I'm a 23 yr old female who works full time as a marketer in the CBD and studies 2 days a week at UTS. I absolutely love animals and am going to start studying them next year. I like to go to the gym and take Ava out for long walks to the park everyday. I'm a pretty chilled person and am easy to get along with. I am a tidy person who likes the house to be kept clean, not over the top clean but just in general respect long each other's things and tidying up after ourselves. I would really like for us to get along to make the house feel like home and not a boarding house. My socialising is usually done outside of the house, with the occasional family member or friend popping by (doesn't happen that often). I'm not opposed to people being at the house but it definitely won't be a party house. I like time to myself but would also like to at least hang out n chat and probably drink some wine (moscato)! Ava is a 3yr old female Foxy x Jack Russell. She has been attacked a couple times by dogs and hasn't had the best experience from some people so she gets quite frightened. She is a very loving and happy dog once she knows you. She barks at people she doesn't know until she feels comfortable with them. If she can sniff them and is given a treat this helps her. She will always greet you at the front door but if it's someone she doesn't know she'll bark. She really is a loving dog but her anxiety takes over when she doesn't know what's going on. Ava loves cuddles and belly rubs especially. Basically we would like to live with someone who is accepting and understanding of Ava's behaviour. Yes her bark can be annoying but she is a dog! Ava is an inside dog and I would get a doggy door so she can come and go as she pleases. I am looking for one person to share a 2 bedroom townhouse/house with me. You'll be sharing with myself and Ava my doggie. I am looking for a house around these suburbs: marsfield, Macquarie, Ryde, East Ryde, Lane Cove. I'm not too fussed on the area, as long as it's pet friendly and is relatively close to public transport. The max I am wanting to pay on rent alone is $280 so I am currently looking for a place that is $560 max p/w. Who I'm looking for: Female who is between 23-30yrs old (no couples) works full/part time. Looking for a place to call home for a minimum of 8 months. You must be a dog lover and understanding of Ava's behaviour. A tidy person who enjoys living in a tidy home like me! - No drugs or smoking

I'm the outdoorsy type. Keen gardener and cook. I'm Srabani, also 23 and studying at UTS and working part time at a priceline + cotton on (can get you excellent discounts).
I'm a 50 year old writer returning to Sydney after time on the far south coast of NSW writing my collection of short stories. I work as a tutor and writing teacher. I'm happy quietly writing in my own room and coming out for interesting conversation. I clean up after myself and am extremely reliable, but its not all boring, I'm great fun too.

Please note I'm about to travel overseas 8 Sept - 10 oct to NZ and USA and looking at what's available. My current long term living situation is no longer situable so I'm looking. Move date is flexible. I'd need to give 3-4 weeks notice in my current flat. Looking for a smaller existing flat with no more than 1-2 other people in an apartment or town house. Room must be furnished with at least a bed, and/or wardrobe, dresser. I sometimes work from home due to my health. I'm in part time employment and on claim and can get references from current landlord and employer! No old houses (mould and damp can be an issue!) I'm not in a rush though. Hey there, My name is Amanda and I'm 23 years old. I am slowly progressing my way towards becoming a lawyer but in the mean time, I work full time as an in-house paralegal for a car company. I am pretty laidback and easy going. I love keeping fit and getting out and about during the weekends. I enjoy a glass of wine (or two) any night of the week along with kicking it back on a couch to watch a movie/cringe-worthy TV show after a long day at work. I'd like to think I'm good at respecting one's space and keeping the house neat and tidy 95% of the time. The remainder 5% is usually the product of working long hours but I promise I'll make up for it #keepingitreal I'm looking for a fun and chilled housemate who doesn't mind having a goof around the house.

