I work full time in the city and spend most of my free time in the gym, watching movies/series, or reading. I am quiet, clean, organized, respectful, and love my privacy but I am also open for chats, roadtrips and whatnot.
I have shared apartment since I was 16 years old. Today, at the age of 29, I can say that over the years I have been acquiring incredible experiences for allowing me to share my space and life with other people. Today I' m a much better person, with has an open mind, patient and tolerant of differences. I'm very easy going.
I quit a very good job in London to come to Australia. I'd like to rediscover the outdoor lifestyle (I'm originally from Greece) and meet people. I will be looking for a 9 to 5 job in the CBD. I'm very easy going, quiet, clean and low maintenance.
Hey i'm Ash I'm a 30 year old guy (male Ashley), moving back to Sydney for a new job in town starting Monday. I'm coming back to Sydney after being in Newcastle for around 6 years. Really hoping to get in a nice pace in the Inner West. I like places that are a little worn in,quirky, run down even as I find them a bit more homely so generally apartments seem to be out. Really like having a nice garden I can eat in. My work is Architectural work which is 9-5 and have a bit of my own stuff I'll trying to get through for the first bit. Other than that i'm single, I eat well, and do lots of odd things around the place, hopefully get to the beach a bit, want to ride to work, seeing friends and family. I'm hoping to move now!!!!!! Thanks. Ash.
Hi, I'm Richard. I am currently looking for a long term / permanent place to stay. What makes me great to live with? Peaceful. No drama. Just a chilled dude. Software developer, loves working out, and don't cook much. P.S: I pay my dues on time. Clean and tidy. Do not smoke.
Hello there, our names are Bree and Drew. We are a young professional couple born and raised in Sydney. Both of us are outgoing people who are easy to get along with, we are neat by nature so we like to keep our living space organised and clean. We enjoy our personal space and generally keep to ourselves however are open to social environments. We are looking for flat mates who are like minded and easy to get along with, but respect our private life. Thank you for taking the time to read our add ☺️
Hey people, We're Audrey and Hayden, a young international couple from New Zealand and Canada who currently live in Long Jetty. However, we're looking at relocating to Sydney as the commute from the Central Coast to Sydney is no longer viable or practical. Hayden works full time in the community as an Occupational Therapist and at home occasionally and Audrey works part time and is currently studying at Tafe in the city. We're extremely easy going and a breeze to get a long with. Clean, considerate, and respectful of peoples belongings, personal space, boundaries, and beliefs. We dont hold any particular biases, and feel we would fit into any flat situation. We're not your average couple who need to be joined at the hip, hide away in their bedrooms, or who are frequently upset or in arguments. We're super friendly, open minded, fun, and love to socialise with everybody (incl beers/wine/good yarns), honestly, we're just looking for a place to call home and to meet great people who we can talk and joke with, go have a drink or stay at home and have a drink. We love cooking (and sharing it), into arts, going out, sports, reading, movies, and chilling. Would love to hear from you all, Cheers.
Hi my name is Tiffany! I am a student from UNSW and I'm also an academic tutor. I am currently looking for a STUDIO or 1 BEDROOM GRANNY FLAT to move into in early November as my current lease is about to end. I have been a tenant for the past 3 years and have never received any complaints from my landlords.
Hi, I am a very tidy and easy going housemate. I work 8 to 6 Monday to Friday. When I'm not working I'm at the gym, cycling, swimming or just chilling in front of the tv! Weekends I'm out and about with friends.
I'm a non smoker. I don't mind a quiet beer and a laugh after work. I have a family in central NSW. I am a shift worker 7/3 and 7/4 rotating days and nights so I will go home most likely on my 4 days off. I work long hours so not home much. Very neat, tidy and routine (the wife has my well trained 😉). Casual kind of bloke basically needing accommodation while I work in Sydney. Not interested in room share thanks.
I'm 58 self employed for over 35 years in Bexley, I'm clean, respect other peoples privacy and looking for long term accommodation. I am a smoker but never smoke inside the house.
Hi, I'm a graduate engineer moving from Adelaide to Sydney for almost 6 months (until about 11 Feb next year) for a short-term position. I'm looking for a place near work in Marrickville, or along the train line from there. What else am I looking for in a sharehouse? My top four in order are: 1. Location: Within about 20 min walking/public transport to Sydenham railway station is pretty much essential, although I may consider somewhere with a good bus connection along Victoria road. 2. Own space/privacy (see below). 3. Housemates I'm comfortable with, or better, get on with really well. Preferably also in your early or mid 20s (read below). 4. Car parking (On or off street). I want a good balance of my own space and time (including sleep!) with doing life together my housemates. So, what I expect and you, my housemates can expect of me is: both a respect for you, your privacy and space, as well as engagement in the life of the house together. I'm more than willing to pitch in on chores etc. A bit more about me: I'm friendly, a deep thinker, and an avid learner, so I enjoy do a good conversation. I'm into a bunch of nerdy stuff like getting lost in a good book, and board games, but don't let that put you off! I also quite like getting outdoors to see nature. Furthermore, I want to take time to explore what Sydney has to offer, and maybe take up a new hobby or something like that. I think fairness, reliability, and kindness are important.
Hey guys!! As you can see I'm 21 years old with a full-time job which makes me easy going and i never have an issue with rent. I'm a country boy livng in the big city so i'm always keen to meet new people and make new friends. I'm looking for a place that i can call home and i'm after those room mates who i can chill and actually have a good time with, but also appreciate their quiet time and space. I like to try and keep fit by going to gym and playing football but also like to change it up by watching too much Netflix while eating KFC. I'm clean and respectable and not one to leave their dishes on the sink for days on end. I do have experience with share houses and i understand that everyone lives differently. If anyone is interested please hit me up as i need a room asap. Cheers.
I've owned my own place before, so I know how to keep a house and stay clean and tidy. I have my own tv and wash machine (front loader) to bring to the table everything else will either need to be there already or can be acquired. I get centrelink as I'm unable to work full time at the moment but get cash in hand for a nannying job I do on the side as well. I am studying full time at an online tafe program to be a preschool teacher. I am a smoker but will only do that outside. In my spare time I like to watch Netflix or Stan, study or read. I like to be fit and active as well. Please consider my application to be your flatmate. My current living situation is okay - I live with a friend and tensions are high lately, I want to move out before we stop being friends altogether. If you have any questions feel free to call.

Hello! I'm Rosie. I'm 26 and have just moved over to Sydney from England. I love it here already. I work in advertising, and have a full-time job starting at the end of the month in Ultimo. I'm friendly, sociable and conscientious, and would love to find a home with like-minded people.
I'd like to think i'm a pretty relaxed and nice person. Obviously I care about keeping things clean and tidy. I'm currently 18 and working at a call centre (which is as soul sucking as it sounds.) On the side i'm an apsiring musician who adores animals and I promise I won't play music really loudly in the early hours of the morning. I like to hang out with friends and go on walks and i'm always up for a chat! Please let me move in with you i'm nice I swear.
I am a considerate and kind person. I like to live in a clean house and have a laugh. I like watching Netflix and Stan and drinking beers. I would like to live in a fun house with a few people and I would also like to sleep and eat well. And to do laundry!! I speak French and German as a plus.
I'm from the UK on a working holiday visa until Christmas. I've just moved from Melbourne where I've been working in an HR role in government for the last five months. I'm looking for a flat share in a quiet inner city suburb, as I'll be working in the cbd. I'm friendly and love to travel and meet new people, but also enjoy my own space, and peace and quiet as my work will be full on.
