I’m a Young Profesional moving to Sydney from New Zealand early March. I’m very tidy, clean and respectful of personal space. Won’t know anyone in Sydney so it would be great to live with friendly and social people.
We are two Canadians living in Sydney, both been in Australia for over a year. We work full-time during the week, so looking for flatmates on the same schedule as us. We love to grab dinner and drinks on the weekends and always up for a laugh.
Hey! I'm Lucy, I'm 25 and I moved to Sydney from London four months ago to work in entertainment + social media. I'm looking for a room from the end of March with a flexible length of stay. I'm a tidy and respectful housemate but also looking to move in with like-minded people - after work I enjoy chilling out, cooking, watching films and on a weekend I definitely enjoy a night out. I like my own space from time to time, but also really enjoy socializing and seeing what Sydney has to offer! I'm friendly and love meeting new people. Get in touch if you think I'd be a good fit. Cheers!
Hi friends, I'm Lauren, 29, and a recent expat hailing from Toronto. I'm a startup & tech marketer who can't get enough of the madness and excitement found in high-growth companies. I'm also a (non-teaching) yoga instructor, which means I'm v down for some housemate yin or practising headstands after a glass of wine. I can't wait to try all the restaurants, pubs, and bars this city has to offer! I'm a big fan of cooking a lot my meals, too. I'm a people-person who also needs some time alone to decompress. My party days are long behind me and I fully embrace being a grandma. Dinner parties are much more my speed. As a roommate, I'm thoughtful, courteous, and big on open communication. While I prefer a clean space, I'm pretty breezy and won't freak out about a little bit of temporary upheaval. I'm looking for temporary, short-term digs from the end of February until the end of March. Then I'm gone hiking in Nepal April 2 - 27, and want a 3-6 month lease upon my return. If you think I'd be a good fit to your house fam, reach out! P.S I hope you all know that you have the BEST avocados in the world.
Hi There, Currently looking for a new place to call home. I'm 22 working full time, I'm a sales Rep for a promotional company. Very social and easy going, I have lived in a share house before so i would be looking for a place with like minded that i'll click with. Im social and easy going, respectful of peoples space and very tidy :)
Very clean and tidy easy going person. I am a night shift worker so at night time you will often have the place to yourself. When I have a night off I enjoy a beer/wine and the odd shared meal in/out. I am also quite a social person and will often be out anyway. But always happy to make new friends. I have a little Boston terrier who is playful and sweet. She comes to work with me daily. Pretty flexible with move date. I also have all furniture for a house, so definitely keen for a team up situation with 1-2 people.
I'm a hella queer introvert looking for like-minded people to live with. While I'm not super social I know how to hold a killer wine, cheese and board game/movie night. I'm a pretty chill person and am easy to get along with as long as we have something in common, be it a love of plants, books, mexican food or LGBTQAI+ issues. I am almost always writing something. This will be my first time living out of home and I am super keen to move closer to the city where I work. I am great at keeping shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms clean and am fastidious about paying bills on time. Being able to live in a space big enough for my Black-Headed Python's terrarium would be fantastic but isn't required. I am also totally down with living with other pets, especially cats. ***Move Dates Flexible***
Hi, my name is Meg and I'm a 22-year-old Nurse who is just about to move to Sydney. I start on the 26th of January at the Westmead Children's Hospital. I am a tidy and respectable person who likes to socialise as well as hang around the house.
British Events Manager in Sydney looking for a private double bedroom in Sydney - easy access to CBD. Really into fitness - running and swimming. Enjoy being outside as much as possible!
I am Manu, male 27, Indian. I work in IT. Have been living in Australia from last 2 years. I just moved to Sydney from Melbourne. My work is in Wynyard. I am looking for a place urgently. I can move in any time next week.
Hey everyone, we're both 23, both studying and both called Sam so it makes getting to know us super easy! I'm studying a Masters in Architecture and he's finishing off his medicine degree so we will be at uni or work during the week. We're both pretty chill but definitely keen for some lounge room chats over dinner or drinks.
I am easy going and i am very into sport (basketball cricket and footy mainly!). I am moving over from Perth for work and I am looking for an existing share house with 2 or 3 other relaxed like minded people :).
I'm Ash (short for Ashton) a full time professional looking for my next home. Friends would call me easy going, mature and sociable. Self proclaimed foodie and amateur guitarist. I enjoy playing basketball and footy to keep fit. I'm someone who is always up for a good laugh/chat and also respects personal space and privacy. I'm clean and organised (not to the point it's OCD haha) so looking for like minded people in that respect. Not looking for a party house but I do enjoy a couple drinks on occasion. I work night shift from 7pm-7am on a 4day on 4day off roster so I'll be in and out of home at different times. Some nights you'll get the place to yourself, other nights I'll be home getting some R&R. I'm open to living with people of different genders and sexualities. As long as you pay your rent on time and clean up after yourself we're going to get along quite well. I'm flexible with pets and if you have a dog that would be awesome! *Flexible with the move in date- Mid/late March to early April* If you have questions shoot me a message and I'll get back to you. Cheers.
UPDATED: I'm finalising a place but if it falls through I will schedule more inspections Hi, I'm Sam, a 28 Aussie female who works full time as a software tester. I'm nerdy, clean, a non smoker, respectful and not a party animal. I'm into coffee, food, craft beer and rock climbing. I'm looking for a share room for 12 months, with NO BUNKBEDS, MAX 2 people per room and within a 30 minute walk to work. I will consider an unfurnished room within a 30 minute drive to work if it's with amazing people. Bonus points if you are next to a rock climbing gym, have undercover parking for my motorbike or have cats. please describe the commute to 201 Elizabeth st and tell me what makes your share house so awesome. I currently live in Ashfield in a share room situation, I pay $190 per week. I'm considering moving so I can focus on my recovery from a broken ankle. I need to give 2 weeks notice. Regards, Sam
Hey I’m Jaz and I’m currently in Peru (about to climb Machu Picchu, wish me luck!). I am coming back to Sydney on the 3rd of March with no place to live. I am studying at UNSW and work at St. Peter’s. I have lived out of home for all of last year and only moved out because of the long holiday that I am currently on. I’m a tidy and respectful person who likes to socialize with other housemates but also understands personal space. During semester I’m very busy and you most likely won’t see me very often during the week due to my uni, work and sporting commitments. Feel free to message me if you think you I would suit your household and I would be happy to continue to chat online and meet F2F when I get home.
I am Alice and I'm moving to Sydney for work from regional NSW. I'm interested in anywhere within a 4k radius of the CBD. My family live over 5 hours away, and I would like for people to be able to visit me every now and then, so I don't mind paying a couples rate, and would definitely be prepared to pay for my own bathroom if one is available. I am super tidy, with a hospitality background so the kitchen is always treated with love! I would often travel back to the country on weekends as I'm renovating a property. I'm a graphic designer with a big workload so can often be seen hunched over my Mac, but I also love to have fun and always have time for a beer - but I also respect other's need for privacy. I have no animals, but I LOVE dogs.
