I'm looking to secure an arrangement WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. I'm an American student attending San Francisco State University. My partner will be studying abroad at Uni Melbourne and I've come across a great opportunity to go with her. We'll need to move into a place at the end of January / beginning of February. I would describe us as studious and low key, though we do make sure we're getting out and having fun. I'm majoring in technical and professional writing and would continue my studies during my stay in Melbourne (fortunately all my classes are online). I also plan to work part-time during my stay. My partner will be busy with her studies at the university. We're in a hurry to find a place IMMEDIATELY to move into at the end of January/beginning of February!
Well hello mates! I will be starting my first year at RMIT University (Melbourne City Campus) in first week of February,2017. I am an Indian and will be pursuing a bachelors in Digital media. Well I'm an outgoing, friendly and reliable person. Above anything you would always find me clean and tidy. I am a music enthusiast who enjoys a good company, travel/exploration and jam sessions. My interest also includes fitness, attending live gigs, short adventures, etc. When it comes to other people, I understand the concept of personal space/privacy and expect the others to understand it as well. I also enjoy cooking and binge-watching Netflix on weekends or free days. In short, I'm considerate and supportive for the people who've always been a helping hand. Also, there will be no issues on my end when it comes to rent, bills and payment. I'm looking forward to stay somewhere long term. Please feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Hey everyone! I am looking for a private room in a flat/house/apartment for a long term stay. I am able to move in about 2 weeks notice. I currently study at Swinburne Uni completing my business degree and work part time. I have previous share house experience and I am quite accustomed to it. About me, I am an easygoing, chill guy, having conversations about any topic, I enjoy listening to music (dj casually), keeping my body healthy, travelling, being social and up for a drink. Contact me anytime, I reply quick! Thanks
Hi! I'm looking to relocate to Melbourne in early-mid 2017 for a gap year (or two) before going into Uni, and i'm just saving up in the meantime. I'm really into comics, anime, games and writing- but I also like social/music events, just socializing and messing around outdoors. I'd prefer a place with chilled out and open-minded people, and while I do value my own time alot i'd definitely be down to spend time with housemates including going out or having movie nights and things like that. Looking for a somewhat lengthy stay so I don't have to be constantly moving around and to feel established somewhere. Budget, suburbs, and move date etc are all just close estimates as most of it will change by the time I move- which should be around March but i'm just starting to look early. :)
Hi, I'm Geywalin. I'm 27 years old, looking for a private room in share house in Melbourne. I'm going there on work and holiday visa so I probably be out for work and travel around the city. I'm friendly, easy going and open minded. I prefer writting, drawing, crafting and prepare for my master degree in my free time. I'm a good cook and get along well with pets. I'm quite clean and tidy, also respectful of other people's space and privacy.

Hey guys, my name is Julia. I just moved to the big smoke from the lovely Gold Coast thismorning. I have always wanted to live in Melbourne and now I am here! Life is good. I am looking for a room in north Melbourne, no further than Coburg. I'm cool with a big house with lots of rooms or somewhere small. I have a cat named Sage. She's an inside girl, low energy and is desexed and twelve years old. She spends most of her time sleeping. I'd love for her to feel safe and at home where we go. I'm an artist who is looking forward to all of the creative opportunities Melbourne has to offer. I'm not a 9-5er. Hit me a message because my hearing is crap (ish). I am super friendly, relaxed, accepting, open minded and LGBT friendly. It could be rad. 😊
I'm easy to live with, very quiet, not a party man (not drinking nor smoking). I'm not intrusive at all. Respect your privacy! I practice ahletics (I'm a sprinter). I love reading and educating myself.

At our spare time we enjoy participating in different cultural events (music, art, movies), playing boardgames and don't mind going out for a beer. We've lived in shared houses before, during our time at Lulea University of Technology, we're clean and easy going. Looking forward to swap the snow of Sweden to Australia!

Hi , I'm Duygu cheerful gray haired girl , from Turkey. I will come to Melbourne as a student for 2 months maybe 3. I am tidied up and neat. I always clean things after me, so that's not gonna be a problem. Not a neat freak. Pets are ok for me, if you have. I love any kind of animal especially cats and dogs ! I am friendly, outgoing, open-minded, cheerful. I like partying , movie nights, watching tv series, grabbing a glass of wine sometimes..Not a 24 hours party animal but I like meeting with new people, chatting, sharing thoughts, funny stories.. But I do respect other's life and spaces. I'm quiet at home but if you call me for PS,movie, chatting, dinner I'm always in ^^ Probably my English school will be between 9ish and 14o'clock, Mon-Fri. We don't have to be friends as soon as we respect each other and other's life. But if we do, why not? I'm looking for a place as a private room. Yard would be fine to have some friends and BBQ(I'd never complain about something if you'd do it everyday haha). I might be a student in Melbourne, but no worries about the bills cuz I'm already employed in my country. I'll be landed on 8th so it's a bit urgent <3
Hi there My current lease is ending just before X-mas so I am looking to start a new one in the first week of January. I am an engineer with MBA and am working as project manager with Victorian government. I am looking for an apartment with a furnished private room preferably in Melbourne CBD and surroundings. I have been living in Australia for over 6 years and prior to that I lived in the USA for 10 years. During my initial years in the USA, I was a graduate student. As such, I am used to living comfortably with international people. I am very clean, neat and tidy and expect my flatmate to be the same. After work, I will be spending my time in gym or pool. Yes I do like cooking. Occasional visits by friends over the weekend is OK but I am definitely not looking for a party house. Apartment need to be quiet after 10 PM. If you need to know more, please drop me a note. Regards,

