Easy going, always up for a chat or a drink. I'm looking for a place that's pretty fun and friendly. I love anything to do with music, I write a bit and play guitar, also love to draw. I've got a steady part time job as a receptionist and study psychology at uni, part time aswell. I'm tidy but not a neat freak, and I enjoy cooking when I've got the time. Looking to hopefully find somewhere asap :)
We are a fun-loving individuals who like to travel and be one with the place’s culture. We will be staying at Sydney to study masters program and the nurse’s training program. Most of the time we spend outside exploring the city and suburbs for food and good finds but if we are at home, we just stay on the bed and watch movies or play games. We are pretty much social and can get along with all types of personalities. Shopping, food and fashion, beach bumming, coffee, and ice cream are our things but would want an occassional walk in the park to breathe fresh air. I like to keep my space clean and organized.

Hello! Our names are Alyssa and Alana! I know it is really early to be posting this, but we are looking to move in somewhere in February/ March 2019 and just thought that we would go ahead and put this out there! We are 22 and coming to live in Sydney with a Working Holiday Visa as a Gap Year after we graduate university. We have both been to Australia before to study abroad about a year ago, one of us studied in Sydney and the other in Gold Coast, and we fell in love with this country! So we're coming back! We are obsessed with travel and learning other cultures. We also like to have a good time every once in a while and would love to become friends with our flatmates so we can all go out and have fun sometimes and maybe make fam dinners! We are planning to be working full time in order to save money to travel around the second 6 months of our stay! We are looking for a place that has two bed available and we are also open to TEAMUPs! As we will not have cars, we are also looking for a place that is in walking distance to a train station! We really prefer to live with other females* but are open to getting to know others! We look forward to hearing from you!
I'm moving from London to Sydney for potentially longer term stay this time, open to an initial short term let till I decide where exactly I want to be based, can stay longer if it works for both. I would like a clean and tidy place with a living room. Not looking for a party house. I like the outdoors and a good conversation. I'd like to find a friendly and tidy share. I come house trained and have lived in shared houses and rented out my place so understand the importance of keeping tidy. Give me a shout if you have anything suitable. Cheers.
I am nice quite and clean so i would prefer chill house not too many bugs in house
I've shared both apartments and houses with people for 4 years so I'm not new to this. I'm independent but friendly. I love sitting down and having good chat but I also don't need people to be around me 24/7 and often like spending time alone. I'm a film school graduate, so I love movies -- the cinema is my happy place. I'm also often writing and working on my own projects in my spare time.
Hi! My name is Talvi and I'm looking for a room for myself, for a stay of 6 months or more. I'm 33 and I work for a small business making custom curtains and blinds. Currently I'm living in Homebush West, where I've been renting for about 1.5 years now with a couple who are moving overseas in a few weeks time. The most important thing for me is having a home where I feel safe and able to be myself. I recently came out as a trans woman, and an LGBT inclusive household is a must. A quiet and relaxed household is what I'm seeking, without constant parties or loud friends over every night etc. I'm a pretty friendly and gentle person, but sometimes a bit shy with new people to begin with. I'm happy to chat away with housemates, or just do my own thing. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy, and shared areas in the same condition. I'm a bit of a geek and enjoy computers and gaming - but I'm quiet and always enjoy these with headphones! On work nights I'm pretty chilled, and weekends I'm often out with friends - I'm also open to sharing a meal and a drink with housemates too. For inspections I can make evenings from Monday to Thursday after I finish work, or anytime of the day or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If we met for an inspection and found things agreeable, I'm also prepared to quickly sign up and transfer a bond and advance rent as required. My preferred budget including bills is around $250 pw.
Hey! My name is Portia, I’m 22 and I’m currently doing my Masters in Development studies at the University of Sydney. I’m very easy going, curious about cultures and I love to sing. I’ve been living with housemates since I moved to Sydney so I definitely know how to clean up after myself/ be an awesome housemate / respect space etc. I’ll also be studying quite hard so I won’t be making much noise. Would absolutely say yes to hanging out/ wine/ share a meal.
I'm extremely friendly, hard working and always willing to help. Love spending time with and people communicating, very clean and love my personal space at times I get along with people very easily not big on partying but know how to have a good time when necessary.
I'm a New Zealander who has lived and worked in Sydney for 6 months now and I'm looking for a more permanent place to stay :) I'm a young professional, really laid back and happy to slot into any home environment. I'm really social and love relaxing at home, chatting and drinking wine.
Hey there! I'm Astrid a Danish management engineering student going on exchange for a semester at USYD. At home I live in a dorm where I enjoy having common dinners, playing board games, watching netflix or chatting over a cup of coffee with the others. Otherwise I life an active lifestyle playing volleyball, doing crossfit and going on outdoor adventures. As for parties I'm more of a having a few beers and a good talk type than a party animal. I'm a non-smoker and can guarantee a clean house and punctual payments. I just asked my dormmates to describe me. They said: sweet, caring, responsible, openminded, positive and an exceptionally good chef. I look forward to get to know you :-)
