I'm a 23 year old Chef in South Wharf, on a full time training visa. I'll be usually be at work from 10 am to 10 pm, and I get 2 days off usually on weekdays, so you might rarely see me in the house. I've been in Melbourne for 3 months now and looking for a place much closer to work to save time and money for travel. I am fairly laid back and I mind my own business. I do enjoy socializing on my days off and going around the city to get some fresh air. I am neat (well, if I do make a mess, it's usually just one area in my room) and usually clean my room once a week when I get the time. I'm usually just playing games or watching series if I'm not outside. I barely cook at home, but enjoy preparing meals once in a while. I'm looking for a private room in the city (preferably Southbank or Docklands) but I'm open to other places as well that are by the free tram zone. My move in date is really as soon as I can because I'll need to move out of my current apartment before the first week of April. For the length of stay, I can stay long term, although it depends on the location and the flatmates, but again, I'm very easy to get alone with. I will rarely check this page because of my work, but if you do have an offer, send me an sms or e-mail Cheers! P.S. My girlfriend will be visiting Melbourne in a few months, so I need a place that's flexible enough to let her stay with us! :D
I am a 24 years old guy from Germany. I am gonna study at RMIT for one semester so I am looking for a place to stay until the end of June so approximately for 4 months. I am very friendly and relaxed and love to hang out but cherish my privacy too. I like to do sports. Also I am very clean and tidy.

Hi there, I'm a third year degree student studying in Melb-U. I'm from Malaysia. I'm a clean, easy going and tidy person. I love cooking, baking, dancing, watching dramas and I often go gym and swimming whenever I'm free at night. I'm very sociable but if you prefer me to be quiet I'm more than willing to do that for you :) I love coffee, food and dessert so so much and would love to have people to go food hunting and discover the city with me. If that sounds great for you, please do not hesitate to message me. Cheers.
Hello! :) I've recently moved back to Melbourne and crashing at a mates place at the moment. I am looking for a big room with wooden floors, plenty of light, a washing machine and wifi! :) Not in the city but not too far so I can get to work easy. I'm easy with rent ! Happy to negotiate. I'm down to earth easy going girl but I do hate mess and bad smells so clean people would be my first preference. I am very respectful of others and privacy, I don't party and I don't have people over so I'd appreciate living with people who aren't loud and disrespectful of my privacy. I don't drink or do drugs or smoke, maybe if you're having a beer I'll have one with you but overall I like to look after my health and the smell of smoke is a pet hate of mine. I am looking to trial a couple of months, if I feel comfortable I'll stay a couple of years. I want to buy a small pet also not a huge responsibility or anything that would be in your way but a rabbit or kitten for myself would be extra amazing! :) hope to hear from you soon! I am free for inspections all week excluding the weekend when I work! :) Cheers!
Hiya Roomies to be! I'm a 19 year old girl from Denmark on a Working Holiday Visa. I've spend 1,5 month in Melbourne so far (6 months in Australia in total) and absolutely love the city, but I have not quite found the "Australian" family (you guys) I've been looking for. So why am I your new amazing roomie? - I work full time so I am going to be able both to pay rent and toilet paper, haha ;-) - I love having a good time that's why I became a bartender. - I'm respectful and expect the same in return. - I'm sarcastic and fun to be around. Looking forward to meet you guys! Cheers Bella
I'm a 23yo girl from Peru, but I've living in Australia for three years now. I'm working or study 7/7, so I'm usually back home to chill or cook some dinner. Would be great to find some gay friendly housemates who won't mind to socialise too.I don't smoke and I don't drink much, coffee it's my favourite addiction. I'm interested to move out the first or second week of March. Adriana
Hey, We are two friends moving over to Melbourne from New Zealand on the 19th of march and ideally are looking for two rooms in the same flat - either in a pre existing flat or join up with others who are looking. We are recent spatial design graduates in our early 20s and are planning on working full time in the city. We are both considerate, thoughtful and sociable, one vegetarian and one wannabe vegetarian who are into yum food, good music, a drink or two on a Saturday night and are pretty much into all things creative.
I am an easy going, clean and tidy young professional working in the hospitality industry. I am from the UK and have recently come over to Melbourne on my one year working visa, my girlfriend is from Portugal and she is studying in Melbourne also. Hi all! My name is Dawn and my roommates lease is ending on the 14th of march. Looking for preferably a vegan place with people my age but I am open to suggestions! I've very outgoing, very mature and very fun, I swear! Not looking for team ups (sorry) but a private room (if I could have my own bathroom that'd be dope). I will start working at a new cafe that is opening in the next few weeks, full-time-ish. I pay on time, I cook good food, and I give people their space, looking to move out ASAP! Help a girl out. And if you have a cat or dog even betaaaaaa.
Hey there, I'm an international student from Malaysia studying at RMIT. Living nearby is preferable but not necessary. Although I tend to be quiet, I also like to socialise and share a meal or two with my flatmates occasionally. I like to try new food and enjoys music. Last but not least, I am tidy, respectful and considerate.

