I am a respectful and clean 24yo Australian male who's looking to stay in Sydney for work opportunities. Just came from a 6person shared house situation and looking forward to meeting up with someone who will suit living with little old me. I'd admit I was the 'clean and tidy' member of the house, but I'm also quite sociable and enjoy adventures in the city!
Friendly. Organised. Clean and Tidy (very). Considerate. Pay Bills on time. Easy Going. Relaxed. Quiet. I come from Cornwall in England ** can cook you a mean Pasty and Cream Tea On a working holiday visa, returning to Sydney and cannot wait !! It is where I started my adventure in this beautiful country. I have lived in many house shares before. 6 people being the biggest share. I like a peaceful, chilled place but somewhere to socialise / hang out at times. (No longer a party animal) Looking for: Double / Queen Private Room 10 mins max walking distance to Train or Bus. 10 mins max walking distance to a shop. All inclusive payment (ideally) 3 - 9 months stay I'm a huge animal lover so if you have any pets I'll be super happy. If you think I am a suitable fit, I'd love to hear from you. Cheers :)
Hi everyone!! I'm 24 years old and from Turkey. I'm studying at Macquarie University. I also have a part time job that I'm a rider for Deliveroo! I live in Chatswood at the moment however, the contract, which I am the only one whose name on it, will finish on 15th February! I need to stay in Chatswood at least more 3 months because of my studying then who knows!! I'll be in Sydney for long time. I'm very easy-going person. I like parties and like to have drinks. Also, I'm very respectful that if people have work to do. I'm very clean and tidy person. I go to uni and work almost everyday so I don't stay at home that much! I'm also very good gym buddy who is going to the gym 5 days in a week!
I'm 24 years old and in Sydney for a six months internship. I'm working three days a week and the other days I spend hanging out with existing friends, making new friends and retreating from all the buzz by closing my room door behind me. I've lived in shared flats for more than five years now, so I do have heaps of experience with all sorts of people. At the moment I live in Darlington, but my contract ends soon and that's why I'm looking for a new place to stay. I'm happy to move as of today and I need a place until somewhen July-ish. I really got to love Darlington and so staying somewhere close would be ideal for me. I'm very flexible in terms of living conditions: If you're rather quiet and reserved I can adjust to that and work around you, if you're more of the party type I'm happy to discover some unknown places in the neighbourhood together, it's really up to you. I'm familiar with sponges and dishwashing liquid, I also know how to use a vacuum cleaner. So if you're looking for an adaptable, respectful flat mate and don't mind an occasional sarcastic comment: here I am.
Hey guys, I'm beginning my Masters in Clin Psych at USyd this March so I'm hoping for a place around the campus. I've spent the last four years living in America, but I'm originally from Singapore. I'm an avid traveler, love hiking, exploring, working out, etc :) I'm pretty easy going (or so I hope) and sociable, but I respect that everyone wants their own space at home too. I've shared apartments with friends for the last few years, so am familiar with all the etiquette of house sharing! Always up for chill night outs or in :)
Are you looking for a clean, reliable and lively housemate?! Aren’t we all? I’ve lived in Sydney for a year now and have fallen in love with the Newtown area ❣️ I’m going into my second year at Sydney uni for Architecture and work part time as a personal care worker so you won’t see a lot of me during the week but when I am home I love to spend time with my housemates (watch Netflix, drink cheap wine and eat cheese and avocado). I’m very respectful of people’s space and also appreciate my me time. I’m looking for a relaxed, creative and supportive household with mutual respect and lots of love 💛
Hi, my partner Thomas and I are looking to join forces with another couple or single person and share a space. We're looking for having a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. By coming together in a group of 3 or 4, we would together be able to afford a more spacious, modern and well fitted property in the inner west, in the range of $600 - $800 per week. As couples alone, this wouldn't be attainable on a reasonable budget. We are currently looking in Glebe / Newtown / Camperdown / Forest Lodge and surrounding suburbs. We only have a few bits and pieces by way of furniture (plus a big TV and sound system!), and are open to looking into furnished or unfurnished options. Thomas works at UTS and I (Rachel) work as a recruitment consultant in the Sydney CBD. We are an open minded and easy going, yet responsible and tidy couple. We like to cook most nights and stay active on the weekends. I enjoy yoga and reading, while Thomas is interested in photography and the latest techno gadgets. :) We'd love to meet up over a coffee or drink to break the ice and see if we could collaborate on a rental plan.
