Hi!, I am originally from Lithuania, here in Melbourne for work, have a contract for 2 yrs with Monash Uni which started this January. Likely will extend it a year or two longer, although a change to an industry job is possible at the end of the term. Finished phd in physics in Chicago last year, lived in the US ~15yrs, now postdoctoral researcher at Monash in nanomaterials' properties. After work i go to gym few times a week, practice tennis, or taking a stroll along the beach, getting together for a beer/dinner with colleagues, seeing places/meeting new people when possible. Currently live in Oakleigh on Airbnb which was alright for a start, but a bit too far from a more livelier environment i'm used to. Straight, tidy, sociable, let me know if anything else you would like to know. ~ 3-12 months lease would suit, and need a car parking,, Cheers, -Tadas

I'm a fun positive, easy going and social person. I'm Scottish and I love interacting with others and gaining new experiences which is why I have decided to move to Melbourne. I'm very easy to get on with. I have no problem helping out with housework and keeping the place tidy. I enjoy cooking from time, working out and enjoying beers with friends. I'm an outside smoker and I'm very respectful of other people boundaries. If you want a flatmate whose got some good patter, will make all sorts of cups of tea for ya and will have the fridge fully stocked with beer at all times. Look no further :)
I am a Spanish guy from Valencia. I love music, indeed, I play the guitar and I sing too. I play rugby. I was living in Helsinki for 5 months doing my last year of Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Now I am doing the last year of my master in RMIT. I am going to be in Melbourne at least 9 months. I am really open-minded, I love to meet new people and to discover new places. I have chosen Australia because I love the nature and I think that the culture is quite different from mine and that will make me challenge myself and learn a lot.

Hi! I'm an international student (from the U.S.) starting my Master's degree at the University of Melbourne in 2018. I'm looking for a room near the Parkville campus, ready to move-in in February. (Unfortunately, I don't arrive in Australia until the very end of January) A bit about me: I love cats (and dogs), volunteering, learning new languages, reading, baking, hiking, and occasionally playing video games. I'm very open minded and enjoy having a drink and a good chat. I will happily bake you cookies!
Hey, I'm a 30 year old looking for a flatmates to move into a shared house. Originally from London (might have a English accent but that would be news to me!) but working full time in Melbourne as a Civil Engineer. Being new to the area i'm looking to move in with like minded people - professionals who like socialising and having a laugh. Not to say i don't enjoy me time but a beer every so often would be ace :) I'm a pretty easy going/chilled out person who enjoys watching/playing football (or soccer as i'm told its called) and going to the gym. Being a bit of a film buff I'm also always in the mood for watching a film or two... Any other questions please drop me a line!
I'm Sally, I'm 33 years old and work as a social worker with newly arrived migrants. I'm almost finished my Masters of International and Community Development which I study at my own pace. I'm very easy going and friendly and get along with almost anyone. I'm pretty active so like to get out and about (running, swimming, sports, exploring, checking out new places). I also love to travel, live music, the beach, socialising, checking out new restaurants or bars, chilling at home over a movie and a glass of wine. I'm looking for a relaxed household with reliable people. Be nice to hang out sometimes and share some meals but i'm also pretty independent and happy to entertain myself. I've lived in sharehouses before and am clean, reliable, respectful and pay my bills on time.
I'm a 34 year old designer moving to Melbourne on Jan 2018. I consider myself an enjoyable and open-minded person, in my space I'm a tidy and clean guy but not obsessive in the common area
I like to be busy, easy going, respectful. I love fashion and arts. Here in AU inquiring at how to proceed with my MBA, need a room till end of January. If successful I will be back here for 2 years.
I currently work in the city in construction/property development and commute from Geelong. I'm looking to move to inner city Melbourne in December/January. I also have a car and will require parking, on-street/permit parking is fine.
Hi! I'm a Masters graduate working part time at a fun jewellery shop in the CBD while I save up money and organise a visa to live and work in the UK. I've lived in Melbourne since 2009, apart from the recent 6 months I spent travelling Europe. In my adult life I've lived in three seperate sharehouses with a number and variety of housemates. I'm a very neat and tidy person, always cleaning up after myself, and I prefer to live with people who are the same. I've also done a lot of housesitting, so I'm a bit of a professional when it comes to keeping house. I'm pretty quiet and don't like hosting parties, but I'm more than happy to be social when the focus isn't on me and/or when I have somewhere to retreat to (I'm not super anti-social but I'll admit to being a little shy if I'm not in the right mood). I'm not a fan of dogs but I like all other pets as long as they're happy and healthy. I'm also keen on gardening and keeping pot plants. I'd strongly prefer not to live with people who smoke at home.
