My name is Max and I'm a 25 year -old working full-time. I've travelled overseas extensively and stayed in various hostels so I'm used to being sociable as well as being considerate of other housemates. Im easy-going and enjoy nights out as well as quiet nights at home. I like a social drink, I am tidy and will pay my rent on time ($200 per week inc bills please 😁 ! ) I prefer housemates in the 20's or early 30's age group so if you think I'd be a good fit in your house I'd love to hear from you . Cheers Max
Hello hello! I'm Laura and I'm a full time student at Monash University, currently completing my Honours year in Psychology. I also work as a tutor part time and do volunteer work on the weekends. Simon works full time at Australia Post in the CBD. We are both very friendly and easy going people. Very neat and tidy!
Hi future flatmates, I'm Maria, 27y old German on a working holiday visa and just arrived last week in Australia. I'm currently looking for a job and a place to stay (preferably furnished) with lovely people. I'm not a big party person but never say no to a beer or wine (at home or in a bar). I like to hang out with people, have a nice chat, share a nice meal (maybe we can cook together?!) and plan some nice weekend trips or whenever it's possible. I like the beach, would love to go surfing here in Australia ( just started in october, so still beginner) and maybe try kite surfing as well. I'm looking forward to hear from you. Cheers!
Hey there, studying my Bachelor's in Audio Engineering. Just moved to Melbourne. A little something about me, Laid back and easy to live with.
Hiya Im Jess, I am a 21 year old qualified hairdresser - (making haircuts easy for you!) And Cameron is a 22 year old Photographer. We both have interests in books, games, movies and music. We are looking for somewhere to live where we can be comfortable and have somewhere to call home. Cameron works for a photography company and has interests in portraiture, so we are both incredibly creative people. We're both super good to live with 'cause I like cooking/baking and we're both neat and tidy , we are happy to be social with you (or give you your space if you like). We would like to get to know you and have drinks (and play video games) together/with friends on some weekends. If its easier, we will happily rent multiple rooms and will both pay rent - looking for somewhere for at least 3months and happy to negotiate when we move.
I've just returned to Melbourne as the withdrawals from quality coffee and the live music scene got too much! I've spent the last 3 years enjoying the beach life in Adelaide and a good chunk of last year travelling Europe after deferring my studies. I'm an ex-retail manager, turned full time nutrition student (approx 1/2 way through my degree), social, into health and fitness (but not extreme about it), love the outdoors, beach and cooking up a storm. Enjoy a good BBQ, a few drinks on the weekends and getting out and about. I'm either looking to start a new, uncluttered, clean sharehouse with 1-2 people as I have furniture, fridge, washing machine etc to move from Adelaide...OR I can ditch my stuff and join your awesome abode! Aiming to find either a 2 bedroom apartment or 3 bedroom townhouse/house in the inner or outer South Eastern suburbs, close to transport and facilities. Hoping to find like minded people who are easy going, but know how to pay bills on time and clean up after themselves-you know, normal folk! I've been in 2-3 ppl. shares with a mix of guys and girls so pretty flexible with that too. Late Feb-early March would be ideal for me. If your situation is similar, hit me up :) *allergic to cats and deadbeats, sorry
I'm looking for a room to share with my boyfriend. We are Chilean and trnrmos visa work and holiday. We are very friendly and respectful of people's space. We like to enjoy a good conversation and a few beers.
Hello! My name is Angela. I am 28 years old and I am from Colombia. I am going to study at Monash University an MBA. I am looking for a cosy place to live. I am a friendly and easy going person who enjoys a chat, I like sports and watch movies. I am interested in your offer and I was wondering if we can arrange a meeting on 21th of February. I am so exciting to live in Melbourne and have a great experience. Thanks!! Angela
Friendly and upbeat person. Up for a chat and sometimes sharing a meal with housemates or likewise happy doing my own thing independently. When I'm not working I like to relax with Pilates, go see friends and family or catch a movie. Looking for a household that is reasonably quiet.
Hi, I am Bismeet kaur from India. I am coming to Australia to pursue Masters of Architecture from Monash university. I am a very jolly and polite person. I am always up for exploring the city, hanging out and making new friends. I love cooking and i am a vegetarian. I prefer to keep my surroundings neat and clean. I am very adjustable person and doesn't like to interfere in others life.
