Hi, my name is Bridget! I'm a Melbourne girl who's moved up to Sydney for work. Looking for a furnished private room in walking distance to public transport/supermarket. Female-only flatmates preferred. About me: I usually keep fairly busy with work, hobbies and socialising, however I mix it up with quality time at home relaxing – just all depends what’s on the event calendar! In my spare time I like to road trip, dance, hit the beaches and parks, and explore the local markets, cafes, pubs etc. Professional writer/editor by trade - expect to be working standard Mon-Fri business hours. I’m a positive, clean and tidy housemate who is considerate of noise, people’s belongings, and respectful of my housemate’s privacy and quiet time. On the flip side, I am a social person so also really enjoy the company of a housemate and the spontaneous opportunities you get to chat and joke around on a night-in or do a random night out. Being from interstate it would be ideal if my future housemate was comfortable with me having a close family member or friend stay now and then if they're visiting Sydney. Looking forward to meeting you; and my next adventure!
Heya, My name is Madeleine although Maddie is fine :) Looking for a fun and awesome place to call my own with someone/someone's. I'm 25 and working full time as a Dental Assistant in Balmain. Super easy going and very clean, tidy and respectful. Definitely love a wine here and there and enjoy a good chat with good humans. Bit of a social butterfly ! If I sound like someone you could get along with please get in contact. x x x
We are a young Scottish couple who are preferably looking for another couple to share with, somewhere close to a train station. At this moment we are looking for a non-party house, as we have extremely early mornings for work and are focused on trying to work as much as we can to save. In our time outside of work we enjoy our social lives with friends, we enjoy good food, spending time at the beach, surfing, seeing new places and some nice cold beers at the end of a day! Please contact us if you are interested. From Heather and Mark.
Hi, I'm Kristi. I’m single, working full-time and looking for a team-up somewhere close to a train line in Mascot or Redfern. I am generally independent but can be social when the time calls for it :) I love going to the movies or a night out and don’t smoke. I’m ‘relaxed-tidy’ and also like to keep the place tidy. As a Kiwi, I like to keep up with NZ news, movies and music. My work is in the city CBD, Monday-Friday, 9 – 5. I work in information management for an education authority, and have a passion for digital strategy. My personal interest is in game development and I often go to industry events after work. At home, I only watch TV occasionally but I enjoy a glass of wine, reading and listening to music. My work and interests mean I need a good internet service and 2 bathrooms is my ideal. As I have a car, I'd love a place that has parking available and would consider a lease with 2 car spaces. I have a stable work history, good credit rating and good tenancy history so I make a strong candidate in lease applications, even in a competitive market. My priority is finding the right place and a compatible flatmate so although I need to give 21 days notice on my current lease, my moving dates are flexible.

Me and Laura my partner are looking somewhere to stay in the eastern suburbs, we have just recently moved to Sydney and are working full time. We are easy going and love meeting new people. We also spend a bit of time at the gym and doing sports so we wouldn't be any trouble. Hope to hear from someone. Thanks Shaun.
I just moved back to Sydney after living in Germany for 10 years. I'm a dancer/Choreograph ... I'm a quite easy going and open person , but I also like my privacy .
I am a 24yr old working professional. I work Monday-Friday full time doing business development. I grew up in Maroubra and I am very local to Sydney. I like to come home and relax/unwind as I am on the phone all day, however I also enjoy soicalising, whether it be over a drink or dinner. I am a respectful and tidy person who values a nice clean home. I am very sociable and love to go out with friends and have a laugh/drink. I enjoy nights in as well, whether it be relaxing and watching movies or having a nice dinner around the table. I love to meet new people, and I am always open to new friendships. I am very outgoing and easy to get along with. I have an open mind and I am always up for new ideas and change. I am looking for a place I can call home. I am very fair when it comes to household chores and I always do my part to keep the household in a good condition. I love pets as well (I have a dog of my own - lives with my parents).
I'm a PhD student at UNSW and work as a private tutor and teach at uni. I'm a pretty relaxed and low maintenance flatmate. With the little time I have free, I like to go see live bands, go to the movies and cook.
