Also it'd be nice if the main spoken language at home was English as at my current place it's not, which sometimes makes me feel a bit excluded :-/ Other than that, just the usual. A quiet place (at least during the week) and respectful and considerate flatmates. As for me, I'm pretty quiet at home. Pretty clean and tidy too. I work and study (masters). And when I'm not doing that, I'm either at the gym or playing Xbox. So we're probably not gonna be in each other's way that much. Also, I'm very considerate and respectful of people's things and space. I'm pretty easy going and take care of others' things as they were mine.
