Hi there, I'm a third year degree student studying in Melb-U. I'm from Malaysia. I'm a clean, easy going and tidy person. I love cooking, baking, dancing, watching dramas and I often go gym and swimming whenever I'm free at night. I'm very sociable but if you prefer me to be quiet I'm more than willing to do that for you :) I love coffee, food and dessert so so much and would love to have people to go food hunting and discover the city with me. If that sounds great for you, please do not hesitate to message me. Cheers.
Hiya Roomies to be! I'm a 19 year old girl from Denmark on a Working Holiday Visa. I've spend 1,5 month in Melbourne so far (6 months in Australia in total) and absolutely love the city, but I have not quite found the "Australian" family (you guys) I've been looking for. So why am I your new amazing roomie? - I work full time so I am going to be able both to pay rent and toilet paper, haha ;-) - I love having a good time that's why I became a bartender. - I'm respectful and expect the same in return. - I'm sarcastic and fun to be around. Looking forward to meet you guys! Cheers Bella
I am an easy going, clean and tidy young professional working in the hospitality industry. I am from the UK and have recently come over to Melbourne on my one year working visa, my girlfriend is from Portugal and she is studying in Melbourne also. We both are foodies and love to cook so expect a few Portuguese dishes being served up on the occasion. We both love to socialise and enjoy meeting new people over a drink or two!

Hey there, I'm an international student from Malaysia studying at RMIT. Living nearby is preferable but not necessary. Last but not least, I am tidy, respectful and considerate.

I'm clean and am more then happy to share cleaning responsibilities around the place :)
Jaimee and I are respectful, clean and social! We love our own space and down time but we also like to get out and be social! Hi ! My name is Paul, I come from Paris, I'm 25 and I just arrived in Australia six days ago. I plan to stay in Melbourne at least one year and find a job in events and communications. I'm really easy going, I love music (I used to play in a jazz band as a drummer when I was in Paris) and I love cooking (maybe because I'm french). While I have a lot of aussie family in Melbourne, I'm keen to get my own place.

Hi there! I've made the move to Melbs from Brisbane. New start, new life! I'm a writer most days but I'm also working at a little cafe. I have many strong ties to the artistic and performing arts community here. I'm very tidy, do my share of the cleaning and I happen to cook like a boss. I'm up for a good chat with a glass of wine but I'm also happy to keep to myself. Not too fond of a loud environment because I'm pretty chilled. Cheers, Lou
easygoing guy, Friendly, I've lived alone and independent for almost 9 years so I know how to take care of everything about living in a house alone or sharing it. Sharing is caring.
My name is Nick, I'm a dutch guy starting my last semester studying architecture at the University of Melbourne. I love travelling, urban photography and to go surfing. Also, I'm very passionate about my study. I am doing alot of sports during the week, like running, going to the gym and swimming. I'm not very good in this kind of advertising myself with text, so i prefer to meet you face to face!
I am looking for a private room or either to start a team up for a house (females). I am also looking for a long term place to live. I am a spontaneous, outgoing, and compassionate. I have a great sense of humour and get along well with others. I love sports, but I do love having a beach day. I'm adventurous, and look forward to exploring Melbourne, and as well to see all the beautiful sites Australia has too offer. I like having a neat, and tidy place. I take responsibility for my mess, and make sure I clean up after myself. I strongly believe in being respectful to one's belongings and privacy. When I have down time I usually watch TV/movies, read a book, play games, and go to the gym. Reason for living there is for work. Holiday Work Visa, and will be staying for the year. Hope to make long-lasting friends :)

Corcerning tolerance I have no issues at all too as I share two cultures and traveled to few places. Thank you Arvin
Humans of Melbourne hook a sister up!!! Are you or someone you know desperate for subletting/renting a room to an incredibly well educated and charming antifa? Look no further I am that antifa! A few things about me: - My name is Chris - I'm a robot but I've got feelings too - I'm impressively appreciative of humans and supportive of their struggles and I give life advices all based on'90s famous sport brand ads like "RUN LIKE YOU TOOK SOMETHING" or "GRAVITY DOESN'T EXIST" - I keep my fucking hands off my phone when I talk to people - Despite having been on the internet a coupla times I can still express a concept without turning to irony - I got good memes for when you're blue - I know when enough memes is enough - My god is dead and I was arrested while being abyss If you got anything that looks like a room pm me. If you got further inquiries pm me. If your god is dead too pm me. If you wanna get high together pm me. If you wanna get high alone but chat with someone in the meantime pm me. If you can't remember the family names of all of your high school classmates+teachers pm me and we'll look into it together. Actually I can't come up with any scenario in which you shouldn't pm me. PM ME TODAY I MIGHT GET RE-PROGRAMMED TOMORROW. Thank you. Love. 🤖🙏❤️
I am a clean, tidy, and quiet female! I love to socialize but also love to do my own thing. I work full time and lead a very active and healthy lifestyle. I love music, the arts, yoga, health and wellness, dogs, travel, and culture.

