Hi, my name's Mic, I'm pretty easy going and get along with most, I enjoy getting out and being social, and I don't mind the odd lazy day either. I enjoy getting out for a run to keep the mind, body and soul in check, and I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Teaching/Arts full time and working as an Integration Aide part time. I'm super easy to live with because I'm domesticated and been sharing for a while, so trust me, I've either lived with it or seen it. I'll get back soon to fill in some more detail....
Hi there! Me and my partner Jonathan have recently moved to Melbourne from England. We are both super positive, super friendly people and both very respectable. We are also both cocktail bartenders and are down for absolutely anything! I'd class myself as a bit of an artist as I love to draw, Jonathan loves to travel and we are both planning on travelling Europe after our time in Australia comes to an end! We're both a pretty laid back, house trained and are very tidy. For fun we vary from pub crawling to playing board games and watching rubbish tv. We also love cooking! If we sound like your kinda guys please get in touch! X x
My name's Jacob but I usually just go by Jake, I'm 22 and into technology, art, music and cycling - I relocated to Melbourne from Perth in October because Melbourne is incredible and have secured full time work here whilst continuing to work remotely part-time for an information security consulting firm in WA. I've been staying with a friend in Melbourne and am looking for more permanent accomodation to call my own for a minimum of around 6 months, I like to keep my living space neat, happy to split household costs fairly and would prefer somewhere with a modern kitchen/bathrooms and decent internet. Always keen for a bit of household banter/to make dinner and watch a movie or something from time to time but I work hard and like to chill outside of that (AKA I'm not going to be inviting handfuls of people over) also if you have any tech issues it's pretty much certain I can resolve them. I have good rental references from real estate in Perth (have held leases in my own name previously) as well as any professional or personal references that are necessary. Hit me up if you have any questions/wanna offer me a place or get lunch and discuss it (feel free to show me more places to get delicious food in Melbourne)
Group of 4 backpacker friends looking to set up camp in Melbourne for the next 3 months :-) all clean tidy and respectful of property and would not use the house as a party place. Hoping to find a place we can call home in our time here. Ideally would have a 3 bed place, as 2 are happy to share a room. Would need to be furnished!
My name is Ben, I'm 22 years old and I have a working holiday visa in Australia, basing myself in Melbourne. I just graduated from university in Canada and I'm taking some time off school, what better place to do it then on the other side of the world, right? I'm real easy going, love to have fun, meet people, go out, travel and explore, and I'm just looking for some cool people to live with while I stay and work a bit in Melbourne. I'm also a musician, so anyone looking for a jam or just to be creative with, I'm your guy.
Well and truely easy going love a clean friendly environment with working professionals, very social not a room hermit in to the fitness clean living and up for adventure, if you fancy sharing a place with me give me a shout and we'll go from there. Thanks Joe
Hi ! I'm a French student in international law at Uni Melb, so I'm looking for a room (unshared and furnished) in this area, about 10-15min walk from the Uni. I'm very open-minded, easy going, clean and respectful. I respect the privacy of everyone but I also like to share good moments with my roommates (dinner, drink...). I'm mostly quiet and studious, but I also like good parties on week-ends. I can move in from the end of November, preferably for long term (around 7 months)
I'm an international currently doing my bachelors in engineering at monash and looking to move off campus due to affordability. I'm quite sociable, understand the need for peace and quiet and while i'm not much of a cook I can still do my part around the house.
I am looking for a female to team up with and start a new place! I am searching for a female in their late twenties to team up with. Someone who is clean and tidy, working full time, enjoys their own space but would also be up for a meal or wine together on occasion. The type of place I would like to search together for would be a two bedroom, apartment/ townhouse in Richmond, South Yarra or Hawthorn. If this sounds like you and you would be looking to move into a new place late November/ Early December, feel free to message me. Cheers, Katie
Professional, friendly, fit and social. Kiwi working in international business development, communications and marketing. Just moved from NZ, loving Melbourne. Keen to explore bars and great restaurants, looking for positive flatmates with good banter. :-)
Hi all, We are recent graduates and young professionals looking for a flatshare in Melbourne. We are clean, considerate and friendly. We are social but also independent and have a good sense of others' privacy. I am from California and Hendrik is from Germany, though he has excellent English. We like to run, eat and travel. We also enjoy a good beer -- one of us is from land of beer after all -- and a chat. And, of course, we are very excited to explore and live in Melbourne! Cheers, Sami + Hendrik

Always up for a laugh and a chat, and a chill time with no drama. :D
I'm a easy going guy easy to get along with clean and tidy always super busy with work As I work at platypus shoes, I'm looking for somewhere I little closer to the city as I'm not a huge fan of traveling to get to work. I love food so I'm always out getting food and trying new things I also don't mind a good beer every now and then 🙂
Hi guys ! My friend Lucile and I are looking for a place to live in together. We don't share rooms though so it is harder to find two private rooms in the same place ! We are both french but speak perfect English (minus the accent I'd say). I love coffee and chocolate and Lucile is a faithful vegetarian ! We also love cats (not food related). Sharing a place with other people would be an option for us since we come with no furniture (fridge and everything ahah) and mostly we love and hope to speak English on a daily basis. We are very social, fun and considerate. We like to cook and watch movies with our housemates. We are pretty busy with work during the week but Sunday is all about chilling ! We both live close to the beach and would like to stay in the same area. This will be a promise for the best summer - and more!
