I am a mother of 2 years old little girl, I am quiet, clean and easy going, my daughter is sweet, curious and well - behaved. We are looking for a family friendly house to share for a long term, preferably to share a house with a family with young children, so that my daughter will have friends and good accompanies to play with. I am currently a full time mother, my husband works in China, he financially supports us so I do not need to worry for living expense or rent. I love children, I can somehow provide support of child care to the family of sharing house. I speak standard Mandarin, I used to work with children in China for some years. I have experience of house sharing so I know the importance of boundary and sharing of house duties. I am flexible with location as I am ready to move with the right family. I hope this ad. will lead me to meet a nice family with young children so that we can set up friendship and to co-live for some time. I am also open to take a whole house to share with a sole parent or family. Thank you!
Important: - Please be aware that I and my dog are a package deal. Only contact me if your property can accept a medium sized dog. - I am searching for a sharehouse where it is everyone's home and housemates have an equal level of respect for each other. I am not interested in living like a child and do not need someone imposing unequal rules on me such as regarding my movements and right to have visitors. I currently live in South West Sydney and work and volunteer across Sydney in the animal education, husbandry, rescue, and research fields. I mostly keep to myself and contribute to household chores. I of course will be more than happy with mutual house rules and rosters within reason. I am searching for a place with the following needs: - Location in Western Sydney, preferably in built up areas with nearby shops and services, preferably within a short drive of the nearest motorway. - Low rent, ideally no more than $180 p/w including bills and internet. Possibly more for a really good place. - Somewhere to park my small car. - Housemates: Relatively quiet, clean, and intent on reducing living costs. Either all female or mixed. I prefer housemates of similar age group. Communication with housemates about things happening in the house is key. - Need my own bedroom, but will happily share all other spaces. - Expectation that it will be my home as much as the housemates' home with an equal level of respect between housemates. In another words, treated like a paying adult, not bullied with religion, able to have ocassional visitors, and in particular my long term partner isn't to be excluded from visiting me and staying in my bedroom here and there (all of these have been regular issues, so it clearly needs saying). - Landlord approval to occasionally and temporarily house contained injured wildlife (as a WIRES volunteer, this is having a caged animal in my room short term (usually a few hours or overnight) until a carer is available. I am not a carer due to lack of space and resources). - Space for my 10 year old border collie, Bonaparte. He needs a yard as well as access to an indoor area for shelter. He loves and is friendly with all people of any age, but can't handle aggressive animals and would need careful introducing to any other dogs. He is easily taught to leave other non-canine animals alone.
Married man, expecting his family soon.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I'M NOT INTERESTED IN RENTING ROOM IN AN EXISTING SHARED HOME! Hi, I'm Sakib! I'm 24 years old full-time Software Engineer working out of Macquarie Park. I'm a friendly, sociable and outgoing person, but do enjoy my own space to recharge and respect other people's privacy. I love bouldering, dancing, outdoor activities, trying out different foods and enjoy time out with my friends. I am looking to team up with people close to my age to find a nice place that we can potentially call home for long term. Ideally looking for a place which is within 30 mins commute to the city by public transport and within an hour drive to Macquarie Park. I've also got full set of furniture for a two bedroom flat. Also my rental budget is between $250 - $350 pw depending on the quality of the accommodation. My moving date is flexible as I just need to give 3 weeks notice to my current landlord. Ideally looking to move early Dec or late Jan as I'll be going away on holiday for a month starting mid Dec but if we can find a great place before that I'm happy to move in early.
