HI!!!! I'm an art student at LCI Melbourne, and am in need of a place to live whilst I spend my time at uni and working from 7am to eventually be able to pay my HECS and support my butter chicken addiction. I love to cook and will happily make meals for my house fam, am into the best music ever (not at all subjective) and honestly spend most of my time out of the house. When I'm at home I will typically nap between shifts, study, make art and watch Netflix. Looking for a homely feelin' home with some fab people. XoX
I’m 22 from Wales, UK! Pretty new to living here in Melbourne (2months). I work full time labouring, building up my money after a long stint in Asia and having broke my hand the night before I flew here I’m well on the road to recovery, ready to settle and get out this hostel! I want to finally get down to cooking some good food rather than surviving on the eating out meals. I enjoy going to the gym (not had the chance since being away from uk), watching films, food, music festivals, chilling out and meeting others. I’m 22 so just some of the typical stuff really.. I’m always up for a laugh, going out, basically a sociable being, but as everyone I love my own space too.. I’m down to earth, laid back. When it comes to the important stuff I’m excellent.. I’m clean, polite and respect other people and their property! Simple!
I am Mar, from Barcelona! I finished my degree in Primary Teaching and I moved to Australia to master my English for a few months before applying for a master back in Europe. I would enjoy sharing an apartment with friendly and opened people, although I can respect your privacy and your option to keep things to you. I am clean, respectful and I cook. I like science and arts in general, but in particular I like to sing and play spanish guitar (although I didn't bring it with me). Thanks for taking your time to read it all!
I'm Eloise :) I'm 22, originally from Tassie but this will be my third year in Melbourne now. I am currently living in Flemington and dance full time as well as supervise a restaurant most nights a week :) I am a pretty social, easy going person, definitely don't mind a drink but also love my down time as well. Looking for somewhere close to where I am now as I work in the city and dance in Kensington so I need to be able to get to these places easily :)
Hey hey hey! I (ash) am a psych student at Swinburne by day and bartender by night. I am sociable, easy going, clean, and an adventurous 22 year old looking for a new abode. I enjoy a beer or bev after work (or uni) and exploring all the pubs, bars and restaurants over melbourne! Bush Doof enthusiast. I am also an aspiring actress and will often be off auditioning or taking workshops! I have all the essential furniture (bed, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc if needed) with the added bonus of a lemon tree and a herb garden!! xxx
I work 60 hours a week in Finance and Investment. Moved here from Perth, love a good frothy and socialising. love keeping fit and meeting new fun people but I also work a lot of the time so you will get the house to yourself for most of the week except Fridays and Sundays. However the big selling point is I need somewhere to park my Audi, which I know is a big ask but I cant really sell the vehicle so its a prerequisite. Feel free to ask me any other questions. Regards Dash
We are a shiny pair of friendly, clean, considerate cohabitors. We love art projects, reading books, cooking for friends, watching TV, playing music and going to the Nova cinema on cheap night Mondays. We love to be out and about but we are really looking for a home that we can keep, and nurture a bit. We are open and independent in our relationship and will not be hiding in our bedroom at all times. p.s. If you have a lovely animal we will definitely help you look after it.
I consider myself easy going, sociable and helpful around the house. I am a full time student at Melbourne Uni and I work part-time on weekends (25 hours).
Chelsea and Taylor here! We're looking somewhere close to the CBD/inner suburbs to live. We are both RMIT and Melbourne Uni students and are both working casually. Once we find a place to live we'll try to find a part-time job/more hours as we live in Geelong at the moment. We're super chill people who aren't super into partying but love the occasional social event every now and then. We're also tidy and willing to contribute to housework where needed. Thanks! 😊
Hello! I'm returning to study a Masters of Animation and Interactive Media at RMIT and want to move closer to the city. I'm a non drinker, non smoker, very quiet and keep a clean living environment. I am looking to share with one other person, ideally close to public transport and for 12 months plus. Internet is important. I'm a computer person and that's usually where you'll find me, either working on creative projects, playing video games or playing D&D online with friends. I like to keep to myself, but am very happy to make some new friends! I've share housed before and creating a harmonious household is important to me.
I am Benjamin. I am looking for a private room in Melbourne. I'am 25 years old, architect from Chile, I am here to improve my English, work and live a new experience. I love to going out, travel, enjoy the city, cook and share with my friends. I'am very friendly, respectful, tidy and easy going. Cheers!!!