Hi I'm Heidi, 26 and just moved over here from Ireland (Donegal). I have a degree in metal craft design. Was working in dublin full time as a bartender. Im now working in the CSIRO. I'm looking for a room as central in Melbourne as possible to make the most of living here. I'm definitely a social person and enjoy having the craic. I'm clean and tidy and very considerate and respectful to others. 😊
I'm a 24 year old British girl working full time in the CBD. My lease is unfortunately up mid/end of November, so looking for somewhere new preferably long term! I'm easy going, clean and generally up for a good time (with the occasional early night & series binge)
Hi there, I am a french traveller in my early thirties, looking for a cozy place and great people to live with. I am open-minded, pretty easy-going and chilled, very respectful of my flatmates' privacy and also enjoy sharing some time, ideas and opinions around a glass of wine. I also enjoying running or any kind of sport or exercice, especially outdoor, into photography and music, and enjoy cooking from time to time.
Hi! My name is Lauri and I'm a 28 year old guy from Helsinki, Finland. I'm a multimedia designer by trade and usually work in the creative fields. I'm in Australia on a working holiday visa and planning to spend the following months in the awesome city of Melbourne. Currently my long term plans are pretty open so therefore I'm looking for a short term lease on a private room in a nice shared house/apartment with nice roommates. Ideally I would like to rent a room for the next 3 months or so, but I'm also open for shorter and maybe longer deals. I'm a responsible, clean, open-minded and an easy-going person. I'm into music and all kinds of arts in general. I like to spend my free time going to gigs and exhibitions and also hanging out with friends and watching movies etc. I'm used to sharing apartments with other people and can appreciate a nice community as well as privacy. Contact me if you have a spare room that I might be interested!
Female, 23 years old, non-smoker. I'm a pretty social person who loves a chat and to hang out from time to time. I also like to be a little independent and have some space, and I definitely respect others' need for that too. I am currently looking for full time work, but working part time (weekends). Food, wine, music (including breaking into song) and animals are the loves of my life. I am open to any pets! I have 2 pet rats which live in my room, and are super friendly little sooks (they are clean, contained and do not run loose through the house so to other housemates it's pretty much like they're not there at all). I am pretty darn tidy and always clean up after myself....and I may or may not sing in the shower. I'm pretty flexible with length of stay and move dates.
We're two friends from Europe (France and Germany) who love traveling, meeting new people and discovering cool places. We're both non smokers and love animals, so we don't mind if there are animals around but would rather live with non-smokers. Currently, we're both looking for part time jobs. We would be happy to find one or two rooms in a shared flat with outgoing, fun and interesting people to do activities and have fun with :)
Hello, I'm looking for a room. I just arrived from France. I would like to stay in Melbourne minimum 2 months and find a job. I'm in Australia during 1 year to discover this beautiful country before I come back in my country and to have a job. I have the plan to travel the east coast and to improve my English. About me, I’m 26 years. I'm a simple guy, sociable and non-smoker. I like when it's clean and tidy. I practice running and playing tennis.
I'm a 23yr old dietitian relocating from Queensland for work, and looking for a place to call home and meet fun people. I'm pretty relaxed, clean and tidy, work hard through the week and love a good beer and boogie on the weekends. Let me know if you'd like to know anything else 😊
Born in Vancouver, Canada. Well travelled; lived in Europe, South America and USA for extended periods of time. I have been living in Melbourne for the past year, I work as a PA in the city. I am tidy and clean. I am athletic and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. I am responsible, but I also like to have a good time! I like spending time with friends; going out on the weekend or just taking it easy at home watching movies. I like to cook, but also like dinning out on the occasion.