I'm the Spanish girl from Madrid and 27 years old that you are looking for! 🙂 About me... One month ago I quitted my job as an Acount Executive in a Communication and Events Company in Spain because I needed something else: looking for myself and looking for new experiences. In short, living. So after that hard decision, I crossed the world with the Student Visa and I'm here studying at an English School in the CBD o improve my english. I'm working part time, but I have money saved anyway so dont be worry about it. I'm a really open minded person, respectuful, truly tidy and clean and very funny always with a smile in my face. I love intense, deep and interesting conversations. I also love to hang out or staying at home with a glass of wine or beer but also healthy things (or as much as I can 🙂 ). I'm in love with urban art too, dance and photography. I could continue talking about me, but I'm really interested to know about you and your flat, so let me know when I could go to visit it.n the meantime, if I can't be your future lucky flatmate, all the best with your search 🙂 Thanks in advantage!

Hi All, My name is Daniel, I am 21 years old. I will be studying at SCU for my Bachelors Degree in IT. I'm looking for a place to call home. I am a happy-go-lucky, glass-half-full type person. Clean, neat and independent. A lover of food, films, travel and having fun. Hoping to live with similar-aged people who enjoy dinner, wine, movies, chatting, travelling and all those good things. Although I am very sociable but I totally respect privacy and personal spaces. I also have a part time job, so will be pretty busy with that and studying however, I'm always up for hanging out. Give me a message if you think you'd like to live with me or want to chat! Very excited to meet some new people and experience all Melbourne has to offer! Thank You
We are an outgoing and social type of couple, independent and creative. We enjoy cooking, gardening, or going out for dinner, good gigs and festivals. Before our travel Mathilde worked as an event planner for a french city and Albin works as a Graphic Designer (freelance). Last year we were travelling all around New Zealand, we did quite a lot of backpacker jobs, wwoofings and seightseeing. This year we would like to experience City Life in the culturally dynamic Melbourne. We want to stay here at least 6 months, maybe more if we end up enjoying this kind of life. We know the importance of being clean, tidy and respectful in shared environments of living because we both have had many (and mostly good) community life experiences. We hope to meet you soon. Mathilde & Albin

Hi I'm Jack. I'm going to Melbourne uni so i would like somewhere closer to live rather than a 1.5 hours commute from my parents house. I always try to keep the living area tidy and comfortable. Also I have a steady stream of income as I'm renting out my parents place in the suburbs. Student accomodation and accomodation with melbourne students prefered.
Hi, I'm a full time hairdresser originally from Brisbane, now working in Port Melbourne. I'm friendly, easy going, tidy, shy, respectful of others privacy, love to have fun, go on adventures and explore Melbourne. In my free time I like to relax, read, watch movies, play games and go to the gym. Hope to make lots of new friends :) Thank you! xx
Kiwi employed full time in the city, I've lived here almost 3 yrs now. Love the beach, outdoors, art and going out for dinner/drinks with mates. Also love a good Netflix binge. Friendly, easy going and pay my bills on time. All for keeping communal areas tidy (especially food mess) but not anal about it. I like a good balance of socialising with flatmates and respecting each other's space. Would like somewhere close to public transport too.
I am a fun and energetic person. I love going out and having a drink or 2 but then i also love having quiet time. I am looking for more then a house mate i am looking for a friend who can show me the ropes of Melbourne. I will be studying Entertainment Management at AIM. Hello everyone! I am a 23 year old Canadian on a working holiday looking to settle down in Melbourne for the next 4 months. I am quiet, clean, and respectful, but also love meeting new friends and sharing a nice meal and a wine. I work nights so I will be getting home late at night or very early in the morning, however after a year of living in house shares and hostels I have mastered the silent entry. Hope I'm the flatmate for you! Stephanie
Hello everyone! My name is Anni, and I am a warm-hearted and outgoing exchange student from Finland. I just started my exchange semester in RMIT, and I am in a hunt for a long term apartment. Sharing a room is no problem for me and I prefer to have a flatmate here. I am a huge foodie, and love cooking and especially baking. I am always up for trying new places to eat and have a drink or two. I am also a very organized person, and want to keep my things in order. And as a Finn I like to be barefoot at home and that way keep the floors clean. I could move in at the beginning of March.
Female, 28 year old professional in food production/manufacturing. Quiet, respectful, organised and extremely tidy. Looking for an ALL FEMALE accommodation. Looking forward to stay minimum for 6 months.

