I work full time as a real estate agent, looking for preferably only 1 person to move out with into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in and round the innerwest. I work 10-12 hour days 6 days a week. The reason for moving out of home is to move closer to work and to cut all my distractions out, I want to make 2017 a big year with my work and hopefully find someone that also has a similar busy schedule that is on the same sort of path as me, make or female. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
Hello! My name is Wendy, and I'm originally from the Hornsby (NSW) area. I'm currently a full time childcare worker and need somewhere to move out by the end of this year! A little bit about me is that I do the digital arts -- animation, sound mixing, voice acting and all that jazz, so as you know, I'm quite artistic and occasionally noisy! I'm also working on a personal project and with that in consideration, so I do prefer to operate in the AMs at times! Personality-wise, I'm sociable and easy-going, I enjoy being around people and getting to know them, so as you know, I'm quite friendly.
I am a friendly and easy-going flattie. I like having my own space but also associating with housemates. I have been sharehousing for 6 years and like living in a clean and tidy house and am conscious of respecting noise etc. I am originally from WA but currently living in Dubbo; I like traveling and eating and meeting new people. I also have a dog who loves meeting new people too!
Hi there, my name is Edan. I moved to the big city from the central coast one year ago and I am now looking for another place. I love to cook, go to the gym and relax after a day at work. I would love to check out your place if possible. Thanks
I am a 26 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy, who's clean and tidy. I love pets but don't have any of my own. When i'm not working, I enjoy music, reading and gym. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months).
Hi! I'm Josh. i currently living in Rhodes but as rent for a single bedroom is becoming rather expensive and i would like to save i am now looking for either a 2 to 3 bedroom share house. I'm currently working full time while also studying at the start of 2017. - i like to cook and am more then happy to learn new food recipes to keep things different - i like to keep the place i live clean and just keep it in good standing - i like to keep to myself sometimes just after a hard day at work but i'm more then happy to have a chat and talk and have a beer or a glass of wine or even a shot if its what you are into - i work during the week so during the days i won't be home - happy and positive personality and like to get people to have a laugh, love to just banter on topics about news or just random stuff for no reason - exercise and just walking and running all that good stuff is something i like to do. i do ride my bike to work after all so if there is an available car space you are more then welcome to have it That's just some general things about me. if there is something you would like to ask that i didn't cover then please feel free to message me. Thanks.
I'm a balanced person in general, social but understanding of personal space, tidy but not a control freak, I like going out but not a party animal, etc. I'm easy going, thats all I can say :)

Howdy all, I'm currently a student of International Relations, working full time in sales and so laid back people are starting to worry. I don't particularly want to live as a hermit with other hermits so it's be great if I could move into a house or flat and have bunch of new friends/fiends. I'm always up for a chat and a beer/wine/brightlycolouredorhardliquor and would love to share my admiration of cheesy old movies. Lucky for you I've also studied commercial cookery so dirty kitchens really aren't a thing in my universe. If there's anything more you need to know, or think we'd kill it at this whole living together thing hit me up!

I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Would initially prefer the room to be furnished and would pay a little extra. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm looking for a place for myself and my three year old boy. I am from China. We are looking for a room of about 20+ square meters, plus kitchen and bathroom which can be shared. We are healthy cooking and eating, very clean, honest, friendly, educated, enjoy going to workshops, festivals, and markets. Interested in naturopathy, herbalism, aromatherapy, bushwalk, beach, etc. We don't watch TV. During the day, most of the time we go out to playgroups, library, pre-school, and children's places. We are back before dinner time. We are generally quiet except when he can become frustrated with difficult toys, for instance, when I will comfort him. We are looking for people who are clean, respectful, and patient.
Hi I'm Ben, I'm 22, employed full-time in the transport industry and looking for a place in the broader Ryde area. I'm a reasonably clean, tidy person, I do my share of the household duties and can help with basic home-maintenance as required. I have a car I use every day and so will need a pretty reliable parking spot, but this doesnt have to be off-street. I don't have pets and am easy with furnishings - can provide as necessary or if the room is already furnished that's fine too.

Our names are Elliot and Jasmin, and we are looking for a couple sized room. Elliot works part-time as a primary school teacher, and does uni full time as well. I (Jasmin) am a full-time teachers aid. We are looking for a large enough room to accommodate a queen size bed, a desk to work and study, along with an in-built/included wardrobe if possible (though flexible with this). Otherwise we are pretty easy going with the rest, though would prefer something that is close to a train station. We are quiet, clean, neat, professional, and friendly people, though also like to sit back and relax sometimes, and occasionally enjoy a few drinks. We aren't really party people, mostly due to work and other commitments, but are easy going. A place near a gym would be great too, as we are both currently working on being healthier, and including healthy eating and exercise in the day to day. Would love some pointers from like minded people! Hopefully all of the above sounds like a great match for you. We're happy to meet up and inspect places, or to organise teamups which we would be open to.
