We are fun loving, sociable and mature. We cook, clean and like to keep a tidy home. We are both hard working and great communicators and love having a chat over a glass of wine. We are both sensible and would love to share with people who enjoy some wine and cheese and a chat at the end of the day. We would be looking for a room each.
Hi, I'm Shannon! My partner Dave and I are looking for a place to call home for the next 12 months. I'm an Aussie and Dave is a Kiwi, we also have a gorgeous little 7 year old Maltese Shitzu named Gus. We are looking for a share house with a fairly big bedroom for a couple and also a dog friendly house so little Gus can come along. We enjoy socializing, cooking, exercising, exploring Melbourne and taking Gus to the park. Would love to chat more!..

Hi. I am Ishwar Singh. 26. Male. From India. On a Permanent Resident Visa. Non-Smoker. Occasionally drink. Currently studying Master of Information Technology in RMIT City Campus. Have another 1.5 years left. I consider myself a clean and tidy person. I am a bit of studious so will mostly spend time in University. If not, will be at home studying or just chilling. I am not a party pooper. I am a North Indian who is born and brought up in South India. So have a mix of different cultures in me. More details you will get to know once you meet me ;P I am currently living at my cousin's place and would like to move out ASAP. So please help me :D The intended length of stay is just mentioned as a WORST case scenario which I know will never happen.
Hi there potential house mates, I am an Aussie/Kiwi who has grown up in South East Asia and just gotten back from six months interning at the UN's Khmer Rouge Tribunal in Cambodia. I study full time at Monash and work part time at an employment and discrimination law firm in the city. I keep pretty busy with an active social life, exercise, brunch, volunteering at the ASRC, brunch and getting involved at whatever Melbourne thing is happening at the time (feel like I have spent the last month living at the Comedy Festival). However, my ideal Monday night would be spent curled up on the couch watching Q&A with a giant glass of red in hand and gossiping with my housemates during the ad breaks! If you have any more questions about me - please feel free to ask! I can move in any date from now and need to be out of my place by the end of May.
I am a fun and outgoing guy and just moved over from across the ditch (New Zealand) to start a full time job in the CBD. I enjoy going out, socialising having a drink (or 6) with mates/future flatmates in the weekend but also enjoy having downtime to relax/netflix at home! New to Australia I would love to explore the city and what it has to offer! I enjoy people's company and I would like to think (and hope) people enjoy mine too! I think I would make a great flatmate to live with! My hobbies include playing sports such as tennis, badminton and cricket socially and I do like to stay fit by either playing these sports or going for runs/gym (gains). I like to live with clean surroundings, enjoy cooking and cleaning up after myself. If this doesn't sound like the perfect flatmate then I don't know what does
I am a 28 year old Spanish guy. I came to Melburne to study for a long time and I'll be here until march 2018. Nowadays I work as waiter in Melbourne and I'm looking for a private room, nothing luxurious just to have my own space. I am a very easy going and social person. Love doing any kind of sport and I am tidy and responsible with the payments. I need accomodation for a long stay but I would prefer to find a place where I can speak english at home to improve it. I prefer a house with many people living in it, that always means new stories to tell and listen and more people to meet. I love chilling at home but I also like going out, I'm always up for everything. Hope hearing from you soon!!
Hey! I'm Adrian, 22, an international student from Mexico coming to study at the Melb Uni for 6 months. I'm a pretty chill, polite, and friendly dude looking for a good, tidy, and social place to live in my stay. I'm really excited to meet the Australian customs and live new experiences, so keep in touch!
Hi, my name’s Claire. I am 24 and looking at moving out of the family home. I am clean and tidy, and apart from my love of clothes, am quite minimalistic. I work full time in the city so would not be around much on weekdays. In the evenings I like to relax, have a conversation, read, or watch an episode of a TV show on Netflix. I love to travel. I have travelled quite a bit and love talking about different places in the world. I also enjoy going to the beach, going for short hikes, and the occasional glass of red. I do have a cat, Sunshine, who’s a 14 year old tabby, likes to sleep all the time and generally stays away from people. She can however stay with my family if need be. But if you are a cat person, she’s quite friendly and very quiet. I am not a fan of dogs. If you think I would make a great fit then give me a buzz.