Hi, I'm Clint, I'm 28 and I am looking for a place to live. I'm fairly flexible in terms of location as long as it's easy enough to get into the city for work. I'm looking for a fairly social house - hopefully nothing too crazy/hectic though. About me: I'm easygoing, friendly and considerate. I enjoy watching / playing most sports and don’t mind a social drink or two. I’ve lived in a few different flat shares so know what's expected, what makes a good housemate and what makes a shit housemate. If you think you have something suitable please let me know! Thanks. Clint.
I'm a student at Monash Uni currently living in brunswick, which is a million miles away from campus. Looking to move out around February, getting in early on the moving scene so I can find a place I will mesh well in. I'm usually pretty easy going, I do bake and clean when I get stressed, shout when I get too excited (soz). I have grown up in a very wog family so if you want a good pasta hit me up. Always up for a drink, a party, a political discussion or a session of meme analysis. As long as the feng shui is tight we should all get along fine. I am a pesceterian but always up for a meal share as I don't understand portions and always cook for 10 instead of one. Send me a message if you are looking for someone in the future! Peace x

I'm currently pursuing a degree in Food Science and will be going for an exchange for a semester in Monash Clayton. I've always wanted to study abroad and the exchange program seems to be the only option as Malaysian currency is dropping and makes studying longer than a semester abroad costly.I'm really looking forward to meeting new friends form other countries!

Hey! My name's Brad and I'm travelling here from the UK on a year long working holiday visa. I have already travelled the length of the east coast of Australia and now find myself in Melbourne - just in time for the nice weather! I am keen to get to know the city better and explore everything that Melbourne has to offer. I like to see myself as someone who is easy going, friendly and sociable who has a wide array of interests - from live music to finding good food out and about. I have lived through university and four months in Brisbane in shared houses so I definitely understand how important the dynamic of a house is. Hope to see you soon!
I am always the life of the party, but still know a way to keep calm at home. My past roommates have loved my energy, stories, and the fact that I used to be a professional chef and am a bartender. I know how to provide all the finest drinks and food that we spend heaps of money on at home. I am currently taking a year off from university to work on an art exhibition that I will be doing in February in Melbourne. I am an artist. I am well traveled. I was raised in a few different countries. I speak multiple languages. I I I... enough about me. Ask what you are curious about, all that really matters is that I was raised right, I am polite, very friendly and fun to be around.

Hi! I'm Kevin, Indonesian student soon enrolling in Monash Uni in February, I'm looking for rooms within the Clayton area, budget is around (preferably below) $200 bills included. I'm pretty chill, friendly and easy going, I get along well with almost anyone, I'm also a neat, organised and respectful person. The things I like doing include cycling, swimming and travelling. Hey, I am a 20-year-old student from South Tyrol, Italy. I will live in Melbourne for 5 months as an exchange student at the William Angliss Institute. I am looking not only for a nice room, but also for some nice flatmates I can have fun with. I am a very tidy and responsible person, open for everything new and I love cooking. It would also be very nice to find new friends, with whose I can enjoy my time in Melbourne.
Well apart from being laidback, tidy and organised, I love to socialise and cook, go on adventures, or just chill at home quietly. I draw in my free time, which will make me millions any day now.... Also I travel to Europe once a year and I manage an Aldi (which means you get priority on limited specials, which is really what we all want in life)
I am a recent university graduate in search of permanent work and my partner has been offered a full time position with APS in Melbourne. We are both quiet, responsible, friendly and approachable people. We pay our rent and bills on time and manage our expenses well. We are tidy, don't smoke or drink excessively.
Creative person working in the tech industry. Hobbies include messing around with photoshop and illustrator, drawing comics and cooking bolognaise (if that constitutes as a hobby, sure why not). I'm pretty shy so I'll mostly keep to myself but wouldn't mind hanging out in the common area for coffee and chit chat.
Hi, my name is Sarah, I'm French but I speak and understand English (even if I have a terrible accent, sorry)! Since a very long time I wanted to move to Melbourne, and I will finally be able to do that in february, to study cinema at the Victorian College of the Arts! I think I am a quite easy person to cohabit with, the only thing I need at the place I live is two bins, to be able to sort my waste. I don't really know what else I could say but you can send me a message if you have questions! :) Cheers! Sarah