I am a mature professional and traveller. I like my home to be my sanctuary. I am clean and tidy and very respectful of personal space. I enjoy a chat and a glass of wine. Watching a bit of TV. I generally socialise out of the house. I like the gym, yoga, film and food.
Hi, my name's Alessandro, I'm a 19-yearold italian guy who is here with a working holiday visa. I'll stay here in Australia untill december and in these months I'm gonna work. At this moment I'm working full time at the Pantry in Brighton. I'm a nice person, I love making new firends, love animals (dogs especially), I can speak italian, english, german and a little bit of spanish. I don't mind if someone smokes.
I am a Bachelor of Primary Education student at ACU in Fitzroy, currently completing my 3rd/4th year (I'm an out of phase student). I have recently come back from a semester in New York and am now desperate for my independence back and to move on from the family nest. I am originally from Scotland (I have completely lost my accent though), before moving to Abu Dhabi and then Melbourne. My family and I have now lived in Melbourne for 11 years and became citizens about 5 years ago. I absolutely adore this city and all that it is. With that said, the travel bug has got me badly and I absolutely love exploring new places. I currently work at a homewares/gift store in McKinnon 2 days a week and am on the hunt for a second job that will also take up 2 days a week. My current Uni timetable is on another 2 days a week so that makes my week pretty full. In my spare time I take dance classes and go to the gym frequently. I enjoy cooking/baking, Netflix, going out for walks, eating brunch, socialising with friends and spending time with my boyfriend. If there's ever a costume party count on me to go full out, or I won't go at all. I've always been an independent and mature person meaning I often get mistaken for being much older than I actually am. I am clean, neat and tidy - a trait inherited from my Mum - but not to an excessive, annoying level! I like going out and having a good time but I am far from a party girl (my friends refer to me as the "mum" of the group...). I like to keep the home as a place to chill the majority of the time. I am very easy going and easy to talk to, as long as I don't get too excited and start speaking at a ridiculous speed. I'm looking for a positive, respectful environment where I can slot in nicely!
Hi. I'm Verena from Jakarta currently living in Clayton. Soon to be a student at LCB Holmesglen Moorabbin taking patisserie course. I'm friendly, easy going, also clean and tidy. Love dogs, socialising, having fun with mates (not a party animal), soccer, meeting new people and bake for them!! :) Moving in at the end of March / early April.
Hi my name is Andrea. I am reliable with rent and utility payments. I am clean, house proud and don't mind keeping the garden tidy. I am an organised, quiet and respectful person, have always been employed as a beauty therapist and I am hard working. I have shared for many years and understand the dynamics of sharing to make a happy home. I am easy going and fit in with most people.
Hello! Im a bright, bubbly 23 year old looking for a new share house to move to! I'm a tidy, considerate housemate who is quiet mid-week around my full time work hours. I've lived by myself for 6months and in a share house for 10months (most recently) and I'm looking to move to pursue a career promotion to somewhere close enough to Southland Shopping centre - bus or train access (i don't drive at the moment). I come with a fully kitted out bedroom so un-furnished would be preferable! I could store some of the furniture but at a minimum would prefer my own bed... I also work for a candle and homewares company so the house will smell amazing! I cook, clean regularly and take pride in my home so I'd love to do some decorating! About me: Im definitely keen on the Netflix binge... probably a bit too much! I spend all day talking to people so some mind-numbing tv is definitely nice/needed! I read a lot - try to go to a park and read to get some vitamin D when i can. I love going to the movies (mostly for cinema popcorn) and out for brunch. I have a lot of friends in the Carnegie/Malvern area so I like to go out and about, catch up with people and have dinner out on my weekends off. I always loved cooking but i have been enjoying it even more since i moved out - i do enjoy trying new recipes and putting on some music, dancing around the kitchen while i cook! I visit my family a lot because i have 2 baby bros under the age of 5 and i stay with my nans once every 2-3weeks to keep her company. Plus my mum lives in Country Victoria, about 3hrs out of Melbourne, so if i get a long weekend off, I'm usually up visiting her! I also study Human Rights with my Arts degree so between full time work and study I'm pretty busy!! I usually work from 8:30am - 6pm with one day off mid week, and then every second weekend so I'm a hermit mid-week and on my working weekend but i don't mind a casual wine or two after work to wind down with dinner and a movie. Please get in touch if you think i would be a good fit! Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi we are couple. We are very friendly and cooperative. As we r busy at work but we love to spend time together. We love to watch movies and try different food. We are respectful to others. We live to discuss any issues and enjoy being outing together. We love cooking and trying to create new dishes in our menu.
