Chilled, Thoughtful. Looking for a place that I can say, "cool, i'm lucky to find this one." Maybe once or twice a week have friends over as long as flatmate approves. Can be creative in the kitchen and can do basic gardening. I need the basics, washing machine, dryer, secure property. I'm ok with moderate traffic noise. I work in the events industry, my hours can vary a little. Enjoy the outdoors and being on the water. I have a few small boxes to store, mainly childhood memories so built in wardrobe would be good or similar Non smoker and will only live with non smokers, drug free. $270 is a maximum for me, to include bills. Extra keen on places with own bathroom or shared only with one.

Hey Everyone, My name is Jake and i'm a 21 year old Music Theatre Performer. I currently am based in Newtown but due to future study plans I am looking at relocating around the Strathfield/ Homebush area to combat the undesired commute and begin a fresh new chapter! :) A little about me ! - Easy going and relaxed type of guy. - Has a painfully sarcastic, dry and self deprecating sense of humour which I've been informed can be hard to read. - Music Theatre Performer but not too "extra" - Thoroughly enjoys throwing people off during conversation with unique and unfamiliar terms/ references. - Incredibly genuine and down to earth in nature. - Wine enthusiast (usually the cheap variety) - Openly Gay and enjoys queer culture. - Identifies as Indigenous Australian. - Introvert by nature, I value and enjoy personal space - Hopes to find a place to call home and build relationships with housemates. Feel free to get in touch if there's anything else you'd like to know x

I’m laid back, but busy, i drive, I’m tidy, like my own space, The occasional chat, cooking dinner, and watch tv etc that’s if I’m home early enough. I’m definitely a foodie; I'm into the gym; running; crossfit but also like to just relax on days. Im hopefully looking for people who share the same interests. Looking for a clean larger room with own bathroom. PM me anytime. Am looking for the right place with the right people, so move date can be changed to suit. :)
Update -> I am in Sydney now! I have changed my settings for who I want to live with: -> Only other students -> no couples -> no families -> I don't want to live alone with a hetero single man -> I prefer women I am a sweet and nice :) sociology student from Copenhagen university of Denmark - I am on exchange for one semester at Macquarie University. I am a social person and therefore I think it is important to have a good relation to the people I live together with - hopefully we become friends. I will use a lot of time reading, going around exploring the city, parks, museums, beach and shops. I will probably like to go out and get a drink or party sometimes. I respect your privacy and give room for time alone. I like the idear of saying hi when we meet in the morning, evening, when we are going out and coming home ;) I think it could be nice if it is aloud to dance and listen to loud music sometimes, when it dosn't disturb others. I have a free spirit, I am very tolerant and I think it is okay to drink, dance and flirt, have a partner and much more, but I would not like to live with abusers of alcohol, drugs, marihuana, sex or so. - and I would not like to live with a person who has a new sexpartner home every other day. My most importent value is tolerance and respect of others, but I do not accept people who does not treat others with dignity and respect ;) I clean up after myself and expect it from my flatsmates. I like to live clean and nice - probably with some plants or flowers. I would enjoy to chat, cook, eat and go out together sometimes - if you are cool with it? ;)

I'm a 23yo classical musician (viola) who has moved over from Adelaide to study a Post Graduate Diploma at the Sydney Conservatorium. I'm normally a fairly quiet person but I do enjoy society and the occasional beverage too. I'm happy to cook, clean and shop for the house, and I'll likely be at uni spending most of my life in a darkened practice room. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, Kind Regards, Hurley Baker
