I'm a visual designer (full time) in a digital design company in the centre, Scottish,24 (managed to get sponsored woo so planning to stay in Melbourne for like ever). I'm mega easy going, chatty and very clean/tidy (lived in sharehouses since i was 17 so all about the respect😉. I'm usually socialsing on the weekends, out for dinners/drinks, exploring Melbourne, arty exhibitions/markets. Love a chilled night with movies/boardgames. Generally quite a chilled one through the week 🙂.
I'm Danny and a current student at Swinburne University. I've been living in Melbourne for almost a year but don't have many friends (all of my mates are international people and they're going back to their home countries real soon). Thus, I'm looking for a shared house, ideally with 4-5 people that I can have good times with. A little bit about myself: - Friendly, outgoing and warm. Always want to make friends and meet new people. - A good listener and a good drinker. So if you ever need someone to share your life stories with some drinks, I'm all yours. - I'm clean. Always clean up my things in shared space. - Like singing and acting, even though I study Accounting. So sometimes I will make up some weird sentences with face expression, don't get confused, I just practice acting skills :) I'm also down to teamup with other people to take over a new lease. Please hit me up if you have something!
Hello potential future flat-mate[s], my name's Aavon, initially from Sri Lanka and I moved to Australia a little over three months ago. Prior to that I've spent the past five years in Dubai working for the Volvo Car Company. I'm now a qualified technician and operations coordinator working in Glen Huntley. My cousins have accommodated me so far but I'm looking for the right place and people to start anew. I enjoy the outdoors, travelling, animals, rock climbing, music, impromptu dancing, reading and living in the moment. I'm neat, can cook, looking to make friends and am looking forward to something new. Cheers!
I am a hard working 18 year old Australian, I like spaces being clean, love to be social though would respect your space, I do have an outgoing personality and would be love to find a place to call home! At the moment I will be shortly commencing my studies at RMIT (Bachelor of Business - Financial Planning) at the city campus, I will be also working part time at Woolworths, though I also have a couple of business projects that I work on in my spare time. I'm from Bendigo and I'm excited to be moving somewhere closer to the city! For fun I like to go on spontaneous day trips to do something different, hang out with my friends & occasionally enjoy a good read! I would prefer to stay in a place where we aren't complete strangers, but would be willing to respect your space * Would prefer a place that public transport is easily accessible *.
I'm Shawn from china, now studying master degree in Swinburne university. I'm a friendly, tidy, non-smoker and quiet person and I will always keep the house clean and quiet, but I also enjoy talking. I'm looking for a house which is not so far from Swinburne or close to train station will be ok.
Hi there, we re Stefano and Jenny, 34 yo pastry chef and 32 yo barista; We re looking for a share house with our own room and own bathroom.I d say We re sociable persons but we like to have quite time to us too:) not a party couple, we love cooking dinner together and have a glass of wine while watching a movie;we re quite tidy and respectful and ready to help with the house duties;we re no smokers ,have no pets , I do have a car and a bicycle ( would be a bonus to have a car space).
Hey potential future flatmate(s)! I’m a 21 year old Swede and I study Communication Design full-time at Billy Blue College of Design. I’m also most likely going to start looking for a part-time job just to get some extra money in addition to my income from Sweden. When I'm not studying I enjoy hanging out with friends, eating good food or just staying in watching Netflix. I'm really into art and design so all the exhibitions Melbourne has to offer is like heaven for me! On the weekends I like to go out for drinks or a couple of beers but won't bring the party home if it's not appropriate. I’d love to get to know my flatmate(s), hang out, explore Melbourne, maybe even go on a roadtrip/hike/whatever, but if that's not your thing I'm fine with that too! I used to rent a room in a flatshare in South Melbourne that I loved but now I've been in Sweden for one and a half months and I need to find a new place to call home! Preferably in Fitzroy, Richmond, South Yarra, St Kilda, Prahran and surrounding suburbs. I absolutely love living with others but sometimes I need my privacy for studies so therefore I'm only looking for a private room. I need good tram/train/bus connections if it’s in a suburb further away and I'd prefer a furnished room as I don't really own anything except for an $9 work lamp from IKEA. But it's not necessary if it's the right place. I'm allergic to pets so I don't want any furry things around me (It's okay if you're a hairy human). Do I sound like your new flatmate?! Hit me up!