Hey Everyone, My name is Amber and I'm fun, clean, easy going and super friendly :) I am looking for a place for at least 12 months, preferably longer. I do smoke but only outside also I'm not driving and don't have a car at the moment so I'm looking for somewhere close to public transpor. I'm a student at RMIT University in the city, I am also searching for part time employment (I do have a stable income to support my accommodation)
Currently working 2 part time jobs - 2 days admin work in Clayton and freelance web development. I love music, burgers, TV shows and having a good time. I'm pretty clean and good with housework. I'm sociable but like having my own space too. Looking to move around the end of April.
I'm a 21 year old female, I work casually in retail but I usually work everyday and weekends - I've recently just finished studying fashion so I'm currently just working flat out at the moment. I'm very tidy and organised and would love to share a place with someone who loves to make their house a home. I'm very peaceful and love my own privacy, but still always up to socialise with housemates. I would prefer to live with just one other female or couple.
Hi I am currently working full time in the south eastern suburbs of melbourne and looking to find a room in an existing share house or even happy to team up with one or two people to find an existing share house around the the chadstone, bentleigh or brighton area. About me: I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed and friendly type of person who is neat and tidy and always happy to help complete jobs around the place, be supportive of my flatmates, be respectful of everyone, enjoys a good chat and happy to cook and share a meal with my housemates and don't mind staying in and having some quiet drinks with friends. I like pets, going to gym when I can and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, please send me a message if your interested!
I am a very friendly , reliable and chilled out person . I am very adjusting and respect every person's views. I am open minded and love music and dancing . Welcome chatting and drinks during weekends .
I'm Tom, I'm an international student at Monash and I work part time at Woolworths. I have lived with family for 3 years in Australia but I wish to stay on while they have/are moving back to Ireland. Even though I'm not Australian I'm very settled here and I want to live with some Aussies because I get on very well with them. I'm very clean and organised, I keep to myself mostly but I'm still very easy going and friendly. I am hard working when it comes to uni so I will probably be spending a lot of time studying and in my down time I'll probably be with my girlfriend or my friends - I'm easy when it comes to having friends over, if you don't want it then I won't do it! I drink a lot of tea and coffee so I will regularly offer to make you a hot drink. I study Science and Arts at Monash in both Clayton and Caulfield campuses and I'm majoring in Zoology and Ancient History. I absolutely love animals so if you own any I'll be more than happy to share my space with them - although I'm slightly allergic to cats (I'm well used to living with them though). My ideal place would be one with a big back garden because I have a BBQ and an outdoor table in my current place that I'd like to take with me. I'd also prefer an unfurnished room because I have a lot of furniture to bring including a bed, desk, bedside table and drawers. I don't really have an ideal flatmate, as I said I'm very easy going so whether you're the type to keep to yourself or if you want a friend I think I'd be a good addition to your place. I'm a very studious person who loves learning new things but I'm also really relaxed and love just chilling out and reading, playing games and soccer.
Clean and tidy, work full time during the week and some weekend work. Happy to be social and have a drink and dinner as a flat but also repect personal space etc. Generally not home weekends and enjoy sports(just getting into kiteboarding), I wakeboard and play soccer. Often out adventuring exploring the city and Vic and go home to NZ a few times a year. Also am a Kiwi so +/- points for that ;)
Very easy going person, I love to go out and have fun! I do enjoy my private space and respectful when it comes to other people's privacy and space. I am a clean person, also clean up after myself. I would love to move into a house with friendly & chatty housemates who like to spend some time together. only looking to share with females!
