Hello! we have just moved to Melbourne from sunny Brisbane. What were we thinking you might say... we are looking for a place to call home to enjoy the beautiful, albeit freezing city of melbourne. We are down here for work in professional fulltime jobs (Monday and Friday). We are looking for a furnished room so we can try put melbourne before more permanently calling it home. We have been together for 10 years, we love travel and have now lived in 4 Australian cities. We are responsible, independent and well house trained. We enjoy cinema, yoga, bush walking, music and gardening. When we're not at work our exploring our new city, we enjoy cooking a meal, having a wine and netflix. We look forward to meeting new people, but respect housemates space and privacy and are more than happy to do our own thing.
I am new to Melbourne, excited to explore the city and meet new people. I am a tidy and and respectful housemate. In my spare time playing sport and hit the gym on the weekend I am very partial to a few glasses of wine and a good Sunday roast. Looking for a home with great flatmates, not just a room to crash. If you have something suitable please feel free to contact me Thanks Katie

Hi everyone, We're 2 guys, British and French, looking for a third person to join us and start a lease. Mark is 36, just arrived in Melbourne and working in HR and I, Axel, am 29, working in a pub, finishing my Master. We're both chill and sociable. We're looking for the right housemate, someone sociable but clean and responsable, guys and girls are welcome to contact us. We'll try to get on a lease in the next two weeks, a 3 bed appartement/house, about $280 per person and close to the CBD, probably around Carlton, Fitzroy, Richmond. We'll share the bond 3 ways between us, bills and rent. We already have some furniture (fridge, couch, washing machine, etc) so you'll just have to furnish your room. Just send us a message if interested with a quick description of your profil. We can the meet around a drink/coffee and see how it goes. Thanks everyone. Mark and Axel
Easy going 29 year old technical writer from Ireland, hoping to live with people of a similar/older age. Reliable with bills and paying rent on time. Respectful of other flatmates and neat and tidy. Enjoy reading, film, tennis, soccer, socialising!
Hi guys! I come with two very adorable animals! A staghound named Obi who loves daily walks and lots of cuddles, and a gorgeous kitty named Snookie who never bites or scratches - they are perfect :) I also come with a piano and other furniture that I would love to share with my housemates! I work as a teacher so paying rent won't be an issue; neither will paying bills. Always happy to have a chat but I also love to read and do other quiet activities. Not even close to being labelled a party animal, but I definitely love social outings to the movies, theatre and live music concerts. It would be fantastic if I could come and check out your place, or join with someone to lease a place. Hope to hear from you soon! Bethany
I'm escaping the Sydney rat race and moving to Melbourne! Arrive in Melbourne on 24th July. I've got some friends in Melbourne, but looking for a house where I can make some more! I'm typically pretty busy with work, trying to get to the gym, and trying to cook healthy dinners, but always partial to a sneaky glass of wine or beer every now and then, and it would be cool if my future housemates were the same! I want to find somewhere I can call home, relax, chat about the day/life, but also respect others privacy. Oh and I can totally clean up after myself. On a weekend I'm into live music, catching up with friends, getting out in nature (are there beaches in Melbourne?!), and perhaps a beverage or two.
Hi! We are looking for 2 separate rooms in the same apartment within Melbourne CBD or outskirts. We're both easy-going, super friendly yet are amicably respectful of others' privacy and me-time, we like to cook, read and enjoy a good board games night in with friends and can confirm that none of us are slobs! We are both Kenyan by birth (Kenyans are the nicest people, although we might be admittedly a little biased), Indian by heritage (we love Bollywood!), and have lived in London for most of our twenties. It'll be our first time living in Melbourne and we're loving it already (because we are huge food fanatics). We have travelled quite a bit, so we have lots of interesting stories! (or so we like to think! )
Full time finance graduate at ANZ in Docklands. Financially stable, clean & respectful. Non smoker, great cook and always up for a chat.
What's up People I'm Marco, I'm looking for a shared house and nice people to live with. About me I can tell you that I love to cook a lot and ride my bike everywhere, listen to music and play it, one passion I have is to talk about physics/universe and psicology/spirituality aaaand I work in the hospitality industry, obviously I sound like a very normal person...but I'm not hahaha!! I love to travel and I can offer free language lessons in Italian, Spanish and a little bit of Portuguese and French. I play the drum but don't worry never too late or too early and I play it well ;) I'm very respectful of housemates spaces and I'm clean, I've got a lot of experience sharing houses around the world. I'm very keen as well to team up with anybody, hopefully before the 2nd of August, which is when I'll leave the house where I'm living now.

