I am flexible with the date of my move, though sometime in the next month would be good. Im also quite minimal, and therefore tidy. Hope to hear from you and possibly arrange a meeting, feel free to ask any other questions. Thanks :)

We are a couple (aged 25 and 28) looking for an apartment or room to rent for few months up to 6 months or so. Offers for shorter time are welcome also right now. We might stay here for longer but we would prefer not to commit to a long lease right now. Argo is currently working full time (near St.Kilda) and I do photography and graphic design and I am looking for a job in the area. Argo likes gardening and has a B.Sc in Landscape Architecture. I studied Biology back home but lately, I have been more interested in photography and arts. I've done cleaning professionally and we like to keep clean. We are rather quiet but we are also happy to socialise and have a glass of wine on the weekends!

I am Marco and I am living in Hamburg, Germany. I am working in Melbourne for 3 months. I usually work from 9-19 so I won't be at home during the day. After work, I like to play football, watch a movie to have a nice chat with my flatmates. As this is the first time for me here in Australia, I like to see as much as possible on the weekends. I am a very tidy and respectful guy who is always up for a nice conversation. But I also respect people who prefer to spend time alone. Cheers, Marco
We are a couple from the UK who have recently arrived in Melbourne after travelling Asia for the last 5 months. Clean & tidy, easy going and friendly. Both love listening to music and watching a good tv series/film. Happy to live with someone who has pets :).
Hi! I'm Juhi, of Indian origin but born and raised in Dubai and have spent the last few years in Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) pursuing my undergrad (University of Melbourne) and post grad degrees (University of Sydney). Currently working part time and applying for full time positions in my field in both Melbourne and Sydney and hence looking for temporary accommodation until April. I'm a fun, easy going, friendly and independent girl. Conscious with regards to keeping the place neat, clean and sharing household responsibilities. Simple, hard working, respectful and believe in having an open and honest channel of communication. Passionate about my field (Nutrition and Dietetics) and hence enjoy cooking, reading, watching movies, traveling and meeting new people. Love to come home to a quite and peaceful place and am not one for hosting wild parties. Always down for a girl chat and simultaneously respecting each others personal space. No pets either. Responsible when it comes to paying rent and utility bills timely. Looking for a likeminded female who I can connect with and maybe consider a friend down the track. I don't have any furniture or household appliances of my own and am looking for a furnished room including access to the internet. Currently overseas and back in Melbourne on 5th Feb hence don't have my local number active at the moment. However, feel free to contact me here in the inbox and any further communication over Whatsapp/Fb or Skype Thanks
We are always respectful about the place we live, we are searching for a good place not too far from the bars and restaurants because Nicolas is a cook and Mathieu and I are bartenders, we don't make party's at home, we prefer to hang out ;) !
Hello! I'm very excited to move to Melbourne! I'm a very friendly nerd who enjoys reading, board games, and cooking. I will probably spend most evenings out exploring the city. I would love housemates to explore restaurants, parks, bars, and events with; but am happy to go solo. My last sharehouse they called me "mom" because I was always cooking and cleaning, while making sure everyone was getting along and enjoying themselves. It was a great place to live, but I'm looking for a change of scenery and to experience all the Melbourne has to offer!
Hi everyone, This is Ali. I teach International Business at RMIT University and also do research. During the last 7 years, I've been living in various share houses with people coming from different backgrounds among different ages and I'm familiar with sharehouse lifestyle. I do exercise regularly, it's been a while I do yoga, Tai Chi, walking and also swimming. I do like cooking and prefer to cook at home and would be happy to share a weekly meal with my future housemates. I prefer to live with people who care about keeping the place clean and I'm happpy to do so. I'm not only looking for a bedroom but also for people who like to communicate in their free time. Please contact me if you think we can get along.
Hey there! I am a young professional from the England on a years working holiday visa looking for a place to rent in Melbourne. Ideally I would like to stay somewhere for 3 months but don't mind maybe staying a bit longer. I'll be there in exactly one week starting 29/01/17. I am friendly very sociable so enjoy meeting new people and enjoy experiencing new things. It will be my first time in Australia. Emma
Male from London, new to Australia, I'm a rather social guy, pretty laid back and easy to live with. I can cook, and pull our weight with general household chores, generally prefer to live in a cleaner space. Will be looking to get a car also, mainly for sporadic trips here and there, should be a few empty seats for those who want to join. Currently job hunting, would prefer to secure a place to live so I can narrow my job search location. Looking to move into somewhere fairly quickly. Would be able to do so with a days notice. Ideally looking for somewhere between Frankston and the CBD with transport links in walking distance.
I am a professional female working full time. I am out from 9 am to 6 pm. Enjoy good company but value and respect personal space as well.I enjoy outdoor activities and enjoy hanging out with my friends outside of home on the weekends.
I am a 25 y.o. accountant working in South Melbourne. I tend to keep to myself but I am always up for a bit of banter over beers or dinner, even hanging on the couch. On the weekend you can find me usually out and about with my mates (wouldn't mind if you'd come out with us once in a while) or doing something with my gf (welcome to third wheel too) so the weekend isn't a total waste. I cook and clean and I am pretty handy around the house (usually fix technological issues around the house). I love to binge on TV shows whilst smashing my dinner and sitting there until I realise I have achieved nothing tonight. I attempt to be active regularly by playing basketball once a week and trying to get into the gym a few times a week. Although I am shy at first, I am very easy to get along with. I am quite chilled and usually up for whatever. Looking for flat mates that are sociable but don't intrude. Looking for a place preferably with a parking spot. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Chinese, easy going person! Student and a good person to have a beer talking about many things. I want to increase my english language and know other cultures. by the way. i will study in Le corden blue and l really love cooking and music.