PM or send a text All the best Tyra and Ryan Tyras number :0415382864 firstname.lastname@example.org p.s Date to move in: 20th of January 2016 (flexible with the dates tho)
I'm an Indonesian student who'll start his first semester in William Angliss Institute starting February this year, I've been sharing houses for 3.5 years before when I was attending college in Singapore with no major problems with all my housemates and I'm planning to continue down that road, I'm usually very tidy when it comes to public spaces (e.g living room, bathroom, toilet) of the house, even when I do make a mess, it'll usually only affect my own room/private space which I think won't disturb anyone else in the house, I'm 22, not a smoker, not a club/party person, I'll be in my room most of the time when I'm not at school, but if sometimes you'd like to go grab some dinner or lunch and I'm free at that time, I'll be more than willing to go. I do game, I watch anime and read manga, I watch American TV-Series and K-Dramas(but don't like to cause or get involved in drama in real life), I listen to Bahasa, English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese musics.
Hello. I'm a single male looking for a place to rent for a year+. I work full time and enjoy my down time, sport and getting out on weekends with friends and family. I have a pup who is 12 weeks old at the moment and is slowly being house trained. I'm very easy going, very clean to live with and can cook a few decent meals. I'm respectful of people space and belongings, honest and very trustworthy.
I am a full-time student studying master of architecture design currently in RMIT as well as having my part-time job. I have been in Melourne for 2 years. I keep tidy and clean in my space as well as cleaning public area sometimes. I don't smoke and don't like drug. I enjoy having a night in with movies and mates but also enjoy checking out restaurants and bars. I am into music, painting, reading, movies, swimming, photography and biking, recently i am making some interesting graphic by programming. When i am free, i like hanging out to discover new restaurants, new places and fitness or staying at home for cooking or cleaning. Meanwhile, I love chatting with people, for sharing our stories and exchange our opinion. I am a gay, so definitly LGBTI+ friendly. I like to live in a clean and tidy home and am looking for people who agree. I am considerable and kind and would like to make new friends and share life and happy time with my potential lovely roommates. I also would love to share my food and hang out with roommates as well as respect your privacy and keep independence for myself. I took an apartment by myself and manage it, and I lived with more than 6 people in 2 years. Therefore, I think I really know how to get along with my new roommates. Ideally, I hope the room is furnished and prefer to live with males in house or town house which is less than 5 people, and fast speed internet, if there is a garden or yard, it would be perfect. Nor sharing room. I can move in February, but i can also move in Jan if the room is really what I am looking for.
I'm a happy, positive person 😊 I love a good conversation and a laugh! I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people, exploring, and trying new things...easy going and have been singing blues since I was little!
Hello, I am Kate, 26 years old. I am a Vietnamese dentist who comes to Melbourne to study at La Trobe University. I would like to find a place to stay long term in Melbourne CBD. Preferably a speaking English place. I am a tidy and clean person. I am an easy going but always respect the others.
Hi! I'll arrive in Melbourne on February 12th to begin my master studies in Construction Management at the University of Melbourne. I'm 27 yo & have lived abroad for the past 7 years (mostly in shared houses, so I know well how to live with roomies in peace & enjoy it.;)). I'm clean, tidy, laid back, friendly & my friends say funny too :D. In my free time I'd love to cook (gotta be careful to not eat your fingers :P), share a beer or two (wine is even better), watch movies, go for a walk or hike! I'm ideally looking for a private room in an existing shared house but also willing & excited to team-up with other cool, easy-going people looking for a place to call home. :)
Hello! My name is Miley.I'm a very well-organised person who always likes to keep everything around me tidy and clean. I am an easygoing person and a very diligent student. I don't have any bad habits. I usually do some reading in my spare time. I also enjoy watching TV and going to parties at weekends.
Chilled and laidback personality, but also friendly - happy to share a yummy meal and have a wine with housemates, up for movie nights in. However, I also appreciate personal space and that everyone needs time to themselves. In my spare time you'll often find me at the beach swimming and snorkelling, chilling with mates over good food and a drink, also love to cook (but skills are debatable)!