Very chilled, easy going housemate, partnered with Atticus, my 2 yr old Maremma pup. Grew up in Melbourne, went to school in Kew and work in hospitality as a barista. I genuinely love people and a social, healthy lifestyle. Travelling and seeing the world is my biggest hobby, recently arriving back from India and Thailand. Hence the urgency for finding new place to live. At home, I'm very respectful of the house, cleaning and helping out with dinner is my forte! When cooking for myself, always make sure that I make extra for the house in case anyone else is up for a feed. In saying that, I love sharing a meal and going down to the local for a beer/wine. At my last humble abode, I had an amazing 3 yrs with my housemates. Always having a laugh and helping each other out. I genuinely end up caring about the people I live with and like to create a chilled, homely environment, stress free. My pup, Atticus. Being close to 2 yrs old, he is extremely well house trained, well mannered, outside and inside dog. Literally never acting up and mostly looking for cuds, loved by all he comes across. As for his breed, the Maremma, also non-allergenic, they are used protect penguins on the coast (If you've seen the movie Oddball). Of course I take him for 2 walks a day and you'd be more than welcome to join or take him for walks yourself! He's even great company to take down to the local cafe or pub with your friend's. As for having people back at the house, I generally make most of my social activities out of home. As most of my friend's are mature, in their late 20's to mid 30's. My hobbies include, guitar, jumping on the Ps4 from time to time, watching Netflix, walking Atticus, cooking and catching up with friends/family. I'd be able to bring a lot to the home, as I'm currently keeping most of my belongings in storage, which include - Fridge, washing machine, couches, kitchenware, outdoor setting, BBQ, flat screen T.V & home theatre system, bookshelves, decorative pieces, art and more. Of course any of this would have to be agreed upon, otherwise I'm very happy to leave it where it is. If I meet your criteria for a new housemate, I'm happy to come and check out the house at your convenience! As I'm on the hunt for a home after travelling. Ready to move asap. Rent and bond is in hand. If you'd like anymore details, feel free to let me know. Thanks for your time, Lachie
Hi potential flatmates! I'm thomas, 31 years old. I left my beloved France last year where I lived seven years in Paris. I'm looking for some friendly flatmates willing to share more than just the rent and bills. I would wish in st kilda or closed suburbs. I would say that I am respectful, reliable and open-minded. I'm too old anymore to make party everytime, but sometimes I forget it! I'm quite tidy for a bloke... not based on my mum but according to female friends and that is worth, right?! :-) I'm working as a Consultant because I like to be paid telling to people what they have to do and...hum...no I shouldn't say that here, forget it -_- What else, I am really into soccer, enjoy nice strolls listenning some electronic music and I need to be near to the sea even if I swim like a stone :-/ Conclusion, I am just modestly a bargain! ahah
Hey, I've just moved to Melbourne and Andrew is coming to join at the start of December once he finishes his travels around Asia and New Zealand! We're both very easy going people, love to travel, cook and chill out. I'm free to move into a house whenever and he'll come join when he arrives! Get in touch!
Friendly:) tidy and easy going. I do like to keep to myself at times but happy to chill and watch a movie with u ..or whatever sounds exciting! I have a dog who's my big baby and my best friend! He's one off the reasons I'm searching for a place that's fine with pets so I can have him back with me. I'm laid back and willing to help around the house or if ever wanting to chill or have a chat or laugh . I currently work part time at a cafe as I'm looking in to starting a course of some sort.
Myself and my girlfriend Amy are from the South East of England and are about to embark on our first full travels together. We've been to a few countries together so far but this is our biggest adventure yet. The pair of us are very outgoing and love meeting new people. We love music and sport and can't wait to live the outdoor Australian lifestyle.
Hello lovelies. I'm Annaleigh! I'm a dance teacher by day and well, by night too. I love reading, eating food that I didn't have to make and Netflix binge sessions. But now we've come to the part where I have to sell myself shamelessly. Lets begin. I am super clean! You will never find my stuff laying around or even just around really... I'm pretty quiet, so you don't have to worry about me making a lot of noise. I am a dance teacher though, so there might be the tiniest bit of music being played if I ever have to quickly choreograph from home. Lastly, I'm not going to steal your food and act like I didn't, but I'm also not going to bite your head off if you ever need to borrow some of my stuff. I'm pretty down to share. Please message me if you're interested.
We are two girls from Norway, who are looking for a place to stay now that we have finished travelling up the East Coast. Both of us finished college last year, and we are now enjoying our freedom before studying next fall. We are chilled, enthusiastic, reliable and keen to meet new people! Also, we enjoy making great food and like to keep things organised. We are looking for full-time or part-time work in Melbourne and want some routine back, by living in a flat and not 10 bed dorm hostels!
Hey, I'm Ana and I'm 21. Born in NZ, lived in Aus half of my life. Currently working at the Post Office, Monday to Friday. Love running, staying healthy, eating, meeting new people and going out every now and then. I am very clean and tidy and keep to myself. Also easy to get on with and sociable. Loves a Bev or 10 at the end of the work week. Looking to meet and live with cool people who are fun and easy going.