Hey guys! I've just moved here from Adelaide currently working in hospo most days and nights! I'm looking for a place to call home, and to meet some friends! preferably with females of my age or a little older is fine! Easy easy going, very independent, clean and respectful. Please don't hesitate to message me to find out more about myself!! Thank you :)
I'm an easy-going, level-headed type that will take care of myself and keep things tidy. I love cooking and plan to do so each night during the week, and I have a car that I want to park somewhere near the house. Looking for my own room, but happy to share bathrooms, kitchens etc. I'll be keen for drinks or a meal with housemates when I'm around, but I am comfortable doing my own thing when at home. I try to keep myself busy with sport, music and volunteering, but I will be around the place on weeknights and weekends. My preference would be for a place with a relaxed vibe. Thanks! EDIT - that photo is super zoomed and a little creepy, apologies! :)
I'm quiet; usually spending free time writing screenplays and gaming on my PC. While I'm no party animal I enjoy socialising and can be quite gregarious when the mood strikes. I have a handful of close friends some of whom may drop over from time to time. I'm clean, neat, fastidious. I'm also a non-smoker and the nature of my work ensures that neither myself nor my friends do illicit drugs of any kind. I'm into Martial Arts and fitness having a local gym I'm very fond of. I sometimes work shifts and tend to take my free days during the week so may not always be around on the weekends.
Running my own personal training and nutrition business. My working hours vary week to week, sometimes early mornings, or late nights. I often work from cafes during the day. I've lived with many different housemates, all over the world. I'm tidy and respectful. I'm looking for someone who will be a friend but also respects private space.

Hey I'm Marcus, 26 years old, working in landscape construction. So I'm up early and usually in bed early during weeknights. I may have a nap after work because I can be a bit of a zombie. I like to keep fit outside of work also, so I gym, play soccer, or go off surfing with mates. I don't mind a drink or two, but I like more of a chilled night than a big crazy one. Hangovers aren't fun! On weekends when I don't have much on, you might find me venturing off on little roadtrips because I'm a bit of a traveller. I can also cook a really good lasagna! :)
Hi, I'm an easy going relaxed male. I do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. I also work in the women's footwear industry. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong, a G &T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle!
Hi there, I'm a 30-year-old male who is in the search for a new home. I've After previously living with other people I have learned the balance of sharing a place with someone else. I am considerate of people's space and belongings. I'm friendly, quiet, easy going and no stranger to cleaning. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment (doesn't need to be spotless) and willing to share all household tasks. I'm accommodating to any personality type and really just looking for nice people to get along with. I pay my rent and bills on time and happy to help out with household items. I work full time as a warehouse manager and while I'm not doing that I like to play and coach ice hockey, mountain bike ride, partake in some archery and hit the gym occasionally. While I'm at home I like to relax, catch up on the news of the world, watch some tv/movie, chat over a meal or drink and listening to tunes.
I am currently looking for new place to rent by the start of April. Only real conditions are cheaper rent (currently pay $250pw) and close proximity to running tracks as well as the monash freeway. Looking to team up with others and create a new share house as I have a lot of existing furniture I need to accommodate hat will not fit in a single room (dining table, kitchen cabinets, tv entertainment unit, fridge etc.) Currently working full-time and studying part time so probably won't be around very often. But when I am I do enjoy socialising with my housemates Feel free to message if you're interested in meeting up to see if we might get along as housemates
Howdy, Pleasure to meet you, I'm Alex, a little bit about myself, I'm 29, was running my own share house for 5 years and know the drill, can provide rental history and refernces. I'm the quiet one that spends most of the time in his room. I respect the house and the people i live with. I'm An electrician working for a company called Miele and have had a stable job there for years. I can promise a decent housemate that doesn't have any issues paying on time and doesn't leave crap lying around the house. My only major thing i need back from the household is I do need space in a corner somewhere for a car to go under a tarp and be left alone, I do need a little bit of storage space too but nothing insane, mostly a couple of boxes. Thanks for your time, Let me know if you reckon I might fit in. Alex

After 2 years of a boring and repetitive work, I decided to quit and re-start with sth I really love in a different but lovely city. I'm not sure if this comment is too high or not enough objective, but I do could always get along with the people around me very well. Also I'm quite a tidy guy and I like to keep my place clean, cosy and organized. What's more, I had almost 7 years experience of living in share accommodation, so I'm absolutely clear with the common rules. Well, above is a simple listing of myself, you could learn more about me in person if you're interested or if we got chance to be flatemates :) Cheers

I enjoy keeping busy and definitely work to live, not the other way around. Social by nature with a keen interest in film, music, sport and keeping fit. I am clean, tidy, respectful of others and take pride in where I live and who I live with. I also try not to take myself too seriously and I am always reliable with rent and bills.