Myself and Ben are an English couple on a working holiday. We're looking for a modern property, flat or house to settle long term until February or possibly longer. We are down to earth, socialble and mature individuals. We are active and enjoy a drink on the weekends. We're looking for housemates who are also social people in their 20's individuals or couples. We're really easy going but clean people so we would like you to be also. Due to the fact we have both struggled to find work (both starting work next week) and our current place ending the week we get paid we are struggling to get together a bond, we would prefer a place that is flexible on the bond being paid in bits (within the first few weeks). we can provide a referance from our current short term rent that didn't take a bond and went away for the weekend to give you a piece of mind that we are trustworthy!!
I will barely be there... I am coming down to Fox to work on a film. I am extremely tidy; just need a parking spot, a bed, laundry and bathroom. I will buy meals out so will only use kitchen for tea/coffee. I am also a Qld fire and rescue officer and any spare time is spent surfing and playing music or reading. Have two daughters and live on the Sunshine Coast. Will need room from 4-6 weeks. Cheers
I’m a 27-year-old professional working in the Sydney CBD full time, mostly Monday to Friday. I’m very social, so I like to be out and about with friends on the weekends and I play netball at least once a week. I work in television production and travel quite a bit for work, so I will be away for a few days at a time, usually about twice a month. I’m very easy-going and like to live with friendly people, who like to socialise and have a drink together every now and then, but also respect each other's space. I’m not a clean freak, but I like things to be fairly tidy and I do my fair share of the cleaning of communal areas. I’m just looking for somewhere spacious, drama-free and comfortable with like-minded people.
I’m Kirsten, I’m 31 and from New Zealand and I’ve been in Sydney for two years. I am looking for a small flatshare or a couple of other people who are looking for a nice house that we could all go in on. I work in the hospitality industry (bartending in a restaurant in the city) so my schedule is mainly evening shift work. I’m not sure if you have any preconceived notions about hospitality workers, but I am not the rowdy type although I do like having a drink every now and then but I’d rather be out and not at home (unless I’m working on cocktail recipes). I am a non-smoker and don't mind living with smokers but as long as they keep it outside. I finish up work around about midnight, so would be getting home quite late but I would be respectful of everyone else in the house and keeping noise to the bare minimum. Spose a bonus of living with me would be that we'd never be needing to use the kitchen or bathroom at the same time when getting ready for work! After work (if I'm not already exhausted) I'll wind down by either (quietly!!) having a jam on the PlayStation or watching a bit of Netflix (where I currently stay there is no TV reception so Netflix is all I got!) On my days off, I'll usually be out and about doing my own thing, unless I've decided it's a cleaning day and I will attempt to sort out the house top to bottom. I am a bit of an introvert – meeting more than one new person at a time can be a bit daunting for me – but I am friendly and respectful and pretty mellow and chill. I do like listening to my 70’s/80’s and 90’s Spotify playlists (or having Black Books playing in the background) when I’m getting ready for work in the afternoons though. I would love to become friends with my flatmate(s) and make it my home, and not just be an extra body in the house to cover the rent, but I do also value my alone time. I’ve always been the lease holder of places I’ve lived, so I’ve been in charge of paying rent plus organising and collecting utility bill money from other flatmates. Bills and rent will always be paid on time. I’m tidy and always clean up after myself. I’m big on recycling and will even go through the rubbish (at work and at home) and separate the recyclables if I notice any in the bin. Move date and budget negotiable (for the right place!) Get in touch if you think we'd get along great! cheers!
Hi. I've lived in Sydney for 2 years and work for an airline. I travel every couple of weeks back home to Perth or to Melbourne (to visit extended family). I am very clean, considerate, honest and quiet. Easy to get along with. Looking for something that has carparking :-) Hope I find my new home soon!
Easy going couple, who enjoy keeping to ourselves but also having a meal from time to time with those we live with. We lead an active and healthy lifestyle, enjoy getting up early and going to work out, we make most of our meals at home. We are not into the big party scene and generally go out for food and drinks with friends, maybe have people over every once in while! We are very clean and respectful - always pay bills on time. We have rented for most of our adult hood, we have done both of sides of renting having housemates who have joined our home and also just the two of us. We like to change things up, environment is important to us as is who we live with. We have a whole apartment full of furniture and appliances etc. We can bring it or we can store it. Marc is in Entrepreneurial Sales and I am Professional in Corporate. We hope to find housemates with similar interests.