Im pretty easy going and down to earth, very work and study orientated and am pretty mature for my age. I come from New Zealand and moved out of home when I moved here just after I turned 16 and have been flatting/boarding ever since. I know I'm a bit young but I'm desperately in need for a new place to live in as I have to move out of the current house I'm in by March/April. Im also transgender just thought I'd put that out there because I know some people may have a problem with that. I'm very tidy and clean and am very good at cooking (perks of growing up with a chef for a step mum). I'm also about to study exercise and sports science full time at uni and I work part time at grilld (usually nights). My hobbies include going to the beach, bike riding, fishing, anything water related, writing, playing guitar and dance. I also like having my own space but can also be very social and im alway down to chat and chill out. I also turn 18 in may if that helps.
Hi Everybody! My name is Sanne, I'm 27 years old. Work full-time for a travel company. Very social, but not looking for a party house. I enjoy cooking together sometimes or having a glass of wine, but also giving each some space. In my time off I love to take my bike out for a ride, go outdoors or go to festivals, bars and cafes with friends.
Marcus, 26 years old, Australian born but also the proud holder of a British passport (thanks mum). I was born in Melbourne and have lived here most of my life - except for 6 months in Canada and 2 years living in Ireland. Recently returned to Australia to lay some roots down, I am now looking to move out into the outer city suburbs to make it easier to get to work and to be in amongst this great city. I am an English language teacher working in the CBD on weekdays, in the evening and on weekends I like to work on my writing. I value my own space, independence and am an introvert at heart, but I love socialising with people as long as they are genuine and easy-going. I have a low tolerance for facades and would expect respect and honesty from potential housemates. As I work in a social job, and am quite drained at the end of a day, I would like to live with others who respect the space of others while at the same time enjoying hanging out occasionally. I'm not after a party household and would enjoy living with others who are in their later 20's who want a mature and "got-their-shit-together" type to join their household. My main hobbies include reading, writing, photography (medium format film), and going to the cinema. I love visiting Nova Cinema, the Astor and the Kino in the city and try to go once a week (minimum). I'm also a voracious music lover and have it on most of the time. Expect to hear me singing along to Jens Lekman or Kings of Convenience at some point! Socially, an ideal night out would be a good dinner out then plenty of red wine and chats, or seeing some live music. I also adore coffee and enjoy nothing more than sitting at a cafe with friends, chatting. I would be after a non-furnished room in a cosy house with lots of light. The vibe is important for me. I also want a room big enough for my bed, a desk, and all my books.
Me and two of my friends, we come from Thailand w/ working and holiday visa and student visa. We are looking for an accomodation to live together. We will arrive at Melbourn airport on 15 february 2017 and we hope to have a place to stay on the same day. We are tidy and easy going persons.
Im a Happy friendly person, i think i get along with most people pretty well. I like shared area to be kept clean or at the least usable ! Im working in hospo so tend to work a lot of evenings but not till too late, like 11pm ish. I enjoy a drink or two and going out but its not central to my life. Im trying to save money so im not a party hard girl but im deffo social. :) I will be away in NZ for 2 1/2 weeks in march so really im looking for longer term accom until may/june if i could sublet the room out for two weeks while im away ? Thanks!
Mid 30's public servant relocating from Canberra for work and looking for a good housemate to team up with, or a nice person who can offer a room until I can get settled on my feet. Hoping to find easy going housemates who take pride in their home. I'm looking for more than just a house, but a place that I can call home. I'm rather quiet but I do enjoy a laugh and being somewhat social. Not looking for a party house, rather a place of refuge that I can come home to at the end of the day. My ideal flatmate would be someone who is also quite and a little reserved, but enjoys a good chat over a glass of wine. Someone who respects privacy is mandatory. Happy to share the cooking or keep it separate. I'm not the best cook but really do enjoy it. Interests include talking politics, travel, aviation, literature, web development and reading. Paying bills and rent on time of course is a big factor. I'll be brand new to Melbourne so somebody to explore the city with and make a new friend or two would be advantageous but not a requirement for a housemate.
I work in finance, recently accepted a transfer, looking for accommodation from short to long term. I dont smoke, I enjoy a sociable drink. I am unable to inspect any places since my work will be keeping me in Brisbane until I move. I am happy to Skype to meet any potential flatmates.
I am easy going and friendly person I'm working part time and study full time. I like to keep things very clean , neat and organised. I like to socialize and love to meet people. The majority of my time I'm either in my room, at work or out with friends. I pay rent on time. I'm looking for a room spacious enough to fit a queen size bed and a desk and chair for my laptop.
Hey so I have just moved back from Queensland and looking to leave my parents place again. I work in the car industry so normally doing around 50-60 hours per week, very friendly but do like to have the night hidden away in my room, I'm a clean person and friendly but again a workaholic so not much of a party animal so not looking for a place that holds party's every weekend
I'm Jasper, 27, from Halifax, Nova Scotia on the east coast of Canada. I'm an architecture student here in Melbourne on a master's degree work term until August, 2017. I love music (studied music before architecture and I'm a multi-instrumentalist playing guitar, bass, drums and piano - would love to find people to play with!), I'm social, I like cooking, I like biking, and I'm a friendly person who doesn't take himself too seriously. I'd love to go see some good live music in Melbourne while I'm here and maybe learn how to surf. Cheers!
