Hi I'm Ly. Moving from Perth to Sydney as I have a job in line working at Westmead's Children's Hospital. I'm a very bubbly person, love to chat, make friends, easy going, and laid back. I would like to live with someone who is friendly, open-minded and who I can do things together and get along with, as well as respecting each others own space. I would like someone who is clean and tidy and considerate. I'm a very sociable and outgoing person so I love to go out, go on adventures, I love to be active as well. Here's to hoping it will be a smooth transition to the East!
Recently moved up to Sydney in June for work from coastal Victoria. Since July have being living in North Sydney, unfortunately my roommate is moving back to Newcastle so am once again looking for the right place. Looking for finding a new place within a friendly environment with other young professionals or teaming up to start a new share house. Currently I am working in Mergers & Acquisitions in the CBD which keeps me very busy during the week, usually long hours are spent there Monday to Friday. On the weekends usually I'm out and about in the great Sydney weather, often this time is spent at the beach or discovering more of Sydney. I love keeping active, mainly with running, swimming and sports, therefore buildings with gyms and pools are great. Although would be ideal to be living somewhere close or with easy access to a beach while also having easy/quick commute to the CBD via public transport. Hoping to be in an environment in which I feel comfortable and get along well with other potential flatmates. I am also quite house proud of my space and the place I'm living so I am very clean and tidy. I am a non smoker, don't look to bring a party home and ideally looking for a place or group of people in which there is a chill/laid back vibe. Looking for other young professional room mates/people with similar interests and who also enjoy to keep themselves busy during the week and weekends. I'm a mature and reliable house mate with a permanent full time position and I believe I can bring strong qualities to a place. If an opportunity or a place comes up I would be interested in teaming up with others and starting up a new share house with other likeminded people. Message myself if I sound like the right fit for your household.
I'm a laid back and jolly individual working full time as an administrative assistant in a law firm in the CBD. I'm a quiet person usually just reading a book or watching Netflix but I also enjoy socializing and chit-chatting about life. I also love to cook but I'm always neat and tidy and never wasteful. I'll always be visiting my family on the weekends but weekdays will generally revolve around work then straight home. I believe that respect and understanding goes both ways.
Hello everyone , I am polite, well mannered, super clean, friendly, caring and very considerate! I am very respectful to others , private and a positive happy person! Been in Sydney about a month on 2years skilled migrant working visa and currently staying in the hostel which is driving me crazy 😔! I have a good job , I am a nurse (St Vincent) and work 10am to 7pm weekdays and one night shift on the weekend! I can be quiet at times as I am a shy person ( not boring by any means haha, just shy ☺️) but once I am comfortable I am pretty fun 🙈 I enjoy my sleep , I am always smiling, and love to cook especially for others (a culture thing-I am from Haiti) I love music , gym and socialising with friends ( although I haven’t made any here in Australia yet) I prefer my own room and not sharing with anyone else! My own bathroom will be a plus but if I like the place I could share! I need a place which is close to public transport and not far from the city! I am still learning my way around and everything still look the same! Been lost few times already 😂 I am a good person! Thank you
Non-drinker, Non-smoker; Uni graduate Looking for a place to stay for the foreseeable future, preferably close to a Train Station as I commute to work. A stable internet connection would be much appreciated. I have lived with friends for a few years now, but now that I have graduated I feel as though it is time to move on. Hope to hear from you soon - Jack
Hey! I'm Ryan - a 26 year old tech lawyer from New Zealand moving to Sydney in January next year. I'm easy going, clean living and love my social sport and getting to the gym when I can! I'm generally pretty busy during the week, but love to kick back when I have the chance. Also, can't pass up on a good brunch spot. I'd like to find a nice place somewhere (ideally close to a beach) within a reasonable commute to work in the CBD. I plan on taking up a bit of surfing when I get there, so any one who's looking for a laugh, hit me up!!

I'm a clean, tidy & respectful person, been living in share houses for the last few years, and am happy to have a drink, or just chill on my own. Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a professional working as a HR consultant who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and travel across Australia as part of my job, but mostly based in Sydney. I am quite flexible on location for my living as I drive almost anywhere. I have a BMW X5 SUV. It would be great if there is any garage or street parking for my X5. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, hip hop dance, playing squash, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 20 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share this with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I am currently renting a flat where I am living by myself, but I am thinking of moving out ASAP because living by myself is a little boring and I have not been lucky yet in finding a suitable flatmate from listing my place. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