He also likes outdoor activities, sports, music and nature. We are easy going, tidy and respectful with the common spaces. Hi ! My name is Paul, I come from Paris, I'm 25 and I just arrived in Australia six days ago. I plan to stay in Melbourne at least one year and find a job in events and communications. I'm really easy going, I love music (I used to play in a jazz band as a drummer when I was in Paris) and I love cooking (maybe because I'm french). While I have a lot of aussie family in Melbourne, I'm keen to get my own place.
Hi guys, I'm in my early 20's, studying a master course in Design School of Melb Uni. People usually call me a nature lover. I love travelling and enjoy doing some easy hikes or riding on my bike. Most of the time I am a laid-back person (except when I am overwhelmed by exams and deadlines :P ) I enjoy spending time exploring various cafes in search of the perfect coffee and desserts, cooking with fresh ingredients from the markets, hanging out with friends or planning my next adventure overseas. I lived in the Netherlands for a year as an exchange student. so I have the experience of living with housemates with different cultural background and habits. Mutual respect is the key to everything. I love learning about other cultures and meeting people from all walks of life. I am not just looking for a place and some flatmates to live with, but a place to be called a second home and some really good friends :). Looking for some friendly and tidy people. Looking forward to see my new housemates!

Hi there! I've made the move to Melbs from Brisbane. New start, new life! I'm a writer most days but I'm also working at a little cafe. I have many strong ties to the artistic and performing arts community here. I'm very tidy, do my share of the cleaning and I happen to cook like a boss. I'm up for a good chat with a glass of wine but I'm also happy to keep to myself. Not too fond of a loud environment because I'm pretty chilled. Cheers, Lou
Hey guys, I'm Mitchell. I've lived in a rural town my whole life so I'm long overdue for a change of scenery. I won't be moving until mid to late June, but its better to be organised. I consider myself to be a pretty nice guy, I value my friends and I'm happy to go out of my way to help somebody out (if you're upset, I'll probably just quote Simpsons until you smile). When I move I will be studying Animation, so between that and working I won't be in the house all that often. When I am at home you will find me reading a book, gaming, cruising through netflix, or listening to podcasts. I consider myself to be a pop culture fiend, so if you like Game of Thrones, Rick and Morty, or anything inbetween throw me a bone. I like to keep quite active and I regularly go to the gym. I do play around with the guitar a little bit aswell, so if you are a muso and want to jam that would be lovely too. Ideally, I would love to live with 2 or 3 other people to expand my social circle (I'm leaving all my friends behind ):) If you think I'll fall in with your bunch, please consider me.
easygoing guy, Friendly, I've lived alone and independent for almost 9 years so I know how to take care of everything about living in a house alone or sharing it. Sharing is caring.
Hey, I'm a 27 years old exchange student in the Economics Master at the University of Melbourne and will be in Melbourne until the end of June. My home university is in Berlin, Germany. Some of my favourite activities are travelling, cooking, reading and sports (Basketball, Soccer, Chess) but I came here for doing different things and new activities as well, so this list will hopefully need an update quite soon. Recently I have been living with my girlfriend in Berlin, before that I lived in shared flats for around 5 years and always liked it. I am a tidy and helpful person and very much looking forward to find new friends in Melbourne.
I have recently moved back to Melbourne to start my full time job as well as a casual job that keeps me busy most weekends. I have one beautiful cat named onyx and pride myself in keeping communal areas clean and tidy. I see myself as an easy going, open minded person with a social yet sometimes quiet personality. I do enjoy cooking for myself and have lived out of home since I was 16! When I'm not sleeping due to my busy work life I love getting out of the house and exploring or walking around, so if you have a pet dog I will happily bring them along with me. I do also own all of my own furniture and appliances which I currently have in storage from my previous apartment. If you think we could work something out please don't be afraid to send me a message!
My name is Nick, I'm a dutch guy starting my last semester studying architecture at the University of Melbourne. I love travelling, urban photography and to go surfing. Also, I'm very passionate about my study. I am doing alot of sports during the week, like running, going to the gym and swimming. I'm not very good in this kind of advertising myself with text, so i prefer to meet you face to face!
I am looking for a private room or either to start a team up for a house (females). I am also looking for a long term place to live. I am a spontaneous, outgoing, and compassionate. I have a great sense of humour and get along well with others. I love sports, but I do love having a beach day. I'm adventurous, and look forward to exploring Melbourne, and as well to see all the beautiful sites Australia has too offer. I like having a neat, and tidy place. I take responsibility for my mess, and make sure I clean up after myself. I strongly believe in being respectful to one's belongings and privacy. When I have down time I usually watch TV/movies, read a book, play games, and go to the gym. Reason for living there is for work. Holiday Work Visa, and will be staying for the year. Hope to make long-lasting friends :)
My name is Arvin and I'm 24. I'm from France( with a mauritian background) and i'm looking for a place to stay as I would like to find a job in Melbourne. I was studying in Melbourne last year , now that i'm graduated (business) I would like to save some money and chill a bit. I have no issues with communal cleaning and cooking activities. Corcerning tolerance I have no issues at all too as I share two cultures and traveled to few places. Thank you Arvin
Humans of Melbourne hook a sister up!!! Are you or someone you know desperate for subletting/renting a room to an incredibly well educated and charming antifa? Look no further I am that antifa! A few things about me: - My name is Chris - I'm a robot but I've got feelings too - I'm impressively appreciative of humans and supportive of their struggles and I give life advices all based on'90s famous sport brand ads like "RUN LIKE YOU TOOK SOMETHING" or "GRAVITY DOESN'T EXIST" - I keep my fucking hands off my phone when I talk to people - Despite having been on the internet a coupla times I can still express a concept without turning to irony - I got good memes for when you're blue - I know when enough memes is enough - My god is dead and I was arrested while being abyss If you got anything that looks like a room pm me. If you got further inquiries pm me. If your god is dead too pm me. If you wanna get high together pm me. If you wanna get high alone but chat with someone in the meantime pm me. If you can't remember the family names of all of your high school classmates+teachers pm me and we'll look into it together. Actually I can't come up with any scenario in which you shouldn't pm me. PM ME TODAY I MIGHT GET RE-PROGRAMMED TOMORROW. Thank you. Love. 🤖🙏❤️