Hi , I'm Lisa, I looking for a private or a share room ( 1 person ) close to the city center of Melbourne. I would like to stay for a long time in the city. I am very friendly and positiv person and I really want to meet people. I hope to quickly find a nice room to enjoy this city :)
Hey i'm a non-judgy, bookish & chill Dota/videogame enthusiast who works consistent casual hours in the cbd in a position i've had for several years. Im relaxedly looking to move back into Admin work. I have savings, so wont be short for rent. I cook healthy, do my part, respect privacy, know how to house-share, and keep messes to my own room. I'm not religious, but tolerant and respectful of others views. I don't smoke (don't mind if you're a 420 fan), rarely drink lots. I'm not overly princessy and am flexi with kitchen/bathroom use times. I frequently spend time quietly in my own space; gaming, drawing digitally, reading, but am happily sociable and easy to lure out for a cuppa or beer. I occasionally like to get crafty, and adore making geeky costumes - love halloween, or an occasion to dress up (as you'll see on insta). Id like laid back housemates with integrity, independent but friendly, in a comfortable, secure household. I don't need a large room, though reliable Internet is a must! Commute wise: Ideally within 30mins to the cbd via train/tram. Geeks would be cool? <3 Non geeks are fine too! Housemate/s okay with me having my boyfriend sometimes hang out/stayover would be fantastic, as he lives over an hour away~ we are very conscious of not overwhelming shared quarters. Honestly your gender, age, ethnicity, booty preferences etc. are not an issue to me. But please don't have a carpet of human hair, scary exposed wires near the sink or casual homeless squatters like that one apartment that one time.. lol Check my social media verifications below, (sorry im a bit of a goof on twitter.. hah)
Hi there , my name is Alex. I'm 22 years old and in my final semester university. Which means all i'll be doing is studying hard hard hard. I'm very respectful and deep for my passion so as an artist, so I do spend a lot of time drawing. I consider myself extremely clean and hygienic individual, above the average person I admit, so i never leave a mess and always keep my things neatly packed away. I never fail to miss a sisterngle bill and keep myself well organised. I would love to discuss moving in, send me a text
I do shift work at a hotel in the CBD part time and study uni full time, so I'll be out (or in front of my computer in my room) a lot... studying Criminal Justice and Japanese. I go to the gym a lot, or just like getting out and being active as long as I'm not working and dont have an assignment due. I just got back from six months in NZ and need accommodating asap. I need to be as close to the cbd as possible, as I'll be going back and forth from work/uni/gym a lot and hate lugging around huge heavy bags all day. Very respectful of others property, and so I expect to find others the same. I like to have a chat, but I also like alone time. I'll tell you exactly what I think - in a good way (no passive aggressive notes) I need public areas like kitchen and lounge to be clean, but your room is your territory. I would really love to get somewhere with an ensuite so I can have my own bathroom. I have furnishings for an entire 2 bedroom unit currently in a melbourne storage shed so if someone wants to find our own place I'm up for that as well. Just message me. I love to have fun, joke around, watch movies, etc. I'm an xbox and pc gamer but I won't hold it against you if you're a p/s kid ;) I'd love it if i could be friends with my housemates as that usually makes everything easier and means we can have pizza and games/netflix nights or whatever. Usually these ads tell you only the great things about living with someone so I'm going to list a few things that might make it difficult to live with some... I'm an intersectional feminist and will call you out if you say something shitty (We will be 100% fine unless you're the type of person who uses P/C in a negative context). I'm left wing and think Malcolm Turnbull and Tony Abbott are two slightly different coloured turds pooed out from the same dog's butt. I cook/buy too much food quite often and will always offer to share it. You will eat a lot. I love dogs and will tag you in all the cutest puppy memes on fb. ALL of them. You will need to be strong willed or have a great metabolism as there will be chocolate and popcorn in the house at all times. I once thought i was buying a pack of 4 mini apple pies but when i got home i realised it was a family one so i tried to eat the whole thing myself.
We are two British girls, it's our first time in Australia on a working holiday visa. We have been advised Melbourne is the place to be and St Kilda was also recommended, we love meeting new people. Currently in Thailand but will be over on the 21st of January so looking to get settled straight away.