Hi my name is James, I am 26 years old and I work as a Chef full time. I will be relocating back to Melbourne at the end of next month and would like to find a nice home to move in to. I am very easy going and laid back. I am clean, organized and respectful of peoples privacy. I tend to keep to myself mainly but have no troubles socializing. I enjoy music, cooking, exploring the world and new adventures. I don't smoke cigarettes and not much of a drinker so not looking for a party house, just somewhere comfortable to call home.
Hi I'm Neekey, I am Chinese and I am a full-time senior web front-end developer working in the city. I came to Melbourne in May 2016, really love it. I am a typical INFP, introvert. I am very intuitive, easy-going and considerate. I like to keep the place that I live tidy and clean and I like to make it cozy, comfortable and homie. I cook sometimes. I am Gay btw ( So may invite a boy back home, finger crossed!). My hobbies include: - Movies - Music - Photography - Video Games - Swim & workout in gym - Singing (just to please myself) - Reading - Coding, of course (don't be surprised if you find me staying at my desk with my MacBook whole day long) What I prefer for the place I live and the flatmates that I will live with: - prefer a queen size bed (the size I am sleeping on, just too comfortable!!) - prefer a decent living room that can invite friends to come and chill sometimes or just lay down on the couch with my future flatmates and watch a movie - prefer a quiet bed time. I usually sleep around 11-12pm, even I am staying up, I will keep myself quite. - Hope I can make new friends not just flatmates. One more thing: Well I have an Apple TV with Netflix subscription and a 55 inch big TV with me, so if you need them and we finally become flatmates, you can use them for free ; )
I am a 24 year old girl studying tourism and hospitality management in the city of Melbourne. I am currently working in a hotel but will soon start my full time job as a restaurant manager! I am very tidy and reliable with rent. I like to be social and spend time with roommates but I also enjoy my own space. Looking for someone who is like minded :) Best regards Julia Ekman
Hello, My name is Marine. I am french, from Paris, I have lived in Germany and China (Shangai) and love travelling. I will arrive in Melbourne for the first time in April and will stay for around a year (I will work as IT project manager). I like cooking, chatting, travelling around and old books. If I had been at Hogward, I would have been a Hufflepuff. I am open as for the location of the flat ! Would like a furnished room.
Hello there! I am looking for a place to stay for a long period of time. My name is Alicia, I am 23 and I am from Malaysian. I am going to be working full-time at the city starting this mid-April. I prefer a place that is at a walking distance to the public transport (preferably a train station). I am super friendly and easy to get along with and also respect other people's need for their personal space. I also like a clean space and we do not like dramas.
Hi! My names Emma and I'm a Chef. I'm currently working in Crown and looking for a place to live in close proximity. I've lived in Melbourne for about 6 months and have done so with the generosity of friends letting me stay with them. But it is time for me to fly the coupe and find my own place My work hours can be hectic. Morning shifts start at 7am and night shifts finish at midnight, meaning, if I do a double shift, I basically don't exist for the day. Sometimes I do go out after work, depending on my shift the next day so I could be getting home at very, very late hours. I do drive and have a car, so parking is ideal. I don't mind onstreet parking but off street is preffered. I barely use it now, just on my weekends to visit my grandparents in Bendigo. I eat out quite a lot. Melbourne has so much to offer! I'm always down for making new friends to try out all these new places with. I can be very shy and quiet at first but I'm a very happy and voiced person once I'm comfortable which can take me anywhere between a week and a month, it also depends on the personality of the individual as well. I don't drink very often and I barely get drunk when I do. I am a smoker but I have etiquette and manners so I am not messy and don't leave butts or ash everywhere. If there's anything else you'd like to know, send me a message and I'll happily respond! My preffered move date is set to May 22nd as I am away from May 12-21st but am happy to move to the right place earlier!