Vegan 36 year old male looking for a place to stay. Prefer clean room in a share house without too many people. I like cleaning and organising, cooking and sharing food, discussing movies, music and games. I love animals and will happily accept cuddles from your fur babies.
Hello! I'm relocating from Perth to Melbourne in August. I'm a mature, tidy, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups, and walks of life. I'm a creative type that loves making art, photography, reading, live music, and watching kitschy b-grade films. My ideal home would be a safe place with a private room (preferably with enough space on the floor to do yoga), relatively close to public transport, with friendly people that like to have a laugh. I would like to stay for at least six months if possible. Sadly I don't have any pets of my own, but I adore animals (especially cats!). I'm looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you!
Hello there people of Melbournia, I am on the lookout for a South Yarra (or as close as) spacious room with some lovely people to share a home with. Move in by early August! I've been living in the heart of Melbourne for 6 months and now want to move out of the hustle and bustle! I'm the kind of housemate who's guilty pleasure is trashy T.V, will keep the fridge stocked with hummus and can make a mean avocado on toast. I am a young full time professional, working as a Marketing Assistant as well as running my own business; Board Art Melbourne. I'm hoping someone will read this and think "what a coincidence I have a room AND it's in South Yarra (or as close as) I'm going to message Claire because she sounds awesome." MESSAGE ME :D
Hey guys! I'm a small town girl from the Yarra valley and currently work all over metro Melbourne with my new job! I also go to Uni once a week, so I barely am home except weekends and most of that time I'll use to catch up with friends/or get to know housemates! I am so sick of the travel so I want something that's nice and close to the hustle of the City! I'm open to everhthing so holla if you think you've got the solution for me!
I'm shannon, myself and my partner, Leonardo, are looking for a home. We arnt just looking for somewhere just to sleep, we want somewhere we can call home and stay for an extended period of times round a year possibly longer if the perfect place. We are currently living in Richmond so it's the perfect destination also. A bit about us; Shannon: 20yr old female, I'm a clean person, quite mature for my age however I have a quite querky personality once you get to know me. I am a qualified chef, currently working as a waitress/bar tender in a cute cafe on chapel street called tusk, I am quite artistic, I love to paint and listen to music in my spare time, going for walks and enjoy having flowers and plants in the house, I enjoy the environment and love being outside and I love the idea of having garden/veggie patch so I love the big yard! Leonardo: 20 yr old male, beautiful human being ahah, super kind hearted, extremely tidy, also quite mature for his age. Apprentice chef, works at a restaurant in the city called cumulus inc, he works long hours and enjoys his job allot however it is quite demanding, so in his spare time he likes to relax and nap most of the time ahah. He would particularly love having your adorable Frank and Trevor, he loves animals! We are very respectful people, moved to Melbourne together 2 years ago from Queensland, we have worked really hard and are just looking for somewhere to call home. We don't go out much as we are quite busy but enjoy spending time at home and go out for dinner/food quite often aswell as enjoy cooking at home, we would respect your space and life activities however wouldn't mind hanging out for a chat and dinner etc. would love for you to consider us Thanks, Shannon and Leonardo.

From Denmark originally, I've moved around a lot in USA and Europe and now making it to Australia! I don't have very many things, as everything I own needs to fit in 2 suitcases. I'm a photographer and a retoucher, so basically you'll definitely get too many profile pics and instagrams worthy photos. I love dogs, but am allergic to cats and rodents in the pet situation. And getting outside during the day and going out at night are my fav pasttimes :) Cheers!