We're two great girls looking for a place to live. We would prefer to rent a unit, so if you're going away and are looking for someone to take care of your place, hit us up! When that's said, a room would be totally fine too as long as flatmates are nice and love kittens. Mie is from Denmark and are working as a cleaning lady. She have been in Sydney for almost 5 months now and are not planning to go back to Denmark anytime soon. Remy is raised in Australia but are originally from Uruguay. She's a great talker, and she works full time as a receptionist in city. We're clean, nice people and we always take care of our stuff. We recently just adopted a kitten, and she's great. She's an indoor, beautiful kitten who loves snuggles. She's clean and litter trained. We're looking for a place where they allow a cute little cat like her :) Hoping to hear from you soon.
Hello there ! I'm Caroline a 31 yrs french canadian lady with a working holiday visa, working towards a more permanent stay. I've been in Australia for about 3 months now and i love the northern beaches (currently in Dee Why), but since i have a great job in CBD i would like to be a little closer to my work place :) I'm looking for a private room (ensuite is always a plus), a studio/granny flat or something with a bit of privacy, because i usually work night shift and usually get home after midnight, it's nice to be able to make a sandwich without bothering anyone at this time:) I've been working a lot in remote areas in the past and been sharing housing a lot, so i'm used to flatmates and would like to think that i'm a nice respectful one myself :) Other then that i'm pretty quiet, i enjoy my netflix and colouring books, and would more than likely be out hiking on days off as i'm still amazed by palm trees and love photography. I would like to be able to move around the week of the 17th of september and stay for at least 6 months if all goes well. If you have anything let me know and we can meet up ! Thanks for your time and have a great day !
Hey , I am student at UTS, I am usually doing uni work , I tend to go out to dope events , or I would be shamelessly binge watching shows for an unhealthy amount of time, I don't cook too much so i would not cram up the space in the refrigerator, need to move kinda soon as they are gonna be knocking down the space I am in for the new owners smh ,, I think i am chill and I am not too antisocial, so always keen for a chat, (ps- My fullstop button is broken , hence you got to deal with all those ,, ) Peace
Hello, I am an Irish girl new to Sydney. I generally quiet and laid back roommate, looking for someplace to live in one of the inner suburbs. I am generally neat and I keep to myself. While I don't smoke or do drugs personally, I do not mind that much if my roommates do. I drink socially but I'm not a Irish stereotype. Looking for some place to live asap. Thanks, Leah :)
From Dallas, TX. I am here on Working Holiday and I'm looking for work currently in the Hospitality field. My background is in Hospitality Management, I've ran restaurants and one hotel recently. I love the outdoors, hiking, diving, camping, etc. I love to cook and I am a clean flatmate. Non-Smoker.
I am respectful of others, property, belongings and space. I like to think I'm very efficient and tidy. I have run my own home in England and understand the ins and outs of bills, rent etc... I like to go out and socialise, have BBQ s with friends and I also like staying in to chill. I am currently looking for a job (Fulltime) and intend on exploring Australia for the next year or so... Very keen to meet new people and enjoy my time here.
I'm a PhD student from Brazil, also working at uni, so quite busy. But I do like to have moments of fun and hang out with friends when possible. Would be nice to have some open minded flatmates to be friends with. I like beaches, natures, movies, TV shows, cooking, having beer or wine, playing board games, etc. Easy-going guy.
I'm clean, tidy, respectable and love to socialise but also enjoy my own time. I've lived with housemates and on my own, so know the key to a good house is a relaxed dynamic where everyone respects each other and enjoys living together. I'm from Melbourne, an arts and film publicist and am moving to Sydney for a full time contract position in communications over the summer - so looking for a rental room for 4 months from 25 September - 2 February next year. I love to go running, to the beach, out for a drink or to see a film.
Hey guys, I am 30 year old professional working fulltime in the TV industry and have lived in a houseshare environment for more than 3 years. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I am a social person but also like my own space at times too. I work long hours during the week so mainly just like to have a chat or chill when I get home. On the weekend I'm usually out and about catching up with friends or relaxing at home watching some Netflix. I'm looking for a place to call home for at least 6 -12 months. I am also looking for rooms with an ensuite or private bathroom. I have a car so easy street parking or a car spot is essential. I also would like to be walking distance to a train station as I catch the train to work 5 days in the fortnight. Please get in touch if you think your place would suit :)