Hey, I'm Janet I'm moving to Melbourne from Sydney mid February and looking for a place to live. I'm about to start a degree in biomedical science at Victoria University, and I'm a qualified massage therapist so there's a high chance I'll find work quickly in that industry or in hospitality. I'm 26 years old, friendly and very house trained. If you want to have a chat we can organize a phone or skype call and discuss a few details. I'm willing to pay rent in advance if you prefer. Happy and easily social, respectful and tidy. Love a few wines but not a party girl. I'm moving to study so that's my main focus.
I'm a super nice and considerate person and I'm always willing to chip in. Happy to keep to myself, have a quite night in and binge watch some netflix with you, or have a beverage at a bar and boogie!

Hey maybe/sorta roomie! What's to know? I moved to Melbourne about nine months ago and have completely fallen in love with the city. I'm a student at Victoria University at the moment, though i'll be transferring to La Trobe mid this year. I'm always friendly; a bit of a bookworm; at times quite reserved and quiet, but always caring for those i meet along the way. Tidy, respectful, reliable - all that important jazz. Whilst I'm a sociable person, I definitely respect the need for housemates to have space :) Hope i hear from you!

I play the guitar and enjoy building things in my spare time and love my movies and music too.

Hi! My name is Josh, I am 23 and currently seeking a place to live in Melbourne. At this moment I live in Perth working full time as a wholesaler and an opportunity to work in Melbourne has presented itself. I completed an apprenticeship in locksmithing back in 2015 but the industry did not suit or appeal to me afterwards so I changed Jobs to a local supplier. I am interested in CGI, Music, video games, pretty much anything related to computers and technology and I am also a current student at SAE Online, studying a Diploma of Screen & Media 3D animation. I can keep to myself if you would prefer or if you are the social type I would like to be apart of that I am happy to join events and outings and would really like to meet new people! I do like to keep things clean and tidy as well of course! The only things I would need is somewhere to park my car and an internet connection (For my online course). I will be driving from Perth to Melbourne on the 17th of February and should arrive around 21st to 22nd. Thanks for having a read! Josh
Hey hey. My name is Jacqui and I am a 20 year old Aussie girl currently studying Photography at RMIT in Melbourne. I am friendly, neat, clean, organised, fun-loving and all round good company. Looking for a place to live near Melbourne from the end of February to around June. I'm starting a second semester of master at the University of Melbourne and am looking to meet some new people with who I can socialize with to benefit from my abroad experience as much as possible. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Cheers

Hi! I am a happy, easy going, female professional (EA) looking for a room. Mon-Fri 9-5 type! Very clean and tidy, more or less an early riser, into fitness and artistic things. I sing and used to do gigs, bit of theatre too both of which I hope to get back into! Flying over from Perth, already have a job lined up so hoping to find somewhere to stay before I start on the 13th of Feb. I've done this all before(share houses) and are very respectful about paying rent and bills on time. I don't drink much during the week but do love dinners and a wine from time to time. I'm chatty but respectful of all flatmates personal spaces and quiet times too. I wont eat your food or keep you up all night :) I have a cat Roger, he is a pure bred ragdoll that I would like to eventually come over. He is lazy, just sleeps and will keep to my room or outside but also has a great personality. I own a surfboard and skateboard plus a tent and a couple little things I'd hope to stick in a corner somewhere if possible? Shed maybe? I don't have a car so need to be close-ish to public transport (Work in Richmond) and may get a bike down the line. Unfurnished or semi furnished is fine, I'm bringing over my queen mattress so that's all I really would want of my own at the least. Looking for 6-12months maybe more but obviously see how logistics and personalities all fit :)
Hi there :) My name is Teilo, I am 17 (18 on the 1st of March) and have just finished year 12, looking to move into the city. I am a country boy, but don’t hold it against me! I am an extremely social person and always love chatting and sharing stories over a few beers. I always have a smile on my face and take a positive attitude into just about everything. I am clean and respectful of my surroundings and take pride in the place that I live. I have a goal of starting an electrical apprenticeship in Melbourne and then go on to become a fully qualified electrician. My main interests revolve around music and my love for beer! Most of my spare cash when not going towards necessities usually goes towards one of the two! I love going to see live gigs and if you were into similar music as me would not hesitate on going to gigs together! My favourite bands include: Sticky Fingers, Dunies, Delta Riggs, Cat Empire, Ocean Alley, PUP, Catfish and the bottlemen, Black Keys, Violent Soho, The White Stripes and Young Monks, but the list could go on forever! Things that I can bring to the table: A pretty good record turntable and a limited selection of records, pretty much a complete back up of everything kitchen including a near new toaster, a kettle, fruit and vegetable juicer, microwave, complete sets of bowls plates and cutlery, a beautiful handmade blackwood chopping board and a set of chefs knives and knife block (of course I would only bring these things if they are needed). I also come with the ability to make one of the best chicken curries that you will ever taste! Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon :) p.s - move in date is flexible :)
I'm clean but relaxed. I try my best to be the best I can be. I'm enrolling in tafe for this year so I won't be around all the time but when I'm home I wouldn't mind some good conversations. I play music, sing, draw, take photos and write. I plan of studying psychology at uni after I've completed tafe.