I’m a happy girl from Sweden enjoying a healthy life style. I like to stay active with Crossfit and yoga. I’m a very good decorator so I can for sure make it cozy where I stay, and I love cooking and baking! I’m very organized, tidy and respectful and have shared apartments back in Sweden before. Hope you like my description, see you!
Hey, I'm Jules! I'm in the market for a new sharehouse to join now that I'm moving to Melbourne from Adelaide. I've been in sharehouses since I was 19 and am a very reliable and respectful houso. I can respect people's space when they need it but I'm also always up for a chat/movie/beer/wine with whoever's around :) A bit about me: - 25 yrs old - I'm currently completing my Masters in Primary Education - I'm very friendly, outgoing, love to socialise, and have a good sense of humour - I love to paint, draw, read, listen to music, and spend as much time outside as I can - I'm pretty active, and love cycling and kickboxing - I'm (very slowly haha) learning to play ukulele and guitar in my spare time - love the beach and going out to gigs If you think you've got a Jules-sized gap in your house that needs filling, drop me a line!
Hi, Im Andrew... Im 25 from the UK. I have been living in Melbourne for 7 months and looking for somewhere to live over summer. I'm real easy going, very open minded (not much phases me), clean up after myself, and happy to both socilise as well as keep to myself! I am out a fair bit between work, catching up with my other friends in Melbourne and play sport (I play for the Melbourne uni squash team). For some reason the picture I uploaded doesn't show me... if you can see the full pic I'm the blond boy in the middle
Hi, My name is Tamika, I'm a 25 year old professional. I work a Monday-Friday 9-5, and I'm usually off for a surf or adventure on weekends. I like to try most things at least once, love nature and being outdoors. I would love to have a place with a comfy spot inside/outside to read my books and have a tea/coffee (but it's not a requirement, just a nice to have). I'm pretty easy going and love to have a chat, but also love my own time too. I don't have any pets of my own, but I do love furbabies. I've lived with my current housemate and her cat for 3 years now, but sadly it's time to move on to other things as I would prefer to be closer to work (Brunswick) or the inner suburbs (either or). I'm really quite flexible with what I'm looking for, the only requirements I have that are a must are that I have an unfurnished room that isn't shared, somewhere to park my car (don't mind having to park on the street) and great housemates who are social and friendly. I don't have a move date yet, but it won't be until the new year and I would be looking for somewhere long term, but happy to agree to something short term to trial the living arrangements. Look forward to hearing from you! :)
I'm an exchange student coming from Canada looking for preferably 1 or 2 other people to live with! I'm quiet but fun, like some alone time but also am friendly and like to go try new things. I'll definitely be keen to explore Melbourne, and I love coffee, being outdoors, music, art, dogs, and so much more. Contact me for more information!
Hi Guys! My name is Leah and I'm a 25 year old nurse who is just returning after a trip overseas. I grew up in rural Vic but have in lived in Melbourne for a few years now so this isn't my first share house. I enjoy exploring the city and doing things with my housemates, but I also appreciate having time on my own. I am a pretty friendly and outgoing person who is always up for a chat over wine or a cup of tea. In my spare time I like finding a good local bar (double points if there is live music and/or a rooftop) to have a dance/drink at, going to things like comedy shows/music festivals/footy games or staying in for a Netflix binge sesh or a hilariously bad movie.
Hey I'm Ronaldo, I'm 26 and I work full-time at a bank (Don't hate me) and part time as an arm chair therapist. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends, good music, a few drink and some casual get rich quick schemes. I would generally like to move in with a tidy creative open minded bunch, possibly people who could help me improve my cooking skills of which I have none. Side note: dates are flexible and duration can be 6 months to a year. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Was in Melbourne for more than 5 yrs. Then moved to India for about 6 months. I am coming back in January to find work and hence I am in search of a temporary accommodation. Looking for at least a furnished bedroom and a flexible term (so that I can extend beyond 4 weeks if I like the place) I am very organised and quiet, no late nights or parties. I'll 100% keep the house clean. Work, crossfit, good coffee, food - reply much defines my regular week. I do watch a bit of ABC and SBS when I get time.
24-year old doctor with share-house experience. Looking to find a share house with other young professionals who enjoy sharing a meal/drink with each other once in awhile, but also respectful of each other's privacy and need for personal time as well.