I currently work in healthcare administration and will be moving to Sydney for medical school. I will likely be out of the house a fair bit studying but I do like to come home to cook and make time to clean/run errands on weekends. Generally I am quite friendly and happy to build friendships with my housemates as long as they can respect that I will occasionally need time to myself. Ideally, I'm looking for a roommate who is sociable but can respect when I need time to myself. I would prefer someone who is okay with having the occasional dinner together. I tend to be on the tidier side when it comes to communal spaces and hope that there's some expectation of cleanliness among my roommates. I don't mind if guests are over as I will likely be out the house quite a bit, but I would prefer if there weren't frequent late nights.
I am originally from Sydney but have been away for work for over 5 years and have returned to completed my Masters in Social Work at University of Sydney. As I have been on the road living with colleagues and friends I have definitely learnt the balance of being clean, respectful and talking to the people I live with. I will be working full time, studying full time and I exercise 6 days a week. So I will have a very hectic schedule!
I'm a 22 years old student from Germany. I'm uncomplicated, clean and quiet, but I also like having fun and meet other people. Send me a message or emai
Hi there :) I'm Maddie, I'm 24 and have just finished my degree in Brisbane and now am moving down to Sydney to start working as a graduate lawyer in Sydney CBD. I'm an outgoing, social person, who loves a chat & a glass of wine at the end of the day. I'm also clean & tidy and an early-bird. Looking to find a home, not just a house, with some like-minded people!
Hey, I'm Ryan, I'm an easy going, social bloke, working in the Construction industry. I work the 9-5, keep it pretty relaxed during the week and enjoy being active & out'n'about on my weekends. - I'm always keen for beer or glass of wine but just as keen for downtime and my own space - I'm all about sharing experiences and trying new things whether it be a new dish or base jumping, I'll have a go. - I'm respectful and tidy in shared spaces...just don't judge me on the state of my bedroom - I've got a solid source of income and am financially stable - I'll never say no to or a social gathering... as long as its not every night of the week.... But I've been known to be a pretty solid sleeper anyway ;-) - I'm open to new experiences and love spending time on or by the water - I've got my own appliances & furniture that can add to our home or remain in storage... I'm happy to go with the flow, will speak my mind if the situation needs it but really just looking for a place to call home with interesting, like minded people.
I’m 26 and work full time at Sydney Uni. I live in Wollongong at the moment and looking to ditch that long commute. I'm tidy, super easy going and I can cook (happy to share meals/groceries). I'm fairly social and enjoy the occasional drink with roommates. Also enjoy some downtime to myself.
I am a 23 year old communication student from the Netherlands. I will be a marketing intern at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, located at 924 pacific Hwy. I am a Dutch girl (surprise!) who is serious about the future, therefor I'll be at my internship for 40hrs a week and I'll be writing my thesis. (As I said, serious about the future). But! Of course I like to go out, discover Australia and make (tons of) friends! Currently still living with my boyfriend in the Netherlands but moving to Australia around the first of February.
Relaxed. Open minded. Friendly but private. Non confrontational. Music lover. Animal lover. Well travelled. Non Smoker. Non Drinker. Non drug user. Looking for a place with one or two people max (around my age preferably) with a car space/street parking. I do not tolerate fascist views. I also travel frequently to Newcastle for weekends.
My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just arrived in Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I'm a finance professional). As this will be my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming place (fully-furnished room) with good location (near a train station) and easy-going flatmates with diverse backgrounds. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
Hi my name is Mira, I am 23 years old and am a kiwi Korean (born in Korea but raised in New Zealand!) I am interested in flatting or teaming up to start a new rent! I am working full time in the IT sector as a business analyst and is really friendly, respectful and tidy (super bubbly personality) and I s looking for a place to call home! I love travelling music, watching movies / dramas and food, super chill and gets along with everyone. I'm looking to stay long term and would love to be in a place with like minded people. I don't drink or smoke but I love social activities and have an outgoing personality. Tell me a little about yourself and lets go from there! 🙂
I am a final year undergrad student at Macquarie University and work in retail on the side. I have been living in university accommodation prior to now, therefore am great at sharing. I am a person who loves socialising and hanging out with friends on the weekend, watching movies, love a sharing few drinks, but also enjoy my own space and quite to study through the week. I am a slight clean freak, so would always have my space spotless and more than happy to clean communal areas regularly. I enjoy keeping myself busy through cooking, working, playing sports and hitting the gym in my spare time. I love traveling and always looking for new destinations to visit, so would love to share my travel experiences with flatmates.