Hi, my names Alex- I'm a 23 year old adman looking for a temporary home. Recently landed a new Job in Abbotsford (from Sydney originally). Looking for a short term (up to 6 months) room/apartment lease somewhere near the abbotsford area (preferably in abbots-ford) until I find a one bedroom flat of my own. Not looking for a party house! As long as you're clean things will stay zen. I'm a pretty relaxed and down to earth character myself. Love to go out hiking and camping on weekends and I always try catch the local bands/movies when they play. Mon-Friday I keep a low profile mostly due to the demanding nature of the job. When I'm not working, I'm studying or working on digital projects from home. I hope to find a relaxed and positive environment to kick back and recharge in peace after a long day in the office. If you want to know more about me, give me a call! I'm always happy to chat :)
I am a 26 yr old lawyer who will be working full time in the CBD. I am relocating from Brisbane and this will be the first time that I will live in Melbourne, so I am really looking forward to the change and exploring a new city! I am looking for a fully furnished place but happy to provide my own bed and mattress if needed. I am clean, house proud, respectful of your privacy and not looking for a party house (though I love going out on weekends). I am looking for a housemate that is sociable, up for a chat and wants to share the occasional glass of wine. I will be working a lot so will hardly be home during the week and I am not really a big cook but love food! On the weekends I will be exploring as much of Melbourne as possible and I am really interested in exploring all the bars, restaurants and all the amazing coffee. I do not need a car space and prefer my own bathroom. Thanks!
I am extrovert by nature coming to melbourne for my Masters from RMIT. Have had a great experience staying independently away from home since last 6 years. always a helping hand for my flatmates, good cooking skills, love to be neat and clean and stay in a tidy room.
Hi, my name is Finnlay. I'm looking for somewhere close to the city, easily accessible. I'm moving down from North Queensland to study music at AIM in Melbourne which is located in the CBD. A bit about myself - well I'm a muso. And I'm a bit of a hippy. I play lots of music as well as write and produce my own work. Recently I've been living the free life in camper van in Townsville. I'm very easy going and friendly. Might come across shy at first but underneath I'm just a happy and gentle person. I keep an open mind set when it comes to other people, and other people's lifestyle choices. I do not judge. I do tend to keep to myself most of the time, but I am looking forward to making new friends and developing a social network. When it comes to living with me I show respect just as I would expect to be respected. I clean up after myself and I stay very tidy. I respect the rules and chores/duties and I make it a high priority to pay rent on time. Hoping to move sooner than later. Currently I am still in North Queensland but am very eager to move down and start my new life in Melbourne.
Hello there :) Sorry to say the dirty word on here, but I am a full time, mature aged student! Sorry! I am in the last six months of my manual therapy degree (free massages anyone?). I work part time, and in my spare time, I'll be on adventures, brunching or looking for dogs in the local park. I am a pretty social person, but I am not one to rave out until 3 am or throw house parties. I'd like to think I am funny and have a good head on my shoulders. I am a really easy-going and clean housemate who knows how to pay bills and rent on time, respect your space (and property) and generally not be a douche. I would love a place where I can create a space that feels like home; somewhere where we can chat after work, sit and have a cup of tea, watch a movie together, and have friends over for dinner and a vino. If you have a dog, I will be moving in tomorrow :-) Well, that's enough of an essay which sounds like dating profile, if you would like to know more, let me know :-)
Hi, I'm a 22-year-old girl from Barcelona (Spain) moving to Melbourne with a full-time work in an start-up. I've been in Australia for 4 months and I'm very excited to start my new life in the city. I'm social and easy going. I enjoy having a healthy lifestyle, I like going to the gym and doing outdoors activities when the weather is nice, I love coffee and my perfect Sunday plan includes a nice brunch in a cosy cafe. I like cooking and preparing my own meals throughout the week but I also enjoy dining out every now and then. I'm always keen to have fun and some drinks but I also appreciate having my own space and time. I'm very respectful when it comes to sharing common areas, I like to keep spaces clean and tidy. I'm rather a quiet person but being away from my family and friends I would love to live with someone I can chat with, have a tea in the evening afterwork or watch a Netflix show together!
Young professional, work full time in property development in the CBD. I am busy during the week with work so love getting out of the house over the weekend either beach, watching the footy (GO TIGES!!!!!!) or beers at the pub. Like coming home to a clean, respectful place - not after a typical house share house, I'd like to find a place to call home!