Hey! My name is Jordan and I am looking for somewhere to move in ASAP. I have money ready for a bond and I am pretty flexible on the dates/length of stay. I work full time in Carlton so I am looking for somewhere in the northern suburbs to live. I am sociable and chatty, am always up for a few drinks with mates or doing something interesting when not at work... I try not to take myself too seriously and have a good atmosphere around the house, I am laid back and enjoy being around similar, like-minded people. I like to cook, read & write in my spare time but also head out of the house and try and get about when possible. I respect other people's space and pull my own weight with household stuff as I like to be in a nice space! Hit me up if you have something that can work..!
Hey folks, EXCHANGE STUDENT; GERMAN; DEAKIN UNIVERSITY; 25; NICE; TIDY; LAUGHING; FUN So first of all, my name is Yannik and I am a 25-year-old exchange student at Deakin University. After finishing school in 2011 I moved to Münster in a flatshare with two other people and started to study business. But to be honest I don’t see myself as a typical “finance business suited management person” and maybe this is why a friend I get to know in Sydney asked me, if I would really study business? :D During my Bachelor degree I did a semester abroad in San Diego, USA. I spent most of the time with my four roommates. This time was one of my best in my life and this is why I decided to do another semester abroad later on during my Master studies. After finishing my Bachelor studies I did a gap year, moved to Munich and did an internship at the Walt Disney Company for 6 months. After that I travelled through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia for 3 months. Then I started my Master studies with the major in Marketing in October 2015 that I will continue after this semester abroad in April 2017. Besides I would describe myself as an open-minded person. Traveling really helps to think outside the box! and I think I am an over-average tidy person. I don’t really like chaos. I am really interested in sports in general, but especially in football. I am a fan of Borussia Dortmund, so maybe you have heard about the “Yellow Wall” ;). I also have played football at the football club in my hometown, but I also like playing volleyball, basketball and tennis and I try to go skiing once a year in the Alpes. The last 6 months I did CrossFit. Furthermore I am into tv series and movies (e.g. Breaking Bad, House of Cards, Walking Dead…). I watch a lot of Tv series with my flatmates. Last time we finished GoT the second time ;) I also like having a few beers with friends and mostly we go clubbing once a week. Last but not least I am not someone who locks himself in his room. My room door is always open and I don’t know why but in every flat I have lived in, my room evolved into a second living room :D I would love to hear from you :) Cheers! Or Prost (German)! Yannik
I am a professional photographer and teacher of photography. I am simple and quiet boy, I love movies, drink a beer, walk to the beach and animals (I have no pets) Searching for accommodation at the beach or near. I am a very careful and respectful. I love to cook Mexican, Italian and French. I am currently in Barwon heads and wants to get closer to the city center.
I'm Lisa. I've lived in share houses before. I'm respectful and tidy. I like my space but happy to socialise. I like a cup or tea or a wine on the couch. I have trouble saying no to a sweet treat and brunch. I work full time and enjoy a laugh.
Hi there! Born in Australia with an Armenian background, easy going, normal guy. Weekdays are 9-5 job, like to get up early some mornings and go for a run and some nights boxing after work. Like to socialise, eat out, travel, go to the footy and loveee listening to music. I am a clean guy but not the clean freak type!
My name is Natasha, I'm 24, I work in a boutique in the city and I am completing a degree in Communication Design at Billy Blue. I am looking for a room in the Northern suburbs. I am an easy going, drama-free person, and I am looking for a nice place to come back to and call home! I am interested in music and the creative arts, fashion and cooking. I enjoy a drink and a laugh with friends, and I'm a social person. Most weekends you will find me out and about seeing music, and during the week I keep it pretty low key with study and work. I have been living out of home for 5 years so I understand the basics of living out of home, and I actually try to be a good housemate (funnily enough that can be a rarity). If you would like to know more about me or you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in contact! I am looking for a place ASAP. Tash :)
My name is Josh. A 25 year old, who enjoys a peaceful yet balanced environment. For me, work, gym, studies and an occasional drink makes up a typical week. I appreciate clean surroundings and relaxing conversations. My energy goes mainly towards work and gym but I'm open to spontaneous trips when my schedule allows me to.
I'm a Single Guy Moving down to the city from the country. Im needing a place to stay for around 4 months or possibly more. Need to find some accomodation soon, somewhere in the SE suburbs Somewhere close to St Kilda-ish. I'm a very tidy and sociable person, love a chat and a chicken parmy, I go to the gym and love fishing and a drink. Just looking for a few young decent guys or girls to board with. I'm a 31 year old Irish guy who is moving to Melbourne in late November from London. I will be mainly working during the week in St Vincents Hospital in the city. I'm a fairly good housemate I think. Clean, tidy, can cook, easy going, sociable and all the rest. I love sports, films, tv, going out, fitness and travelling. I'm looking for a furnished room in a flat share so if you have a spare room and you think I would be a good housemate then get in touch. P.s. I hate writing these bio things so if I sound like a knob then I apologise.