I'm a 32 year old Pilates instructor and lapsed graphic designer who has recently moved home to suffocating, small town Brisbane after a 3.5 year stint in London. I'm an easy going kinda gal into all the usual things such as art, music, travel, food, wine, dogs, hating Trump etc etc. I'm looking to find some easy going, like minded housemates who may turn into some great pals or at least acquaintances that know how to use a sponge. I'm also good with a sponge, can whip up a Pescatarian friendly meal, pet friendly (dog obsessed) very independent and happy to do my own thing but always up for a wine/beer/cuppa and a chat. My wild party days are well and truly behind me but love a good gathering of friendly folk. I'm also up for a bit of culture, op shopping, road trips...and have a functioning vehicle in order to make this happen. Would love to discover all the best bits of Melbourne and also go exploring a little further so if you'd like to come along there's always room in my car (even if the ceiling is falling in on me) Anyhoo if you'd like to know more please feel to get in touch. Looking forward to meeting my new Flatmates one day soon! Luisa :)
I'm the Spanish girl from Madrid and 27 years old that you are looking for! 🙂 About me... One month ago I quitted my job as an Acount Executive in a Communication and Events Company in Spain because I needed something else: looking for myself and looking for new experiences. In short, living. So after that hard decision, I crossed the world with the Student Visa and I'm here studying at an English School in the CBD o improve my english. I'm working part time, but I have money saved anyway so dont be worry about it. I'm a really open minded person, respectuful, truly tidy and clean and very funny always with a smile in my face. I love intense, deep and interesting conversations. I also love to hang out or staying at home with a glass of wine or beer but also healthy things (or as much as I can 🙂 ). I'm in love with urban art too, dance and photography. I could continue talking about me, but I'm really interested to know about you and your flat, so let me know when I could go to visit it.n the meantime, if I can't be your future lucky flatmate, all the best with your search 🙂 Thanks in advantage!
I am a 22 year old female with a love for travel and new adventures. I am very laid back and low maintenance. I'm always down for a beer and meeting new people. I would love a social atmosphere with friendly faces. I'm excited to hear from you, feel free to message me with any questions. Thanks!

Hi, Xavier here. I'm 22 years of age and have recently moved to Melbourne from New Zealand. I finished a design degree last year and have experience working in libraries. I would love to be considered by an inclusive/queer-friendly household looking for someone new to fill a room. I am tidy, considerate and enjoy conversation while also being content with my own space and respectful of yours. Generally enjoy a quiet lifestyle. Very into reading, club music and nature.
I'm 20 years old, from Miami, will be living in Melbourne for the next year. I'm an online student and i work in hospitality so i keep to myself but also social (not opposed to hang out, have a drink etc). I also speak spanish since both my parents are Colombian. I'm very tidy and organized, and i promise i won't forget to take out the trash.
I'm a 23 year old, non-smoker from the UK and I'm looking for a sociable house within commuting distance of the University of Melbourne where I am doing a PhD in Geochemistry (rocks). During the week I am at work 9-5 but would be free in the evenings and weekends to cook dinner, watch films and have a beer :). In my spare time I am hoping to get involved with the music scene in Melbourne either playing my violin (don't worry I don't practice when people are around), joining a choir or joining some dance classes. I have had 4 years experience in shared housing and like to keep the place clean and tidy. I hope to hear from you soon!
I'm a non smoker and non drinker. I'm considerate to live with , always tidy. I work full time and study part time so I'm out a lot . I am kind, friendly and easygoing