We are an easy going British couple from just outside of London. Both looking to work closer to the city in the hospitality business preferably as that's where we have experience. We aren't massive party animals but do enjoy a few beers at the end of the day every now and then. Looking for a room for us to share with a double bed.
I am a super easy-going guy, originally from the UK however I currently hold a PR and I am waiting for my Citizenship application to be processed. I don't smoke, I am very clean and respectful, I am an ambivert which means I am comfortable in both social and quiet situations. I work full-time for the Government, I like to be out and about in my free time. I enjoy reading, films and hiking.
I'm a sociable person but completely respect when people want their own space. I'm tidy and always up to help out with keeping the communal areas nice to live in. I'm originally from New Zealand and am fresh to Melbourne after spending a couple years away in Europe. I enjoy watching sport, listening to music, watching movies and chatting over a good craft beer!
Hey! we are Emma (24) and Craig (24) both from sunny Glasgow, Scotland and having recently graduated from university, decided to up sticks and move down under. (we plan to be in Melbourne for the next 6-12 months) We are easy-going, sociable people keen to explore Melbourne and get to know what it has to offer. We are house trained, can keep a flat clean and tidy and we both love a glass of wine/night out now and again but are not the 4am party every weekend type. We also both love animals and would be more than happy to share a home with any number of four legged creatures. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask! Looking forward to hearing from you :) Emma and Craig
Hi Guys My name is Pat. I moved from Sydney to Melbourne in 2014 to pursue academic and career goals. I would describe myself as ambitious yet laidback. Preferred social setting is definitely a café/restaurant, although I do enjoy a sneaky night out once in a while. I currently work split shift 5.00am - 8.00 and 3.00pm - 7.00pm with school in between so I'm normally the first out of the house and first to bed but enjoy to socialise and share a meal. Also fairly clean, like to keep things tidy but by no means a neat freak. If you would like to no more please do not hesitate to ask. Look forward to meeting you Pat
PLEASE NOTE: I am looking for TWO rooms - a bedroom and an additional sunroom/study/studio/shed from which I could teach singing students 3 days a week. Please do not contact me if your place doesn't have this possibility! and PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOUR PLACE IS OUTSIDE OF MY LISTED AREAS. I am not interested. Read below for more details... My name is Becca, I’m 27, I’m from Tassie originally but been in Melbourne since Feb last year :) I work a few different jobs: I’m an artist (mostly musician but do a bunch of other kinds of arts too). I’m a self-employed voice coach, teaching technique for singing and speech (but mostly singing) 3 days a week. I work 1 day a week at Mork Chocolate Brewhouse in North Melbourne (from which I bring home tasty treats sometimes!), 2 nights a week at Open Studio in Northcote, am also currently applying for more/new jobs. I also model for life drawing classes and sometimes do other random odd jobs here and there. I’m looking for a home, not just a house; I am a busy person who does my own thing a lot and has a lot of projects I’m working on, so I’m not wanting to live out of each other’s pockets, but I also want to have a place where we hang a bit in the communal areas in the evenings and chat about our days or talk shit, cook and eat together now and then, hang out in the sun on good days and have a beer. In my current house there isn’t much of a good shared lounge area and everyone just kind of lives in their rooms all the time and I am craving a little bit more of a casual family vibe. I don’t smoke, I’ve never been late on rent or bills, I like to be energy usage conscious though not anally-so, I like to try to be good to the environment. I’m great at cleaning and I’m house-proud; I am happiest when my place is looking clean and beautiful, I like indoor plants, sunshine, fresh air, and putting up art :) I’m often singing but I’m told I’m good at it, I like to put on loud music and dance around the house when I’m home alone or if someone wants to dance with, but am also very capable of quieting the fuck down when people need to sleep/concentrate. I’m silly, playful, and affectionate, but also a proper grown up. Ideally I’m looking for a place which has a sunroom/study/spare room/office where I would be able to set up my desk and teach my voice students from. I teach about 3 days a week, 5 hours maximum, finishing by 8pm at the latest (a lot of the time a lot less/earlier). Totally keen to make said teaching room also a shared art room and useable by anyone else at times when I’m not teaching! Or happy to pay a little extra rent for the use of the extra room. I've put $230 per week as max budget but I am really hoping to get less than that. I'm currently paying $200/week.