Hi! James & I aren't a couple but a couple of bloody great mates who wanna meet some new pals, live in a cool area and have fun. We both work in the creative industry (he's a graphic designer and I work in TV production) and hail from London. Looking to be in Melbourne long term but as we just arrived don't want to commit to anything longer than 6 months as life evolves and who knows what may happen, looking for a little nest to finally open our backpacks up in for now. We both like art, films, bad jokes, sunshine & beers, music and good company. We've both lived on our own for a very long time and are fully house trained. Grocery shopping / chores / washing up / wiping down / hoovering / mopping / mirror shining / window cleaning / bed making / skirting-board dusting... you name it. We will do it. Hopefully we can meet someone SOON!!

Hi! My name is Zack. I'm 24 years old and I'm currently seeking a private room in a share house. I work full time as a professional house painter and I'm really passionate about it. I love making things look beautiful again! I work during the day and sometimes weekends too. I love going out and getting my groove on and meeting new people. Don't mind the old bar sesh wherever it may be but I'm really into raves pumping that sweet psychedelic trance and other tripped out music that makes you feel like your in another dimension as I feel like I am most the time anyway. Love the bush doof scene! From what I know from family, friends and co-workers I am a fun, friendly and respectful person. I really enjoy other peoples company but acknowledge and respect the occasional need for alone time. I also respect the fact that when you're living with other people you need to make a conscious effort to be mindful of the general upkeep of the house. I like to live in a tidy house and don't mind regular cleaning. I also love to cook, especially for others. Hoping to meet some like minded individuals but I'm honestly open to anything. Let me know, thanks!

We are students (age 25 and 30) both working full time and looking for a place with a great kitchen where we could work on our passion - cooking. Besim is studying cookery and I come from a family of chefs, so we are real foodies :) If you want to enjoy some great and healthy food with us, join us! Hey how's it going? I'm Claire! I am a 27 year old female who has recently relocated from Bristol, England. I'm a friendly and sociable housemate who is also clean, considerate and tidy. I blog, love photography, music and adventures. I also enjoy exercise and good food / white wine in equal measure. Basically in a nut shell, I wont keep you up all night with wild parties but you will always have someone who is up for going out for wine or cocktails, I smell nice and will clean up after myself and I am always super keen for seeing or doing something new. I've lived in shared houses for years so I'm also respectful of other peoples space, sleep and property. I'm looking to get out of my current living situation ASAP so I'm open to short of longer term rentals so get in touch if you think you have a good fit! Cheers! :)
I'm a bit of an arty farty chick who is currently studying Advertising at RMIT. I have a concerning obsession with Japanese food and Instagram. I also love a bit of banter and go crazy over art, music, food and photography. I'm originally from The Sunshine Coast (QLD) and only moved down to Melbs at the start of 2016 (still a bit of a newbie) so I'm always very keen to meet new, like minded people! I'm super clean (but not a neat freak), independent, and very easy going. I love hanging out with my friends so I would definitely be inviting people over every now and then! I am very excited to cook up a storm next year as I love to cook too, however I cannot go past 2 min noodles most of the time.
About this person Hi I'm Julia and I work full time at a health organisation in the CBD. I love being active, the outdoors and catching up with friends over good food and wine. My chill days involve watching a movie, baking, painting or all of the above! I'm easy going and tidy up after myself.
