney (where we've spent our first half of visa) the 12th of November. I'm a Civil Engineer (29 years old) and Beatrice (25) is a professional photographer; both we would like to work in our fields and this is the reason why we are coming back in Sydney. We are quite and cleanly people and we love have a chat with our flatmates. Looking forward to hearing for a good place :) Giuseppe & Beatrice
